如图5所示,示出了发起轮询的传输时序图。步骤S101中,管理员通过客户端向服务器提交多个目标员工对应的授予需求数据。在步骤S102中,通知服务器执行换算任务后直接返回。在步骤S103中,服务器进行内部处理行权请求,该服务器进行内部处理行权请求的过程比较耗时,则在步骤S104中,客户端发送处理进度询问请求以询问是否处理完毕,即客户端可以基于预设时间间隔(比如每隔1秒)将处理进度询问请求发送至 所述服务器,以自动发起轮询,询问服务器对每个目标员工对应的授予需求数据的换算任务是否处理完毕。如果服务器未处理完毕,则在步骤S105中返回包含未处理完毕的询问结果;然后,在步骤S106中,客户端继续发送处理进度询问请求以询问是否处理完毕,以继续询问,当服务器处理完毕,则在步骤S107中返回包含处理完毕的询问结果。并在步骤S108中从服务器侧获取处理结果(比如换算成功状态或者换算失败状态对应的内容)。并在步骤S109中在客户端的授予管理界面上展示处理结果。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:当所述询问结果中所述处理完毕的数据信息指示第一目标员工对应的第一授予需求数据处理完毕时,获取所述服务器根据所述第一授予需求数据进行换算任务处理后返回的处理结果;若所述处理结果为换算成功状态,则在所述授予管理界面上显示所述第一目标员工对应的所述授予单价与所述授予数量;或者若所述处理结果为换算失败状态,则在所述授予管理界面上所述第一目标员工对应的栏位显示换算失败提示信息。
其中,服务器在处理过程中,会出现有些数据已处理完毕,有些数据未处理完毕的情况,当询问结果中处理完毕的数据信息指示第一目标员工对应的第一授予需求数据处理完毕时,可以获取服务器根据所述第一授予需求数据进行换算任务处理后返回的处理结果,并在授予管理界面上展示对应的处理结果,以使用户可以优先查看已处理完毕的数据对应的处理结果,及时掌握处理进度,以避免用户长时间等待服务器的响应,提升用户体验。
在一些实施例中,所述换算失败提示信息包括所述换算失败的处理结果对应的失败事件,其中,所述失败事件包括以下任一种:换算得到的所述授予数量为零;所述授予单价获取失败;所述目标企业的上市信息与所述目标换算规则对应的上市信息不匹配;发生技术故障。
例如,在换算失败时,通过显示换算失败的处理结果对应的失败事件,可以使得用户做出相应处理及时消除失败事件。
在一些实施例中,在所述授予管理界面上显示换算失败提示信息之后,所述方法还包括:显示所述失败事件对应的待办任务,所述待办任务用于指示所述失败事件以及所述失败事件对应的处理方式。
例如,若失败事件为换算得到的授予数量为零或者授予单价获取失败,对应的代办任务可以为请确认换算规则是否匹配,或者请确认是否已达到取值日期,或者请重新选择其他换算规则。例如,若失败事件为目标企业的上市信息与所述目标换算规则对应的上市信息不匹配,比如,原目标换算规则为按授予日期(或者指定日期)对应的单价估值为授予单价(适用于目标企业为未上市公司的情况),目标企业当前的上市情况为已上市,目标企业上市后导致估值不合理,则对应的代办任务可以为请重新选择其他换算规则。例如,若失败事件为发生技术故障,则对应的代办任务可以为提示具体的技术故障原因,以指示用户进行故障排除处理。例如,发生技术故障可以包括以下情况中的至少一种:服务器与数据库连接失败;服务器宕机;股权激励系统升级中,当前无法执行换算任务;服务器出现硬件故障等。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:当所述询问结果中所述未处理完毕的数据信息指示第二目标员工对应的第二授予需求数据未处理完毕时,在所述授予管理界面上所述第二目标员工对应的栏位显示待换算状态。
例如,为了让用户及时了解多个目标员工对应的授予需求数据的换算任务处理进度,在所述授予管理界面上显示未处理完毕的授予需求数据对应展示栏位显示待处理状态,以使用户可以及时掌握未处理完毕的数据对应的处理进度,以避免用户长时间等待服务器的响应,提升用户体验。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:若获取到所述服务器返回的未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果,则在所述授予管理界面中所述授予数量的显示栏位上显示待换算状态, 其中,所述未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果为所述服务器在所述授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期未达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期时确定的反馈结果。

