电信管理论坛(telecom management forum,TMF)2020年提出自动驾驶网络(autonomous network,AN)愿景并定义了AN架构以及技术特征,指出单域自治、意图驱动、人工智能原生(AI-Native)是未来实现网络自动驾驶技术关键。其中,意图驱动的核心诉求是实现网络与业务、业务与商业的解耦并简化系统间的集成。
如图2所示,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd generation partnership project,3GPP)给出意图(intent)与策略(policy)以及规则(rule)之间的抽象关系。示例性地,可以从规则抽象得到策略,其中,规则和策略都包括一些具体的技术细节,策略包括的技术细节少于规则包括的技术细节。进一步地,可以从策略抽象得到意图,其中,意图不再包括技术细节。在未来,还可能对意图进行进一步的抽象。
为便于理解本申请实施例,对本申请实施例中涉及的几个基本概念做简单说明。
1、网络管理服务意图
按照TMF的定义,所谓意图就是特定网络技术系统中用于表达期望的一种形式化规格(specification)或描述信息(description),其中包含需求、目标与约束。如图3所示为TMF定义的意图。
以网络业务发放意图为例,其中的需求信息可以指示某个网络业务,其中的目标信息可以指示发放业务所需要的带宽、以及时延要求(比如时延<2ms)等,其中的约束信息可以指示网络业务的源、宿点信息等。
而在本申请实施例中,网络管理服务意图是指网络管理服务消费实体对网络管理服务的需求,也可以称为网络管理服务需求,本申请实施例不限定该名称。示例性地,网络管理服务意图可以为光专线服务意图。
在本申请的意图化交互场景下,主要包括两个角色,分别为网络管理服务提供实体和网络管理服务消费实体。其中,网络管理服务提供实体又可称为网络管理服务提供者,或意图提供者(intent provider),或意图操作者(intenthandler)等。网络管理服务消费实体又可称为网络管理服务消费者,或意图消费者(intentconsumer),或意图拥有者(intentowner)等。
其中,网络管理服务消费实体,可以为网络管理服务的调用者,可以进行网络管理服务意图表达式创建,修改,删除,查询等操作,可配置在网络管理系统(network management system,NMS)、或元素管理系统(element management system,EMS)、或网络设备(network equipment,NE)中,可以是管理功能、或管理功能实体、或管理实体、或网络设备、或网元等,本申请对此不作限定。
网络管理服务提供实体,可以为网络管理服务的提供者,根据接收到的网络管理服务意图表达式,执行相应的操作,可配置在NMS或EMS或NE中,可以是管理功能、或管理功能实体、或管理实体,或网络设备,或网元等,本申请对此不作限定。
其中,网络管理服务可以包括网络规划服务、网络建设服务、网络维护服务和网络优化服务中的至少一种。其中,网络规划服务可以包括基站部署或小区部署等服务。网络建设服务可以包括网络通信设备部署等服务,示例性地,网络通信设备部署可以包括固定接入部署,无线接入部署,路由设备部署等。网络维护服务可以包括对日常网络故障进行维修排查等。网络优化服务可以包括网络结构改进,带宽升级,网络设备扩容等,例如,网络结构改进可以是指将环形组网替换为环形组网与链式组网的结合。此外,网络管理服务还可以包括其他服务,例如还包括对某些用户提供针对性网络管理服务套餐等。需要说明的是,本申请对网络管理服务包括的具体内容不作限定。
2、网络管理服务意图模板
本申请实施例中,网络管理服务意图模板是指网络管理服务意图的样板化描述信息,也可以称为网络管理服务需求模板,本申请实施例不限定该名称。具体地,网络管理服务意图模板可以包括期望(expection)信息模板和网络对象(network target)信息模板。可选地,网络管理服务意图模板还可以包括上下文(context)信息模板。网络管理服务意图模板对应TMF定义的意图,具体地,网络对象信息模板对应TMF定义的意图中的需求,期望信息模板对应TMF定义的意图中的目标,上下文信息模板对应TMF定义的意图中的约束。
如图4所示,以下以网络管理服务意图模板包括期望信息模板、网络对象信息模板和上下文信息模板为例进行说明。
