在线电子表格中,用户经常需要复制一个数据源表格中的内容再将其粘贴到引用该数据源的其他表格中,当数据源表格发生更改时,用户需要再次针对数据源执行复制粘贴操作以更新其他数据。这会导致数据更新不及时,重复劳动等不友好的用户体验。因此,如何能方便地引用数据源,并在数据源变动时实时更新其他表格是一个亟待解决的问题。

应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的信息引用方法的一个实施例的流程200。该信息引用方法通常应用于用户终端,该信息引用方法包括以下步骤:

本公开的上述实施例提供的方法通过这种创建文档之间信息引用关系的方式,相比于用户执行从一个文档复制内容粘贴到另一个文档中的操作,实现了一种更加简洁高效的跨表引用实现方案。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体可以通过如下方式接收基于第二目标信息返回的第一校验结果:上述执行主体可以将第二目标信息发送给目标服务器。上述目标服务器可以是针对目标公式进行权限验证的服务器,例如,可以是对用户是否具有对被引用文档中的引用区域的内容进行引用的权限进行验证的服务器。上述目标服务器可以基于上述第二目标信息,生成以及返回第一校验结果。用户执行一个操作(action)之后,上述执行主体通常会向上述目标服务器发送操作指令,在这里,用户执行setcell action(编辑单元格指令)之后,可以将上述第二目标信息添加到操作指令,并发送给上述目标服务器。

在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第二目标信息还可以包括同步样式标识,上述同步样式标识可以用于表征在上述引用文档中引用上述引用区域的内容时是否对上述引用区域的样式进行同步。若同步样式标识为“1”或“T”,则可以表征在上述引用文档中引用上述引用区域的内容时对上述引用区域的样式进行同步。若同步样式标识为“0”或“F”,则可以表征在上述引用文档中引用上述引用区域的内容时不对上述引用区域的样式进行同步。上述引用区域的样式可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:引用区域的字体、引用区域的字号、引用区域的字体颜色、引用区域的是否突出显示颜色、引用区域的是否加粗、引用区域的是否倾斜、引用区域的是否添加下划线、引用区域的段落格式和引用区域的背景颜色。

本公开的上述实施例提供的方法通过接收到目标公式被修改或删除的指令,可以将该目标公式的标识令牌设置为失效,并向当前呈现的文档为上述失效的目标公式所在的文档的用户终端发送权限撤回指令。通过这种方式使得修改或删除的目标公式的标识令牌失效且无法再被恢复,可以防止通过失效的标识令牌非法获取数据,保证了数据的安全性。

在本实施例中,用户终端可以检测用户是否在文档中创建目标公式。上述目标公式也可以称为跨表引用公式,可以用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容。上述目标公式的形式可以是 IMPORTRANGE(String spreadsheet_url,String range_string,(Optional)Boolean if_sync_formatting),其中,IMPORTRANGE函数可以将一个表格中的内容复制到另一个表格中,spreadsheet_url通常指的是数据源表格的url链接,range_string通常指的是引用的区域字符串,if_sync_formatting通常指的是是否同步样式,是否同步样式这一参数是可选参数,是否同步样式表示的是在一个表格中引用数据源表格中的内容时是否对引用区域的样式进行同步,引用区域的样式可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:引用区域的字体、引用区域的字号、引用区域的字体颜色、引用区域的是否突出显示颜色、引用区域的是否加粗、引用区域的是否倾斜、引用区域的是否添加下划线、引用区域的段落格式和引用区域的背景颜色。
作为一种示例,用户可以通过如下方式创建目标公式:文档中可以呈现跨表引用选择面板,用户可以在当前显示的文档(引用文档)中的跨表引用选择面板中选择文档作为被引用文档,以及选择被引用文档中的区域作为引用区域,之后,点击“确认”图标,此时目标公式创建成功。
作为另一种示例,用户还可以通过如下方式创建目标公式:用户可以在目标公式的编辑框中输入被引用文档的标识(例如,url)和引用区域的范围,以创建目标公式。
之后,若检测到创建目标公式,用户终端可以确定目标公式的参数。上述参数可以包括上述被引用文档的标识和引用区域。
作为一种示例,若创建的目标公式为IMPORTRANGE(“xxx.com”,“A1”),则用户终端可以确定目标公式的被引用文档的标识为“xxx.com”,引用区域的标识为“A1”这一区域。
作为另一种示例,若创建的目标公式为IMPORTRANGE(A1,B1),则用户终端可以从当前呈现的文档中的A1这一单元格中获取被引用文档的标识,以及从当前呈现的文档中的B1这一单元格中获取引用区域的标识。

