有益效果
本发明的技术效果和优点:在进行使用时,通过移动组件,便于将刷头收缩至壳体的内部,并通过消毒件,便于对刷头进行消毒处理,且在进行使用时,震动件与驱动件处于并列状态,结构紧凑,降低外壳的长度,便于进行把握,且通过密封组件,在刷头收缩至外壳的内部后,通过齿条推动连杆,便于对伸出口进行密封,提高在使用时对伸出口的密封效果,且方便操作,降低故障率,提高使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-8所示,一种电动牙刷,包括壳体组件1,壳体组件1的内部滑动卡接有移动组件2,且移动组件2的上端插接有刷头3,刷头3的一端延伸至壳体组件1的外部,且壳体组件1的内部一侧滑动卡接有导向组件4,移动组件2与导向组件4相啮合,壳体组件1的内部上端的两侧转动安装有密封组件5,且导向组件4与密封组件5的一端相传动连接,密封组件5对壳体组件1的上端进行密封,且在密封时,刷头3位于壳体组件1的内部,在进行使用时,通过移动组件2在导向组件4上进行移动,使得移动组件2的一端伸出至壳体组件1的外部,将刷头3插接在移动组件2上,便于对刷头3进行安装,且在不使用时,通过移动组件2在导向组件4上进行移动,便于将刷头3带入到壳体组件1的内部,对刷头3进行防护,且在刷头3移动至壳体组件1内部后,通过导向组件4,使得密封组件5对壳体组件1的上端进行密封,便于将刷头3密封在壳体组件1的内部,避免刷头3受到污染,便于进行使用。
壳体组件1包括外壳101,且外壳101的内部开设有空腔102,空腔102的两侧均开设有滑槽103,且移动组件2通过滑槽103滑动卡接在空腔102的内部,壳体组件1的下端开设有排水孔104,空腔102的内部下端固定安装有无线充电模块105,外壳101的内部两侧均开设有容纳腔106,容纳腔106的内部镶嵌安装有电池板107,且无线充电模块105电性连接电池板107,电池板107为移动组件2和导向组件4进行供电,外壳101的内部一侧开设有缺口108,缺口108的内部竖直开设有导向槽109,导向组件4通过导向槽109滑动卡接在缺口108的内部,且移动组件2的一端延伸至缺口108的内部与导向组件4相啮合,外壳101的内部另一侧开设有凹槽1010,且凹槽1010的内部上端固定安装有消毒件1011,且凹槽1010的内部上端和下端均固定安装有感应开关1012,感应开关1012电性连接消毒件1011,外壳101的外表面后侧上端开设有排气孔1013,外壳101的前端上端均匀固定安装有第一开关1014、第二开关1015和第三开关1016,且外壳101的前侧位于第三开关1016的下端固定安装有显示面板1017,且第一开关1014与第二开关1015电性连接移动组件2,第三开关1016电性连接导向组件4,且显示面板1017与消毒件1011相电性连接,外壳101的上端开设有伸出口1018,且刷头3通过伸出口1018延伸至外壳101的外部,在进行使用时,通过滑槽103,便于移动组件2在空腔102的内部进行移动,且提高在移动时的导向性,便于移动组件2通过伸出口1018延伸至外壳101的外部,且通过无线充电模块105,便于对本技术方案中的电池板107进行充电,方便进行使用,并通过缺口108,便于对导向组件4进行安装,使得移动组件2通过导向组件4进行移动,方便带动刷头3进行移动,且通过凹槽1010,便于对消毒件1011进行安装,当移动组件2移动至外壳101的内部下端时,移动组件2触发感应开关1012,通过感应开关1012对消毒件1011进行开启,使得消毒件1011对刷头3进行消毒处理,且感应开关1012位于凹槽1010的内部上端和下端,在移动组件2移动至凹槽1010的上端时,使得消毒件1011关闭,且通过显示面板1017,便于对消毒时间等信息进行显示,并通过第一开关1014、第二开关1015和第三开关1016,便于对移动组件2中的驱动件203、震动件205和导向组件4进行启停,方便进行使用,便于操作。
移动组件2包括移动板201,且移动板201的下表面固定安装有电路板202,且移动板201的上端一侧固定安装有驱动件203,驱动件203的输出端固定安装有齿轮204,且齿轮204延伸至缺口108的内部与导向组件4相啮合,移动板201的上端另一侧固定安装有震动件205,且震动件205的输出端固定安装有震动输出轴206,刷头3插接在震动输出轴206上,震动件205与驱动件203之间填充固定安装有减震垫207,移动板201的两侧以及驱动件203和震动件205的一侧均固定安装有凸起208,凸起208卡接在滑槽103的内部,且震动件205的一侧固定安装有感应磁铁209,且感应磁铁209与感应开关1012相匹配,感应磁铁209与感应开关1012处于同一竖直线上,且第一开关1014电性连接驱动件203,第二开关1015电性连接震动件205,在进行使用时,通过震动件205和驱动件203进行并列安装,降低在组装时的长度,便于进行安装,且降低整体长度,便于进行把握,且驱动件203带动齿轮204移动,使得齿轮204在齿条401上移动,使得移动组件2进行升降移动,便于带动刷头3进行升降,方便使用。
进一步的,导向组件4包括齿条401,且齿条401的一侧固定安装有导向条402,齿条401通过导向条402滑动卡接在缺口108内部的导向槽109内部,齿轮204与齿条401相啮合,且外壳101的内部位于缺口108的下端固定安装有施力件403,施力件403的输出端与齿条401相固定连接,且第三开关1016电性连接施力件403,通过导向条402,便于对齿条401进行安装,并通过施力件403,便于带动齿条401进行升降,使得齿条401对密封组件5施加推力,便于对密封组件5进行密封操作。
