其中,实体可以是企业实体、人员实体,动物实体、植物实体等等不同类型的实体。目标实体与关联实体之间可以具有直接的关联关系,也可以通过另一实体具有间接的关联关系。
目标实体是用户所关注的实体,例如,用户通过操作查看公司A的关系图谱,则公司A则是目标实体。
以目标实体是公司实体为例,目标实体与关联实体之间的直接的关联关系例如可以是母公司与子公司的关系,目标实体与关联实体之间的间接的关联关系例如可以是在同一母公司控制下的两个子公司的关系。
在一些实施例中,可以预先配置一个或多个包括若干关联规则的规则集合,并依据当前选用的一套规则集合从数据库中获取目标实体的关联实体。
其中,每一规则集合中都包含若干关联规则,不同规则集合中包含的关联规则不完全相同。例如:规则集合1中包括的规则是:确定与目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体时,获取目标实体的母公司,获取目标实体的子公司,获取与目标实体具有同一母公司的其他公司。规则集合2中包括的规则是:确定与目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体时,获取目标实体的母公司,获取目标实体的子公司,获取在目标实体任职的高层管理人员,获取该高层管理人员担任高层管理的其他公司。
在一些实施例中,可以在图谱的展示界面展示对应于每个规则集合的选择控件,接收到用户对于其中的任一选择控件的选择操作后,将当前获取关联实体的获取方式切换为该选择控件所对应的规则集合所规定的方式,并重新获取关联实体,绘制并展示图谱。
步骤S2、将与目标实体具有同一类型的关联关系的关联实体置入同一集合中;
在一些实施例中,目标实体是公司实体,关联实体是公司实体或个人实体,关联关系的类型,至少包括以下一项或多项:
母公司/控股股东类型、子公司类型、参股类型、被参股类型、任职类型和受同一母公司/控股股东控制类型。
对于目标实体来说,同一类型的关联实体可能有一个或多个。例如,可能有多个实体是目标实体的子公司,即多个实体与目标实体具有子公司类型的关联关系,这些实体将被置于同一集合中。需要注意的是,在同一类型的关联实体只有一个的时候,集合中也可以只置入一个实体。
步骤S3、以目标实体和集合为节点,绘制并展示图谱;
在一些实施例中,可以将该目标实体作为中心节点,将与该中心节点具有直接关联关系的集合作为第一级节点,将与第一级节点具有间接关系的集合作为第二级节点,以此类推,绘制并展示具有N级节点的关系图谱。参见图2,是本实施例所绘制的图谱的一种示意图。
在一些实施例中,集合可以包括集合头和集合体。参见图3,图3是对于本实施例中的集合的一种示意图。其中,集合头用于展示集合中的实体与目标实体的关联关系的类型,集合体用于以实体列表方式展示集合中的实体。
以图3为例,集合头中展示了集合中的实体与相邻实体之间的直接关系的类型,即集合头中展示:集合中实体是其相邻的目标实体的子公司。集合体中展示了以实体列表方式展示集合中的实体,即列表中展示的公司A-公司E都是其相邻的目标实体的子公司。
在一些实施例中,在实体列表中所展示的实体的数量高于预定的数量条件时,可以将多于数量条件的实体进行折叠处理,并在实体列表尾展示与折叠处理相对应的展开控件。
参见图3,设定单个集合中可以容纳的最大实体数量是5,一集合中包 括了同属子公司类型的多个实体,实体的数量超过了预设的阈值5,则将超过5个部分的实体进行折叠处理,不进行显示,同时在集合尾添加与该折叠处理对应的用于展开显示该集合中的全部实体的展开控件。
步骤S4、响应于用户对图谱中任一节点的指定操作,以动态流向的方式展示节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系。
其中,在响应于用户对图谱中任一节点的指定操作时,可以接收用户端传来的用户的操作指令,当该操作指令符合预定条件时,即判定该操作指令为指定操作的操作指令,进一步对该操作指令作出响应。
在一些实施例中,用户对图谱中任一节点的指定操作可以被定义为用户对于任一节点的悬停操作、点击操作、滑动操作等操作。例如,当检测到用户的鼠标悬停到节点A处时,判定用户对节点A做出了指定操作,或者,当检测到用户的手指在节点B处滑动了指定距离时,判定用户对节点B做出了指定操作。
参见图4,是响应于用户对图谱中任一节点的指定操作,以动态流向的方式展示节点与其相邻节点之间的关联关系的一种示意图。在图4中,用户的鼠标悬停在董监高这一集合节点处时,董监高这一集合节点的相邻节点有两个,一是目标实体节点,一是与目标实体有相同董监高任职的公司集合节点。分别以动态流向的方式展示节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系。
具体地,可以执行以下步骤:
S41、依据节点和其相邻节点之间直接关系将两个节点区分为影响方节点和被影响方节点;
S42、在影响方节点和被影响方节点之间添加动态边,动态边用于展示从影响方节点指向被影响方节点的流动连线效果。
影响方和被影响方是成对出现的。例如控股方和被控股方,是由控股方向被控股方施加影响,则控股方是影响方,被控股方是被影响方。例如董监高和其所在公司,是由董监高向其所在公司施加影响,则董监高是影响方,其所在公司是被影响方。
参见图4,董监高在两个相邻节点中都作为影响方,则分别展示从董监高指向两个相邻实体的动态边,该动态边具有从影响方向被影响方流动的动态效果。
进一步地,在用户结束该指定操作后,可以即时取消该动态流向的展示 效果。例如,当指定操作为鼠标悬停操作时,在用户的鼠标从集合处移开后,判定用户结束了指定操作,取消该动态流向的展示效果。
在一些实施例中,还可以响应于用户对实体列表中的任一实体的悬停操作,展示实体对应的实体卡片,实体卡片用于展示实体的实体信息,以及实体与目标实体之间的关联关系路径。
