Description

一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦 技术领域
本实用新型属于机械起重设备,涉及一种电动葫芦,特别涉及一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦。
背景技术
电动葫芦是一种起重设备,是一种运用电能转化成机械能的起重设备,主要运用于各种工业厂房、仓储部门以及商场等地方。机械加工今年发展速度非常快,而电动葫芦应用也更加广泛。现有的电动葫芦上一般设有保护按钮和可与保护按钮相抵触的铁片,常规状态下,铁片与保护按钮保持分离状态,若出现操作不当的情况,提拉重物的吊钩及链条上升过高时,链条与铁片接触并使铁片压紧于保护按钮上,电动葫芦内的控制器收到保护按钮所带来的反馈从而使整个机器停止,起到保护电动葫芦的作用,避免吊钩冲顶,直接撞在电动葫芦上。
但是经研究人发现,现有电动葫芦上由保护按钮及铁片组成的保护装置结构构造单一,两者接触效果不好,导致最终的保护效果不佳,在严重操作不当的情况下可能还是会使吊钩冲顶撞向电动葫芦,造成机器高强度的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦,来解决以上问题。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦,包括电机、减速机、导向架、链桶、链条、吊钩、手柄开关总成、壳体和装于壳体内的控制器,所述的链条一端经过并穿出导向架外与吊钩连接,另一端放置于链桶内,其特征在于,所述的壳体上靠近导向架的位置处设置有电子限位按钮一和电子限位按钮二,所述的链条连接有吊钩的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮一相抵触的电子限位件一,所述的链条连接有链桶的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮二相抵触的电子限位件二。
在上述的一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦中,所述的控制器与电子限位按钮一和电子限位按钮二均为电联接。
与现有技术相比,本带有保护按钮的电动葫芦中电子限位按钮和电子限位件的设置相比现有的保护装置具有更加全面的保护效果,能够有效的防止吊钩冲顶撞向电动葫芦,造成机器高强度损坏的问题,具有结构简单,操作方便且保护效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本带有保护按钮的电动葫芦,包括电机1、减速机2、导向架3、链桶4、链条5、吊钩6、手柄开关总成7、壳体8和装于壳体8内的控制器,链条5一端经过并穿出导向架3外与吊钩6连接,另一端放置于链桶4内,壳体8上靠近导向架3的位置处设置有电子限位按钮一9和电子限位按钮二10,链条5连接有吊钩6的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮一9相抵触的电子限位件一11,链条5连接有链桶4的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮二10相抵触的电子限位件二,电子限位件二隐藏于链桶4内。
优选的,控制器与电子限位按钮一9和电子限位按钮二10均为电联接。
链条5通过导向架3实现两端的升降,假设连接吊钩6的为A端,连接链桶4的为B端,当A端上升时,B端下降,反之B端上升时,A端下降;A端上升并上升至相应高度后,A端上套装的电子限位件一11与电子限位按钮一9相抵触,电子限位按钮一9将此信号传输给控制器,控制器收到反应并控制使得整个电动葫芦停止工作;B端上升并上升至相应高度后,B端上套装的电子限位件二电子限位按钮二10相抵触,电子限位按钮二10将此信号传输给控制器,控制器收到反应并控制使得整个电动葫芦停止工作。
利用电子限位件一11、二与电子限位按钮一9、二的一一对应抵触来保护电动葫芦,链条5双端电子限位件的设置实现对电动葫芦全方面的保护,无论哪端上升均可起到保护的效果。

  1. 一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦,包括电机(1)、减速机(2)、导向架(3)、链桶(4)、链条(5)、吊钩(6)、手柄开关总成(7)、壳体(8)和装于壳体(8)内的控制器,所述的链条(5)一端经过并穿出导向架(3)外与吊钩(6)连接,另一端放置于链桶(4)内,其特征在于,所述的壳体(8)上靠近导向架(3)的位置处设置有电子限位按钮一(9)和电子限位按钮二(10),所述的链条(5)连接有吊钩(6)的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮一(9)相抵触的电子限位件一(11),所述的链条(5)连接有链桶(4)的一端上套装有可与电子限位按钮二(10)相抵触的电子限位件二。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有保护按钮的电动葫芦,其特征在于,所述的控制器与电子限位按钮一(9)和电子限位按钮二(10)均为电联接。
