本实用新型涉及平板电脑支架技术领域,具体为一种平板电脑支架。
背景技术
平板电脑也叫便携式电脑,是一种小型、方便携带的个人电脑,以触摸屏作为基本的输入设备。它拥有的触摸屏允许用户通过触控笔或数字笔来进行作业而不是传统的键盘或鼠标。
平板电脑通常使用支架对其支撑,方便对平板电脑使用。
现有平板电脑支架只有单一的支撑作用,不能满足客户不同的使用场景。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种平板电脑支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有平板电脑支架只有单一的支撑作用,不能满足客户不同的使用场景的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种平板电脑支架,包括:
配重底座、支柱和夹持背板;
所述支柱的两端均安装阻尼转轴,两端的所述阻尼转轴分别与配重底座的侧边和夹持背板的后壁连接,所述支柱通过两端的阻尼转轴分别与配重底座、夹持背板转动连接;
所述夹持背板包括背板本体,所述背板本体的后壁设置有与阻尼转轴相适配的轴座,所述背板本体背离轴座的一侧两端分别设置有夹持卡板和夹持卡座。
进一步地,所述配重底座的底部四角均设置有支撑垫,所述支撑垫为橡胶支撑垫。
进一步地,所述配重底座为内置锂电池和键盘,所述锂电池和键盘均外接能与平板电脑连接的数据线。
进一步地,所述背板本体背离轴座的一侧的侧壁上设置有防护挡块。
进一步地,所述背板本体、夹持卡板和夹持卡座为塑料或金属材料一体成型。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
通过阻尼转轴的使用,使得夹持背板能够相对配重底座进行多角度转动,从而使得夹持背板上的平板电脑能够适用于多种使用场景,实用性较强。

配重底座1、支柱2和夹持背板3;
所述支柱2的两端均安装阻尼转轴4,两端的所述阻尼转轴4分别与配重底座1的侧边和夹持背板3的后壁连接,所述支柱2通过两端的阻尼转轴4分别与配重底座1、夹持背板3转动连接;
所述夹持背板3包括背板本体31,所述背板本体31的后壁设置有与阻尼转轴4相适配的轴座,所述背板本体31背离轴座的一侧两端分别设置有夹持卡板32和夹持卡座33。
优选的,所述配重底座1的底部四角均设置有支撑垫,所述支撑垫为橡胶支撑垫。通过橡胶支撑垫的设施,使得配重底座1能够平稳支撑。
优选的,所述配重底座1为内置锂电池和键盘,所述锂电池和键盘均外接能与平板电脑连接的数据线,能够为平板电脑充电,且可外接键盘使用(键盘连接方式为现有技术,此处不做赘述)。
优选的,所述背板本体31背离轴座的一侧的侧壁上设置有防护挡块34。 通过防护挡块34的设置,从侧边对平板电脑支撑,进一步提高对平板电脑夹持的稳固性。
优选的,所述背板本体31、夹持卡板32和夹持卡座33为塑料或金属材料一体成型。塑料或金属材料具有较好的弹性,变形后能够快速恢复。
工作原理:
如图4-8为夹持背板3不同状态的展开图。
使用时,将平板电脑卡入夹持卡板32、夹持卡座33、防护挡块34之间形成的夹持区域,将平板电脑夹持,支柱2通过阻尼转轴4与配重底座1、夹持背板3建立连接,两端的阻尼转轴4转动,使得夹持背板3的调节角度范围较大,且调节后,由于阻尼转轴4内部自有阻力阻碍作用,使得支柱2相对配重底座1、夹持背板3调节角度后定型,从而保证对平板电脑调整后的形态保持。

  1. 一种平板电脑支架,其特征在于,包括:
    配重底座(1)、支柱(2)和夹持背板(3);
    所述支柱(2)的两端均安装阻尼转轴(4),两端的所述阻尼转轴(4)分别与配重底座(1)的侧边和夹持背板(3)的后壁连接,所述支柱(2)通过两端的阻尼转轴(4)分别与配重底座(1)、夹持背板(3)转动连接;
    所述夹持背板(3)包括背板本体(31),所述背板本体(31)的后壁设置有与阻尼转轴(4)相适配的轴座,所述背板本体(31)背离轴座的一侧两端分别设置有夹持卡板(32)和夹持卡座(33)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平板电脑支架,其特征在于:所述配重底座(1)的底部四角均设置有支撑垫,所述支撑垫为橡胶支撑垫。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平板电脑支架,其特征在于:所述配重底座(1)为内置锂电池和键盘,所述锂电池和键盘均外接能与平板电脑连接的数据线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平板电脑支架,其特征在于:所述背板本体(31)背离轴座的一侧的侧壁上设置有防护挡块(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平板电脑支架,其特征在于:所述背板本体(31)、夹持卡板(32)和夹持卡座(33)为塑料或金属材料一体成型。