在本实施例中,用户终端可以利用第一目标信息,生成上述目标公式的标识令牌。目标公式的标识令牌通常用于唯一标识目标公式,可以表征为字符串。上述第一目标信息通常包括目标用户的用户标识、上述引用文档(当前呈现的文档)的标识、上述被引用文档(数据源文档)的标识和上述引用区域的标识,上述目标用户可以为创建上述目标公式的用户。
在这里,用户终端可以利用预设的加密算法对上述目标用户的用户标识、上述引用文档的标识、上述被引用文档的标识和上述引用区域的标识进行加密,得到上述目标公式的标识令牌。
在步骤1003中,用户终端将第二目标信息发送给服务器。
在本实施例中,用户终端可以将上述第二目标信息发送给服务器。在这里,上述第二目标信息可以包括上述标识令牌和上述第一目标信息。用户执行一个操作之后,用户终端通常会向上述服务器发送操作指令,在这里,用户执行setcell action之后,可以将上述第二目标信息添加到操作指令,并发送给上述服务器。

本公开的上述实施例提供的系统通过这种创建文档之间信息引用关系的方式,相比于用户执行从一个文档复制内容粘贴到另一个文档中的操作,实现了一种更加简洁高效的跨表引用实现方案。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述用户终端可以确定是否检测到更新指令。上述更新指令可以用于对当前呈现的文档中目标公式所引用的内容进行更新。上述更新指令中通常包括待更新的目标公式的标识令牌。若检测到更新指令,上述用户终端可以利用上述更新指令中的待更新的目标公式的标识令牌,从上述服务器中获取待更新的目标公式引用的最新数据。在这里,当一个目标公式被创建时,上述服务器中通常会维护目标公式的引用关系链。当被引用文档的引用区域中的内容发生变更时,上述服务器通常会获取到内容变更通知,并通过上述引用关系链查找到需要进行内容变更的文档作为待通知文档。上述服务器可以向打开上述待通知文档的用户终端发送更新指令。上述用户终端可以利用上述最新数据,对当前呈现的文档中待更新的目标公式所引用的内容进行更新,从而可以在当前呈现的文档中展示引用区域更新后的内容。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述更新指令可以是通过如下方式生成的:响应于检测到当前时间为预设时间,上述用户终端可以生成更新指令。若当前呈现的文档中存在目标公式,上述用户终端可以设置定时器,若当前时间为设置的定时时间时,可以向上述服务器请求当前呈现的文档中的目标公式的最新数据,从而可以保证数据更新地及时性和有效性。
在一些可选的实现方式中,若上述第一校验结果表征校验成功,则上述第一校验结果可以包括上述被引用文档中上述引用区域的区域内容。上述用户终端可以通过如下方式基于上述第一校验结果,在上述引用文档中进行信息呈现:若上述第一校验结果表征校验成功,上述用户终端可以在上述引用文档中呈现上述区域内容。

