本申请涉及产品包装技术领域,具体涉及一种包装盒。
背景技术
包装盒是一种在运输和存储过程中对产品进行保护,在销售过程中对产品起到宣传及促销作用的一种容器。所装产品在搭配选择包装盒形时,或许是按用户意愿,或许是按产品本身价值与包装盒的成本比例,或许是着重对产品的保护,或许是着重促进对产品的营销,通常都会选择用新颖的盒形结构及炫美的封面设计把产品更形象的传递给消费者,达到对消费者更大的吸引力。
现有的包装盒只是起到保护产品的作用,结构死板,开盒方式传统单调,难以灵活地取放产品,不符合产品的高端定位。
前面的叙述在于提供一般的背景信息,并不一定构成现有技术。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本申请提供一种包装盒,使用户可以灵活地取放产品,改善用户的体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种包装盒,包括:
第一槽体;
第二槽体,第二槽体用于覆盖第一槽体的第一开口以形成容纳腔,且 第二槽体沿第一方向可滑动地设置于第一槽体,第二槽体的槽底设有与容纳腔连通的第一通孔;
传动构件,与第一槽体的侧壁和第二槽体的侧壁配合以形成升降结构;
支撑构件,位于容纳腔内且设置在传动构件上,且支撑构件位于第一通孔沿第一方向的投影位置处,升降结构用于通过第一槽体和第二槽体的相对滑动实现支撑构件的升降。
可选地,包装盒还包括盖板,盖板可弯折地连接于第二槽体的槽底并用于覆盖第一通孔。
可选地,第一槽体的侧壁位于第二槽体的侧壁的内侧,且第一槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有支撑部,两个支撑部沿第二方向对齐;第二槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有连接部;传动构件具有柔性特性,且传动构件穿过两个支撑部并与两个连接部连接。
可选地,第一槽体的侧壁位于第二槽体的侧壁的外侧,且第一槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有连接部;第二槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁设有支撑部,两个支撑部沿第二方向对齐;传动构件具有柔性特性,且传动构件穿过两个支撑部与两个连接部连接。
可选地,支撑构件包括产品安装部。
可选地,产品安装部包括第一卡槽和第二卡槽,第一卡槽从上到下逐渐减小,第二卡槽与第一卡槽的下端连通,且第二卡槽位于第一通孔沿第一方向的投影位置处。
可选地,产品安装部还包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,第一支撑件的弹性模量小于第二支撑件的弹性模量。第一卡槽和第二卡槽形成于第一支撑件,第二支撑件的至少部分位于第一支撑件的下侧。
可选地,包装盒还包括第三槽体,第一槽体容纳于第三槽体内并连接于第三槽体。第三槽体的侧壁和第一槽体的侧壁之间形成导向间隙,第二槽体的侧壁的至少部分插入导向间隙且能够沿导向间隙滑动。
可选地,第三槽体的槽底设有限位孔,第一槽体的槽底的至少部分容纳于限位孔并连接于第三槽体的槽底。
可选地,包装盒还包括外部套盒,用于容纳第一槽体和第二槽体。
可选地,外部套盒包括外槽体和底托板,底托板设置于第一槽体的下侧并连接于第一槽体,外槽体抵靠于底托板以形成封闭空间,第一槽体和第二槽体容纳于封闭空间。
当需要取出产品时,下压第二槽体,第二槽体在第一槽体的侧壁的引导下沿第一方向移动并逐渐靠近支撑构件,同时,第二槽体的侧壁和第一槽体的侧壁通过传动构件带动支撑构件上升,支撑构件推动产品移动并经由第一通孔伸出到第二槽体的外部,以便于用户取出产品。当需要放回产品时,经由第一通孔将产品放入容纳腔并使产品抵靠在支撑构件上,然后手动下压产品;产品下压支撑构件以使支撑构件向下运动,同时,支撑构件通过传动构件带动第二槽体的侧壁,以使第二槽体向上运动。随着支撑构件的向下运动和第二槽体的向上运动,产品逐渐收纳于容纳腔内。
