进一步地,将旋转轴设置于手的正下方,此时,用户在操作设备时应该是最省力的,因为,在推拉的过程中,主体上的重力会集中到旋转轴处,而旋转轴又位于握持部的下方,因此,相当于用手提着一个重量的物体,而如果手柄组件不能旋转的话,那么在推拉的过程中,主体上的重力会集中到握持部的前方或者斜前方,此时,用户推拉时需要用较大的力,就像平时用手拿东西一样,拎着应该是最省力的。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示,则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

参考图7-8,图中的箭头方向为垂直于握持部的方向,以穿过至少部分握持部12的第一平面A为预设平面,限定握持部12沿垂直于握持部12的轴线方向移动所形成的区域为预设平面内的第一区域C,旋转轴线O位于第一区域C内。旋转轴线O可以垂直于第一平面A,还可以与第一平面A呈一定角度,优选地,旋转轴线O垂直于第一平面A。参考图7,当握持部12为一个比较直的结构时,垂直于其的轴线方向比较好确定。参考图8,当握持部12包含一定的曲度时,可以将握持部12两端进行连线,然后取垂直于该连线的方向为运行方向。这里所说的握持部12实际是指在工作过程中用户手主要或者长时间握住的位置,其他为了增加手柄造型的结构应该不算在握持部12内。预设平面优选为沿设备行进方向的平面,该平面基本垂直于工作表面B。将该预设平面对握持部12进行剖切,此时,握持部12和旋转轴线O均可包含该平面内,如果旋转部11位于握持部12的正下方,那么,旋转部11也包含在该平面内。
参考图9-11,手柄组件1的旋转轴26与握持部12相对设置,可以将施力点集中在与手对应的位置,即当手自然握住握持部12时,手臂、手和旋转轴26基本在同一直线方向上,这样可以使用户在在操作设备时更加省力。尤其是当在推拉设备的过程中,主体2施加到手柄组件1的力会集中到旋转部11,由于旋转部11相对于主体是可转动的,基本不需要用户的手腕用力,只需要用户的臂力通过手传递到手柄组件1的旋转部11,相当于用户只进行了摆臂的动作,手腕处基本没有用力。因此,在操作的过程中用户会感觉比较省力。
而现有技术中,手柄组件1不能相对于主体2旋转,手柄组件1和主体2的连接处随着设备的前后移动相对于用户的手位置发生改变,需要用户调节手相对于小臂的位置,因此会显得比较吃力。
参考图11和12,在一个手柄组件1的实现方式中,手柄组件1包括基本平行的旋转部11和握持部12,手柄组件1还包括第一连接部14,第一连接部14连接握持部12的第一端和旋转部11的第一端。第一连接部14为弧形,还可以为其他形状。图12中的a图和b图均只有一个连接部。
参考图11和图12,在另一个手柄组件1的实现方式中,除了包括第一连接部14之外,还可以包括第二连接部15,第二连接部15连接握持部12的第二端和旋转部11的第二端。第二连接部15为弧形,当然,还可以为其他形状。图11和图12中的c图有两个连接部。
参考图11,连接部13包括第一连接部14和第二连接部15,第一连接部14连接旋转部11和握持部12的第一端,第二连接部15连接旋转部11和握持部12的第二端,旋转部11、第一连接部14、握持部12和第二连接部15共同限定握持空间。采用两个连接部13,可以使整个手柄组件1更加稳定,且方便操作,因为除了正常使用时,用户还可以通过连接部13操作设备。第一连接部14和第二连接部15均为弧形,与旋转部11和握持部12共同组成为环形。
握持部12构造成在手柄组件1处于使用状态时相对于工作表面B的倾斜角度不大于20度。可以理解为,设备在使用时,不管设备相对于工作表面倾斜多少度,握持部均可以旋转到与工作表面相差不超过20度的状态。进一步地,握持部12构造成在手柄组件1处于使用状态时基本处于水平状态,即握持部均可以旋转到与工作表面基本平行的状态。使用状态是指主体2相对于工作表面B倾斜0-60度,用户用手握住握持部12,在放松状态下推拉设备时的状态。在这种状态下,用户用最小的力即可以推拉设备,更加省力。