网络对象信息模板指示样板化的目标网络对象,其中,目标网络对象为用于实现网络管理服务的物理实体或逻辑实体。目标网络对象为网络管理服务提供实体能够管理的网络对象。
示例性地,网络对象又可称为网络管理对象,其中,网络管理对象可以是指网络业务,网元,网络区域,网络服务等,其中,网络区域可以是逻辑网络区域,或物理网络区域。可以理解的是,此时的网络对象可以不是具体的网络对象,而仅用于指示一种或多种网络对象类型。此外,在一种可能的设计中,在网络管理服务意图模板中,还可能不具体指示网络对象为哪种或哪些种类型的网络对象,这意味着由网络管理服务消费实体确定用于实现网络管理服务的物理实体或逻辑实体。
期望信息模板指示样板化的目标期望,所述目标期望用于指示关于所述网络对象信息模板指示的目标网络对象的性能所述网络管理服务消费实体能够提出的目标指标要求或者所述网络管理服务提供实体能够满足的目标指标要求,可以用网络管理服务的服务级别协定(service-level agreement,SLA)表示。
其中,期望信息模板可以包括一个或多个目标指标要求,例如,期望信息模板可以包括时延参数、业务可用率参数、带宽参数中的至少一个,如图4所示。例如,业务可用率参数可以理解为业务在预设时间段内的服务时长与业务在预设时间段内的中断时长的差值与业务在预设时间段内的服务时长的比值。可以理解的是,上述期望信息模板包括的目标指标要求仅为举例,期望信息模板还可以包括其他目标指标要求。
上下文信息模板用于指示样板化的网络管理服务的约束条件,约束条件可以用于指示网络对象信息模板指示的目标网络对象的所处的环境,或者用于配置网络管理服务意图表达式的生效时间或周期等。在网络管理服务意图模板中,上下文信息模板包括的具体的约束参数,也可以不包括的具体约束参数,后者意味着由网络管理服务消费实体确定上下文信息模板包括的具体的约束参数。
3、网络管理服务意图表达式
本申请实施例中,网络管理服务意图表达式是网络管理服务意图模板的实例化结果,是指网络管理服务意图的实例化描述信息,是网络管理服务消费实体基于网络管理服务意图模板及相关的网络管理服务意图语义知识信息生成的。
示例性地,网络管理服务意图表达式包括期望信息实例、网络对象信息实例和上下文信息实例;
其中,期望信息实例包括期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求的实例化结果,期望信息实例可以根据期望信息语义知识信息确定,具体详见下述关于期望信息语义知识信息的相关说明。
例如,期望信息的实例可以包括期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求的取值或取值范围。例如,期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求包括带宽参数,期望信息实例包括带宽参数的取值为20M,或带宽参数的取值范围为10M至15M。例如,期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求包括时延参数,时延参数实例包括时延参数的取值为2s,或时延参数的取值范围为1s至5s。
网络对象信息实例指示的目标网络对象为网络对象信息模板指示的目标网络对象的实例化结果。示例性地,网络对象信息实例指示的目标网络对象为网络对象信息模板指示的目标网络对象中的一个,也即用于指示实现网络管理服务的物理实体或逻辑实体中的一个。此时,网络对象信息实例指示具体的某个网络对象。例如,网络对象信息模板指示网络服务,网络对象信息实例指示光专线服务A,即一种具体的光专线服务。
上下文信息实例用于指示网络管理服务意图表达式的约束条件。示例性地,上下文信 息实例包括网络管理服务意图表达式的约束参数,例如,上下文信息实例可以包括网络对象实例指示的目标网络对象对应的源、宿端信息等,又例如,上下文信息实例可以包括网络管理服务意图表达式的生效时间或周期。
4、网络管理服务意图实例
网络管理服务意图实例是指网络管理服务提供实体根据接收到的网络管理服务意图表达式(例如,期望信息实例、网络对象信息实例、上下文信息实例)在本地创建的网络管理服务意图处理进程。
网络管理服务意图处理进程,用来对网络管理服务意图表达式进行处理。示例性地,网络管理服务意图处理进程,可以包括标识,该标识用来标识此进程;网络管理服务意图处理进程可以包括计算资源,该计算资源用来进行网络管理服务意图转译、查询数据库(例如,语义知识库)等操作;可以包括存储资源,该存储资源用来存放网络管理服务意图表达式、网络管理服务意图转译的结果等。
