Description
The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher, and more particularly, to a rack drawn from a tub.
A dishwasher is a device that cleans and sterilizes a washing object by spraying washing water and steam onto a washing object accommodated in a tub.
A rack for storing objects to be washed is disposed inside the tub, and the rack can be drawn out of the tub after the door of the dishwasher is opened.
The rack may be connected to a roller continuously moving along one surface of the tub and one surface of the door to facilitate entry and exit from the tub. In order to minimize the load required for withdrawing the rack and the shaking of the rack generated during the process of withdrawing the rack, one surface of the tub providing a roller rolling surface and one surface of the door need to be positioned at the same height.
However, due to tolerances generated as the door and the tub are manufactured as separate parts, a height difference occurs between one surface of the door and one surface of the tub when the door is opened. For this reason, in the conventional dishwasher, when the roller passes the boundary between the tub and the door, the load required to withdraw the rack increases and the rack shakes.
US Patent No. 6571965 discloses a roller that facilitates the withdrawal of a rack, but there is a problem in that an excessive pulling force is required and shaking of the rack increases when the roller passes the boundary between the tub and the door.