例如,将按价值授予的授予需求数据录入客户端之后,客户端将授予需求数据发送至服务器,以使服务器按照目标换算规则确定授予单价,并按授予价值除以授予单价等于授予数量来完成换算。若录入授予需求数据的录入时刻可以完成换算,则服务器会立即换算,并将换算得到的授予数量反馈至客户端。若录入授予需求数据的录入时刻不能完成换算,比如单价的取值日期还未到达,则服务器会返回未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果,并每日定时检查,以及时完成换算,并将换算得到的授予数量反馈至客户端。
其中,对于那些录入时不能立即换算的授予需求数据,服务器会根据预设定时任务每天的预设时刻(比如0点)扫描未满足立即换算条件的授予需求数据,一旦满足条件就会立即换算。
例如,可以在客户端上显示定时任务配置窗口,并响应于在定时任务配置窗口上输入的配置指令,生成预设定时任务,并将预设定时任务发送至服务器。例如,该定时任务配置窗口对应的定时任务机制可以使用操作系统中的定时任务机制(crontab)实现。Crontab是操作系统中可以周期性执行某些指令的程序,类似于生活中的闹钟,通过在定时任务配置窗口配置好预设定时任务,操作系统就会指示服务器在设置好的预设定时任务中的预设时刻上执行你想要执行的命令。例如,预设定时任务的格式如下:minute hour day month week command。其中,minute表示分钟,可以是从0到59之间的任何整数。hour表示小时,可以是从0到23之间的任何整数。day表示日期,可以是从1到31之间的任何整数。month表示月份,可以是从1到12之间的任何整数。week表示星期几,可以是从0到7之间的任何整数,这里的0或7代表星期日。Command表示要执行的命令,可以是系统命令,也可以是自定义编写的脚本文件。
例如,配置的预设定时任务为:0 0/12***php artisan incentive:value-conversion-task-daily,则操作系统就指示服务器在在每天早上0点及12点钟执行php artisan incentive:value-conversion-task-daily命令,而这个命令的内容就是查出所有还未完成的换算任务,查看当天是否能换算,若当天能换算,则及时执行换算任务。
在一些实施例中,所述授予需求数据还包括所述目标企业的企业信息和所述目标员工的员工信息,所述方法还包括:将所述企业信息与所述员工信息发送至目标证券平台,以使所述目标证券平台根据所述企业信息生成所述目标企业的企业证券账号,并根据所述员工信息生成所述目标员工的员工证券账号,以及建立所述企业证券账号与所述员工证券账号的关联关系;将所述目标证券平台发送的所述企业证券账号与所述员工证券账号更新至所述授予需求数据中;在所述授予数量生效时,将携带有所述授予数量的交易请求发送至所述目标证券平台,所述交易请求用于指示所述目标证券平台将所述企业证券账号中所述授予数量对应的目标股权转存至所述员工证券账号中。
例如,一般情况下,在进行股权交易过程中,需要在第三方的目标证券平台上注册证券账号,然后才可以通过证券账号登录目标证券平台以进行股权行权或交易等操作。其中,目标证券平台可以为与目标企业建立合作关系的证券公司平台。其中,对于通过客户端的授予管理界面新增的目标企业以及新增的目标员工,可能会出现未在目标证券平台上注册证券账号的情况,因此,可以将授予需求数据中的企业信息与员工信息发送 至目标证券平台,以使目标证券平台根据企业信息生成目标企业的企业证券账号,并根据员工信息生成目标员工的员工证券账号,以及建立企业证券账号与员工证券账号的关联关系。其中,将员工账号与企业账号关联,可以在目标员工未执行行权操作之前,由企业账号管理员工的股权;当目标员工执行行权操作时,可以先统一由企业账号代替员工账号通过目标证券平台出售用于抵扣行权成本的股票,再将剩余股票转存至员工账号,然后,目标员工可利用员工账号通过合作的目标证券平台自行进行股票交易。
其中,在获取目标证券平台发送的目标企业的企业证券账号与目标员工的员工证券账号后,将目标证券平台发送的企业证券账号与员工证券账号更新至授予需求数据中,以在授予需求数据中记录企业证券账号与员工证券账号。然后,在授予数量生效时,可以将携带有授予数量的交易请求发送至目标证券平台,以使目标证券平台根据交易请求将企业证券账号中授予数量对应的目标股权转存至员工证券账号中。
在一些实施例中,在所述目标授予方式为按数量授予时,所述授予需求数据还包括预设的授予数量,所述方法还包括:在所述授予管理界面上显示所述预设的授予数量。