上述手柄组件1可以安装至任意设备,只需要该设备的主体2在工作时相对于工作表面B有一定的角度,且在工作过程中用户可通过手柄组件1对主体2进行推拉。
参考图13,图中公开了一种表面清洁设备100,表面清洁设备100包括主体2、清洁头3和上述任一实施例中的手柄组件1。主体2沿其长度方向包括相对的近地端22和远地端23。主体2可以包括连接杆21,可以理解的是,连接杆21是主体2的一部分。清洁头3设置于近地端22,用于清洁待清洁表面。清洁头3可以包括滚刷、抹布等擦试件。清洁头3可以沿行进方向反复运动,以清洁待清洁表面。手柄组件1包括旋转部11和握持部12,旋转部11可绕旋转轴线O可旋转地安装到远地端23。握持部12与旋转部11相连,握持部12构造成被用户握持。旋转部11为手柄组件1的一个部分,可以为一个很小的部分,也可以为一个较大的部分,旋转部11的体积这里不做限定,只需其可相对于主体2枢转即可。旋转部11可以与握持部12一体成型,两者还可以分开设置。
表面清洁设备100可以包括清洁液供给系统和脏污回收系统中的一个或者两个,清洁液供给系统包括清水箱、供给管路和水泵。脏污回收系统包括回收箱,还可以包括抽吸电机和抽吸管路。清水箱可以设置在主体2,回收箱可以设置在主体2,还可以设置在清洁头3。抽吸电机可以设置在主体2,还可以设置在清洁头3。当清水箱、污水箱和抽吸电机均设置于主体2时,此时,整个主体2的重量会比较重,用户操作起来会比较吃力。
握持部12通过旋转部11可以旋转的设置于主体2的远地端23,在主体2被推拉的过程中,由于手柄相对于主体2时可旋转的,可以有效降低握持在手柄上的用户的负担,用户只需要用很小的力即可拖动设备。
参考图14-17,图14可以为用户在使用时的第一位置,图15可以为用户在使用时的第二位置。常规清洁过程中的使用状态可以为清洁设备在第一位置和第二位置之间被推拉。为了进一步降低用户在推拉清洁设备时的力,对手柄组件1可做进一步地改进。主体2或延伸杆4相对于清洁头3具有直立状态(参考图13)和使用状态(参考图14和15),当主体2或延伸杆4位于使用状态时,沿竖直方向旋转部11位于握持部12的下方。这里所说的使用状态,为用户用手握住握持部12,保持一个相对轻松的状态。由于,手柄组件1是可以旋转的,不管旋转到哪个角度都可以推拉设备,只是用的力大小不同,这里的使用状态指的是用户用最小的力即可以推拉设备。在上述的使用状态下,旋转部11位于握持部12的下方,这里的下方包括但不限于位于握持部12的正下方,还可以稍微偏移一些方位,例如:参考图18-20,旋转部11位于握持部的正下方。参考图3-5,如果两个旋转轴2分别6设置于手柄组件1的外侧,即使旋转部11没有位于握持部12的正下方,可以理解为旋转部11位于握持部12的下方。但是,如果将旋转部11和握持部12放置在同一垂直面内来看,旋转部11的旋转轴26位于握持部12的正下方。采用这种设置,相当于将旋转轴26设置于手的正下方,此时,用户在操作设备时应该是最省力的,因为,在推拉的过程中,主体2上的重力会集中到旋转轴26处,而旋转轴26又位于握持部12的下方,因此,相当于用手提着一个重量的物体,而如果手柄组件1不能旋转的话,那么在推拉的过程中,主体2上的重力会集中到握持部12的前方或者斜前方,此时,用户推拉时需要用较大的力,就像平时用手拿东西一样,拎着应该是最省力的。
还可以理解的是,参考图,手柄组件1还包括限位结构25,限位结构25构造成限制手柄组件1的旋转角度以使所旋转角度小于100度。进一步地,可以限制到70度。更进一步地,还可以限制到45度。
参考图18-20,在一个实现方式中,主体2或延伸杆4的远地端23包括连接结构24,部分连接结构24伸入到手柄组件1的内部以通过旋转轴26与旋转部11可枢转连接,远地端23设置有限定手柄组件1旋转角度的限位结构25。
参考图3-6,在另一个实现方式中,主体2或延伸杆4的远地端23包括连接结构24,连接结构24限定有安装槽以通过旋转轴26与旋转部11可枢转连接,远地端23设置有限定手柄组件1旋转角度的限位结构25。