本申请实施例提供了一种新颖的开盒方式,其能够通过按压第二槽体和产品实现产品在收纳状态和伸出状态的切换,便于实现产品的取放,给用户新的开盒方式,改善用户的体验。

如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种包装盒,包装盒用于盛放产品1,该产品1可以是电子类产品、化妆品或精巧奢侈品等等。电子类产品可以是手机、平板电脑或电子手表等,化妆品可以是护肤品或香水等,精巧奢侈品可以是腕表、皮包或珠宝等。
本申请实施例的包装盒包括第一槽体2、第二槽体3、传动构件4和支撑构件5。第二槽体3用于覆盖第一槽体2的第一开口23以形成容纳腔S,且第二槽体3沿第一方向X可滑动地设置于第一槽体2,第二槽体的槽底31设有与容纳腔S连通的第一通孔311。传动构件4与第一槽体的侧壁22和第二槽体的侧壁32配合以形成升降结构。支撑构件5位于容纳腔S内且设置在传动构件4上,且支撑构件5位于第一通孔311沿第一方向X的投影位置处,升降结构用于通过第一槽体2和第二槽体3的相对滑动实现支撑构件5的升降。
在一可选实施方式中,第一槽体2为中空结构,并在一端形成第一开口23。第一槽体2可以是多种形状,比如圆柱体、棱柱体等,棱柱体可为四棱柱、六棱柱等。第一槽体2的形状可根据产品1的形状来确定。
在一可选实施方式中,第二槽体3和第一槽体2上下盖合,以共同限定出用于容纳产品1的容纳腔S。示例性地,第二槽体3为也为中空结构,其在面向第一槽体2的一端形成第二开口33。第二槽体3的形状与第一槽体2的形状向匹配。例如,当第一槽体2为圆柱体时,第二槽体3也为圆柱体;当第一槽体2为棱柱体时,第二槽体3也为棱柱体。
在一可选实施方式中,第二槽体的槽底31和第一槽体的槽底21沿第一方向X相对设置,第二槽体的侧壁32沿第一方向X可滑动地设置于第一槽体的侧壁22。需要时,用户能够手动地拉动第二槽体3,并通过第二槽体的侧壁32与第一槽体的侧壁22配合限定第二槽体3的运动方向。
在一可选实施方式中,第一通孔311用于取放产品1,例如,产品1可以经由第一通孔311放置到容纳腔S内,也可以经由第一通孔311伸出到包装盒的外部。
在一可选实施方式中,第二槽体3可以完全覆盖第一槽体2的第一开口23,也可以仅覆盖第一槽体2的第一开口23的部分。
本申请实施例不限定第一槽体2和第二槽体3的盖合方式。在一些示例中,第一槽体2开设有第一开口23的一端能够经由第二开口33插入到第二槽体3内,以实现第一槽体2和第二槽体3的盖合;在另一些示例中,第二槽体3的开设第二开口33的一端能够经由第一开口23插入到第一槽体2内,以实现第一槽体2和第二槽体3的盖合。
支撑构件5和第二槽体的槽底31沿第一方向X相对设置并用于支撑产品1。第一通孔311沿第一方向X的投影位于支撑构件5沿第一方向X的投影之内,因此,当经由第一通孔311将产品1放入容纳腔S时,支撑构件5能够从下侧支撑产品1。
本申请不限定传动构件4的具体结构,只要其能够将第一槽体2和第二槽体3的相对滑动转换成支撑构件5的升降运动即可。传动构件4与第一槽体的侧壁22配合方式可以依照传动构件4的结构、第一槽体2和第二 槽体3的位置确定,传动构件4既可以与第一槽体的侧壁22固定地配合,也可以与第一槽体的侧壁22可滑动地配合。传动构件4与第二槽体的侧壁32配合方式可以依照传动构件4的结构、第一槽体2和第二槽体3的位置确定,传动构件4既可以与第二槽体的侧壁32固定地配合,也可以与第二槽体的侧壁32可滑动地配合。
