控制处理装置,与所述触控屏电连接,配置为能够根据所述触控操作数据确定对应的目标书写指令;
通信模组,所述通信模组与所述控制处理装置电连接,并能够与对应的显示设备通信连接,配置为在所述控制处理装置的控制下,向与所述触控笔通信连接的显示设备发送所述目标书写指令。

这里的控制处理装置40可以为控制器。笔身10具有内腔。该控制处理装置40可设于笔身10的内腔中。为节省占用空间,通信模组50可以与控制处理装置40集成于同一控制电路板中。
这里所说的书写功能包括书写操作功能、擦除操作功能,色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能中的一种或多种。这里所说的色卡可包括多种颜色。笔刷可包括铅笔、钢笔、毛笔等。图层可以包括显示设备200所显示图片的本身图层,新建图层等。书写操作功能、擦除操作功能可以同时显示在一个截面。色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能可以被设置为在书写操作功能子菜单栏中。色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能可以在选定书写操作功能后显示。相应地,色卡的多个颜色可以设置为在色卡功能的子菜单栏中。多个笔刷可以设置在笔刷功能的子菜单栏中。不同图层可以设置在笔刷功能的子菜单栏中。各子菜单栏可设置为在上一级功能选定后显示。比如,选定色卡功能后,进入显示多种颜色的截面。
所述触控操作包括点选、滑动、拖拽、按压等。点选还包括单点,双点等。比如,用户可以通过点选选定某一功能,比如书写操作、擦除操作等。当然,对于功能较多的,比如色卡,由于触控笔100的尺寸有些,触控屏20被设置为可以通过滑动的方式显示不同颜色。这样用户可以在滑动的过程中,选定触控笔100的目标色卡功能。
需要说明的是,每次选定目标书写功能,可以通过用户单次或多次操作实现。
在一些实施例中,所述触控笔100包括第一检测模组60。
第一检测模组60配置为检测所述触控笔100是否与显示设备通信连接。
相应地,在一些实施例中,所述控制处理装置40还配置为在第一检测模组60检测到所述触控笔100与显示设备通信连接后,控制所述触控屏20开启显示功能和获取触控操作数据的功能。
这里第一检测模组60可与通信模组50或控制处理装置40电连接。可以按照预设频率或预设时间间隔检测通信模组50是否与外界设备(即显示设备)通信连接。在检测到通信模组50与外界设备通信连接后,向所述控制处理装置40发送对应所述触控笔100与显示设备通信连接的相应连接指令,从而控制处理装置40可控制所述触控屏20开启显示功能和获取触控操作数据的功能,以便于对触控笔100的目标功能进行选择及确定。
需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,在第一检测模组60检测到触控笔100与外 教设备通信连接后,控制处理装置40可控制触控屏20的显示模组开启,以在触控屏20上显示用于选择触控笔100的多个书写功能的界面。同时,控制处理装置40还控制压力感测模组工作。这样在用户根据需要,在触控屏20上操作时,压力感测模组能够获取相应的触控操作数据。
在另一些实施例中,所述控制处理装置40还配置为在第一检测模组60检测到所述触控笔100与显示设备通信连接后,控制所述触控屏20开启获取触控操作数据的功能,并在所述触控屏20获取到针对触控屏20的触控操作时,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能。本实施例中,所述控制处理装置40还配置为在第一检测模组60检测到所述触控笔100与显示设备通信连接后,并不立即控制触控屏20开启显示功能,而在用户操作时,才开启触控屏20的显示功能。
当然,在其它一些实施例中,也可显示一默认目标功能,用户可以直接以该默认目标书写功能进行书写。
在一些实施例中,所述触控笔100包括第二检测模组70。
第二检测模组70配置为检测所述触控笔100是否处于书写状态。相应地,所述控制处理装置40配置为在所述第二检测模组70检测到所述触控笔100处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏20关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
这里第二检测模组70检测触控笔100是否处于书写状态的操作,可以在第一检测模组60获取通信连接的基础上进行。
比如,第二检测模组70可以设置为根据触控笔100的笔尖30处是否受到外界的压力而进行检测。这里,该第二检测模组70可以设于笔尖30上,其可以包括压力传感器。该压力传感器可设于笔尖30的尖端处。这样,在该压力传感器检测到压力时,说明触控笔100在终端设备上进行书写操作。即第二检测模组70检测到触控笔100处于书写状态,否则说明触控笔100处于非书写状态。
这样,在检测到触控笔100处于书写状态后,控制处理装置40可以控制触控屏20的压力感测模组关闭,从而在触控笔100处于书写状态时,即使触碰到触控屏20,触控屏20也感测不到触控操作数据。从而避免在触控笔100处于工作状态时,外界对触控笔100的书写功能造成干扰。
之后,在检测到触控笔100处于非书写状态后,制处理装置40可以控制触控屏20的压力感测模组开启,以便于用户对触控笔100的目标功能进行选择及确定,或者停留在前一目标书写状态。
在一些实施例中,所述控制处理装置40配置为在所述第二检测模组70检测到 所述触控笔100处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏20关闭显示功能。
在触控笔100处于书写状态时,控制处理装置40可以控制触控屏20的显示模组关闭,即控制触控屏20灭屏。
这里触控笔100处于书写状态时,显示模组和压力感测模组可以同时关闭,也可以只关闭一个。