可选的,本实施例中可以基于目标企业的企业信息和目标员工的员工信息等信息,进行综合分析评估,自动识别目标员工对应的目标授予方式和目标换算规则。可以包括如下步骤:
基于企业信息和员工信息生成对应的信息标签,并确定信息标签和换算规则之间的对应关系;
在获取到目标企业和目标员工的信息之后,基于上述信息生成目标标签;

例如,若目标换算规则为第三换算规则信息,当目标企业为未上市公司时,将取值日期对应的单价估值确定为授予单价。例如,当取值日期选择授予日期时,每股单价取值来源为,将授予日期当天的每股单价估值确定为授予单价;当取值日期选择指定日期时,将指定日期当天的每股单价估值确定为授予单价。

其中,由于换算任务过程中出现的状态特别多,流转关系比较复杂,则可以采用预设的状态来管理换算任务中的这些状态,将状态切换与业务处理解耦,让开发者只用关注业务处理。例如,该预设的状态机可以为有限状态机(Finite State Machine)缩写为FSM,是表示有限个状态以及在这些状态之间的转移和动作等行为的数学模型。该状态 机主要有3个组成部分:状态、事件、动作。
状态(State):所有可能存在的状态,包括当前状态和条件满足后要迁移的状态。
事件(Event):也称为转移条件,当一个条件被满足,将会触发一个动作,或者执行一次状态的迁移。
动作(Transition):条件满足后执行的动作。动作执行完毕后,可以迁移到新的状态,也可以仍旧保持原状态。动作不是必需的,当条件满足后,也可以不执行任何动作,直接迁移到新状态。
在本申请实施例中,引入的状态机管理“状态”和“事件”,而“动作”则是每个业务场景需要执行的相关代码,以使开发人员写代码时只用关注“动作”(主要业务逻辑)。其中,还可以配置该状态机的状态流转图,以便于状态集中管理,方便开发人员查看状态变化,若业务需求发生变化,则可以通过新增一种新的状态及导致状态变化的事件进行管理,采用状态机的管理,通过控制状态自动流转,以使开发人员专心于业务处理,降低工作负荷,提升开发人员的开发效率和管理效率。例如,若换算失败,则修改数据库记录的状态字段,同时给管理员发送通知。若不采用状态机管理换算任务,则开发人员需要把整个逻辑全部实现;若采用了状态机管理换算任务,则开发人员只要关注给管理员发送通知的逻辑,不必关注状态变化记录数据库。
如图8所示的状态机的状态流转图,该状态转移图中的方形框表示触发事件,菱形框表示动作,椭圆形框表示各个状态。下面介绍换算任务的完整的状态流转过程。
例如,若接收到判断是否满足立即换算事件,则执行判断是否满足立即换算动作。其中,判断判断是否满足立即换算事件可以为:通过判断授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期是否达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,来确定是否满足立即换算条件。若授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期达到授予单价对应的取值日期,则确定满足立即换算条件,更新状态机的当前状态为立即换算状态;可选的,可以将立即换算状态发送至客户端。若授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期未达到授予单价对应的取值日期,则确定未满足立即换算条件,更新状态机的当前状态为待换算状态;可选的,可以将待换算状态发送至客户端。
例如,在状态机为待换算状态的情况下,接收到等待事件,并执行等待动作。其中,该等待事件可以为:按照预设定时任务判断当天日期是否达到授予单价对应的取值日期;若当天日期达到授予单价对应的取值日期,则结束等待事件,状态机从待换算状态更新为立即换算状态。若当天日期达到授予单价对应的取值日期,则继续执行等待事件,状态机维持为待换算状态。
例如,在状态机为立即换算状态的情况下,接收到是否换算成功事件,并执行是否换算成功动作。该是否换算成功事件可以为:根据授予价值与授予单价对授予数量进行换算,并检测通过是否检测到失败事件来确定是否换算成功。若未检测到失败事件,则确定换算成功,将状态机从立即换算状态更新为换算成功状态,并生成授予数量,以及将授予单价与授予数量发送至客户端;若检测到失败事件,则确定换算失败,将状态机从立即换算状态更新为换算失败状态,并生成换算失败提示信息,该提示信息包括换算失败的处理结果对应的失败事件,以及将换算失败提示信息发送至客户端;其中,失败事件包括以下任一种:换算得到的授予数量为零;授予单价获取失败;目标企业的上市信息与目标换算规则对应的上市信息不匹配;发生技术故障。

