 工作原理:如图1、9所示,当导轨关闭时,反弹滑块及复位滑块运动至最左侧,在该状态下,摆块51发生偏转,迫使第一滑块52挂扣在扳机10的外圆上,锁定反弹滑块及复位滑块,避免第一拉簧反向拉动反弹滑块及复位滑块,为反弹复位功能储蓄弹力。当摆块51发生偏转后,挂扣54与导轨系统8上的挂槽81分离,导轨系统得以在其内部的复位装置的拖动下,继续关闭。

 如图11所示,当用户需要打开导轨时,向内按压抽屉,动力通过导轨系统上的复位拨块推动连动臂42;连动臂42在受到推力后,会同向推动复位滑块,复位滑块利用其左端面挤压驱动杆91柱面上设置的同步凸台92,同步凸台同步推动摇臂93摆动,摇臂93驱动释放滑块34向右运动,从而迫使释放块34上的内凹槽与扳机10重合,扳机的边缘失去支撑后,偏摆进入到该内凹槽内,扳机偏摆后,即与第一滑块52分离。在此状态下,复位滑块及反弹滑块都失去了第一滑块52的锁止力,在第一拉簧61的拉力作用下, 第一拉簧通过联动滑块拉动复位滑块向右运动,复位联动滑块及复位滑块在运动的同时,通过第一摆臂、第二摆臂及第三摆臂的作用下,推动反弹滑块向外运动,反弹滑块利用其上的挂扣54与设置在导轨系统8上的挂槽81连接,从而驱动导轨反弹打开。

 当用户需要关闭导轨时,向内推动导轨系统8,利用导轨系统上的复位拨块82与复位滑块4上的连动臂触碰;因此用户向内关闭导轨时,即可推动复位滑块向左运动复位,复位滑块运动的同时,通过第一摆臂,第二摆臂及第三摆臂推动反弹滑块向左运动复位,当复位滑块运动至最左端时,第一滑块52重新与扳机挂扣,在此状态下,第一拉簧重新被拉伸为下次反弹开启提供动力。本案中利用简单的第一摆臂、第二摆臂及摆臂结构,即可实现了反弹滑块与复位滑块之间的联动,在简化结构的同时,简单可靠的结构可使得本装置在运行过程中高效稳定,可有效延长其使用寿命,故可广泛推广使用。

Claims (10)

  1.  一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:其包括相互盖合的面罩(1)及底板(2),面罩(1)内设置有容置腔(3),所述的容置腔(3)内设置有复位滑槽(31)及反弹滑槽(32),复位滑块(4)滑动式安装在复位滑槽(31)内,反弹滑块(5)滑动式安装在反弹滑槽(32)内,复位滑块(4)上设置有联动滑槽(41),联动滑块(6)滑动式安装在该联动滑槽(41)内;所述的容置腔(3)内还铰接有第一摆臂(7),第一摆臂(7)上铰接安装有第二摆臂(71)及第三摆臂(72),第二摆臂(71)的另外一端与联动滑块(6)铰接,第三摆臂(72)的另一端与反弹滑块(5)铰接;
    所述的联动滑块(6)与容置腔(3)之间还设置有第一拉簧(61),第一拉簧(61)始终拉动联动滑块(6)向导轨打开方向运动;所述的反弹滑块(5)上铰接安装有摆块(51),摆块(51)的底部设置有第一滑块(52),第一滑块(52)位于容置腔(3)内的第一导向轨(33)上滑动;所述的摆块(51)顶部还设置有伸缩槽(53),伸缩槽(53)内滑动式安装有挂扣(54),挂扣(54)底部与伸缩槽(53)之间设置有第一弹簧,第一弹簧推动挂扣(54)始终向上弹出,挂扣(54)与设置在导轨系统(8)上的挂槽(81)连接,驱动反弹滑块(5)运动;所述的复位滑块(4)上还设置有连动臂(42)延伸出容置腔(3)外,与设置在导轨系统(8)上的复位拨块(82)触碰;
    所述的容置腔(3)内还设置有同步机构(9),同步机构(9)分别与复位滑块(4)及设有容置槽(35)内的释放滑块(34)连接;释放滑块(34)一端与铰接在容置腔(3)内的扳机(10)联动,所述的扳机(10)呈半圆形,其外圆与第一导向轨(33)的尾部连接,第一滑块(52)可挂扣在扳机(10)的外圆上,扳机(10)转动时迫使第一滑块(52)与扳机(10)分离。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的容置槽(35)为设置在释放滑块(34)上端面的内凹槽,扳机(10)支撑在释放滑块(34)的上端面。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的释放滑块(34)与容置腔(3)之间设置有第二弹簧(36),第二弹簧(36)推动释放滑块(34)始终向导轨关闭方向运动,迫使释放滑块(34)上端面的容置槽(35)与扳机(10)分离。
  4.  根据权利要求2所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述挂扣(54)的上端面呈倾斜状,倾斜的方向朝向导轨打开方向设置,相对应地:容置腔(3)内还设置有复位推块(37),复位推块(37)由第三弹簧(38)支撑始终向挂扣(54)方向运动,复位推块(37)与挂扣(54)的顶部挤压,迫使其回缩入伸缩槽(53)内与挂槽(81)分离。
  5.  根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的同步机构(9)包括转动式安装在容置腔(3)内的驱动杆(91),驱动杆(91)的柱面上设置有同步凸台(92),还包括摆动式铰接在容置腔(3)内的摇臂(93),摇臂(93)一端与同步凸台(92)接触,另一端与释放滑块(34)抵扣,复位滑块(4)的尾部抵压在同步凸台(92)的另一端,复位滑块(4)通过推压同步凸台(92)驱动摇臂(93)摆动。
  6.  根据权利要求5所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动杆(91)的端面设置有对接轴(94),同步轴安装在该对接轴(94)上。
  7.  根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的第一摆臂(7)、第二摆臂(71)及第三摆臂(72)为金属板材,第二摆臂(71)及第三摆臂(72)通过铆钉铰接在第一摆臂(7)上。
  8.  根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的容置腔(3)内还设置调节滑槽(39),调节滑块(11)滑动式安装在该调节滑槽(39)内,所述的第一拉簧(61)一端连接在联动滑块(6)上,另一端与调节滑块(11)连接,所述的容置腔(3)内还设置有调节机构,控制调节滑块(11)在调节滑槽(39)内的位置。
  9.  根据权利要求8所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的调节机构为铰接在容置腔(3)内的调节臂(112),调节壁上设置有驱动柱(113),驱动柱(113)滑动式安装在调节滑块(11)内的导向槽(111)内。
  10.  根据权利要求9所述的一种抽屉导轨按压反弹开启装置,其特征在于:所述的容置腔(3)的侧壁设置有避空槽(115),避空槽(115)贯穿面罩(1)的侧壁设置,调节臂(112)的一端通过该避空槽(115)延伸出面罩(1)外。