在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第一校验结果可以包括表征上述目标用户是否具有对被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限的校验结果。服务器中可以存储有文档的标识与具有对该文档的内容进行引用的引用权限的用户的用户标识之间的对应关系的对应关系表,服务器可以在上述对应关系表中查询上述目标用户的用户标识与上述被引用文档的标识是否存在对应关系。若存在对应关系,则可以确定上述目标用户具有对上述被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限,此时,可以生成表征上述目标用户具有对被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限的第一校验结果,该第一校验结果可以表征为1或者T。若不存在对应关系,则可以确定上述目标用户不具有对上述被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限,此时,可以生成表征上述目标用户不具有对被引用文 档中的内容进行引用的权限的第一校验结果,该第一校验结果可以表征为0或者F。
在一些可选的实现方式中,若上述第一校验结果表征校验成功,上述第一校验结果可以包括上述被引用文档中上述引用区域的区域内容。上述服务器可以将上述目标公式的标识令牌与上述目标信息进行关联存储,即将上述目标公式的标识令牌、上述目标用户的用户标识、上述引用文档(当前呈现的文档)的标识、上述被引用文档的标识和上述引用区域的标识这五项进行关联存储。

在步骤1102中,服务器响应于接收到针对引用区域的更改指令,利用更改指令中的更改的文档的标识和更改区域,查询对应的待变更文档的标识和待更新的目标公式的标识令牌。

在一些可选的实现方式中,上述信息引用装置1400还可以包括:发送单元(图中未示出)。上述发送单元可以响应于检测到用户针对目标公式执行目标操作,向上述目标服务器发送目标指令,其中,上述目标操作包括修改操作或删除操作,上述目标指令包括对上述目标操作所针对的目标公式的修改指令或删除指令。

在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第二目标信息还可以包括同步样式标识,上述同步样式标识用于表征在上述引用文档中引用上述引用区域的内容时是否对上述引用区域的样式进行同步。

进一步参考图16,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息引用装置的另一个实施例,该装置实施例与图6所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图16所示,本实施例的信息引用装置1600包括:第一校验单元1601和第一返回单元1602。其中,第一校验单元1601用于响应于接收到用户终端发送的目标公式的标识令牌和目标信息,利用目标公式的标识令牌和目标信息,对目标公式的引用权限进行校验得到第一校验结果,其中,目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、引用文档的标识、被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识,目标用户为创建目标公式的用户;第一返回单元1602用于将第一校验结果返回给用户终端。

在一些可选的实现方式中,上述信息引用装置1600可以包括:存储单元(图中未示出)。若上述第一校验结果表征校验成功,上述第一校验结果包括上述被引用文档中上述引用区域的区域内容。上述存储单元可以用于将上述目标公式的标识令牌与上述目标信息进行关联存储。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述信息引用装置1600可以包括:查询单元(图中未示出)和第一发送单元(图中未示出)。上述查询单元可以用于响应于接收到用户终端发送的针对上述引用区域的更改指令,利用上述更改指令中的更改的文档的标识和更改区域,查询对应的待变更文档的标识和待更新的目标公式的标识令牌;上述第一发送单元可以用于利用上述待变更文档的标识,向第一目标用户终端发送更新指令,其中,上述第一目标用户终端为当前呈现的文档为上述待变更文档的用户终端,上述更新指令包括上述待更新的目标公式的标 识令牌。