其中,网络管理服务意图转译用于将网络管理服务意图表达式转化成对应的管理操作,该管理操作可以是作用于物理实体或者逻辑实体的指令,例如调整某基站的天线倾角、打开某小区的节能开关。
5、语义知识库
语义知识库又可称为电信领域的语义字典。语义知识库可以通过知识图谱的方式体现,例如,可以利用资源描述框架(resource description framework,RDF)实现。
在构建语义知识库时,可以根据获取的标准信息构建语义知识库。这里的标准信息可以包括但不限于3GPP标准协议或者TMF协议等。
示例性地,网络管理服务消费实体和网络管理服务提供实体可以各自提前配置一个语义知识库。一般地,为网络管理服务消费实体配置的语义知识库与为网络管理服务提供实体配置的语义知识库相同,以确保网络管理服务消费实体和网络管理服务提供实体对网络管理服务意图模板的语义理解保持一致。
其中,语义知识库包括多个网络管理服务意图模板和多个网络管理服务意图模板分别对应的网络管理服务意图语义知识信息。其中,网络管理服务意图语义知识信息用于描述或解释网络管理服务意图模板。网络管理服务意图语义知识信息又可称为网络管理服务意图模板的描述信息或解释信息。此外,网络管理服务意图语义知识信息还可以用于解析网络管理服务意图表达式。
示例性地,网络管理服务意图语义知识信息可以包括期望信息语义知识信息,可选的,网络管理服务意图语义知识信息还可以包括网络对象信息语义知识信息和/或上下文信息语义知识信息。本申请不限定网络对象信息语义知识信息和上下文信息语义知识信息的具体形式,网络对象信息语义知识信息和上下文信息语义知识信息可以提前配置,还可以周期性或在满足预设条件时更新网络对象信息语义知识信息和上下文信息语义知识信息。
其中,期望信息语义知识信息用于描述或解释网络管理服务意图模板中的期望信息模板。或者,还可以理解为,网络管理服务消费实体根据期望信息语义知识信息和期望信息模板,生成网络管理服务意图表达式中期望信息实例。由于期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求可以包括一个或多个。相应的,期望信息语义知识信息可以包括一个或多个目标指标要求语义知识信息。示例性地,每个目标指标要求语义知识信息指示该目标指标要求的以下任意一项或多项:
网络管理服务类型、取值类型、计算规则、逻辑规则、服务水平、用于指示配置目标指标要求的取值的指示信息或用于指示配置目标指标要求的取值范围的指示信息。
(1)网络管理服务类型
其中,目标指标要求的网络管理服务类型用于指示该目标指标要求为在哪些类型的网络管理服务意图模板中期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求。
例如,带宽参数语义知识信息包括:带宽参数对应的网络管理服务类型为光专线服务,则网络管理服务消费实体根据带宽参数语义知识信息可知:带宽参数为光专线服务意图模板中的期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求。
此外,当网络管理服务意图语义知识信息与相应的网络管理服务意图模板分开发送时,网络管理服务消费实体可以根据目标指标要求的网络管理服务类型确定网络管理服务意图语义知识信息所对应的网络管理服务意图模板,也即建立网络管理服务意图语义知识信息与网络管理服务意图模板的对应关系。
(2)取值类型
其中,期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求的取值类型为可选的参数。也即,对于在网络管理服务意图表达式中需要设置具体取值的目标指标要求,该目标指标要求语义知识信息需要包括该目标指标要求的取值类型。对于在网络管理服务意图表达式中不需要设置具体取值的目标指标要求,该目标指标要求语义知识信息不需要包括该目标指标要求的取值类型。
示例性地,取值类型可以包括整型,浮点型,布尔型等。
例如,带宽参数语义知识信息包括:带宽参数的网络管理服务类型为光专线服务,带宽参数的取值类型为整型,则网络管理服务消费实体根据带宽参数语义知识信息可知:带宽参数为光专线服务意图模板中的期望信息模板对应的目标指标要求,且带宽参数的取值类型为整型。进而,网络管理服务消费实体可以在生成光专线服务意图表达式时,将带宽参数作为该光专线服务意图表达式中的期望信息实例包括的目标指标要求,并确定带宽参数的取值类型为整型。
