门体组件30具有关闭箱体10的关闭状态、绕导向轴20相对箱体10旋转预设角度的滑动状态,当门体组件30处于滑动状态时门体组件30可在纵向沿着导向轴20滑动。
在门体组件30处于关闭状态时,用户旋转门体组件30,门体组件30打开,以方便用户取放箱体10内的物品。当门体组件30旋转预设角度后,门体组件30处于滑动状态,此时门体组件30可在纵向上滑动,用户通过下拉门体组件30以方便取放门体组件30后侧的物品,从而便于身材矮小的用户或者小孩拿取放置在门体组件30后侧的物品。当物品拿取完成后,用户上推门体组件30,使门体组件30位于最高位置,然后用户旋转门体组件30使其回到至关闭状态。
参考图1和图2,在本发明的一实施方式中,制冷设备还包括设置在门体组件30下方的下门体40。箱体10内部设置有第一间室和位于第一间室下方的第二间室。其中,第一间室与门体组件30处于关闭状态时相对应,第二间室与下门体40相对应。第一间室可以设置为冷藏间室, 第二间室则设置为冷冻间室。
制冷设备还包括上铰链50和下铰链60,上铰链50设置于箱体10的顶部,下铰链60设置于箱体10的底部。下门体40的底部通过下铰链60枢转安装于箱体10。导向轴20的顶端固定安装于上铰链50,底端固定安装于下铰链60。因此,下铰链60不仅起到枢转连接下门体40的作用,还起到将导向轴20固定于箱体10的作用,使结构简化。
进一步的,导向轴20位于箱体10的侧前方,导向轴20与下门体40之间设置有在门体组件30纵向滑动时避让门体组件30的间隔,以防止门体组件30滑动时撞击下门体40。
如图3和图4所示,在本发明的一实施方式中,导向轴20的轴身设置有沿导向轴20的径向凹陷的纵向导向槽21。纵向导向槽21沿纵向延伸,且纵向导向槽21从导向轴20的顶端延伸至其底端。
导向轴20的轴身设置有复数个沿纵向排布的环形导向槽22,环形导向槽22为围绕导向轴20轴身的圆环形,且其从导向轴20的轴身沿导向轴20的径向向内凹陷。部分数量的环形导向槽22与冷藏间室对应,部分数量的环形导向槽22与冷冻间室对应。
导向轴20在纵向导向槽21的内壁设置有复数个沿纵向排布且沿导向轴20的径向凹陷的定位孔23。纵向导向槽21、环形导向槽22和定位孔23的作用在下文描述门体组件30的具体结构时进行说明。
如图5所示,在本发明的一实施方式中,门体组件30包括门壳31、上饰条32、下饰条33和配合单元34。
门壳31为钣金材质的板体,上饰条32和下饰条33设置在门体的后方,且上饰条32安装在门壳31的顶部,下饰条33安装于门壳31的底部。
如图5和图6所示,配合单元34的作用是与导向轴20配合。配合单元34固定安装在上饰条32和下饰条33之间。具体的,下饰条33的顶部设置有与配合单元34的底端固定连接的槽,上饰条32的底部设置 有与配合单元34的顶端固定连接的槽,或者配合单元34通过螺钉与下饰条33和上饰条32装配。
如图7、图8和图9所示,进一步的,配合单元34包括轴套341、密封盖342、限位件343、弹性件344。
轴套341套装于导向轴20。具体的,轴套341具有套装导向轴20的轴套主体3411、从轴套主体3411的侧面沿径向突伸的延伸部3412。轴套主体3411为圆筒形,其内部具有与导向轴20配合的圆形通道,且轴套主体3411可相对导向轴20旋转和滑动。延伸部3412内设置有用于收容限位件343和弹性件344的收容腔3413,收容腔3413延伸至延伸部3412远离轴套主体3411的一侧形成开口。
密封盖342安装于延伸部3412远离轴套主体3411一侧以遮盖开口。具体的,延伸部3412上设置有卡扣,密封盖342上设置有与卡扣配合的卡扣配合部。通过卡扣与卡扣配合部装配使密封盖342的安装过程方便,并且,密封盖342便于拆卸,以便于更换和组装收容腔3413内的限位件343和弹性件344。
限位件343收容在收容腔3413内。限位件343具有至少一个限位销3431,轴套主体3411设置有与收容腔3413相通并使限位销3431穿过的穿孔。
弹性件344设置在收容腔3413内,且位于限位件343和密封盖342之间。弹性件344的一端抵持限位件343远离轴套主体3411的一侧,弹性件344远离限位件343的一端抵持密封盖342。限位件343具有朝向密封盖342延伸的安装部3432,且安装部3432与密封盖342之间具有一定的间隔,弹性件344套装于安装部3432。在本实施方式中,弹性件344为弹簧。
在门体组件30处于关闭状态时,限位销3431伸入环形导向槽22内。门体组件30由关闭状态切换至滑动状态的过程中,限位销3431保持伸入环形导向槽22内的状态,并沿着环形导向槽22滑动。在门体组件30 处于关闭状态以及门体组件30由关闭状态切换至滑动状态的过程中,环形导向槽22的顶壁和底壁抵持限位销3431,避免门体组件30纵向滑动,以在用户需要拿取冷藏间室内的物品而不是门体组件30后侧的物品时,防止门体组件30下滑撞击用户,提升了安全性能。
当门体组件30旋转预设的角度后,门体组件30处于滑动状态时限位销3431伸入纵向导向槽21内,此时用户可拉动门体组件30,使门体组件30沿导向轴20纵向滑动,以方便拿取置于门体组件30后侧的物品。在门体组件30纵向滑动的过程中,纵向导向槽21两侧的槽壁可防止门体组件30旋转,用户只需要下拉门体组件30即可,不需要控制门体组件30的角度,从而降低了用户的操作难度。
由于环形导向槽22的数量为多个,当门体组件30向下滑动的过程中,限位销3431到达与较下方的环形导向槽22对应的位置时,门体组件30可以旋转,用户可以将门体组件30相对箱体10的翻转角度扩大以便于拿取位于门体组件30后侧的物品。并且,用户旋转门体组件30后,环形导向槽22的底壁支撑限位销3431,门体组件30不会自动下降,以解放用户的双手便于用户拿取门体组件30后侧的物品。
