Abstract

In order to allow a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, the invention relates to a potato peeling machine (1), comprising at least one opening/closing head (1.1) for transferring a large number of potatoes to be peeled to a chamber (1.2.1), a body (1.2) which is preferably made of stainless steel and comprises at least one chamber (1.2.1) in which the potatoes are located and which has a physical structure or surface form capable of performing the peeling operation, at least one opening/closing discharge cover (1.2.2) for transferring the peeled potatoes to another chamber, and at least one control unit (1.2.3) that provides the peeling process to take place according to various physical parameters such as desired temperature, speed, time, and at least one slot (1.4) in which said drawer (1.3) is positioned, and at least one drawer (1.3) that can be opened in at least two directions, which collects the residues (or pulp) of the peeled potato skins.

A POTATO PEELING MACHINE WITH A DRAWER WHICH CAN BE OPENED/CLOSED IN AT LEAST TWO DIRECTIONS
Technical Field
The invention relates to a potato peeling machine which peels a large number of potatoes simultaneously and in a very short time, and includes a drawer which can be opened/closed in at least two directions.
Prior Art
A wide variety of potato peeling devices are available in the state of the art for use in small, medium or large-sized businesses, restaurants or production facilities. One of them is given in the link https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=60dLy6-rzJc. The potato peeling machine in said link has one drawer which can only be opened forward. However, it is an advantage that this drawer is multi-directional in order to save space and time of use. of the Invention
The object of the invention is to produce a potato peeling machine with a drawer which can be opened/closed at least two directions, which peels a large number of potatoes simultaneously and in a very short time.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In order to allow a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, a potato peeling machine (1 ) according to the invention comprises at least one opening/closing head (1.1 ) for transferring a large number of potatoes to be peeled to a chamber (1.2.1 ), a body (1.2) which is preferably made of stainless steel, at least one filter drawer (1.3) that can be opened in at least two directions, which collects the residues (or pulp) of the peeled potato skins, and at least one slot (1 .4) in which said drawer (1 .3) is positioned. Said body (1 .2) comprises at least one chamber (1 .2.1 ) in which the potatoes are located and which has a physical structure or surface form capable of performing the peeling operation, at least one opening/closing discharge cover (1.2.2) for transferring the peeled potatoes to another chamber, and at least one control unit (1 .2.3) that provides the peeling process to take place according to various physical parameters such as desired temperature, speed, time.
Said drawer (1.3) is opened/closed in two opposite directions in the preferred embodiment of the invention.
The surface of said chamber (1 .2.1 ) that touches the potato skins is preferably abrasive, but in practice it is not limited thereto. Since the drawer (1.3) contained in the machine (1 ) according to the invention opens in at least two directions, this provides convenience for the worker. In addition, the invention saves space and time and allows more than one machine (1 ) to be positioned at different angles in the room or area.
Industrial Applicability of the Invention
The machine (1 ) according to the invention is designed to enable a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, and is industrially applicable.
The invention is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments, and the person skilled in the art can readily present other different embodiments of the invention. These should be considered within the protection scope of the invention claimed by the claims.

Claims

CLAIMS A potato peeling machine (1 ), characterized in that in order to allow a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, it comprises at least one opening/closing head (1.1 ) for transferring a large number of potatoes to be peeled to a chamber (1 .2.1 ), a body (1 .2) which is preferably made of stainless steel and comprises at least one chamber (1 .2.1 ) in which the potatoes are located and which has a physical structure or surface form capable of performing the peeling operation, at least one opening/closing discharge cover (1.2.2) for transferring the peeled potatoes to another chamber, and at least one control unit (1.2.3) that provides the peeling process to take place according to various physical parameters such as desired temperature, speed, time, and at least one slot (1.4) in which said drawer (1 .3) is positioned, and at least one drawer (1 .3) that can be opened in at least two directions, which collects the residues (or pulp) of the peeled potato skins. A potato peeling machine (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a drawer (1 .3) which is opened/closed in two opposite directions. A potato peeling machine (1 ) according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises a chamber in which the surface of said chamber (1 .2.1 ) which touches the potato skins is abrasive.
