Abstract

Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a timing advance value transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receiving, by means of a serving cell, a timing advance indication message, which is sent by a network device; and the terminal determining a timing advance value of a target cell on the basis of the timing advance indication message. In the timing advance value transmission method and apparatus and the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, when a terminal accesses a serving cell, the terminal determines a timing advance value of a target cell according to a timing advance indication message, which is sent by a base station, thereby reducing a handover delay.