图21为又一实施例中清洁设备的结构示意图。参考图21,表面清洁设备100可为卧式清洁设备,其包括放置于地面的主机5和清洁头3、连接主机5和清洁头3的延伸杆4,延伸杆4的一端安装清洁头3,另一端安装手柄组件1,然后通过软管与主机5连通。手柄组件1可以为上述任一实施例中的结构。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (10)

  1.  一种表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,包括
    主体(2)或延伸杆(4),沿其长度方向包括相对的近地端(22)和远地端(23);
    手柄组件(1),其包括旋转部(11)和握持部(12),所述旋转部(11)可绕旋转轴(26)线可枢转地安装到所述远地端(23);所述握持部(12)与所述旋转部(11)相连,所述握持部(12)构造成被用户握持。
  2.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述主体(2)或所述延伸杆(4)相对于工作表面具有直立状态和使用状态,当所述主体(2)或所述延伸杆(4)位于所述使用状态时,沿竖直方向所述旋转部(11)位于所述握持部(12)的下方。
  3.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述旋转部(11)和所述握持部(12)之间限定有至少部分握持空间。
  4.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述握持部(12)在所述手柄组件(1)处于使用状态时相对于工作表面的倾斜角度不大于20度。
  5.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    还包括限位结构(25),所述限位结构(25)构造成限制所述手柄组件(1)的旋转角度以使所旋转角度小于100度。
  6.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述手柄组件(1)可在基本垂直于工作表面的第一平面内进行转动;其中,以穿过至少部分所述握持部(12)的第一平面为预设平面,限定所述握持部(12)沿垂直于所述握持部(12)的轴线方向移动所形成的区域为所述预设平面内的第一区域,所述旋转轴(26)线位于所述第一区域内。
  7.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    还包括连接所述旋转部(11)和所述握持部(12)的连接部(13),所述旋转部(11)、所述连接部(13)和所述握持部(12)之间限定有至少部分握持空间。
  8.  如权利要求7所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述连接部(13)包括第一连接部(14)和第二连接部(15),所述第一连接部(14)连接所述旋转部(11)和所述握持部(12)的第一端,所述第二连接部(15)连接所述旋转部(11)和所述握持部(12)的第二端,所述旋转部(11)、所述第一连接部(14)、所述握持部(12)和所述第二连接部(15)共同限定握持空间。
  9.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述主体(2)或所述延伸杆(4)的远地端(23)包括连接结构(24),部分所述连接结构(24)伸入到所述手柄组件(1)的内部以通过旋转轴(26)与所述旋转部(11)可枢转连接,所述远地端(23)设置有限定所述手柄组件(1)旋转角度的限位结构(25)。
  10.  如权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述主体(2)或所述延伸杆(4)的远地端(23)包括连接结构(24),所述连接结构(24)限定有安装槽以通过旋转轴(26)与所述旋转部(11)可枢转连接,所述远地端(23)设置有限定所述手柄组件(1)旋转角度的限位结构(25)。