步骤S1,获取在客户端的授予管理界面上录入的授予需求数据,授予需求数据用于表征目标企业针对目标员工进行股权激励的需求信息,授予需求数据包括目标授予方式、目标换算规则与授予价值。
步骤S2,客户端将授予需求数据发送至服务器。
步骤S3,服务器触发换算任务,并基于配置的状态机管理换算任务。
步骤S4,服务器通过判断授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期是否达到授予单价对应的取值日期,来确定是否满足立即换算条件。
步骤S5,若未满足立即换算条件,则服务器更新状态机的当前状态为待换算状。
步骤S6,服务器将待换算状态发送至客户端。

    将所述授予需求数据发送至服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述授予需求数据中的所述目标换算规则确定授予单价,并使所述服务器根据所述授予价值与所述授予单价对授予数量进行换算,以确定所述目标员工对应的授予数量;
    获取所述服务器发送的所述授予单价与所述授予数量,并在所述授予管理界面上显示所述授予单价与所述授予数量。

    换算得到的所述授予数量为零;
    所述授予单价获取失败;
    所述目标企业的上市信息与所述目标换算规则对应的上市信息不匹配;
    发生技术故障。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于股权激励系统的授予管理方法,其特征在于,在所述授予管理界面上显示换算失败提示信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    显示所述失败事件对应的待办任务,所述待办任务用于指示所述失败事件以及所述失败事件对应的处理方式。

    若获取到所述服务器返回的未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果,则在所述授予管理界面中所述授予数量的显示栏位上显示待换算状态,其中,所述未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果为所述服务器在所述授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期未达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期时确定的反馈结果。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的基于股权激励系统的授予管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在获取到所述服务器返回的未满足立即换算条件的反馈结果的情况下,显示定时任务配置窗口,并响应于在所述定时任务配置窗口上输入的配置指令,生成预设定时任务;
    将所述预设定时任务发送至所述服务器,以使所述服务器按照预设定时任务判断当天日期是否达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,直到当天日期达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期时,根据所述授予价值与所述授予单价对授予数量进行换算;
    获取所述服务器发送的所述授予数量,并在所述授予管理界面中所述授予数量的显示栏位上将显示的待换算状态更新为所述授予数量。

    将所述企业信息与所述员工信息发送至目标证券平台,以使所述目标证券平台根据所述企业信息生成所述目标企业的企业证券账号,并根据所述员工信息生成所述目标员工的员工证券账号,以及建立所述企业证券账号与所述员工证券账号的关联关系;
    将所述目标证券平台发送的所述企业证券账号与所述员工证券账号更新至所述授予需求数据中;
    在所述授予数量生效时,将携带有所述授予数量的交易请求发送至所述目标证券平台,所述交易请求用于指示所述目标证券平台将所述企业证券账号中所述授予数量对应的目标股权转存至所述员工证券账号中。

    通过判断所述授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期是否达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,来确定是否满足立即换算条件;
    若所述授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,则确定满足立即换算条件,更新所述状态机的当前状态为立即换算状态,并根据所述授予价值与所述授予单价对授予数量进行换算。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的基于股权激励系统的授予管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述授予需求数据的录入时刻对应的日期未达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,则确定未满足立即换算条件;
    在确定未满足立即换算条件的情况下,更新所述状态机的当前状态为待换算状态,并将所述待换算状态发送至所述客户端;以及
    按照预设定时任务判断当天日期是否达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期,直到当天日期达到所述授予单价对应的取值日期时,根据所述授予价值与所述授予单价对授予数量进行换算。
