Abstract
A device to maintain an erection of a penis while intercourse. The device comprises a first portion, adapted to receive and wrap around a bottom part of the penis, a plastic layer, adapted to be placed inside the first portion, configured to provide support for the erection to the penis, a stretchable portion with a first end connected with the first portion, and a second end adapted to be stretched around the penis, to properly grip the penis, an adhesive portion, disposed at the second end of the stretchable portion. The adhesive portion is adapted to stick on the first portion after the stretchable portion is wrapped around the bottom part of the penis, thereby securing the device over the penis.

MAGIC CONDOM
TECHNICAL FIELD
[001] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to medical technology and more particularly to a device to maintain an erection of a penis while intercourse.
BACKGROUND
[002] Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, is defined by difficulty getting and keeping an erection. It can be an embarrassing thing to talk about. It's been reported that more than half of men between the ages of 40 and 70 experience some form of Erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Erectile dysfunction may be treated using medication such as SILDENAFIL, TADALAFIL, VARDENAFIL, AVANAFIL etc.
[003] However, these medication causes various side effects. Most common side effects of Erectile dysfunction drugs are headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, vision problems, diarrhea, dizziness, and rash. A person who has an erection that lasts four hours or more needs to get to a hospital or risk permanent damage. Further, there are various assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. The vacuum constriction device (VCD) is an external pump that a person with erectile dysfunction can use to get and maintain an erection. However, maintaining an erection throughout an intercourse could be an issue.
[004] Therefore, in light of the foregoing discussion, there exists a need to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks associated with medication and various assistive devices using a device to maintain an erection of a penis while intercourse.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[005] According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a device to maintain an erection of a penis while intercourse. The device comprises a first portion, adapted to receive and wrap around a bottom part of the penis, a plastic layer, adapted to be placed inside the first portion, configured to provide support for the erection to the penis, a stretchable portion with a
first end connected with the first portion, and a second end adapted to be stretched around the penis, to properly grip the penis, an adhesive portion, disposed at the second end of the stretchable portion, wherein the adhesive portion is adapted to stick on the first portion after the stretchable portion is wrapped around the bottom part of the penis, thereby securing the device over the penis.
[006] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the first portion is made of transparent, flexible and soft silicon.
[007] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the plastic layer is slightly stiff made of plastic to support erection of the penis.
[008] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the stretchable portion is made of material selected from stretchable and flexible plastic, silicon and/or rubber.
[009] The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion is covered with a removable layer of material selected from plastic, paper, butter paper, rubber, nylon, and/or elastane or a combination thereof to expose an adhesive of the adhesive portion to stick on the first portion.
[010] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive portion comprises separate small part and large part, adapted to stick at the first portion.
[Oil] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises a second portion, having a strong adhesive, adapted to stick on the first portion after wrapping around the penis.
[012] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises a headless condom adapted to be worn over the first portion, the stretchable portion and the adhesive portion.
[013] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises a condom adapted to be worn over the first portion, the stretchable portion and the adhesive portion, thereby covering the entire device.
[014] In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises an oil mixture of equal portions of sesame oil and peppermint oil adapted to be rubbed on a top part of the penis.

[021] Referring to the drawings, the invention will now be described in more detail. Figure 1 illustrates a device 100 to maintain an erection of a penis (not shown in figure 1) while intercourse, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in figure 1, the device 100 comprises a first portion 103, a plastic layer 104, a stretchable portion 102, and an adhesive portion 105. As shown in figure 1, the first portion 103 is adapted to receive and wrap around a bottom part of the penis. The material of the first portion 103 may have transparent, flexible and soft texture properties. The first portion 103 may be made of, but not limited to, silicone, ethylene propylene diene monomer, neoprene, synthetic, nonlatex material called nitrile, polyurethane, natural materials, latex rubber and plastic, lambskin, rubber, and silicon rubber or a combination thereof.
[022] Further, as shown in figure 1, inside the first portion 103 of the device 100, a plastic layer 104 is disposed. The plastic layer 104 may be made of plastic materials having stiffness, resistance to wear and tear and also friendly with skin. In accordance with an embodiment of the plastic layer 104 may be slightly stiff and made of plastic to support erection of the penis.