  1. 一种信息引用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于创建目标公式,确定所述目标公式的参数,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述参数包括所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识;
    利用第一目标信息,生成所述目标公式的标识令牌,其中,所述第一目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和所述引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    接收基于第二目标信息返回的第一校验结果,其中,所述第二目标信息包括所述标识令牌和所述第一目标信息;
    基于所述第一校验结果,在所述引用文档中进行信息呈现。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到更新指令,利用所述更新指令中的待更新的目标公式的标识令牌,获取所述待更新的目标公式引用的最新数据,其中,所述更新指令用于对当前呈现的文档中目标公式所引用的内容进行更新;
    利用所述最新数据,对当前呈现的文档中所述待更新的目标公式所引用的内容进行更新。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述更新指令是通过如下方式生成的:
    响应于检测到当前时间为预设时间,生成更新指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第一校验结果表征校验成功,所述第一校验结果包括所述被引用文档中所述引用区域的区域内容;以及
    所述基于所述第一校验结果,在所述引用文档中进行信息呈现, 包括:
    在所述引用文档中呈现所述区域内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收基于第二目标信息返回的第一校验结果,包括:
    将第二目标信息发送给目标服务器,其中,所述目标服务器基于所述第二目标信息,生成以及返回第一校验结果。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到对当前呈现的文档中的目标公式引用的内容进行查看,获取查看用户的用户标识和所查看的目标公式的标识令牌;
    向所述目标服务器发送所述查看用户的用户标识和所述所查看的目标公式的标识令牌,接收所述目标服务器返回的第二校验结果,其中,所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户是否具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限;
    基于所述第二校验结果,在所述当前呈现的文档中进行信息呈现。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限,所述第二校验结果包括所述查看用户所查看的目标公式引用的内容;以及
    所述基于所述第二校验结果,在所述当前呈现的文档中进行信息呈现,包括:
    在所述当前呈现的文档中呈现所述查看用户所查看的目标公式引用的内容。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到用户针对目标公式执行目标操作,向所述目标服务器发送目标指令,其中,所述目标操作包括修改操作或删除操作,所述目标指令包括对所述目标操作所针对的目标公式的修改指令或删除 指令。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到权限撤回指令,利用所述权限撤回指令中失效的目标公式的标识令牌,对当前呈现的文档中所述失效的目标公式所引用的内容进行撤回,其中,所述权限撤回指令包括所述失效的目标公式的标识令牌,所述权限撤回指令用于对所述失效的目标公式的引用权限进行撤回。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述对当前呈现的文档中所述失效的目标公式所引用的内容进行撤回之后,所述方法还包括:
    呈现提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示重新对所述失效的目标公式的引用权限进行校验。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二目标信息还包括同步样式标识,所述同步样式标识用于表征在所述引用文档中引用所述引用区域的内容时是否对所述引用区域的样式进行同步。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一校验结果包括表征所述目标用户是否具有对被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限的校验结果。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一校验结果还包括对所述第一目标信息的合法性的校验结果。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标公式包括复制函数、表格链接和引用区域的标识,其中,所述复制函数用于将被引用表格中的内容复制到引用表格中,所述表格链接为所述被引用表格的链接。

  16. 一种信息引用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于创建目标公式,确定所述目标公式的参数,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述参数包括所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识;
    利用第一目标信息,生成所述目标公式的标识令牌,其中,所述第一目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和所述引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    基于所述标识令牌和所述第一目标信息,在所述引用文档中呈现所述引用区域的内容;
    响应于检测到更新指令,获取所述目标公式引用的最新数据,其中,所述更新指令用于对所述引用区域的内容进行更新;
    利用所述最新数据,对所述目标公式所引用的内容进行更新。
  17. 一种信息引用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于接收到用户终端发送的目标公式的标识令牌和目标信息,利用所述目标公式的标识令牌和所述目标信息,对所述目标公式的引用权限进行校验得到第一校验结果,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    将所述第一校验结果返回给所述用户终端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第一校验结果表征校验成功,所述第一校验结果包括所述被引用文档中所述引 用区域的区域内容;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    将所述目标公式的标识令牌与所述目标信息进行关联存储。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到用户终端发送的针对所述引用区域的更改指令,利用所述更改指令中的更改的文档的标识和更改区域,查询对应的待变更文档的标识和待更新的目标公式的标识令牌;
    利用所述待变更文档的标识,向第一目标用户终端发送更新指令,其中,所述第一目标用户终端为当前呈现的文档为所述待变更文档的用户终端,所述更新指令包括所述待更新的目标公式的标识令牌。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到查看用户的用户标识和所查看的目标公式的标识令牌,利用所述查看用户的用户标识和所述所查看的目标公式的标识令牌进行校验得到第二校验结果,其中,所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户是否具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限;
    将所述第二校验结果返回给所述查看用户所使用的用户终端。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限,所述第二校验结果包括所述查看用户所查看的目标公式引用的内容。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到用户终端发送的针对目标公式的目标指令,将所述目标指令所针对的目标公式的标识令牌设置为失效,其中,所述目标指令包括修改指令或删除指令;
    向第二目标用户终端发送权限撤回指令,其中,所述权限撤回指令包括失效的目标公式的标识令牌,所述权限撤回指令用于对所述失 效的目标公式的引用权限进行撤回,所述第二目标用户终端为当前呈现的文档为所述失效的目标公式所在的文档的用户终端。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息还包括同步样式标识,所述同步样式标识用于表征在所述引用文档中引用所述引用区域的内容时是否对所述引用区域的样式进行同步。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一校验结果包括表征所述目标用户是否具有对被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限的校验结果。