之后,在所述第二检测模组70检测到所述触控笔100处于非书写状态后,控制处理装置40可以配置为控制所述触控屏20进入显示状态,以便于对触控笔100的目标功能进行重新确定,或者停留在前一目标书写状态。
此外,在一些实施例中,还可以为控制处理装置40还可以被设置为在检测到触控笔100处于非书写状态后,控制所述触控笔100退出工作状态。比如,关闭触控屏20的显示模组和压力感测模组,断开通信模组50与显示设备200的通信连接等。
该第二检测模组70可以实时检测,也可以按照预设间隔时长进行检测操作。触控笔100可被设置为在一预设时长范围内,第二检测模组70检测有受到压力时,确定触控笔100处于书写状态。在该超过该预设时长还没有受到压力时,确定触控笔100处于非书写状态。
进一步,在一些实施例中,所述触控笔可包括第三检测模组80。该第三检测模组80配置为检测所述触控笔100停顿的时长是否超过预设时长。该第三检测模组80可以与第二检测模组70相同或者为同一检测模组,比如都可包括设于笔尖的压力传感器等。该第三检测模组80可通过检测笔尖的压力确定触控笔100是否处于停顿状态以及停顿的时长。具体,当触控笔100处于书写状态下,并第三检测模组80在预设时长内没有检测到压力时,即可确定检测所述触控笔100停顿的时长超过预设时长。该预设时长可以根据具体情况进行设置,比如可以设置为1S、2S、3S等时长。
所述控制处理装置40相应配置为在所述第三检测模组80检测到所述触控笔停顿的时长超过预设时长,并且所述触控屏20获取针对触控屏20的操作后,控制所述触控屏20开启显示功能;其中,所述触控屏20显示所述触控笔100进入当前书写状态时最后所确定的书写功能界面或所述触控屏显示初始界面。
这里触控屏20获取针对触控屏20的操作可以为按压、点击等操作。
比如,在一些实施例中,触控笔100进入当前书写状态时最后所确定的书写功能界面为颜色功能,则在触控屏20获取针对触控屏20的操作后,控制处理装置40控制所述触控屏20开启显示功能,并且触控屏20直接显示颜色功能选择界面。
在一些实施例中,所述控制处理装置还可被设置为在确定所述触控笔的目标书 写功能后,并获取针对触控屏的进一步触控操作时,控制所述触控屏20关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。比如,在确定所述触控笔的目标书写功能后,获取针对触控屏的单点时,可以控制所述触控屏20关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
该触控笔100的内腔中还可设有电源。触控笔100的笔身上还可以设置电源开关按钮等结构。
如图4所示,本申请另提供一种触控笔的控制方法,应用于如上所述的触控笔,包括如下步骤S101至步骤S105:
步骤S101中,获取针对所述多个书写功能进行触控操作时所产生的与所述触控操作对应的触控操作数据;
步骤S103中,根据所述触控操作数据确定对应的目标书写指令;
步骤S105中,向与触控笔通信连接的显示设备发送所述目标书写指令。
步骤S101具体可有触控屏20执行获取。步骤S103可由控制处理装置40执行。步骤S105可由通信模组50执行。步骤S101至步骤S105所述的触控笔的控制方法具体可参照上述相关描述。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括:
检测所述触控笔是否与显示设备通信连接;
在检测到所述触控笔与显示设备通信连接后,控制触控屏开启显示功能和获取触控操作数据的功能或控制所述触控屏开启获取触控操作数据的功能,并在所述触控屏获取到针对触控屏的触控操作时,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能。
此处检测操作可由第一检测模组执行,控制操作由控制处理装置40执行。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括:
检测所述触控笔是否处于书写状态;
在检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
此处检测操作可由第二检测模组执行,控制操作由控制处理装置40执行。
在一些实施例中,所述方法包括:
在检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能。
此处检测操作可由第二检测模组执行,控制操作由控制处理装置40执行。
在一些实施例中,在控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能之后,所述方法包括:
检测所述触控笔停顿的时长是否超过预设时长;
在检测到所述触控笔停顿的时长超过预设时长,并且获取针对触控屏的操作后, 控制所述触控屏开启显示功能;其中,所述触控屏显示所述触控笔进入当前书写状态时最后所确定的书写功能界面或所述触控屏显示初始界面。
在一些实施例中,这里检测所述触控笔停顿的时长是否超过预设时长的步骤可以在上述在检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能的相关步骤之后进行。
此处检测操作可由第三检测模组执行,控制操作由控制处理装置40执行。
这里各模组或结构的具体操作可参照上述相关的描述,此处不予以赘述。
在一些实施例中,所述书写功能包括书写操作功能、擦除操作功能,色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能中的一种或多种。写操作功能、擦除操作功能,色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能具体可参见上述相关描述。
所述触控操作包括点选、滑动、拖拽、按压。这里触控操作具体可参见上述相关描述。