本公开提供一种图谱的展示方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备。先确定目标实体,并确定与目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体;再将与目标实体具有同一类型的关联关系的关联实体置入同一集合中;以目标实体和集合为节点,绘制并展示图谱;最后响应于用户对图谱中任一节点的指定操作,以动态流向的方式展示节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系。
上述方案中,将同类型的实体放入同一集合中作为图谱中的一个节点进行展示,有效减少图谱中的节点的数量,便于用户查看。同时,基于用户与图谱的实时互动行为突出展示相邻实体之间的影响指向关系,能够实时展示用户关注的影响关系信息,有利于用户直观、清晰地了解其当前所关注的信息。
实施例二、
第二方面,基于本公开第一方面所述的图谱展示方法,本公开的实施例还提供一种图谱展示装置,如图5所示,图5为本公开实施例提供的一种图谱展示装置50的结构示意图,该图谱展示装置50包括:
实体确定模块501,用于确定目标实体,并确定与目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体;
实体划分模块502,用于将与目标实体具有同一类型的关联关系的关联实体置入同一集合中;
图谱展示模块503,用于以目标实体和集合为节点,绘制并展示图谱;以及
影响展示模块504,用于响应于用户对所述图谱中任一节点的指定操作,以动态流向的方式展示所述节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系。
可选地,影响展示模块504,在以动态流向的方式展示节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系时,用于:
依据节点和其相邻节点之间直接关系将两个节点区分为影响方节点和被影响方节点;
在影响方节点和被影响方节点之间添加动态边,动态边用于展示从影响方节点指向被影响方节点的流动连线效果。
可选地,目标实体是公司实体,关联实体是公司实体或个人实体,关联关系的类型,至少包括以下一项或多项:
母公司/控股股东类型、子公司类型、参股类型、被参股类型、任职类型和受同一母公司/控股股东控制类型。
可选地,集合包括集合头和集合体,集合头用于展示集合中的实体与相邻实体的直接关系的类型,集合体用于以实体列表方式展示集合中的实体。
可选地,实体列表中所展示的实体的数量高于预定的数量条件时,将多于数量条件的实体进行折叠处理,并在实体列表尾展示与折叠处理相对应的展开控件。
可选地,该装置50还包括路径展示模块(未示出),用于:
响应于用户对实体列表中的任一实体的悬停操作,展示实体对应的实体卡片,实体卡片用于展示实体的实体信息,以及实体与目标实体之间的关联关系路径。
可选地,该装置还包括规则切换模块(未示出),用于:
在图谱的展示界面展示对应于不同规则集合的选择控件;
接收到用户对于其中的任一选择控件的选择操作后,将当前针对关联实体的获取规则切换为该选择控件所对应的规则集合所规定的获取规则,重新获取关联实体,绘制并展示图谱。
实施例三、
第三方面,本公开实施例的还提供一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,该非易失性计算机可读中存储有至少一可执行指令,可执行指令使处理器执行如本公开第一方面所述的任一种图谱展示方法。
实施例四、
基于本公开实施例一所述的图谱展示方法,本公开实施例还提供一种用于图谱展示的电子设备,如图6所示,图6为本实施例提供的一种用于图谱 展示的电子设备硬件结构示意图;该电子设备的硬件结构可以包括:处理器601,通信接口602,计算机可读介质603和通信总线604;
其中,处理器601、通信接口602、计算机可读介质603通过通信总线605完成相互间的通信;
可选地,通信接口602可以为通信模块的接口,如GSM模块的接口;
其中,处理器601具体可以配置为运行存储器上存储的可执行程序,从而执行上述任意一方法实施例的所有方法或者其中部分方法。
处理器601可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,简称NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其它可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本公开实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
至此,本公开已经对本主题的特定实施例进行了描述说明。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作可以按照不同的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序,以实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理可以是有利的。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。