한편 실시예 전반에서 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120)는 분리된 장치 및 서버로 언급되나 이는 논리적으로 나누어진 구조일 수 있으며, 하나의 장치 또는 서버에서 분리된 기능에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 예컨대, 전자 장치(110)는 사용자 장치(120)를 포함하거나 사용자 장치(120)와 결합되어 일체로서 구성될 수 있다. 다만, 이러한 경우에도 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120) 간의 데이터 송수신에 의하여 수행되는 일련의 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 방법은 유사하게 수행될 수 있다. 사용자 장치(120)를 포함하거나 사용자 장치(120)와 결합되어 일체로서 전자 장치(110)가 구성되는 경우, 사용자 장치(120)와의 통신은 장치 내부에서 그 구성 요소들 간에(예컨대, 해당 장치의 프로세서와) 데이터를 주고받는 과정으로 이해될 수 있다.
일실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120)는 네트워크 서버로 구현되는 다수의 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120) 중 적어도 일부는 인트라넷 또는 인터넷과 같은 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통해 다른 네트워크 서버와 통신할 수 있는 하위 장치와 연결되어 작업 수행 요청을 접수하고, 그에 대한 작업을 수행하여 수행 결과를 제공하는 컴퓨터 시스템 및 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 지칭할 수 있다. 이외에도, 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120) 중 적어도 일부는 네트워크 서버 상에서 동작할 수 있는 일련의 응용 프로그램과, 내부에 구축되어 있는 각종 데이터베이스를 포함하는 광의의 개념으로 이해될 수 있다. 예컨대, 전자 장치(110) 및 사용자 장치(120) 중 적어도 일부는 도스(DOS), 윈도우(Windows), 리눅스(Linux), 유닉스(UNIX), 또는 맥OS(MacOS) 등의 운영 체제에 따라 다양하게 제공되는 네트워크 서버 프로그램을 이용하여 구현될 수 있다.
전자 장치(110)는 다양한 정보를 생성하고 이를 다른 서버 및 장치 등에 제공하는 장치로서 컴퓨터 장치, 이동 통신 단말 및 서버 등을 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단함으로써 사용자의 쿠폰 사용을 승인할지 여부를 결정하고, 그 결정 결과를 포함하는 정보를 사용자 장치(120)에 제공할 수 있다.
전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 이용할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 이는 전자상거래 웹사이트를 통한 아이템 구매를 지원하는 서비스를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
보다 구체적으로, 일실시예에 따른 전자 장치(110)는 사용자로부터 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 획득하고, 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단한다. 전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단함으로써 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단한다.
사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 사용자에 대하여 할당된 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수 이상인 경우, 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치에 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대한 거절 응답을 제공한다.
전자 장치(110)의 동작과 관련된 보다 상세한 사항은 도 2 및 도 3 등에서 후술한다.
사용자 장치(120)는 사용자가 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하기 위한 장치로서 컴퓨터 장치, 이동 통신 단말 및 서버 등을 포함할 수 있다. 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 것은, 예컨대 전자상거래 웹사이트를 통하여 아이템을 구매하는 것을 포함할 수 있다.
사용자 장치(120)는 네트워크를 통해 다양한 정보를 전자 장치(110)와 송수신할 수 있는 컴퓨터나 휴대용 단말로 구현될 수 있다. 사용자 장치(120)는 전자 장치(110)로부터 수신한 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있고, 사용자로부터 입력을 수신하여 전자 장치(110)로 전달할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 수신되는 입력은 마우스를 이용한 클릭, 터치 패드나 터치 스크린을 이용한 터치, 음성 인식, 기타 전자적 입력 등 다양한 형태의 입력을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용자 장치(120)는 제1계정에 대응되는 장치이다. 다만, 각 사용자 별로 하나의 계정만이 가입 가능하거나 하나의 장치만이 대응될 수 있는 것은 아니며, 실시예예 따라 사용자는 복수의 계정을 보유하거나 복수의 장치를 이용할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자 장치(120) 및 제1계정 간의 대응 관계가 불변하는 것은 아니다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에서 사용자 장치(120)가 제1계정에 대응된다는 것의 의미는 사용자가 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 전송하는 때에 이용한 장치가 사용자 장치(120)라는 뜻으로 이해되어야 한다. 실시예에 따라서는, 사용자가 제1계정을 통한 전자 장치(110)의 서비스 이용과 관련하여 최근에 이용한 장치를 사용자 장치(120)로 해석하는 등, 일부 확장 해석의 가능성은 있으나, 이 경우에도 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 전송하는 때에 이용한 장치가 사용자 장치(120)가 된다는 점에는 변함이 없어야 한다(예컨대 위 해석과 관련하여, 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 전송하는 동작은 전자 장치(110)의 서비스 이용과 관련한 동작에 포함되는 것으로 이해되어야 한다).
