Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte de manière générale au suivi du sommeil. Un exemple de procédé consiste à : recevoir des données de sommeil correspondant à une période de sommeil, les données de sommeil comprenant des premières données correspondant à une première sous-période de la période de sommeil ; et affichage, sur la base des données de sommeil, d'une représentation de sommeil qui catégorise la période de sommeil en phases de sommeil, l'affichage de la représentation de sommeil comprenant l'affichage d'une première indication correspondant à la première sous-période. Selon l'invention, la première indication : conformément à une détermination selon laquelle les premières données correspondent exclusivement à une première phase de sommeil, indique que la première sous-période est un premier type de période de sommeil qui correspond à la première phase de sommeil ; et conformément à une détermination selon laquelle les premières données ne correspondent pas exclusivement à une phase de sommeil unique, indique que la première sous-période correspond à au moins une deuxième phase de sommeil et une troisième phase de sommeil différente de la deuxième phase de sommeil.