[023] Furthermore, as shown in figure 1, connected with the first portion 103 is the stretchable portion 102 with a first end and a second end. As shown in figure 1, the first end of the stretchable portion 102 is connected with the first portion 103. The stretchable portion 102 may be made of material having quality of stretchability and flexibility. The stretchable portion 102 may be made of materials selected from, but not limited to, plastic, silicon, and/or rubber or a combination thereof.
[024] In accordance with an embodiment, as shown in figure 1, at the second end of the stretchable portion 102, an adhesive portion 105 is disposed. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive portion 105 may be covered with a removable layer of material selected from plastic, paper, butter paper, rubber, nylon, and/or elastane or a combination thereof. The removable layer may be peeled to expose an adhesive of the adhesive portion 105 to stick on the first portion 103. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive portion 105 comprises separate small part 106 and large part 107, adapted to stick at the
first portion 103.
[025] In accordance with an additional or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the device 100 may comprise a second portion 101, having a strong adhesive, adapted to stick on the first portion 103 after wrapping around the penis. The second portion 101 may be made of materials selected from a group comprising, but not limited to, silicone, ethylene propylene diene monomer, neoprene, synthetic, nonlatex material called nitrile, polyurethane, natural materials, latex rubber and plastic, lambskin, rubber, and silicon rubber or a combination thereof.
[026] Moreover, in accordance with an additional or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the device 100 comprises a condom or a headless condom adapted to be worn over the first portion 103, the stretchable portion 102 and the adhesive portion 105. The condom or the headless condom may be made of materials selected from a group comprising, but not limited to, silicone, ethylene propylene diene monomer, neoprene, synthetic, nonlatex material called nitrile, polyurethane, natural materials, latex rubber and plastic, lambskin, rubber, and silicon rubber or a combination thereof.
[027] In addition, in accordance with an additional or alternative embodiment of the present invention, the device 100 comprises an oil mixture of equal portions of sesame oil and peppermint oil adapted to be rubbed on a top part of the penis.
[028] The invention works in following manner:
[029] Figures 2 and 3, illustrate working of the device 100 illustrated in figure 1, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Firstly, as shown in figure 2, a flaccid penis 220 is placed over the first portion 103, The first portion 103, adapted to receive and wrap around a bottom part 220” of the penis 220. A top part 220’ of the penis 220 is left open, as shown in figure 2. The first portion 103 however, as shown in figure 2, may be covering a portion of surface of the penis 220. Further, the plastic layer 104 may be placed inside the first portion 103, configured to provide support for the erection to the penis 220. As shown on figure 2, the stretchable portion 102 and the adhesive portion 105 are exposed beside the first portion 103. Further, as shown in figure 2, for ease of use, the adhesive portion 105 which may be divided into the separate small part 106 and the large part 107.
[030] Further, as shown in figure 3 a, the stretchable portion 102 with the first end connected with the first portion 103, and the second end is adapted to be stretched around the bottom part 220” of the penis 220, to properly grip the penis 220. The stretchable portion 102 is stretched according to
thickness and comfort of the penis 220. The stretchable portion 102 is stretched and wrapped properly around the penis 220 as shown in figure 3 a.
[031] As shown in figure 3b, after stretching the stretchable portion 102, the adhesive portion 105, disposed at the second end of the stretchable portion 102, is adapted to stick on the first portion 103 after the stretchable portion 102 is wrapped around the bottom part 220” of the penis 220. In accordance with an additional or alternative embodiment, the adhesive portion 105 is covered with a removable layer which is removed by peeling to expose an adhesive of the adhesive portion 105 to stick on the first portion 103, thereby securing the device 100 over the penis 220.
[032] In accordance with an alternative or additional embodiment of the present invention, the removable layer may be removed from the small part 106 and the large part 107 of the adhesive portion 105 to be stuck on the first portion 103. In this case, the stretchable portion 102 may also be divided along with the small part 106 and the large part 107 of the adhesive portion 105. This way, for example, firstly, the large part 107 and corresponding the stretchable portion 102 can be wrapped around the penis 220 and later, the small part 102 and corresponding the stretchable portion 102 can be wrapped around the penis 220.