(3)计算规则(caculate rule)
示例性地,计算规则可以用于定义目标指标要求的计算方式或统计方式。其中,计算规则为可选的参数。也即,对于网络管理服务提供实体需要计算(或统计)的目标指标要求,该目标指标要求语义知识信息需要包括该目标指标要求的计算规则。对于网络管理服务提供实体不需要计算(或统计)的目标指标要求,该目标指标要求语义知识信息不需要包括该目标指标要求的计算规则。
此外,计算规则可以包括多个可选的规则,例如,时延参数计算规则可以包括时延为整条路径的传输时延,或时延为整条路径的传输时延的预设百分比,例如,整条路径的传输时延的50%。
(4)逻辑规则(logicrule)
示例性地,逻辑规则可以用于网络管理服务提供实体判断期望信息实例是否满足要求,其中,逻辑规则也为可选的参数。逻辑规则可以包括多个可选值。
例如,带宽参数语义知识信息包括:带宽参数的网络管理服务类型为光专线服务,带宽参数的取值类型为整型,带宽参数的逻辑规则包括“大于或等于”或“大于”等。网络管理服务消费实体根据带宽参数语义知识信息可知:带宽参数为光专线服务意图模板中的期望 信息模板对应的目标指标要求,带宽参数的取值类型为整型,带宽参数的逻辑规则为“大于或等于”、“大于”。也就是说,在生成光专线业务意图表达式时,网络管理服务消费实体可以根据上述逻辑规则选择一个逻辑规则,例如,选择“大于或等于”,则表明带宽参数的逻辑规则为“大于或等于”。
(5)服务水平(servicelevel)
示例性地,服务水平可以是指网络管理服务提供实体具备的服务能力水平。其中,服务水平也为可选的参数。服务水平可以包括多个可选值。
例如,时延参数的服务水平为“秒级”,则表明网络管理服务提供实体能够提供“秒”量级的服务,而不能提供“微妙”量级的服务。
(6)用于指示配置性能参数的取值的指示信息或用于指示配置性能参数的取值范围的指示信息
示例性地,用于指示配置目标指标要求的取值的指示信息表明网络管理服务消费实体在生成期望信息实例时,需要包括该目标指标要求的取值。用于指示配置目标指标要求的取值范围的指示信息表明网络管理服务消费实体在生成期望信息实例时,需要包括该目标指标要求的取值范围。

6、意图化交互的架构
如图5所示,TMF还定义了意图化交互的架构,即未来自动驾驶网络,该网络可以分为三层,包括资源操作层(Resource Operation),服务操作层(Service Operations)和业务操作层(Business Operation)。其中,最底层为资源操作层,可以提供I3接口给服务操作层,服务操作层可以提供I2接口给业务操作层,业务操作层提供I1接口给用户。
示例性地,资源操作层:在工程实践中一般对应传统的操作和运维中心(operations and maintenance center,OMC)系统,提供单厂商网络自配置、自优化等单域网络自治能力,并对服务操作层提供网络资源管理意图化接口。
服务操作层:在工程实践中可以对应运营商网络中台系统,该层是网络的业务管理中心,实现运营商系统的端到端的业务管理,包含业务发放以及业务维护等。
业务操作层:在工程实践中可以对应客户关系管理系统(customer relationship management,CRM),该层用于处理运营商的商业订单,以及客户相关的信息。
如图6和图7所示为本申请实施例的具体应用场景示意图,可以理解的是,本申请实施例还可以应用于其他场景,本申请对此不作限定。
示例性地,如图6所示,I3接口可以用于实现资源操作层(作为网络管理服务提供实体)与服务操作层(作为网络管理服务消费实体)之间的交互。I2接口可以用于实现服务操作层(作为网络管理服务提供实体)与业务操作层(作为网络管理服务消费实体)之间的交互。示例性地,服务操作层本身可以作为资源操作层的网络管理服务消费实体,向资源操作层请求意图,同时也可以为业务操作层请求的意图开放能力,作为业务操作层的网络管理服务提供实体。
如图7所示,在服务操作层作为网络管理服务消费实体时,服务操作层中的意图编排器(IntentOrchestrator)用于编排服务操作层上层(即业务操作层)的意图,形成业务级意图表达式,即资源操作层的意图表达式,意图网关(Intent Gateway,IntentGW)组件可以实现与资源操作层进行意图的协商。