따라서, 추후에 사용자가 다른 계정을 사용하여 사용자 장치(120)를 통하여 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 전송한다면 사용자 장치(120)와 해당 계정이 대응될 수 있는 것이고, 추후에 사용자가 제1계정을 사용하여 다른 장치를 통하여 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 전송한다면 제1계정과 해당 장치가 대응될 수 있는 것이다.
사용자 장치(120)는 전자 장치(110)에 정보를 제공하거나 전자 장치(110) 등으로부터 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 또한 사용자 장치(120)는 획득한 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 사용자 장치(120)는 사용자로부터 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 수신하여 전자 장치(110)에 제공하고, 이에 대응하는 응답을 수신하여 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
실시예에 따라, 사용자 장치(120)는 전자 장치(110) 등으로부터 수신한 정보를 사용자에게 전달하는 것 외에도, 정보를 직접 생성하여 사용자 등에게 제공하거나, 전자 장치(110) 등으로부터 수신한 정보를 재구성하여 사용자 등에게 제공할 수도 있다.
일실시예에 따른 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 시스템은, 관리자의 장치 등의 기타 장치를 더 포함할 수 있다. 관리자의 장치는 관리자에 의하여 조작, 관리되는 단말로, 일련의 관리 동작을 수행하기 위하여 이용하는 단말일 수 있다. 일실시예에 따르면, 관리자의 장치는(혹은 관리자는) 사용자에 대하여 할당된 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수를 판단할 수 있다. 일실시에예 따르면, 관리자의 장치는(혹은 관리자는) 구체적 상황을 고려하여 거절 응답을 취소하고 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 승인할 수도 있다. 이는 제1쿠폰의 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 사용자 장치(120)로부터 수신한 결과에 기초하여 수행될 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예에 따라서는, 관리자의 장치 또는 관리자에 의하여 수행되는 것으로 설명한 동작들 중 적어도 일부는 전자 장치(110)나 기타 외부 장치 등에 의하여 수행될 수도 있다.
다양한 실시예에 따른 일련의 정보 처리 방법과 관련된 동작들은, 단일의 물리적 장치에 의해 구현될 수 있으며, 복수의 물리적 장치가 유기적으로 결합된 방식으로 구현될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 시스템에 포함된 구성 중 일부는 어느 하나의 물리적 장치에 의해 구현되고, 나머지 일부는 다른 물리적 장치로 구현될 수 있다. 예컨대, 어느 하나의 물리적 장치는, 전자 장치(110)의 일부로 구현될 수 있으며, 다른 물리적 장치는, 사용자 장치(120)의 일부 또는 관리자의 장치의 일부 또는 기타 외부 장치의 일부로 구현될 수도 있다. 경우에 따라, 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 시스템에 포함된 각각의 구성요소들은 각각 서로 다른 물리적 장치에 분산되어 배치되고, 분산 배치된 구성요소들이 유기적으로 결합되어, 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 시스템의 기능 및 동작을 수행하도록 구현될 수도 있다. 예컨대, 본 명세서의 전자 장치(110)는 적어도 하나의 서브 장치를 포함하며, 전자 장치(110)에 의해 수행되는 것으로 기재된 일부 동작들은 제1서브 장치에 의하여 수행되고, 다른 일부 동작들은 제2서브 장치에 의해 수행될 수도 있다.
도 2는 일실시예에 따른 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 시스템에서의 전자 장치의 정보 처리 방법의 동작 흐름도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 일실시예에 따른 전자 장치(110)는 사용자로부터 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 획득한다(210). 사용자의 요청은 사용자 장치(120)를 통하여 획득될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단한다(220). 전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단함으로써 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단할 수 있다. 실시예에 따라, 전자 장치(110)는 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단함에 있어서 제1계정을 통하여 사용한 횟수를 함께 카운트할 수도 있고, 제1계정을 통하여 사용한 횟수는 함께 카운트하지 않을 수도 있다. 전자 장치(110)가 제1계정을 통하여 사용한 횟수를 함께 카운트하지 않을 수도 있는 이유는, 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용의 경우 제1쿠폰이 사용될 때마다 제1계정에 대응되어 저장되는 사용 가능 쿠폰의 목록에 그 사용 결과가 반영(예컨대, 제1쿠폰을 목록에서 삭제하거나, 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수를 변경)하는 것이 가능하기 때문일 수 있다.
사용자가 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하기 위하여, 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보 및 제1쿠폰을 사용하기 위하여 이용된 제2계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교할 수 있다. 각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보는, 해당 계정의 가입과 관련하여 획득한 정보 및 해당 계정을 통한 서비스 이용과 관련하여 획득한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 제1계정에 대응되는 계좌번호는, 제1계정의 가입 시에 입력한 계좌번호뿐만 아니라, 제1계정을 통하여 아이템을 구매하면서 결제를 위하여 입력한 계좌번호를 포함할 수 있다.
