Description

NATURAL INCUBATION SYSTEM
Technical Field
The invention relates to a natural incubation system used for incubating poultry eggs.
The invention particularly relates to a natural incubation system that automatically rotates eggs 360° on mills during the incubation period to ensure sufficient nutrition for the embryo and provide high-quality ventilation circulation throughout the eggs for healthy chick production.
State of the Art
Specific levels of heat and humidity are required for an egg to hatch, which are provided naturally by the mother bird during incubation. In the case of artificial breeding of poultry, these factors are provided by incubators.
Currently, incubators are used for artificial breeding of poultry, such as chickens and turkeys, in poultry facilities. These incubators are imported systems, which pose problems for local production. In addition, incubators are manually rotated up to a maximum of 45° on the vertical axis, making automation impossible. As a result, the rotation process is performed manually by operators, requiring 28 days of work for a single egg, resulting in high labor and time costs. Furthermore, during the incubation period, the heating and cooling do not spread evenly throughout the egg, and air circulation is not provided adequately. This causes the embryo to not receive the necessary vitamins and albumin from the liquid part of the egg, resulting in inefficient nutrition. Additionally, to minimize air circulation problems during the incubation period, continuous difficult labor and monitoring are required. Therefore, there is a need for an incubation system that can rotate the egg 360°, like the natural incubation method, to provide sufficient and efficient nutrition for the egg embryo during the incubation period and ensure air circulation to reduce losses and labor costs through automation.
In conclusion, the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to develop a new system in the relevant technical field. The Purpose of Invention
The present invention is related to a natural incubation system that eliminates the aforementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.
The main objective of the invention is to provide a natural incubation system where eggs are automatically turned on rollers that rotate 360° during the incubation period, enabling the embryo to receive sufficient nutrition and ensuring that high-quality ventilation circulation is applied to all parts of the eggs, resulting in complete and efficient nourishment of the embryo.
The aim of the invention is to prevent labor and time losses and reduce chick losses in production by automatically rotating the eggs on rollers that rotate 360° during the incubation period.
Another goal of the invention is to produce healthy chicks by providing complete and efficient nourishment for the egg embryo.
Additionally, the invention aims to ensure that the egg embryo undergoes the incubation period using the natural incubation method.
Another objective of the invention is to eliminate the difficult labor and monitoring process by providing high-quality continuous air circulation to the egg embryo during the incubation period.
The invention, which is designed to achieve all the objectives stated above and can be deduced from the detailed description, is a natural incubation system used for incubating poultry and enables the eggs to be automatically turned during the incubation period, allowing the egg embryo to reach sufficient nutrition and ensuring the healthy production of chicks by providing high-quality air circulation to all parts of the eggs, as well as meeting all other objectives. The invention comprises
• a cabin frame,
• a shelf stacked inside the cabin frame, • a spindle that rotates 360° and is located in the shelf, which turns the eggs placed on it during the incubation period,
• a pulley attached to the back of each spindle at the edge of each shelf, which is connected to the spindle to drive its rotation,
• a motor mounted on the cabin frame that drives the rotation of the spindles,
• a belt attached to the motor and pulleys to transfer the motor's rotation to the pulleys, and
• a motion transmission element attached to the front end of the spindles to transfer the rotation of one spindle to the other spindles via the pulleys.

Detailed Description of the Invention This detailed description explains the preferred alternatives of the natural incubation system of the invention, only for better understanding of the subject and without creating any limiting effect.
Figure 1 shows the disassembled view of the natural incubation system of the invention. Accordingly, the natural incubation system comprises a cabin frame (10), shelves (20) stacked on top of each other within the cabin frame (10), a shaft (30) that rotates and turns the eggs (Y) during incubation, located side by side in the shelves (20) and rotating 360°, a pulley (40) that contacts the back end of each shaft (30) located at the edge of each shelf (20) and drives the rotation of the shaft (30), a motor (60) that contacts the motor connection profile (50) on the cabin frame (10) and drives the rotation of the pulley (40) through a belt (70), and a motion transmission element (80) that transmits the rotation of the shaft (30) through the pulleys (40) to the other shafts (30) to rotate.
The cabin frame (10), which is the main structure of the natural incubation system of the invention, is rectangular in shape and shelves (20) are placed on top of each other at certain distances inside. As seen in Figure 2, shafts (30) are placed side by side inside the shelves (20).
The shafts (30) rotate 360° inside the shelves (20) and turn the eggs (Y) placed on them during incubation, as in natural incubation, allowing them to receive air. The shafts (30) have oval nests (31 ) that are compatible with the shape of the eggs (Y) placed on them.
Pulleys (40) are attached to the back end of each shaft (30) located at the edge of each shelf (20) to enable automatic 360° rotation of the shafts (30). The pulleys (40) drive the rotation of the shafts (30) at the edge of each shelf (20) for their rotation.
For the transmission of motion between the pulleys (40) and the motor (60), a belt (70) is mounted on the motor (60) and attached to the pulleys (40) on a vertical axis. The belt (70) is connected to the motor (60) through a tensioner pulley (61 ) located on the motor (60). The tensioner pulley (61 ) allows the belt (70) to move vertically and horizontally for placement on the pulleys (40). The belt (70) transfers the rotational motion of the motor (60) to the pulleys (40). To transmit the rotational motion of the pulleys (30) connected to the pulleys (40) at the rear end to other pulleys (30) in the same arrangement, a motion transfer element (80) is connected to the front end of the pulleys (30).
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the rotational motion of the pulleys (30) during the incubation period can be detected through a sensor. In the first few days of incubation, the lack of rotation of the egg (Y) can result in significant losses in chick production.
The natural incubation system of the invention is preferably used for the incubation period of eggs (Y) of winged animals. In the alternative embodiment of the invention, the natural incubation system of the invention can be used for the development of worm eggs in reptile, snake, or worm manure production.
The working principle of the natural incubation system of the invention is as follows:
The freshly laid eggs (Y) of turkeys, chickens, ducks, or quails are lifted vertically with a vacuum system and removed from their crates. The eggs (Y) placed on the pulleys (30) are placed in a horizontal position thanks to the oval shape of the pulleys (Y), allowing the winged animal to perform its natural incubation behavior, and each egg (Y) is placed in an oval nest (31 ). The full shelves (20) are placed on the cabin chassis (10), which circulates air.
The rotational motion of the motor (60) is transferred to the pulleys (70) through the belt (70), and the pulleys (70) rotate the pulleys (30) located at the edge of each tier of the shelves (20). The motion transfer element (80) connected to the front end of the pulleys (30) with the pulleys (40) at the rear end ensures that the rotational motion of the pulleys (30) is transmitted to other pulleys (30) in the same arrangement. As a result, the eggs (Y) in the oval nests (31 ) rotate 360 degrees horizontally for 28 days with the winged animal's foot to form a healthy embryo. The process is completed inside the cabin chassis (10) until the air circulation is evenly distributed throughout the eggs (Y) by the 25th day. The incubation process is completed with the hatchlings breaking out of their shells and exiting the natural air space of the eggs (Y) when the cabin chassis (10) is opened, the air supply to the cabin chassis (10) is stopped, and the shelves (20) are removed. The chicks emerge ready for farm life with a 99% efficiency rate.