请参照图3所示,本申请另提供一种触控书写系统1000,所述触控书写系统1000包括如上所述的触控笔100,以及能够与所述触控笔100通信连接的显示设备200。显示设备200可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本、电视等具有显示屏的电子终端。该触控书写系统1000的触控笔100与显示设备200其他描述可参见上述相关描述,此处不予以赘述。
在本公开中,所述结构实施例与方法实施例在不冲突的情况下,可以互为补充。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种触控笔,其特征在于,所述触控笔包括:
    笔身;
    触控屏,设于所述笔身,配置为显示触控笔的多个书写功能,并能获取针对所述多个书写功能进行触控操作时所产生的与所述触控操作对应的触控操作数据;
    控制处理装置,与所述触控屏电连接,配置为能够根据所述触控操作数据确定对应的目标书写指令;
    通信模组,所述通信模组与所述控制处理装置电连接,并能够与对应的显示设备通信连接,配置为在所述控制处理装置的控制下,向与所述触控笔通信连接的显示设备发送所述目标书写指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述触控笔包括:
    第一检测模组,配置为检测所述触控笔是否与显示设备通信连接;
    所述控制处理装置还配置为在第一检测模组检测到所述触控笔与显示设备通信连接后,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能和获取触控操作数据的功能或控制所述触控屏开启获取触控操作数据的功能,并在所述触控屏获取到针对触控屏的触控操作时,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述触控笔包括:
    第二检测模组,配置为检测所述触控笔是否处于书写状态;
    所述控制处理装置配置为在所述第二检测模组检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述控制处理装置配置为在所述第二检测模组检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述触控笔包括:
    第三检测模组,配置为检测所述触控笔停顿的时长是否超过预设时长;
    所述控制处理装置配置为在所述第三检测模组检测到所述触控笔停顿的时长超过预设时长,并且所述触控屏获取针对触控屏的操作后,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能;其中,所述触控屏显示所述触控笔进入当前书写状态时最后所确定的书写功能界面或所述触控屏显示初始界面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述控制处理装置还被设置为在确定所述触控笔的目标书写功能后,若获取到针对触控屏的关闭触控操作时,控制所述触控屏关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述书写功能包括书写操作功能、擦除操作功能,色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能中的一种或多种;和/或,
    所述触控操作包括点选、滑动、拖拽、按压。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的触控笔,其特征在于,所述触控屏为电容式触控屏或电阻式触控屏。
  9. 一种触控笔的控制方法,应用于如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的触控笔,其特征在于:
    获取针对所述多个书写功能进行触控操作时所产生的与所述触控操作对应的触控操作数据;
    根据所述触控操作数据确定对应的目标书写指令;
    向与触控笔通信连接的显示设备发送所述目标书写指令。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测所述触控笔是否与显示设备通信连接;
    在检测到所述触控笔与显示设备通信连接后,控制触控屏开启显示功能和获取触控操作数据的功能或控制所述触控屏开启获取触控操作数据的功能,并在所述触控屏获取到针对触控屏的触控操作时,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测所述触控笔是否处于书写状态;
    在检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在检测到所述触控笔处于书写状态后,控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,在控制所述触控屏关闭显示功能之后,所述方法包括:
    检测所述触控笔停顿的时长是否超过预设时长;
    在检测到所述触控笔停顿的时长超过预设时长,并且获取针对触控屏的操作后,控制所述触控屏开启显示功能;其中,所述触控屏显示所述触控笔进入当前书写状态时最后所确定的书写功能界面或所述触控屏显示初始界面。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,在确定所述触控笔的目标书写功能后,并获取针对触控屏的进一步触控操作后,所述方法包括:
    控制所述触控屏关闭获取触控操作数据的功能。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的触控笔的控制方法,其特征在于,所述书写功能包括书写操作功能、擦除操作功能,色卡功能、笔刷功能、图层功能中的一种或多种;和/或,
    所述触控操作包括点选、滑动、拖拽、按压。
  16. 一种触控书写系统,其特征在于,所述触控书写系统包括如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的触控笔,以及能够与所述触控笔通信连接的显示设备。