설명의 편의를 위하여 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보 및 제1쿠폰을 사용하기 위하여 이용된 제2계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교한다고 설명하였으나, 이는 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보와 다른 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교할 수 있다는 의미로 포괄적으로 이해되어야 하고, 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보와 다른 단일 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교한다는 뜻은 아니다. 예컨대, 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보는 복수의 다른 계정 별로 대응되는 정보들과 비교될 수 있고, 이에 기초하여 다른 계정을 통하여 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력이 판단될 수 있다.
실시예에 따라, 전자 장치(110)는 서비스 이용을 위하여 이용된 복수 계정들 중 제1쿠폰을 사용하기 위하여 이용된 계정을 판단하는 동작을 더 수행할 수 있다. 이는, 제1쿠폰을 사용하기 위하여 이용된 계정이 아닌 경우 제1계정과의 비교가 불필요하기 때문일 수 있다.
각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보는, 해당 계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치의 식별 정보, 해당 계정에 대응되는 이메일 정보, 해당 계정에 대응되는 주소 정보, 해당 계정에 대응되는 결제 수단 정보 및 해당 계정의 가입자에 의하여 입력된 신상 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 사용자 장치의 식별 정보는 UUID(Universally Unique Identifier)를 포함할 수 있다. 주소 정보는 가입 시에 입력된 주소 정보 및 아이템 주문 시 아이템 배송이 실제로 이루어진 주소 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 결제 수단 정보는 은행 계좌 번호 및 신용카드 번호 등 여러 종류의 결제 수단에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 신상 정보는 성명 및 주민등록번호 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 그 외에도 신상을 특정할 수 있는 다양한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
이상에서, 각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보가 포함하는 A 정보가 B를 포함할 수 있다는 기재와 관련하여, 설명의 편의를 위하여 A 정보가 B를 포함한다고 기재하였으나, A 정보가 B에 기초하여 생성되거나, A 정보가 B의 일부만을 포함하는 것도 가능하다. 예를 들어, 결제 수단 정보는 신용카드 번호를 포함하는 것도 가능하지만, 신용카드 번호를 해싱(hashing)하여 생성된 고유 식별 정보를 포함할 수도 있고, 신용카드 번호의 뒷자리 일부만을 포함할 수도 있다. 이는, 정보의 저장 편의 및 저장의 효율화를 위한 것일 수도 있고, 개인 정보 보호를 위한 것일 수도 있다. 특히, 신용카드 번호의 경우, 금융 사고를 방지하기 위하여, 일부를 마스킹하고 나머지 일부만을 저장하거나 신용카드 번호를 해싱 등의 방법에 기초하여 변환 후 저장할 수 있다.
각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보와 관련된 일 예시가 도 3에 도시된다(300). 도 3을 더 참조하면, 하나 이상의 정보가 목록의 형태로 저장될 수 있다. 관련하여, 도 3의 예시는 계정을 이용한 거래(예컨대, 아이템 구매)가 있을 때마다 거래 ID("Transaction ID")의 생성과 함께 거래 내역을 저장하는 예시이나, 하나 이상의 정보가 거래 별로 분류되어야만 하는 것은 아니고, 계정 별로 하나 이상의 정보를 분류하여 저장하는 것도 가능하다.
하나 이상의 정보는 결제 수단 정보(310)를 포함할 수 있다. 결제 수단 정보(310)는 카드 회사 정보("Card type")와 함께 카드 번호의 맨 끝 네 자리 정보("Card ending no.")를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 하나 이상의 정보는 사용자 장치의 식별 정보("Device ID")(320), 이메일 정보("Email")(330), 주소 정보("Address")(340) 및 신상 정보("Customer name") 등을 포함할 수 있다.
도 3의 예시에서, 결제 수단 정보가 동일한 거래 내역들이 각각 동일 그룹으로 분류될 수 있다. 예컨대 거래 ID "000JPS" 및 거래 ID "000JR2"는 입력된 신상 정보도 다르고 이메일 정보도 다르며 사용자 장치의 식별 정보도 다르지만 결제 수단 정보가 동일하므로 동일 그룹으로 분류되며, 나아가서는 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 판단될 수 있다.
다시 도 2로 돌아와서, 전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 사용자에 대하여 할당된 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수 이상인 경우(230, YES), 제1계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치에 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대한 거절 응답을 제공한다(240). 한편, 전자 장치(110)는 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 사용자에 대하여 할당된 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수보다 작은 경우(230, NO), 제1계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치에 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대한 승인 응답을 제공할 수 있으나(250), 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 실시예에 따라서는 최종 승인 이전에 다른 기준에 기초하여 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 여부를 더 판단할 수도 있다.
