所述区块链包括数据层、网络层、共识层、激励层、合约层和应用层;
所述数据层封装了底层数据区块以及相关的数据加密和时间戳等技术;所述网络层则包括分布式组网机制、数据传播机制和数据验证机制等;所述共识层主要封装网络节点的各类共识算法;所述激励层将经济因素集成到区块链技术体系中来,主要包括经济激励的发行机制和分配机制等;所述合约层主要封装各类脚本、算法和智能合约,是区块链可编程特性的基础;所述应用层则封装了区块链的各种应用场景和案例。另一方面,所述区块链包括基于时间戳的链式区块结构、分布式节点的共识机制、基于共识算法的经济激励和灵活可编程的智能合约。
也就是,每个用户节点都包括具有上述节点,都能完成对应的功能。

具体地,治理节点是一个核心团队,或者决策委员会,会获得所需授权对DAO的大部分日常事务做出决定,从而避免无休止的投票,造成低效率。社区授权核心团队管理日常事务,其性质类似于董事会任命CEO及高管。DAO组织根据业务需求,设置几个特定技能组,也称公会(Guild),每个公会里面都聚集很多具有特定技能且愿意为组织做贡献的人。这些公会看起来就像公司组织里的部门一样,但本质却完全不同。这里面每个人都可以自己决定做或者不做什么,参与或者不参与什么项目。所述公会即为DAO的人才池。也就是,用户节点也可以属于人才池其中一个。
需要说明的是,类似中心化自治组织平台DAO可以同时运作多个项目或者任务,每个项目组有多个成员,这些成员来自各公会,也就是来自于用户节点。项目与各公会形成纵横结构,亦即DAO的组织结构。图3为本发明实施例中DAO的组织结构的组织结构示意图。在这样的纵横结构下,成员之间互相没有统属关系,权力分布在每个人手中。DAO的每个公会中都有一个协调员,他们承担了跨小组沟通的职责,但他们与部门经理不同,并不能决定每个人的工作,类似于传统企业管理中的合弄制(Holacracy)。

所述类似非同质化通证(NFT)平台的运作包括制作身份识别标志(ID),通证化过程,展示与修改功能等。所述制作身份识别标志(ID)是通过第三方技术手段获取物 质的唯一标志性中间产物,例如利用哈希函数,不考虑哈希碰撞:id=F(I),所述I=输入的物质,所述F=处理函数,代表一种方法,所述id为唯一标志性的中间产物。所述通证化包括选择一条决定后面智能合约等系统组件的技术栈的区块链公链,在所述的公链上根据不同标准,比如ERC-721\1155\998开发智能合约,通过发交易的方式,调用该智能合约的方法,将id等相关数据存储到链上。所述智能合约基于不同的公链开发,但不局限于任何一条公链。
如下为ERC-721标准开发NFT智能合约的伪代码。

展示与修改功能就是对NFT的数据进行读取再展示。具体的流程如下:根据当初设置NFT数据到链上时获得的id去智能合约读取信息;将获得的信息通过某介质应用还原出原始的NFT数据,比如将创新主意在NFT展示出。(借助上面的721合约标准和IPFS结合为例);假设调用合约存储数据时候得到的token Id是3,那么使用这个token Id去调用合约的读数据方法;执行完有关步骤,可以得到token Url,即文件存储在IPFS中所得到的链接;直接将token Url链接在浏览器打开,看到创新主意。

为了防止类似中心化自治组织平台内误导DAO的发展方向,所述投票机制不是简单的按通证多少,而是通证和权重相结合的办法,让有能力的用户具有更多决定权,从而使公司更有可能在正确的道路上快速前进,健康发展。