当需要取出产品1时,下压第二槽体3,第二槽体3在第一槽体的侧壁22的引导下沿第一方向X移动并逐渐靠近支撑构件5,同时,第二槽体的侧壁32和第一槽体的侧壁22通过传动构件4带动支撑构件5上升,支撑构件5推动产品1移动并经由第一通孔311伸出到第二槽体3的外部,以便于用户取出产品1。
当需要放回产品1时,经由第一通孔311将产品1放入容纳腔S并使产品1抵靠在支撑构件5上,然后手动下压产品1;产品1下压支撑构件5以使支撑构件5向下运动,同时,支撑构件5通过传动构件4带动第二槽体的侧壁32,以使第二槽体3向上运动。随着支撑构件5的向下运动和第二槽体3的向上运动,产品1逐渐收纳于容纳腔S内。
本申请实施例提供了一种新颖的开盒方式,其能够通过按压第二槽体3和产品1实现产品1在收纳状态和伸出状态的切换,便于实现产品1的取放,给用户新的开盒方式,改善用户的体验。
产品1的伸出状态指的是产品1的至少部分伸出到包装盒的外部,用户能够抓取产品1。产品1的收纳状态是指产品1不凸出于包装盒的外表面,产品1可以整体容纳于容纳腔S内,也可以一部分容纳于容纳腔S内、而另一部分容纳于第一通孔311内。
在收纳状态下,第二槽体3和第一槽体2能够保护产品1,降低产品1被损坏的风险。示例性地,在收纳状态下,产品1的一部分容纳于第一通孔311内,此时,第一通孔311的孔壁可限制产品1的晃动。
在一可选实施方式中,第一槽体的侧壁22位于第二槽体的侧壁32的内侧,且第一槽体2的至少两个相对的侧壁22分别设有支撑部6,两个支撑部6沿第二方向Y对齐;第二槽体3的至少两个相对的侧壁32分别设有连接部7;传动构件4具有柔性特性,且传动构件4穿过两个支撑部6并 与两个连接部7连接。
在一可选实施方式中,传动构件4由柔性材料一体形成。例如,传动构件4为柔性拉带。在第二槽体3移动的过程中,柔性的传动构件4能够适应性的变形,以拉动支撑构件5。
在一可选实施方式中,第一槽体2开设有第一开口23的一端能够经由第二开口33插入到第二槽体3内。支撑部6用于支撑传动构件4,传动构件4可滑动地设置于支撑部6;支撑部6为传动构件4提供运动的支点,以调整传动构件4的作用力的方向。连接部7用于固定传动构件4;在滑动第二槽体3时,连接部7对传动构件4施加拉力,并使传动构件4沿着支撑部6滑动。
在下压第二槽体3时,第二槽体3的连接部7对传动构件4施加向下的拉力,支撑部6可以将向下的拉力转换成施加到支撑构件5的向上的支撑力。
第二方向Y为与第一方向X相交的直线方向,示例性的,第二方向Y与第一方向X垂直。第一槽体2的开设有支撑部6的两个侧壁22沿第二方向Y布置,第二槽体3的开设有连接部7的两个侧壁32沿第二方向Y布置。
在下压第二槽体3时,两个连接部7可以从两端拉动传动构件4,这样可以使支撑构件5受力更为均匀,降低支撑构件5在运动过程中偏斜的风险。
本申请实施例不限制连接部7和支撑部6的结构,其只要能够实现升降功能即可。
在一些示例中,支撑部6包括第二通孔,传动构件4从第二通孔中穿过,第二通孔的孔壁可以起到支撑的作用。在另一些示例中,支撑部6为第一槽体的侧壁22的上端,传动构件4从第一槽体的侧壁22上侧绕过并贴合于第一槽体的侧壁22的上端,第一槽体的侧壁22的上端可以起到支撑的作用;在又一些示例中,支撑部6包括转轴,传动构件4绕过转轴并贴合于转轴,在拉动传动构件4时,转轴可以起到定滑轮的作用,以减小传动构件4滑动时的阻力。当然,本申请的支撑部6不限于上述的结构, 还可以为其它的支撑结构。
在一些示例中,连接部7包括第三通孔,传动构件4从第三通孔中穿过并固定到第二槽体的侧壁32;第三通孔的孔壁可以下压传动构件4,并对传动构件4施加拉力。在另一些示例中,连接部7包括夹持件,夹持件可以夹住传动构件4的自由端,以固定传动构件4。在又一些示例中,连接部7包括粘接件,粘接剂可以将传动构件4的自由端粘接到第二槽体的侧壁32,实现传动构件4的固定。当然,本申请的连接部7不限于上述的结构,还可以为其它的连接结构。
