具体实施方式
如图1-13,本发明提供一种个人清洁用具的第一实施例,其包括手柄壳体100、与手柄壳体100连接的刷头罩200、设置在刷头罩200内的驱动组件220、设置在手柄壳体100内的挤吸模块260、位于驱动组件一端且被驱动组件220所驱动的清洁头300、设置在挤吸模块260和驱动组件220之间的电池400、封闭驱动组件220另一端的装饰盖500、设置与电池400相邻设置的电路板240、以及与电路板240对应设置且设置在手柄壳体100外侧的按键板120。
手柄壳体100包括收容挤吸模块260的手柄腔102、以及与手柄腔102相连通的吸入孔104。手柄壳体100为细长圆筒状且一端与刷头罩200的外侧相连,其直径小于刷头罩200的直径。手柄壳体100一端与刷头罩200的外侧相连。为便于挤吸方便,进一步设置挤出单向阀2680。在液体挤出时挤出单向阀2680自动打开,而吸液体时挤出单向阀2680自动闭合,防止空气进入。挤出单向阀2680可以是弹簧式、重力式、旋启式、塑料隔膜式单向阀,优选为橡胶扁嘴重力式单向阀。
驱动组件220包括驱动电机2210、与驱动电机2210相邻设置的齿轮座2220、与驱动电机2210传动相连的减速传动机构2230、以及设置在齿轮座2220上的出液机构2240。驱动电机2210为直流无刷或有刷电机。出液机构2240包括出液管2242、套设在出液管2242上且与减速传动机构2230传动相连的出液齿轮2244、以及设置在出液管2242上的多个密封圈2250。齿轮座2220设置有与出液管2242相连通且位于挤出单向阀2680下游的连接端2222。驱动电机2210和出液管2242的中心轴线相互间隔平行。驱动电机2210和出液管2242分别位于所述齿轮座2220的两侧。出液管2242的中心轴线与清洁头300的中心轴线为同一直线。出液管2242圆周方向设置有多个收容相应密封圈2250的密封圈槽2246。
挤吸模块260包括收容液体的储液筒2610、对液体进行挤压且可往复直线运动的推杆件2620、固定推杆件2620的推杆架2630、设置在推杆件2620内的螺杆2640、检测螺杆2640位置的位置控制器2650、驱动螺杆2640旋转的挤吸电机2660、固定挤吸电机2660的挤吸电机架2670、位于储液筒2610下游且设置在储液筒2610上的挤出单向阀2680、设置在推杆件2620一端且保证储液筒2610和推杆件2620之间密封的密封塞2690、以及位于储液筒(2610)上游且设置在储液筒(2610)上并位于吸入孔(104)下游的吸入阀组件。储液筒2610具有容纳液体的储液腔2611、与储液腔2611相连通并收容挤出单向阀2680的出液口2614。液体在本实施例中为具有一定粘稠度的液体,如沐浴露或美容油状或乳状物或泡沫物等。出液口2614与连接端2222可通过软质管或内部通道进行连通,以便将液体从储液腔2611输送到出液管2242,最终至清洁头300的中心,实现自动挤出液体。位置控制器2650通过霍尔传感器或红外传感器来识别螺杆2640是否旋转到位。位置控制器2650与电路板240电性相连。吸入阀组件包括设置在吸入口2612上的吸入阀座2613、可往复移动且与吸入阀座2613密封配合的活动件2616、用于弹性支持 活动块2616的弹性件2618、以及设置在活动块2616上的磁性件2619。吸入阀座2613为橡胶制成且包覆在吸入口2612上并具有阀孔。活动件2616在弹性件2618作用下来关闭或开启该阀孔。弹性件2618优选为弹簧,以实现单向阀功能。吸入阀组件在本实施例中采用弹簧式单向阀,也可以采用重力式、旋启式、塑料隔膜式单向阀。磁性件2619优选为永磁体。出液口2614可通过软管与清洁头300的中心相互连通,以便储液腔2611内的液体输送至清洁头300,以进行清洁之用。如图9-10、14所示,吸入孔104与存液罐110相连通,且存液罐110设置有与磁性件2619发生霍尔效应的存液排出管1066,该存液排出管1066克服弹性件2618的作用,迫使活动件2616开启阀孔,同时电路板240检测到存液排出管1066与磁性件2619之间的霍尔效应,启动挤吸电机2660工作,带动螺杆2640进行吸入动作,由此将存液罐110的液体吸入到储液筒2610的储液腔2611内,一旦检测到螺杆2640处于充满的位置,电路板240停止挤吸电机2660的工作。当用户按按键板120的挤出键,电路板240启动挤吸电机2660的工作,螺杆2640进行挤出动作,储液腔2611内的液体通过挤出单向阀2680进入出液口2614,最终通过软管或内部通道至清洁头300中心,然后启动驱动电机220旋转清洁头300,由此可实现对人体的清洁工作。在本实施例中,采用螺杆和电机的形式,也可以采用非螺杆或泵的结构也可以实现本发明目的。为减少存液排出管1066复杂度,也可以直接在电路板240设置霍尔元件,通过感知磁性件2619的位移量来获得信号,也能实现个人清洁用具10与存液罐110相连通才启动挤吸电机2660工作。
