Abstract
L'invention divulgue un dispositif d'occlusion d'un passage anatomique entre des première et seconde structures anatomiques. Le dispositif comprend une partie embout comportant un élément proximal relié à un élément distal par l'intermédiaire d'un élément. L'élément proximal et/ou l'élément distal sont mobiles axialement le long de la partie embout tandis que l'autre élément demeure de préférence fixe en place. Une poignée est accouplée à une extrémité proximale de la partie embout par l'intermédiaire d'une tige. La partie embout est positionnée de part et d'autre du passage anatomique de sorte que l'élément proximal ferme un premier côté du passage et que l'élément distal ferme un second côté du passage. Une structure de verrouillage, telle qu'un écrou, est positionnée ou sertie contre l'élément proximal et, une fois cela fait, la partie embout est libérée au niveau du passage fermé.
