Abstract
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as a device for protecting electrical circuits against overload currents and short circuits in alternating current generators and secondary power supplies. The present inverting regulator comprises a high-frequency line filter input unit, a switched-mode power supply, a power factor correction unit, a microcontroller unit, an inverter pulse width modulation unit, and a high-frequency filter output unit. The filter input and output units consist of a choke and a 100 n capacitor. The power factor correction unit consists of a diode bridge, a choke, an ultra-fast diode, a low-capacitance capacitor, high-capacitance storage capacitors, a high-voltage power transistor, and a corrector microcircuit. The microcontroller unit consists of a programmable chip, drivers of output power transistors of a 220 volt inverter, and a temperature control circuit. The inverter pulse width modulation unit has a 220 volt, 50 Hz pure sine output voltage and consists of four power transistors, and strings of protective resistors and diodes. This allows stabilization of the output voltage in the event of a change in input voltage and frequency.