[033] Further, in accordance to have a better grip of the device over the penis 220, the second portion 101 having the strong adhesive may be stuck on the first portion 103 after wrapping around the penis 220. The second portion 101 may be stuck to the first portion 103 along with the adhesive portion 105 to provide additional reinforcement to the adhesive. This way, the device will not worn out during the intercourse.
[034] Further, in accordance with an alternative or additional embodiment, the oil mixture of sesame oil and peppermint oil of equal proportion, let’s say 5 grams each may be used to apply and massage the top part 220’ of the penis 220 after wearing the device 100. In accordance with an embodiment, the top part 220’ of the penis 220 may be applied with the oil mixture for 15 seconds, causing a very natural and strong erection. Further, wearing the product causes the blood to be easily pumped into the penis 220 and therefore results in an erection once the oil mixture is applied to the top part 220’ of the penis 220.
[035] In addition, the condom may be worn over the device 100. The condom may serve two purposes. Firstly, to avoid any unwanted pregnancy and one does not want to have children. Ans, secondly, the condom may help the device 100 remain integral during intercourse. Additionally, in accordance with another embodiment, the headless condom may be worn over the device 100. The headless condom is without the head area if a user of the device 100 wants to have children.
The headless condom may serve the same function to may help the device 100 remain integral during intercourse.
[036] The present invention has various advantages. The present invention provides a cost- effective approach to address problems of erectile disfunction. The invention is not an orally administered drug or dermal drug which negatively affect the health of the person, especially the elderly who may have various diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or other diseases related to the kidneys or liver. Therefore, in the present invention, there are no possible side effects with use of the device 100 to maintain an erection. The device 100 is suitable for all men, young or old. It can be used by an old man, even if he is sick, it is completely safe to use.
[037] The device 100, once worn causes a permanent erection till the presence of the device 100 over the penis 220. It differs from condoms by having a very thin, soft and flexible silicone layer that is present on the penis 220 after pulling the device 100 a little forward under the top part 220’ of the penis 220, causing the user to have a permanent erection even after semen is ejaculated.
[038] Further, the operations need not be performed in the disclosed order, although in some examples, an order may be preferred. Also, not all functions need to be performed to achieve the desired advantages of the disclosed system and method, and therefore not all functions are required.

Examples and limitations disclosed herein are intended to be not limiting in any manner, and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art will recognize that many variations are possible within the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and their equivalents, in which all terms are to be understood in their broadest possible sense unless otherwise indicated.
[040] Various modifications to these embodiments are apparent to those skilled in the art from the description and the accompanying drawings. The principles associated with the various embodiments described herein may be applied to other embodiments. Therefore, the description is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown along with the accompanying drawings but is to be providing broadest scope of consistent with the principles and the novel and inventive features disclosed or suggested herein. Accordingly, the invention is anticipated to hold on to all other such alternatives, modifications, and variations that fall within the scope of the present invention and appended claims.
Claims
1. A device to maintain an erection of a penis while intercourse, the device comprising: a first portion, adapted to receive and wrap around a bottom part of the penis; a plastic layer, adapted to be placed inside the first portion, configured to provide support for the erection to the penis; a stretchable portion with a first end connected with the first portion, and a second end adapted to be stretched around the penis, to properly grip the penis; an adhesive portion, disposed at the second end of the stretchable portion, wherein the adhesive portion is adapted to stick on the first portion after the stretchable portion is wrapped around the bottom part of the penis, thereby securing the device over the penis.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first portion is made of transparent, flexible and soft silicon.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic layer is slightly stiff made of plastic to support erection of the penis.
4. The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the stretchable portion is made of material selected from stretchable and flexible plastic, silicon, and/or rubber.
5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion is covered with a removable layer of material selected from plastic, paper, butter paper, rubber, nylon, and/or elastane or a combination thereof to expose an adhesive of the adhesive portion to stick on the first portion.
6. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion comprises separate small part and large part, adapted to stick at the first portion.
7. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprises a second portion, having a strong adhesive, adapted to stick on the first portion after wrapping around the penis.
8. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprises a headless condom adapted to be worn over the first portion, the stretchable portion and the adhesive portion.
The device as claimed in claim 1, comprises a condom adapted to be worn over the first portion, the stretchable portion and the adhesive portion, thereby covering the entire device. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprises an oil mixture of equal portions of sesame oil and peppermint oil adapted to be rubbed on a top part of the penis.