在资源操作层作为网络管理服务提供实体时,资源操作层可以对服务操作层请求的业务级意图表达式开放能力,示例性地,资源操作层意图目录(RIntentCatalog)组件包括资源操作层能够提供的意图,意图化交互(IntentNegorator)组件可以实现与服务操作层进行意图的协商,对内通过能力注册(CapabilityRegister)组件实现自身能力的注册与发现。
在一些意图化交互场景下,主要包括两个角色,分别为意图拥有者(Intent Owner)和意图操作者(Intent Handler),如图8所示。意图拥有者负责意图的产生与生命周期的管理,意图操作者则是意图的执行者,实现意图向下层意图或者能力的转换。示例性地,意图操作者发布自身的能力到意图注册中心。意图拥有者查询注册到意图注册中心的能力,根据注册到意图注册中心的能力,发起意图化交互,意图操作者根据意图拥有者请求的意图确定可能的解决方案,并将可能的解决方案反馈给意图拥有者进行裁决,意图拥有者可以根据本地知识从可能的解决方案中选择一个方案作为意图化交互的结果。
可见,在上述意图化交互场景中,意图化交互过程由意图拥有者发起,意图操作者将可能的解决方案反馈给意图拥有者,可能会涉及具体的技术细节,进而需要意图拥有者具有相关的技术建模,以便理解意图操作者提供的可能的解决方案。因此,为了理解意图操作者提供的可能的解决方案,在意图操作者每次发布新增的能力时,意图拥有者均需要重新集成用以完成适配,而集成周期一般较长。
当前,随着电信网络的不断演进,网络管理服务消费实体需要的“意图”或者网络管理服务提供实体能支持的“意图”也将随之不断更新。在此情况下,如何实现网络管理服务消费实体和网络管理服务提供实体对新的网络管理服务意图模板的语义达成一致理解,是一个需要考虑的问题。
基于此,本申请实施例提供一种意图化交互方法。如图9所示,该方法包括:

  51. 如权利要求48-50任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述网络管理服务消费实体向所述网络管理服务提供实体发送第一修改请求消息,所述第一修改请求消息用于修改所述目标指标要求的取值或取值范围;
    所述网络管理服务提供实体接收所述网络管理服务消费实体发送的所述第一修改请求消息,并向所述网络管理服务消费实体发送第一意图修改响应消息,所述第一意图修改响应消息指示修改成功,或者所述第一意图修改响应消息指示修改失败。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一意图修改响应消息指示修改失败的情况下,所述意图修改响应消息还携带修改失败的原因。
  53. 如权利要求48-52任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述网络管理服务消费实体向所述网络管理服务提供实体发送第二意图修改请求消息,所述第二意图修改请求消息用于指示所述期望信息实例中新增的目标指标要求;
    所述网络管理服务提供实体接收所述网络管理服务消费实体发送的所述第二修改请求消息,并向所述网络管理服务消费实体发送第二意图修改响应消息,所述第二意图修改响应消息指示所述新增的目标指标要求解析成功且具备支持所述新增的目标指标要求的能力,或者所述新增的目标指标要求解析成功但不具备支持所述新增的目标指标要求的能力,或者所述新增的目标指标要求解析失败。
  54. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括处理器和接口电路;
    所述接口电路用于接收来自所述通信装置之外的其它通信装置的信号并传输至所述处理器或将来自所述处理器的信号发送给所述通信装置之外的其它通信装置,所述处理器通过逻辑电路或执行代码指令用于实现如权利要求1至53中任一项所述的方法。
  55. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序或指令,当所述计算机程序或指令被通信装置执行时,实现如权利要求1至53中任一项所述的方法。
  56. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,该系统包括网络管理服务提供实体和网络管理服务消费实体;
    所述网络管理服务提供实体,用于执行如权利要求1至10以及36至45中任一项所述的方法;以及
    所述网络管理服务提供实体,用于执行如权利要求11至19、25至35中任一项所述的方法。