其中,任务分为两种,一种是周期短、交付明确的赏金任务,完成赏金任务可以直接获得赏金,也会获得一部分贡献值。还有一种是协作度较高的项目任务,领取项目任务的门槛会相对高一些,完成项目任务的奖励周期也会比较长,完成项目任务一般不会直接奖励赏金,但会获得项目分红。
所述通证权重主要由完成任务过程中获得的贡献值决定的。贡献值是不可流通的,但贡献值会间接决定通证持有者未来的通证收益和特权,进入白名单。提升通证持有者等级可以解锁更多的访问权限,也可以让该通证持有者有机会接到更多的任务。
所述白名单是指一级通证持有者其贡献值或经验值的列表,系统平台会根据运行情况产生的贡献值或经验值不断更新白名单。
在一实施例中,用户节点还用于:
执行任务后,获得勋章;
参与用户节点还用于:根据发布项目的用户节点的勋章,判断是否参与该用户节点的任务。
上述勋章并没有财务价值,无法转让,但在社区内具有社交价值,是标榜贡献者完成了某项挑战的证明。这些勋章可能会超越组织内的认可,成为跨组织的能力证明,成为贡献者Web3简历的一部分。这样,参与用户节点根据发布项目的用户节点的勋章,判断是否参与该用户节点的任务。
在一实施例中,类似中心化自治组织平台还用于:
创建用户节点,确定所述用户节点的用户的通证持有者等级为二级。
也就是,当通证持有者之外的用户有创新主意时,首先需要加入类似去中心化自治组织(DAO),创建用户节点,并让创新主意入类似非同质化通证平台数据库,形成对应的区块链数据包,此时确定新创建的用户节点的用户的通证持有者等级为二级,用户为通证持有者,达到一定条件时,通证持有者等级变为一级;当通证持有者有创新主意时,可以让创新主意直接入类似非同质化通证平台数据库。
当通证持有者之外的用户想开发运作类似非同质化通证平台数据库的创新主意时,首先需要加入类似去中心化自治组织(DAO),也就是创建用户节点,形成对应的区块链数据包,创新主意进入研发阶段(LAB);当通证持有者想开发运作创新主意时,直 接应用相应工具登记形成对应的区块链数据包,创新主意进入研发阶段(LAB)。在创新研发阶段,任何人都可以通过购买通证参与。
当研发项目完成时,进入试生产或者试运行阶段,通证持有者之外的用户想接受生产项目,首先需要加入类似去中心化自治组织(DAO),创建用户节点,形成对应的区块链数据包,项目进入生产(Production)阶段,所得用户的通证持有者等级为二级,达到一定条件时,可以变为一级;当通证持有者想接受生产项目(或分解的任务),直接用相应工具登记形成对应的区块链数据包,进入生产(Production)阶段。生产项目的产品通过试生产-改进-试生产若干循环之后,可以正式进入销售阶段。用户可以通过购买通证参与生产项目,获得股份或者获利后的分红权。
当生产项目开发完成时,进入销售阶段,通证持有者之外的用户想接受销售(Market)项目(或分解的任务),首先需要加入类似去中心化自治组织(DAO),创建用户节点,形成对应的区块链数据包,所得用户的通证持有者等级为二级,达到一定条件时,可以为一级;当通证持有者想接受销售项目(或分解的任务),直接用相应工具登记形成对应的区块链数据包,项目从而进入销售(Market)阶段。任何用户都可以通过购买通证参与销售阶段,获得股份或者获利后的分红权。
在一实施例中,用户节点还用于:在执行销售任务时,获得预设数量的通证,将所述通证添加至通证钱包。
所述奖励的通证类似于优惠券。所得上述获得的通证为二级通证,达到一定条件时,用户的通证持有者等级成为一级。
在一实施例中,所述通证具有预设的购买次数,所述通证钱包需要定期进行核对。
也就是,该发行的通证不在本系统炒作,通证价值根据公司或项目发展情况由公司决定,或者由独立机构决定,稳步上升,从而杜绝恶意炒作或者收购,以使该系统可以长期平稳健康发展。
需要说明的是,通证原则上不可以通过其他平台买卖炒作,但在一定条件下,比如价格遵循系统设定价格并通过该系统认证。通证的价格原则上只有通过公司平台实现的交易价格才是当时的真实价格。
另外,作为一个闭环的系统,系统拥有自己独立的通证钱包。系统建立自己的账簿,通证的使用必须笔笔入账,且附有相关的入账凭证,确保所有通证交易往来都有据可查。通证具有预设的购买次数,或者成为兑换次数上限,确保大额通证兑换不会引发系统平台价值波动,防止恶意操控影响系统整体价值。所述通证钱包需要定期进行核 对,确保数字资产的安全。可以通过建立公有账本和私有账本定期核对机制,确保账本核算数据准确、完整、真实。代币交易平台上所新增的账户持有人信息是否完整、准确;账户持有人能否确定,是否存在洗钱风险。
在一实施例中,治理节点还用于:根据销售项目中的产品的盈利情况以通证或者现金形式给用户分红。这是加入和激励的重要部分。
在一实施例中,所述通证用于在满足设定条件下购买销售项目中的产品。
上述设定条件比如满足一定的时间条件,可以按购买时段的价值折算用于购买产品,另外,随着通证的价值升高,赠送的数量会越来越少,所以一定时间之后,可以用以前的价值回收通证。
另外,该系统具有较强的开放性,可以服务于其他公司实体,比如也可以为其他公司产品提供通证,按智能合约收取提成和手续费等。该系统同样适用于促进其他领域的发展,如文化艺术等领域。
综上所述,在本发明实施例提出的系统中,通过类似中心化自治组织平台和类似非同质化通证平台数据库,实现了创新主意、研发项目、生产项目和销售项目的良性发展,用区块链技术紧紧结合创新、研发、生产、销售环节,有效解决了投资、购买等牵涉信任的问题,可以大力推动创新、生产、销售,使之进入良性循环。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种基于区块链的创新生产销售系统,其特征在于,包括:类似中心化自治组织平台和类似非同质化通证平台数据库,其中,
    类似中心化自治组织平台包括多个用户节点,所述用户节点包括发起用户节点和参与用户节点,其中,发起用户节点中的用户发起创新主意或项目;参与用户节点中的用户参与项目;其中,
    发起用户节点用于:将创新主意发送至类似非同质化通证平台数据库;
