SONY LinkBuds是一款开放式蓝牙耳机,它是分两个圆形并排设计,比较小巧玲珑,佩戴时把下耳机塞到耳朵内,但由于主体和发音源都是ABS硬质塑料,每个人的耳甲腔大小都有差异,对于一些耳甲腔较小的佩戴还是会有撑大感觉,佩戴时间长会为耳朵带来不适感。

在本实施例中,耳塞1可采用不同尺寸的柔软肌肤软胶材质耳塞1,使耳塞1能适用不同人群耳甲腔大小,适用性强,且软胶材质的耳塞不会挤压耳甲腔造成不适;连接件2用于连接外部蓝牙耳机,在耳塞1内开设有用于容纳连接件2的腔室13,且耳塞1为胶质软性耳塞,因此在组装时,手动将软性耳塞弯折一定角度后,便可将连接件2放置入上述腔室13内,使连接件2固定在耳塞1内;正常情况下,连接件2和耳塞1为一体化结构设置。

本申请的一种固定耳塞及开放式蓝牙耳机,具有耳塞佩戴稳固舒适不易脱落且适用性强、可控制喇叭出声孔与耳道位置的优点。在解放双耳的同时将音源置于耳道上方,使声音以最短距离传播到耳道内,减小音源损失,以便用户能得到最佳音源并获得最好的听觉感受;在佩戴蓝牙耳机时,由于固定耳塞不需要挂到耳朵上方,因此不影响有戴眼镜需求用户的佩戴体验,兼容性更强。
实施例三
如图5-7所示,本实施例提供了一种固定耳塞及开放式蓝牙耳机,固定耳塞 包括:用于连接耳机的连接件2、及用于将所述连接件2固定在耳朵上的耳塞1;所述连接件2可拆卸设置在所述耳塞1内;在所述耳塞1上设置有固定部11、用于将所述固定部11固定在耳朵上的弯折部12、及用于容纳所述连接件2的腔室13;所述固定部11与所述弯折部12固定连接。所述耳塞1为胶质软性耳塞。
在本实施例中,耳塞1可采用不同尺寸的柔软肌肤软胶材质耳塞1,使耳塞1能适用不同人群耳甲腔大小,适用性强,且软胶材质的耳塞不会挤压耳甲腔造成不适;连接件2用于连接外部蓝牙耳机,在耳塞1内开设有用于容纳连接件2的腔室13,且耳塞1为胶质软性耳塞,因此在组装时,手动将软性耳塞弯折一定角度后,便可将连接件2放置入上述腔室13内,使连接件2固定在耳塞1内;正常情况下,连接件2和耳塞1为一体化结构设置。
耳塞1上设置有固定部11和弯折部12,固定部11和弯折部12共同形成符合耳道外形特征的仿形耳塞,从而使耳塞1可稳固的设置在耳朵内,佩戴舒适不易脱落;此外,耳塞1仅固定在耳道内而不会占用耳朵以外的空间,不会对需要佩戴眼镜的用户造成影响(一般眼镜的镜腿需要架设在耳朵上部),使有戴眼镜需求用户的佩戴体验更好,兼容性强。
在本实施例中,固定部11上开设有透气孔4,在透气孔4的连通作用下,用户的耳道与外部环境连通,从而使用户可以听到外界声音,具备与外界互动交流的条件;此外,耳道开放且没有密封,使耳道内可实现空气流通,不会为耳道带来压逼感,因此不用担心耳道健康问题;此外,透气孔4位于外部耳机的喇叭下端,不仅能很好的传递声音,而且能更好的控制声音和隔音效果。
在一实施例中,在所述弯折部12上设置有用于减小压力并加强固定效果的弧形顶片51。在所述弧形顶片51上开设有用于减少应力的弧形孔52。所述弧形孔52的内腔形状与所述弧形顶片51的外轮廓形状对应适配。
在本实施例中,在弯折部12上设置有弧形顶片51,该弧形顶片51在耳塞1佩戴使用时,可抵接在耳朵内的软骨上,从而加强耳塞1的固定效果,防止耳塞1脱落;在弧形顶片51上开设有弧形孔52,该弧形孔52的内腔形状与弧形顶片51的外轮廓形状相同,使弧形顶片51与耳朵抵接时可产生微小弹性形变,从而减少应力并减小弧形顶片51对耳朵的压力,使耳塞1在佩戴时更加舒适;综上所述,本申请中的固定耳塞连同耳机在佩戴时,耳塞与耳蜗采用多点支撑(具体为3点支撑)的方式可最大化消除自重带来影响,重心居中的支撑方式非常稳固,佩戴也容易,给用户带来稳固、舒适、可靠的佩戴体验,不会像耳挂式的会感觉松垮不牢固,也不会整个塞入到耳道内使人感觉到耳甲腔内有撑大的感觉。
本实施例还提供一种开放式蓝牙耳机,包括固定耳塞,及耳机本体;所述 固定耳塞与所述耳机本体可拆卸连接。
本实施例的开放式蓝牙耳机,具有上述的固定耳塞、及耳机本体,固定耳塞可拆卸设置在耳机本体上;在佩戴耳机时,将固定耳塞带进耳朵后,固定耳塞便可连同耳机本体一同固定在耳朵上,完成佩戴,且耳机具有实施例一中所述的耳塞佩戴稳固舒适不易脱落且适用性强、可控制喇叭出声孔与耳道位置的优点。
在一实施例中,所述耳机本体3上设置有连接凸起7;所述连接凸起7与所述连接件2可拆卸连接。所述固定耳塞内设置有用于容纳所述连接件2的腔室13,腔室13的形状与连接件2对应适配,以使连接件2能够被固定在腔室中。
在将连接件2与连接凸起7连接时,手动将软性耳塞弯折一定角度后,便可将连接件2放置入上述腔室13内,使连接件2固定在耳塞1内,通过连接件2达到将耳机本体3固定在耳塞1上的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定耳塞,包括:用于连接耳机本体的连接件、及耳塞;所述连接件可拆卸设置在所述耳塞内;
    在所述耳塞上设置有固定部、用于将所述固定部固定在耳朵上的弯折部、及用于容纳所述连接件的腔室;所述固定部与所述弯折部固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定耳塞,其中,所述耳塞为胶质软性耳塞。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的固定耳塞,其中,所述固定部上开设有可供气流及声音穿过的透气孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固定耳塞,其中,所述弯折部上设置有用于抵接在耳朵内的软骨上的弧形顶片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的固定耳塞,其中,所述弧形顶片上开设有弧形孔,以使所述弧形顶片与耳朵抵接时可产生弹性形变。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定耳塞,其中,所述弧形孔的内腔形状与所述弧形顶片的外轮廓形状对应适配。
  7. 一种开放式蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的固定耳塞,及耳机本体;所述固定耳塞与所述耳机本体可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的开放式蓝牙耳机,其中,所述耳机本体上设置有安装块;所述安装块与所述连接件可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的开放式蓝牙耳机,其中,所述安装块上设置有异形凸块;所述连接件上设置有与所述异形凸块对应适配的异形孔。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的开放式蓝牙耳机,其中,所述耳机本体上设置有连接凸起,所述连接凸起与所述连接件可拆卸连接,所述固定耳塞内设置有用于容纳所述连接件的腔室,腔室的形状与连接件对应适配,以使连接件能够被固定在腔室中。