  26. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标公式包括复制函数、表格链接和引用区域的标识,其中,所述复制函数用于将被引用表格中的内容复制到引用表格中,所述表格链接为所述被引用表格的链接。
  27. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述引用文档或被引用文档包括电子表格文档、在线表格文档、或在线数据库表格文档中的一种。
  28. 一种信息引用系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    用户终端,用于响应于创建目标公式,确定所述目标公式的参数,利用第一目标信息,生成所述目标公式的标识令牌,将第二目标信息发送给服务器,接收所述服务器返回的第一校验结果,以及基于所述第一校验结果,在所述引用文档中进行信息呈现,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述参数包括所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识,所述第一目标信息包括目标用户 的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和所述引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户,所述第二目标信息包括所述标识令牌和所述第一目标信息;
    所述服务器,用于响应于接收到所述第二目标信息,利用所述第二目标信息,对所述目标公式的引用权限进行校验得到第一校验结果,将所述第一校验结果返回给所述用户终端。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于响应于检测到更新指令,利用所述更新指令中的待更新的目标公式的标识令牌,获取所述待更新的目标公式引用的最新数据,以及利用所述最新数据,对当前呈现的文档中所述待更新的目标公式所引用的内容进行更新。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的系统,其特征在于,所述更新指令是通过如下方式生成的:
    响应于检测到当前时间为预设时间,生成更新指令。
  31. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,若所述第一校验结果表征校验成功,所述第一校验结果包括所述被引用文档中所述引用区域的区域内容;以及
    所述用户终端,还用于在所述引用文档中呈现所述区域内容。
  32. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于响应于检测到对当前呈现的文档中的目标公式引用的内容进行查看,获取查看用户的用户标识和所查看的目标公式的标识令牌,向所述服务器发送所述查看用户的用户标识和所述所查看的目标公式的标识令牌,接收所述服务器返回的第二校验结果,以及基于所述第二校验结果,在所述当前呈现的文档中进行信息呈现,其中,所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户是否具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限;
    所述服务器,还用于响应于接收到所述查看用户的用户标识和所述所查看的目标公式的标识令牌,利用所述查看用户的用户标识和所述所查看的目标公式的标识令牌进行校验得到第二校验结果,以及将所述第二校验结果返回给所述查看用户所使用的用户终端。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的系统,其特征在于,若所述第二校验结果表征所述查看用户具有对所查看的目标公式引用的内容进行查看的权限,所述第二校验结果包括所述查看用户所查看的目标公式引用的内容;以及
    所述用户终端,还用于在所述当前呈现的文档中呈现所述查看用户所查看的目标公式引用的内容。
  34. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于响应于检测到用户针对目标公式执行目标操作,向所述服务器发送目标指令,其中,所述目标操作包括修改操作或删除操作,所述目标指令包括对所述目标操作所针对的目标公式的修改指令或删除指令;
    所述服务器,还用于响应于接收到所述目标指令,将所述目标指令所针对的目标公式的标识令牌设置为失效,向第二目标用户终端发送权限撤回指令,其中,所述权限撤回指令包括失效的目标公式的标识令牌,所述权限撤回指令用于对所述失效的目标公式的引用权限进行撤回,所述第二目标用户终端为当前呈现的文档为所述失效的目标公式所在的文档的用户终端。
  35. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于响应于接收到权限撤回指令,利用所述权限撤回指令中失效的目标公式的标识令牌,对当前呈现的文档中所述失效的目标公式所引用的内容进行撤回,其中,所述权限撤回指令包括所述失效的目标公式的标识令牌,所述权限撤回指令用于对所述失效的目标公式的引用权限进行撤回。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于呈现提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示重新对所述失效的目标公式的引用权限进行校验。