驱动电机220和挤吸电机2660为直流无刷或有刷电机。挤吸电机2660内部进一步设置有齿轮箱,以进行减速,以保证螺杆2640的转速在5-100转/分钟,优选在5-50转/分钟,保证在低速度范围内进行挤吸动作,更为可靠和精准且符合用户习惯。电池400优选为锂电池或镍氢电池。
清洁头300为刷头、泡棉头、搓泥头、打泡头、磨脚头、按摩头。
如图14-17所示,本发明揭示一种个人清洁用具组合的第二实施例,其包括:个人清洁用具10、存液罐110、以及包覆存液罐110且具有悬挂缺口1200的座体12,其中个人清洁用具10的结构参照第一实施例,存液罐110包括具有存液腔1064的仓体1060、与仓体1060共同封闭存液腔1064的仓盖1062、设置在仓体1060上且与个人清洁用具相连通的存液排出管1066、设置在存液排出管1066上游的存液单向阀1069、以及设置在存液腔1064内且收容存液单向阀1069的导管1068。座体12可设置放置多个备用清洁头320,以便用户随时更换使用。悬挂缺口1200收容个人清洁用具的手柄壳体100,且通过个人清洁用具10的刷头罩200悬挂。刷头罩200的直径大于悬挂缺口1200的宽度,悬挂缺口1200的宽度大于手柄壳体100的直径或宽度。存液排出管1066设置在悬挂缺口1200中且至少部分插入吸入孔104内并进入阀孔内压迫活动件2616。存液单向阀1069可以是弹簧式、重力式、旋启式、塑料隔膜式单向阀,优选为橡胶扁嘴重力式单向阀。
如图18所示,清洁头300设置有感应件310,而刷头罩200设置有检测感应件310的感应板242,且感应板242通过检测感应件310的个数来获取清洁头300的属性,而电路板240则根据清洁头300的属性匹配相应的工作模式。清洁头300包括旋转轴302、以及与旋转轴302相邻且用于安装感应件310的安装柱304。感应板242设置有霍尔元件,而感应件310为磁铁。由此可根据感应件310的个数,例如0、1、2等,来识别不同清洁头的种类,如刷头或泡棉头等,匹配相应的工作模式,其中工作模式包括驱动电机220的转速范围、挤吸电机2660的转速范围、工作周期等,便于用户选择使用。
本发明优点是:可单手操作且一次性操作完成,自动挤吸液体,单向吸入和单向挤出,防止液体溢出,便于用户使用。
对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离发明的精神或范围的情况下,在 其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种个人清洁用具,其特征在于其包括:手柄壳体(100)、驱动组件(220)、设置在手柄壳体(100)内的挤吸模块(260)、以及被驱动组件(220)所驱动的清洁头(300),其中所述手柄壳体(100)包括收容挤吸模块(260)的手柄腔(102)、以及与手柄腔(102)相连通的吸入孔(104),而所述挤吸模块(260)包括收容液体的储液筒(2610)、对液体进行挤压的推杆件(2620)、设置在推杆件(2620)内的螺杆(2640)、以及驱动螺杆(2640)旋转的挤吸电机(2660),其中所述推杆件(2620)挤压液体时,螺杆(2640)第一方向旋转将液体输送至清洁头(300),而抽吸液体时,螺杆(2640)第二方向旋转将液体从吸入孔(104)吸入至储液筒(2610)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的个人清洁用具,其特征在于:所述挤吸模块(260)包括检测螺杆(2640)位置的位置控制器(2650)、固定挤吸电机(2660)的挤吸电机架(2670)、位于储液筒(2610)下游且设置在储液筒(2610)上的挤出单向阀(2680)、设置在推杆件(2620)一端且保证储液筒(2610)和推杆件(2620)之间密封的密封塞(2690)、以及位于储液筒(2610)上游且设置在储液筒(2610)上并位于吸入孔(104)下游的吸入阀组件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的个人清洁用具,其特征在于还包括位于驱动组件(220)与挤吸模块(260)之间的电池(400)、与电池(400)相邻设置的电路板(240)、以及与电路板(240)对应设置且设置在手柄壳体(100)外侧的按键板(120)。