The first sealing member 2820 may be made of various materials such as rubber, fluorine, and silicon.
Between the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219, grooves 2225 and 2235 may be formed. The grooves 2225 and 2235 include an upper groove 2225 and a lower groove 2235. The upper groove 2225 is formed on the supporter upper surface portion 2220. The upper groove 2225 is formed to be open upward between the portions where the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 face each other. The outer direction of the supporter upper surface portion 2220 is the upper direction. The lower portion groove 2235 is formed on the lower surface of the supporter 2230. The lower groove 2235 is formed to be open downward between the portions where the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 face each other. The outward direction of the supporter lower surface 2230 is downward.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the depth setting of the second sealing groove 2218 is limited. As the depth of the second sealing groove 2218 increases, the length of the sealing protrusion 2320 must be increased to sufficiently pressurize the second sealing member 2810. However, if the length of the sealing protrusion 2320 becomes longer, it is difficult to smoothly engage the protrusion using the protrusion. Therefore, the depth setting of the second sealing groove 2218 is limited. By positioning the bottom surface of the second sealing groove 2218 rearward according to the depth, the length of the sealing protrusion 2320 of the sealing cover 2300 can be reduced. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion length of the sealing protrusion 2320 is reduced by reducing the depth of the second sealing groove 2218, thereby enabling the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 to be combined using the protrusion and groove. , sealing performance can be obtained by sufficiently pressurizing the second sealing member 2810. For this purpose, CyHome (2225, 2235) can be applied.
In an embodiment, some sections of the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 may be formed to face each other. In some opposing parts, the distance between the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 may be greater than that of other parts. In injection molding of parts, there is a need to maintain an appropriate thickness. For example, if one part is thicker than another part, problems such as bending or breaking may occur in the thick part while cooling after injection. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by forming the grooves 2225 and 2235, the distance between the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 is increased, while the thickness of each part of the supporter 2200 is increased. can be kept constant.
The widths of the second sealing groove 2218 and the first sealing groove 2219 may be formed to be the same. The second sealing member 2810 and the first sealing member 2820 may have the same diameter. In an embodiment, the second sealing member 2810 and the first sealing member 2820 may be provided as the same member. As a result, the second sealing member 2810 and the first sealing member 2820 can be interchanged with each other, thereby increasing convenience during manufacturing work.
A coupling boss 2215 may be formed at the rear of the supporter 2200. The coupling boss 2215 is formed at a position corresponding to the screw coupling portion 2330 (see FIG. 19) of the sealing cover 2300. The coupling boss 2215 is formed in an area outside the second sealing groove 2218. In an embodiment, the screw engaging portion 2330 of the sealing cover 2300 protrudes to the left and right sides of the sealing protrusion 2320. The coupling boss 2215 may be coupled to the screw coupling portion 2330 and the screw member 900 (see FIG. 20). By coupling the coupling boss 2215 and the screw coupling portion 2330 by the fastening member 900, the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 can be coupled with a higher coupling force. When the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 are strongly coupled, watertightness and/or airtightness can be increased by the second sealing member 2810.

The first supporter coupling portion 2323 is coupled to the second sealing cover coupling portion 2231 of the supporter 2200. The second supporter coupling portion 2333 is formed in a protrusion shape. The protrusion of the second supporter coupling portion 2333 is received in the receiving hole of the second sealing cover coupling portion 2231. By combining the second supporter coupling portion 2333 and the second sealing cover coupling portion 2231, the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 can be coupled to each other. The second supporter coupling portion 2333 and the second sealing cover coupling portion 2231 are coupled at a position where the sealing cover 2300 can sufficiently pressurize the first sealing member 2820.
At the upper part, the first supporter coupling part 2323 and the first sealing cover coupling part 2221 are coupled to each other, and at the lower part, the second supporter coupling part 2333 and the second sealing cover coupling part 2231 are coupled to each other, The supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 may be fixed to each other in the vertical direction.
In an embodiment, the coupling stability of the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 may be low by only combining the supporter coupling portions 2323 and 2333 and the sealing cover coupling portions 2221 and 2231. To compensate for this, a screw coupling structure may be added. In an embodiment, screw coupling portions 2330 are formed on the left and right sides of the sealing protrusion 2320. The screw coupling portion 2330 may be formed to protrude from the sealing protrusion 2320. In an embodiment, the screw coupling portion 2330 may be formed to include a protrusion protruding from the sealing protrusion 2320 and a screw through hole formed on the protrusion. A coupling boss 2215 is formed at a position corresponding to the screw coupling portion 2330 at the rear of the supporter 2200. The screw coupling portion 2330 may be coupled to the coupling boss 2215 and the screw member 900. In an embodiment, the screw coupling portion 2330 may be formed at two locations on the left and two locations on the right. When a plurality of screw coupling portions 2330 are formed on each side, each screw coupling portion 2330 is formed at a position spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. Through screw coupling of the screw coupling portion 2330 and the coupling boss 2215, the stability of the coupling between the supporter 2200 and the sealing cover 2300 can be increased. Since the screw coupling portion 2330 can be coupled to the coupling boss 2215 by applying torque using the screw member 900, the coupling strength can be increased. Since the screw coupling portion 2330 is formed on the left and right sides of the sealing cover 2300, the second sealing member 2810 can be sufficiently pressurized on the left side 2320a and the right side 2320b of the sealing protrusion 2320.

Figure 20 is a rear perspective view of an electrical module according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view taken along section line II-II of FIG. 20. With reference to FIGS. 20 and 21 , the combination relationship of components forming the electrical module 3000 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The first sealing cover coupling portion 2221 of the supporter upper surface portion 2220 is coupled to the first supporter coupling portion 2323 (FIG. 19) of the sealing cover 2300. The second sealing cover coupling portion 2231 of the supporter upper surface portion 2220 is coupled to the second supporter coupling portion 2333 of the sealing cover 2300 (see FIG. 19). The first sealing cover coupling portion 2221 and the second sealing cover coupling portion 2231 are formed to protrude rearward from the supporter upper surface portion 2220 and the supporter lower surface portion 2230, respectively, thereby increasing the height of the electrical module 3000. It can be reduced.
The screw coupling portion 2330 of the sealing cover 2300 is coupled to the coupling boss 2215 (see FIG. 17) of the supporter 2200.