    发起用户节点还用于:将项目发布至类似非同质化通证平台数据库,所述项目包括研发项目、生产项目和销售项目,执行所述项目;其中,研发项目是发起用户节点从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得创新主意后形成的,生产项目是发起用户节点从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的研发项目后形成的,销售项目是发起用户节点从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的生产项目后形成的;
    参与用户节点用于:通过参与用户节点对应的通证钱包,购买通证参与执行类似非同质化通证平台数据库中的项目。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,发起用户节点还用于:在类似中心化自治组织平台的社区宣导项目,发起对项目的投票,在投票结果为项目能够启动时,将能够启动信息登记在类似非同质化通证平台数据库;
    参与用户节点具体用于:对发起投票的项目进行投票,所述投票通过通证和权重相结合的方式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,发起用户节点还用于:在投票结果为项目能够启动时,将项目分解为多个任务,在类似中心化自治组织平台的社区发布项目的多个任务和招募成员信息;执行项目中的任务;
    参与用户节点还用于:根据发布的项目的多个任务和招募人员信息,判断是否参与项目的任务,若参与项目中的任务,购买通证,执行任务。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,用户节点还用于:
    执行任务后,获得勋章;
    参与用户节点还用于:根据发布项目的用户节点的勋章,判断是否参与该用户节点的任务。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,用户节点还用于:在执行完任务后,获得赏金或项目分红。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,用户节点还用于:在执行销售任务时,获得预设数量的通证,将所述通证添加至通证钱包。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述通证具有预设的购买次数,所述通证钱包需要定期进行核对。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,类似中心化自治组织平台还包括治理节点,用于对用户节点和类似中心化自治组织平台的事务进行管理。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,治理节点还用于:根据销售项目中的产品的盈利情况以通证或者现金形式给用户分红。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,类似中心化自治组织平台还用于:
    创建用户节点,确定所述用户节点的用户的通证持有者等级为二级。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,用户节点还用于:
    在执行任务后,获得贡献值,所述贡献值累计用于对用户的通证持有者等级进行升级,其中通证持有者等级为一级的用户将加入白名单。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述通证用于在满足设定条件下购买销售项目中的产品。
  13. 一种基于区块链的创新生产销售方法,其特征在于,应用于发起用户节点,包括:
    将创新主意发送至类似非同质化通证平台数据库;
    将项目发布至类似非同质化通证平台数据库,所述项目包括研发项目、生产项目和销售项目,执行所述项目;其中,研发项目是从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得创新主意后形成的,生产项目是从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的研发项目后形成的,销售项目是从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的生产项目后形成的;
    其中,参与用户节点通过通证钱包,购买通证来参与执行类似非同质化通证平台数据库中的项目;
    其中,发起用户节点和参与用户节点为类似中心化自治组织平台上的用户节点。
  14. 一种基于区块链的创新生产销售方法,其特征在于,应用于参与用户节点,包括:
    通过参与用户节点对应的通证钱包,购买通证参与执行类似非同质化通证平台数据库中的项目,类似非同质化通证平台数据库中的项目是发起用户节点发布的;所述项目包括研发项目、生产项目和销售项目,执行所述项目;其中,研发项目是发起用户节点 从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得创新主意后形成的,生产项目是发起用户节点从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的研发项目后形成的,销售项目是发起用户节点从类似非同质化通证平台数据库获得已完成的生产项目后形成的;
    其中,发起用户节点将创新主意发送至类似非同质化通证平台数据库;
    其中,发起用户节点和参与用户节点为类似中心化自治组织平台上的用户节点。
  15. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求13或14所述方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求13或14所述方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求13或14所述方法。