门体组件30在处于滑动状态时具有复数个定位位置,当门体组件30位于定位位置时限位销3431与定位孔23位置相匹配,并且在弹性件344的推动下限位销3431伸入定位孔23内。本实施方式优选定位孔23为盲孔。
在用户下拉门体组件30的过程中,当用户听到限位件343在弹性件344的作用下撞击定位孔23孔壁的声音后,此时用户可松开门体组件30,门体组件30在限位销3431和定位孔23的配合作用下悬停住,不会自动下降,以解放用户的双手便于用户拿取门体组件30后侧的物品。由于定位孔23有多个,定位销与不同定位孔23时的位置即为定位位置,因此门体组件30的定位位置也有多个,用户可根据具体情况选择使用任一定位位置取放门体组件30后侧的物品。
进一步的,定位孔23的孔径从外向内递减,以在用户拉推门体组件30时便于限位销3431从定位孔23中脱出,从而方便用户将门体组件30从一定位位置移动至另一定位位置或使门体组件30回到最高位置。
进一步的,定位孔23设置在环形导向槽22与纵向导向槽21交界处。因此,在门体组件30切换至滑动状态的瞬间,限位销3431在弹性件344的作用下撞击定位孔23孔壁或发出声音,从而提醒用户门体组件30已经处于滑动状态。
进一步的,限位件343的长度方向为纵向,限位销3431的数量为复数个并沿着纵向分布,且相邻限位销3431之间的间距与相邻定位孔23之间的间距相同。弹性件344的数量也为至少两个,并沿纵向分布。因此在门体组件30处于关闭状态以及门体组件30由关闭状态切换至滑动状态的过程中,多个限位销3431与多个环形导向槽22配合,在门体组件30位于定位位置时多个限位销3431与多个定位孔23配合,从而在门体组件30需要悬停时防止部分限位销3431损坏导致门体组件30无法保持悬停。
本发明所述的制冷设备,为冰箱、酒柜、饮料柜等冷藏、冷冻物品的设备。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制冷设备,包括箱体和设置在所述箱体前方的门体组件,其特征在于,所述制冷设备还包括纵向延伸的导向轴,所述导向轴在纵向上的长度大于所述门体组件在纵向上的长度,所述门体组件活动套装于所述导向轴;
    所述门体组件具有关闭箱体的关闭状态、绕所述导向轴相对箱体旋转预设角度的滑动状态,当所述门体组件处于滑动状态时所述门体组件可在纵向沿着所述导向轴滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述门体组件下方的下门体,所述箱体的顶部和底部分别设置有上铰链和下铰链,所述下门体的底部通过下铰链枢转安装于所述箱体,所述导向轴的顶端固定安装于所述上铰链,底端固定安装于所述下铰链。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述导向轴与所述下门体之间设置有在所述门体组件纵向滑动时避让所述门体组件的间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述门体组件包括门壳、安装在所述门壳底部的下饰条、安装在门壳顶部的上饰条、固定安装在上饰条和下饰条之间的配合单元,所述配合单元包括套装于所述导向轴的轴套。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述导向轴的轴身设置有沿所述导向轴的径向凹陷的纵向导向槽,所述纵向导向槽沿纵向延伸;
    所述配合单元还包括限位件,所述限位件具有至少一个限位销,所述门体组件处于滑动状态时所述限位销伸入所述纵向导向槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述导向轴的轴身设置有复数个沿纵向排布的环形导向槽,所述门体组件由关闭状态切 换至所述滑动状态的过程中所述限位销伸入所述环形导向槽内并沿着所述环形导向槽滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述轴套具有套装所述导向轴的轴套主体、从所述轴套主体的侧面沿径向突伸的延伸部,所述延伸部内设置有收容所述限位件的收容腔,并且所述轴套主体设置有与所述收容腔相通并使所述限位销穿过的穿孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述导向轴在所述纵向导向槽的内壁设置有复数个沿纵向排布且沿所述导向轴的径向凹陷的定位孔,所述定位孔的孔径从外向内递减;
    所述配合单元还包括设置在所述收容腔内的弹性件,所述弹性件的一端抵持所述限位件远离所述轴套主体的一侧;
    所述门体组件在处于滑动状态时具有复数个定位位置,当所述门体组件位于定位位置时所述限位销与所述定位孔位置相匹配,并且在所述弹性件的推动下所述限位销伸入所述定位孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述收容腔延伸至所述延伸部远离所述轴套主体的一侧形成开口;
    所述配合单元还包括安装于所述延伸部远离所述轴套主体一侧以遮盖所述开口的密封盖;
    所述弹性件远离所述限位件的一端抵持所述密封盖,所述限位件具有朝向所述密封盖延伸的安装部,所述弹性件套装于所述安装部。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述定位孔设置在所述环形导向槽与所述纵向导向槽交界处。