密封组件5包括密封板501,且密封板501的两侧均固定安装有轴杆502,密封板501通过轴杆502转动安装在外壳101的内部上端,且密封板501为弧形结构,密封板501位于伸出口1018的下方,且一侧的密封板501下端一侧与齿条401相传动连接,一侧的密封板501下端的一侧转动安装有连杆503,且连杆503的另一端转动安装在齿条401的上端,两侧的密封板501另一端的内侧均固定安装有传动齿轮504,且密封板501之间通过传动齿轮504相啮合连接,在齿条401推动连杆503时,使得密封板501沿轴杆502进行转动,使得两侧的密封板501之间的距离缩短,便于对伸出口1018进行密封。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:包括壳体组件(1),所述壳体组件(1)的内部滑动卡接有移动组件(2),且所述移动组件(2)的上端插接有刷头(3),所述刷头(3)的一端延伸至所述壳体组件(1)的外部,且所述壳体组件(1)的内部一侧滑动卡接有导向组件(4),所述移动组件(2)与所述导向组件(4)相啮合,所述壳体组件(1)的内部上端的两侧转动安装有密封组件(5),且所述导向组件(4)与所述密封组件(5)的一端相传动连接,所述密封组件(5)对所述壳体组件(1)的上端进行密封,且在密封时,所述刷头(3)位于所述壳体组件(1)的内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述壳体组件(1)包括外壳(101),且所述外壳(101)的内部开设有空腔(102),所述空腔(102)的两侧均开设有滑槽(103),且所述移动组件(2)通过所述滑槽(103)滑动卡接在所述空腔(102)的内部,所述壳体组件(1)的下端开设有排水孔(104),所述空腔(102)的内部下端固定安装有无线充电模块(105),所述外壳(101)的内部两侧均开设有容纳腔(106),所述容纳腔(106)的内部镶嵌安装有电池板(107),且所述无线充电模块(105)电性连接所述电池板(107),所述电池板(107)为所述移动组件(2)和所述导向组件(4)进行供电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述外壳(101)的内部一侧开设有缺口(108),所述缺口(108)的内部竖直开设有导向槽(109),所述导向组件(4)通过所述导向槽(109)滑动卡接在所述缺口(108)的内部,且所述移动组件(2)的一端延伸至所述缺口(108)的内部与所述导向组件(4)相啮合,所述外壳(101)的内部另一侧开设有凹槽(1010),且所述凹槽(1010)的内部上端固定安装有消毒件(1011),且所述凹槽(1010)的内部上端和下端均固定安装有感应开关(1012),所述感应开关(1012)电性连接所述消毒件(1011),所述外壳(101)的外表面后侧上端开设有排气孔(1013)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述外壳(101)的前端上端均匀固定安装有第一开关(1014)、第二开关(1015)和第三开关(1016),且所述外壳(101)的前侧位于所述第三开关(1016)的下端固定安装有显示面板(1017),且所述第一开关(1014)与所述第二开关(1015)电性连接所述移动组件(2),所述第三开关(1016)电性连接所述导向组件(4),且所述显示面板(1017)与所述消毒件(1011)相电性连接,所述外壳(101)的上端开设有伸出口(1018),且所述刷头(3)通过所述伸出口(1018)延伸至所述外壳(101)的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述移动组件(2)包括移动板(201),且所述移动板(201)的下表面固定安装有电路板(202),且所述移动板(201)的上端一侧固定安装有驱动件(203),所述驱动件(203)的输出端固定安装有齿轮(204),且所述齿轮(204)延伸至所述缺口(108)的内部与所述导向组件(4)相啮合,所述移动板(201)的上端另一侧固定安装有震动件(205),且所述震动件(205)的输出端固定安装有震动输出轴(206),所述刷头(3)插接在所述震动输出轴(206)上,所述震动件(205)与所述驱动件(203)之间填充固定安装有减震垫(207),所述移动板(201)的两侧以及所述驱动件(203)和所述震动件(205)的一侧均固定安装有凸起(208),所述凸起(208)卡接在所述滑槽(103)的内部,且所述震动件(205)的一侧固定安装有感应磁铁(209),且所述感应磁铁(209)与所述感应开关(1012)相匹配,所述感应磁铁(209)与所述感应开关(1012)处于同一竖直线上,且所述第一开关(1014)电性连接所述驱动件(203),所述第二开关(1015)电性连接所述震动件(205)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述导向组件(4)包括齿条(401),且所述齿条(401)的一侧固定安装有导向条(402),所述齿条(401)通过所述导向条(402)滑动卡接在所述缺口(108)内部的所述导向槽(109)内部,所述齿轮(204)与所述齿条(401)相啮合,且所述外壳(101)的内部位于所述缺口(108)的下端固定安装有施力件(403),所述施力件(403)的输出端与所述齿条(401)相固定连接,且所述第三开关(1016)电性连接所述施力件(403)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述密封组件(5)包括密封板(501),且所述密封板(501)的两侧均固定安装有轴杆(502),所述密封板(501)通过所述轴杆(502)转动安装在所述外壳(101)的内部上端,且所述密封板(501)为弧形结构,所述密封板(501)位于所述伸出口(1018)的下方,且一侧的所述密封板(501)下端一侧与所述齿条(401)相传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电动牙刷,其特征在于:一侧的所述密封板(501)下端的一侧转动安装有连杆(503),且所述连杆(503)的另一端转动安装在所述齿条(401)的上端,两侧的所述密封板(501)另一端的内侧均固定安装有传动齿轮(504),且所述密封板(501)之间通过所述传动齿轮(504)相啮合连接。