涉及人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由涉及人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来涉及和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非 仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本公开时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本公开的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本公开可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本公开可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘 存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域技术人员应明白,本公开的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本公开可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本公开可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种图谱展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定目标实体,并确定与所述目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体;
    将与所述目标实体具有同一类型的关联关系的关联实体置入同一集合中;
    以所述目标实体和所述集合为节点,绘制并展示图谱;
    响应于用户对所述图谱中任一节点的指定操作,依据所述节点和其相邻节点之间直接关系将两个所述节点区分为影响方节点和被影响方节点;
    在所述影响方节点和所述被影响方节点之间添加动态边,所述动态边用于展示从所述影响方节点指向所述被影响方节点的流动连线效果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的图谱展示方法,其特征在于,所述目标实体是公司实体,所述关联实体是公司实体或个人实体,所述关联关系的类型,至少包括以下一项或多项:
    母公司类型、子公司类型、参股类型、被参股类型、任职类型和受同一母公司/控股股东控制类型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的图谱展示方法,其特征在于,所述集合包括集合头和集合体,所述集合头用于展示所述集合中的实体与相邻节点中实体的直接关系的类型,所述集合体用于以实体列表方式展示所述集合中的实体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的图谱展示方法,其特征在于,所述实体列表中所展示的实体的数量高于预定的数量条件时,将多于所述数量条件的实体进行折叠处理,并在实体列表尾展示与所述折叠处理相对应的展开控件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的图谱展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户对所述实体列表中的任一实体的悬停操作,展示所述实体对应的实体卡片,所述实体卡片用于展示所述实体的实体信息,以及所述实体与所述目标实体之间的关联关系路径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的图谱展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在图谱的展示界面展示对应于不同规则集合的选择控件;
    接收到用户对于其中的任一选择控件的选择操作后,将当前针对关联实体的获取规则切换为该选择控件所对应的规则集合所规定的获取规则,重新获取关联实体,绘制并展示图谱。
  7. 一种图谱展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    实体确定模块,用于确定目标实体,并确定与所述目标实体具有关联关系的关联实体;
    实体划分模块,用于将与所述目标实体具有同一类型的关联关系的关联实体置入同一集合中;
    图谱展示模块,用于以所述目标实体和所述集合为节点,绘制并展示图谱;
    影响展示模块,用于响应于用户对所述图谱中任一节点的指定操作,以动态流向的方式展示所述节点与其相邻节点之间的直接影响关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的图谱展示装置,其特征在于,所述目标实体是公司实体,所述关联实体是公司实体或个人实体,所述关联关系的类型,至少包括以下一项或多项:
    母公司类型、子公司类型、参股类型、被参股类型、任职类型和受同一母公司/控股股东控制类型。
  9. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质上存储有至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令使处理器执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的图谱展示方法。
  10. 一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,该计算机程序包括程序指令,当该程序指令被处理器执行时,使该处理器实施如权利要求1-6中任一所述的图谱展示方法。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括存储器以及处理器, 所述存储器上用于存储计算机可执行程序,所述处理器用于运行所述计算机可执行程序以实施权利要求1-6中任一所述的图谱展示方法。