在一可选实施方式中,在第一方向X上,支撑部6高于连接部7和支撑构件5,这样,支撑部6能够起到支点的作用,以将连接部7的向下运动转换成支撑构件5的向上运动。

如图3和图4所示,在另一些可选实施例中,第一槽体的侧壁22位于第二槽体的侧壁32的外侧,且第一槽体2的至少两个相对的侧壁22分别设有连接部7;第二槽体3的至少两个相对的侧壁32设有支撑部6,两个支撑部6沿第二方向Y对齐;传动构件4具有柔性特性,且传动构件4穿过两个支撑部6与两个连接部7连接。
第二槽体3开设有第二开口33的一端能够经由第一开口23插入到第一槽体2内。支撑部6用于支撑传动构件4,传动构件4可滑动地设置于支撑部6;支撑部6为传动构件4提供运动的支点,以调整传动构件4的作用力的方向。连接部7用于固定传动构件4;在滑动第二槽体3时,连接部7对传动构件4施加拉力,并使传动构件4沿着支撑部6滑动。
两个连接部7可以固定传动构件4的两个自由端,在下压第二槽体3时,第二槽体3的支撑部6带动传动构件4变形,以使传动构件4对支撑构件5施加向上的支撑力。本申请实施例不限制连接部7和支撑部6的结构,其只要能够实现升降功能即可。
图5为本申请又一些实施例提供的包装盒的结构示意图,其中产品伸 出到包装盒外部。
如图5所示,在一可选实施例中,包装盒还包括盖板8,盖板8可弯折地连接于第二槽体的槽底31并用于覆盖第一通孔311。
当产品1处于收纳状态时,盖板8覆盖第一通孔311,以提高包装盒的密封性,避免外部杂质经由第一通孔311进入容纳腔S,进一步保护产品1。
在按压第二槽体3时,产品1向上挤压盖板8,以使盖板8弯折并打开第一通孔311,实现产品1的伸出。
在一些示例中,盖板8可以与第二槽体3一体设置,且两者的连接处可弯折。当产品1处于收纳状态时,盖板8覆盖第一通孔311。在产品1上升并挤压盖板8时,盖板8相对于第二槽体的槽底31的弯折并打开第一通孔311。在重新将产品1压入容纳腔S后,盖板8在自身弹性恢复力的作用下弯折并再次覆盖第一通孔311,实现盖板8的自动盖合。
在另一些示例中,盖板8还可以通过其它复位结构连接到第二槽体的槽底31。例如,盖板8通过转轴、扭簧等结构连接到第二槽体的槽底31,扭簧对盖板8施加的弹力可以实现盖板8的自动盖合。
图6为本申请一些实施例提供的包装盒的支撑构件的结构示意图。
如图5和图6所示,在一可选实施例中,支撑构件5包括产品安装部51。产品安装部51为支撑构件5的用于安装产品1的结构。
产品安装部51通过设置卡槽来卡住产品1,也可以通过设置吸附结构来吸附固定产品1,还可以通过设置弹性夹持件来夹持产品1。当然,本申请实施例并不限制产品安装部51的结构,产品安装部51还可以具有其它的结构。
在一可选实施例中,产品安装部51包括第一卡槽511和第二卡槽512,第一卡槽511从上到下逐渐减小,第二卡槽512与第一卡槽511的下端连通,且第二卡槽512位于第一通孔311沿第一方向X的投影位置处。
第二卡槽512位于第一通孔311沿第一方向X的投影位置处指的是:第一通孔311在第一方向X上的投影位于第二卡槽512在第一方向X上的投影内。
第一卡槽511为导向槽,在经由第一通孔311将产品1插入容纳腔S的过程中,第一卡槽511能够引导产品1插入到第二卡槽512。第二卡槽512卡槽能够用于容纳产品1的至少部分,以实现对产品1的定位和支撑,降低产品1的晃动,提高稳定性。
在一可选实施例中,产品安装部51还包括第一支撑件513和第二支撑件514,第一支撑件513的弹性模量小于第二支撑件514的弹性模量。第一卡槽511和第二卡槽512形成于第一支撑件513,第二支撑件514的至少部分位于第一支撑件的下侧。
第一支撑件513具有较小的弹性模量,其弹性好,可以更好的起到缓冲、保护产品1的作用,降低产品1在震动时被压伤的风险。第二支撑件514具有较大的弹性模量,其强度高,在传动构件4拉动支撑构件5时,第二支撑件514不易变形,减小支撑构件5的偏斜的风险。
