Description
A DISPOSABLE PERFORATED PACKAGE
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disposable perforated package such as a paper cup or bowl used for the food and consumer goods industry.
Prior Art
Children are usually more interested in food products with toys or gifts. Because of their interest, they may be impatient to have said toy or gift. Therefore, disposable products containing toys in various structures have been developed. Many of them are available in the market. Although there exist products containing toys, there is no perforated article in the state of the art, containing food products, such as ice cream, confectionery, in the upper part of the disposable packages like paper cup, paper bowl, and toys, souvenirs, etc. in the bottom part thereof.
German Patent document no. DE10202014 (A1) in the state of the art discloses a lollylike sweet product in a plastic package with a long main part containing sugar, and a chamber for extra sweet or a toy. Given the technical figures of said document, nested chambers are seen. However, the product mentioned in said document does not have a perforation feature, which is at least one perforated structure.
In the state of the art, a product is provided in the link
choGoiatfe-h^ -toy-c,^. which has a chamber containing confectionery in the upper part and a toy in a volume located below said chamber. However, the product mentioned in said link does not have a perforation feature, which is at least one perforated structure.
Brief Description of the Invention
An object of the invention is to produce a disposable perforated package such as a paper cup or bowl used for the food and consumer goods industry.
Through the perforation, a user (especially children) is able to reach the toys or gifts for which they are looking forward to have in a short period of time without removing the chamber of the package, containing confectionery and ice cream. The user is able to reach the gift or toy desired by pushing or pulling the perforated part with a certain pressure.
Description of Figures
Fig. 1 is a first representative view of the perforation, before use, of the package of the invention in an embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 2 is a representative end view of the perforation, after use, of the package of the invention in the embodiment of the invention in Fig. 1, with being demounted from the first chamber.
Fig. 3 is a first representative view of the perforation, before use, of the package of the invention in an another embodiment of the invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The package 1 of the invention comprises a body 1.1, at least a first chamber 1.2 which is located in the upper part of said body 1.1 , at least a second chamber 1.3 occupying a volume outside the first chamber 1.2, and at least one perforated structure 1.4 located anywhere on said body 1.1 for easily receiving an article E located in the second chamber 1.3, but outside said first chamber 1.2. In one embodiment, said perforated structure 1.3 comprises at least one successive (or periodically advancing)
hole. In another embodiment, it is a sawtooth-like structure. Said perforated structure 1.4 has a form which is able to easily detach from the body 1.1 when pressed inwardly from the body 1.1 or pushed outwardly from the body 1.1.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said package 1 has two chambers. The first chamber 1.2 is fitted onto the body of the package 1 through the mouth part of the package 1 and occupies a predetermined volume of the package 1. Children’s favorite food products, such as ice cream, confectionery, marshmallow, are filled into said first chamber 1.2. The second chamber 1.3 is below said first chamber 1.2 and forms an empty volume of the package 1 , which is not occupied by the first chamber 1.2. Souvenirs E and toys in a size sufficient to be placed in the volume of the chamber are located in said second chamber 1.3. By means of the perforated structure 1.4 located anywhere on the body 1.1 of the package 1, a user is able to easily reach the gift/toy in the second chamber 1.3 without any need for consuming the food. The user detaches the perforated structure 1.4 from the body 1.1 of the package 1 by pulling it towards himself/herself, or pressing it inwardly. When the perforated structure 1.4 is detached from the body 1.1, the second chamber 1.3 becomes freer, so that the toy/gift may be reached in an easier way. In fact, an empty volume is provided between the bottom of the second chamber 1.3 and the bottom of the first chamber 1.2 for accommodating the toy E.
According to the embodiments of the invention, the package 1 may be, but not limited to, a disposable paper cup, or paper bowl, or plastic cup.
Industrial Applicability of the Invention
The package (1) of the invention is applicable to the industry for use in toy or food industries in which the children are interested.
The invention is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments, and a person skilled in the art may easily present other different embodiments of the invention. These should be considered within the scope of protection of the invention claimed in the claims.