  37. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第二目标信息还包括同步样式标识,所述同步样式标识用于表征在所述引用文档中引用所述引用区域的内容时是否对所述引用区域的样式进行同步。
  38. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一校验结果包括表征所述目标用户是否具有对被引用文档中的内容进行引用的权限的校验结果。
  39. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一校验结果还包括对所述第一目标信息的合法性的校验结果。
  40. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,若所述第一校验结果表征校验成功,所述第一校验结果包括所述被引用文档中所述引用区域的区域内容;以及
    所述服务器,还用于将所述目标公式的标识令牌与所述目标信息进行关联存储。
  41. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器,还用于响应于接收到用户终端发送的针对所述引用区域的更改指令,利用所述更改指令中的更改的文档的标识和更改区域,查询对应的待变更文档的标识和待更新的目标公式的标识令牌,以及利用所述待变更文档的标识,向第一目标用户终端发送更新指令,其中,所述第一目标用户终端为当前呈现的文档为所述待变更文档的用户终端,所述更新指令包括所述待更新的目标公式的标识令牌。
  42. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,所述目标公式包括复制函数、表格链接和引用区域的标识,其中,所述复制函数用于将被引用表格中的内容复制到引用表格中,所述表格链接为所述被引用表格的链接。
  43. 根据权利要求28所述的系统,其特征在于,所述引用文档或被引用文档包括电子表格文档、在线表格文档、或在线数据库表格文档中的一种。
  44. 一种信息引用装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于创建目标公式,确定所述目标公式的参数,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述参数包括所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识;
    生成单元,用于利用第一目标信息,生成所述目标公式的标识令牌,其中,所述第一目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和所述引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    第一接收单元,用于接收基于第二目标信息返回的第一校验结果,其中,所述第二目标信息包括所述标识令牌和所述第一目标信息;
    第一呈现单元,用于基于所述第一校验结果,在所述引用文档中进行信息呈现。
  45. 一种信息引用装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于创建目标公式,确定所述目标公式的参数,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述参数包括所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识;
    生成单元,用于利用第一目标信息,生成所述目标公式的标识令牌,其中,所述第一目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和所述引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    呈现单元,用于基于所述标识令牌和所述第一目标信息,在所述引用文档中呈现所述引用区域的内容;
    获取单元,用于响应于检测到更新指令,获取所述目标公式引用的最新数据,其中,所述更新指令用于对所述引用区域的内容进行更新;
    更新单元,用于利用所述最新数据,对所述目标公式所引用的内容进行更新。
  46. 一种信息引用装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一校验单元,用于响应于接收到用户终端发送的目标公式的标识令牌和目标信息,利用所述目标公式的标识令牌和所述目标信息,对所述目标公式的引用权限进行校验得到第一校验结果,其中,所述目标公式用于在引用文档中引用被引用文档中的内容,所述目标信息包括目标用户的用户标识、所述引用文档的标识、所述被引用文档的标识和引用区域的标识,所述目标用户为创建所述目标公式的用户;
    第一返回单元,用于将所述第一校验结果返回给所述用户终端。
  47. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-15、16、17-27中任一所述的方法。
  48. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-15、16、17-27中任一所述的方法。