第二卡槽512可以沿第一方向X贯通第一支撑件513,也可以不贯通第一支撑件513。
在一可选实施例中,第二支撑件514为中空结构,第一支撑件513容纳于第二支撑件514内并粘接于第二支撑件514。
图7为本申请具体实施例提供的包装盒的结构示意图;图8为图7所示的包装盒的立体剖视示意图;图9为图7所示的包装盒的爆炸示意图;图10为8所示的第一槽体和第三槽体的结构示意图。
如图7至图10所示,包装盒还包括第三槽体9,第一槽体2容纳于第三槽体9内并连接于第三槽体9。第三槽体的侧壁92和第一槽体的侧壁22之间形成导向间隙G,第二槽体的侧壁32的至少部分插入导向间隙G且能够沿导向间隙G滑动。
第一槽体2和第三槽体9套设在一起并形成导向间隙G,导向间隙G能够引导第二槽体3沿第一方向X移动。本申请实施例通过设置套设在一起的第一槽体2和第三槽体9,提高第二槽体3沿第一方向X的滑动精度。
在一可选实施例中,第一槽体的槽底21粘接于第三槽体的槽底91。
在一可选实施例中,第三槽体的槽底91设有限位孔911,第一槽体的槽底21的至少部分容纳于限位孔911并连接于第三槽体的槽底91。限位 孔911可以起到定位作用,简化第一槽体2和第三槽体9装配工艺,保证导向间隙G的尺寸精度。
限位孔911可以是盲孔,也可以是通孔。
在一可选实施例中,包装盒还包括压板10,压板10固定于第二槽体的槽底31的上侧,且压板10的外周面凸出于第二槽体的侧壁32。压板10可以起到限位作用,例如,在下压第二槽体3的过程中,当压板10抵靠于第三槽体的侧壁92时,第三槽体的侧壁92可以阻挡第二槽体3继续向下运动,避免第二槽体3过度运动而压伤内部的第一槽体2。
压板10具有与第一通孔311对应的第四通孔101,产品1可以穿过第一通孔311和第四通孔101并凸出到压板10的上侧。
在一可选实施例中,第二槽体的槽底31粘接于压板10的下表面。
在一可选实施例中,包装盒还包括外部套盒11,用于容纳第一槽体2和第二槽体3。外部套盒11可以从外侧保护第一槽体2和第二槽体3。
在一可选实施例中,外部套盒11包括外槽体111和底托板112,底托板112设置于第一槽体2的下侧并连接于第一槽体2,外槽体111抵靠于底托板112以形成封闭空间,第一槽体2和第二槽体3容纳于封闭空间。
底托板112用于支撑第一槽体2和第二槽体3。外槽体111能够从外侧包覆第一槽体2和第二槽体3并覆盖第一通孔311,以减少经由第一通孔311进入容纳腔S的杂质,进一步保护产品1。
示例性地,底托板112粘接于第三槽体9和第一槽体2。
示例性地,外槽体111可通过胶带连接于底托板112。当需要取出产品1时,撕下胶带即可。
在一些实施例中,除传动构件4外,其余各部分均可由纸板制成。纸板由可自然降解材质制成,因此,本实施例的包装盒更为环保。
图11为图7所示的包装盒的另一立体剖视示意图,其中外槽体省略;图12为图11所示的包装盒在产品伸出时的立体剖视示意图。
下面结合附图简要描述产品从本申请具体实施例的包装盒中取出的过程。
当需要从包装盒取出产品1时,将外槽体取下。
参照图11和图12,向下按压第二槽体3,第二槽体的侧壁32沿着导向间隙G滑动;同时,第二槽体的侧壁32通过传动构件4带动支撑构件5向上移动。此时,产品1在支撑构件5的推动下经由第一通孔311逐渐伸出第二槽体3,便于用户将产品1取下。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种包装盒,包括:
    第一槽体;
    第二槽体,所述第二槽体用于覆盖所述第一槽体的第一开口以形成容纳腔,且所述第二槽体沿第一方向可滑动地设置于所述第一槽体,所述第二槽体的槽底设有与所述容纳腔连通的第一通孔;