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的个人清洁用具,其特征在于还包括封 闭驱动组件(220)另一端的装饰盖(500),其中所述清洁头(300)为刷头、泡棉头、搓泥头、打泡头、磨脚头、按摩头。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的个人清洁用具,其特征在于:所述吸入阀组件包括设置在吸入口(2612)上的吸入阀座(2613)、可往复移动且与吸入阀座(2613)密封配合的活动件(2616)、用于弹性支持活动块(2616)的弹性件(2618)、以及设置在活动块(2616)上的磁性件(2619)。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的个人清洁用具,其特征在于:所述挤吸电机(2660)的中心轴线方向与驱动组件(22)的中心轴线方向相互垂直。
  7. 一种个人清洁用具组合,其特征在于其包括:个人清洁用具(10)和存液罐(110),其中所述个人清洁用具(10)包括手柄壳体(100)、驱动组件(220)、设置在手柄壳体(100)内的挤吸模块(260)、以及被驱动组件(220)所驱动的清洁头(300),其中所述手柄壳体(100)包括收容挤吸模块(260)的手柄腔(102)、以及与手柄腔(102)相连通的吸入孔(104),而所述挤吸模块(260)包括收容液体的储液筒(2610)、对液体进行挤压的推杆件(2620)、设置在推杆件(2620)内的螺杆(2640)、以及驱动螺杆(2640)旋转的挤吸电机(2660),其中所述推杆件(2620)挤压液体时,螺杆(2640)第一方向旋转将液体输送至清洁头(300),而抽吸液体时,螺杆(2640)第二方向旋转将液体从吸入孔(104)吸入至储液筒(2610),且所述存液罐(110)包括存液腔(1064)、可与吸入孔(104)相连通的存液单向阀(1069)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的个人清洁用具组合,其特征在于:所述挤吸模块(260)包括检测螺杆(2640)位置的位置控制器(2650)、固定挤吸电 机(2660)的挤吸电机架(2670)、位于储液筒(2610)下游且设置在储液筒(2610)上的挤出单向阀(2680)、设置在推杆件(2620)一端且保证储液筒(2610)和推杆件(2620)之间密封的密封塞(2690)、以及位于储液筒(2610)上游且设置在储液筒(2610)上并位于吸入孔(104)下游的吸入阀组件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的个人清洁用具组合,其特征在于:所述吸入阀组件包括设置在吸入口(2612)上的吸入阀座(2613)、可往复移动且与吸入阀座(2613)密封配合的活动件(2616)、用于弹性支持活动块(2616)的弹性件(2618)、以及设置在活动块(2616)上的磁性件(2619),且所述存液罐(110)设置有与磁性件(2619)发生霍尔效应的存液排出管(1066)。
  10. 一种个人清洁用具,其特征在于其包括:手柄壳体、驱动组件、设置在手柄壳体内的挤吸模块、以及被驱动组件所驱动的清洁头,其中所述手柄壳体包括收容挤吸模块的手柄腔、以及与手柄腔相连通的吸入孔,而所述挤吸模块包括收容液体的储液筒、对液体进行挤压的推杆件、以及向推杆件提供动力的动力件,其中所述推杆件沿着第一方向挤压储液筒内的液体时,液体被单向输送至清洁头的中心;而所述推杆件沿着第二方向抽吸储液筒时,液体从外部由吸入孔单向吸入至储液筒内,且第一方向与第二方向互为相反。