    传动构件,与所述第一槽体的侧壁和所述第二槽体的侧壁配合以形成升降结构;
    支撑构件,位于所述容纳腔内且设置在所述传动构件上,且所述支撑构件位于所述第一通孔沿所述第一方向的投影位置处,所述升降结构用于通过所述第一槽体和所述第二槽体的相对滑动实现所述支撑构件的升降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,还包括盖板,所述盖板可弯折地连接于所述第二槽体的槽底并用于覆盖所述第一通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,
    所述第一槽体的侧壁位于所述第二槽体的侧壁的内侧,且所述第一槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有支撑部,两个所述支撑部沿第二方向对齐;所述第二槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有连接部;所述传动构件具有柔性特性,且所述传动构件穿过两个所述支撑部并与两个所述连接部连接;或者,
    所述第一槽体的侧壁位于所述第二槽体的侧壁的外侧,且所述第一槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁分别设有连接部;所述第二槽体的至少两个相对的侧壁设有支撑部,两个所述支撑部沿所述第二方向对齐;所述传动构件具有柔性特性,且所述传动构件穿过两个所述支撑部与两个所述连接部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述支撑构件包括产品安装部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装盒,其中,所述产品安装部包括第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽从上到下逐渐减小,所述第二卡槽与所述第 一卡槽的下端连通,且所述第二卡槽位于所述第一通孔沿所述第一方向的投影位置处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装盒,其中,所述产品安装部还包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件的弹性模量小于所述第二支撑件的弹性模量;
    所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽形成于所述第一支撑件,所述第二支撑件的至少部分位于所述第一支撑件的下侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,还包括第三槽体,所述第一槽体容纳于所述第三槽体内并连接于所述第三槽体;
    所述第三槽体的侧壁和所述第一槽体的侧壁之间形成导向间隙,所述第二槽体的侧壁的至少部分插入所述导向间隙且能够沿所述导向间隙滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装盒,其中,所述第三槽体的槽底设有限位孔,所述第一槽体的槽底的至少部分容纳于所述限位孔并连接于所述第三槽体的槽底。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,还包括外部套盒,用于容纳所述第一槽体和所述第二槽体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装盒,其中,所述外部套盒包括外槽体和底托板,所述底托板设置于所述第一槽体的下侧并连接于所述第一槽体,所述外槽体抵靠于所述底托板以形成封闭空间,所述第一槽体和所述第二槽体容纳于所述封闭空间。