사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단하는 것과 관련하여, 전자 장치(110)가 하나 이상의 정보를 비교하여 동일 사용자에 의한 사용인지 여부를 판단하는 구체적 방법은 다양하게 결정될 수 있다. 일실시예에 따르면, 제2계정에 대응되는 이메일 주소, 사용자 장치의 식별 정보, 신상 정보 및 결제 수단 정보 중 하나라도 제1계정에 대응되는 정보와 동일한 경우, 전자 장치(110)는 제2계정에 의한 제1쿠폰의 사용을 제1계정의 사용자와 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 판단할 수 있다. 관련하여, 주소 정보의 경우 대형 오피스 건물이나 아파트 단지 등 동일 주소를 공유하는 다수의 사용자가 존재할 수 있고, 구체적인 방 번호 등으로 주소를 최대한 세분화한다고 할지라도 세분화된 최소 단위의 주소에도 복수 사용자가 근무하거나 거주할 수 있으므로, 주소 정보가 동일하다는 이유만으로 2계정에 의한 제1쿠폰의 사용을 제1계정의 사용자와 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 판단하지는 않을 수 있다. 또한, 실시예에 따라서는, 단말 식별 정보의 경우에도, 도서관이나 PC방 등의 공용 PC는 다수 사용자가 사용할 수 있다는 점 등을 감안하여, 단말 식별 정보가 동일하다는 이유만으로 제2계정에 의한 제1쿠폰의 사용을 제1계정의 사용자와 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 판단하지는 않을 수도 있다.
한편, 주소 정보나 단말 식별 정보 등의 경우에도, 많은 경우(예컨대 개인적으로 거주하는 주택의 경우나 개인적으로 소지하는 단말의 경우) 그러한 정보가 동일 사용자에 의한 사용 여부를 판단하기 위한 유용한 기준이 될 수 있으므로, 그러한 정보들의 경우에는 그 구체적 내용을 고려하여 다수 사용자에 의하여 공유될 수 있는 정보인지 여부를 우선 판단하고(예컨대 해당 주소나 해당 단말 식별 정보에 대응하여 서로 다른 복수의 사용자가 서비스를 이용한 과거 내역이 다수 존재하는지를 판단하고), 그 판단 결과에 기초하여 해당 정보가 동일한 경우 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 볼지 여부를 최종적으로 결정할 수도 있다.
한편, 실시예에 따라, 특정 정보가 동일한 경우 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 보기 어려운 경우에도, 해당 정보에 기초하여 동일 사용자에 의한 사용이 아님을 판단할 수는 있다. 예컨대, 주소 정보와 관련하여, 제1계정에 대응되는 결제 수단 정보와 제2계정에 대응되는 결제 수단 정보가 동일하더라도, 제1계정을 통하여 아이템이 주문된 주소가 대한민국이고 제2계정을 통하여 아이템이 주문된 주소가 쿠바인 경우, 결제 수단 정보가 동일함에도 불구하고 제1계정을 이용하는 사용자와 제2계정을 이용하는 사용자가 동일하지 않다고 판단할 수 있다.
이렇게 동일 사용자가 아님을 판단하기 위한 동작을 더 수행함으로써, 동일 사용자 여부를 판단하는 프로세스의 불완전성을 보완할 수 있다. 예컨대 신용카드 번호 등 금융 사고를 방지하는 등의 목적을 위하여 일부만이 저장되는 정보의 경우, 서로 다른 사용자가 서로 다른 카드를 사용하였음에도 불구하고 우연히 그 일부 번호가 일치하는 경우 선의의 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용할 수 있어야 함에도 불구하고 그 사용 요청이 거절되는 경우가 발생할 수 있는데, 동일 사용자가 아님을 판단하기 위한 동작을 더 수행함으로써 이러한 선의의 피해자가 발생할 가능성을 줄일 수 있다.
참고로, 선의의 피해자가 발생할 우려를 고려하여 동일 사용자임을 보장할 수 있는 정보만을 기준으로 동일 사용자 여부를 판단하는 경우 다른 사용자임을 가장하여 원칙적으로는 더 이상 제공받을 수 없어야 할 혜택을 부정하게 제공받는 부정한 사용자를 탐지하기가 어렵게 되므로, 동일 사용자 판단의 기준이 되는 정보의 동일성 여부의 범위를 다소 넓게 설정하되 선의의 피해자의 발생 가능성을 줄이거나 선의의 피해자를 구제하기 위한 방법을 마련하는 것이 더욱 바람직할 수 있다.
선의의 피해자를 구제하기 위한 다른 방안으로, 일실시예에 따르면, 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력은 설정된 기간 동안 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력에 한정될 수 있다. 예컨대, 전자 장치(110)는 그 판단 시점을 기준으로 과거 일정 시점 내에 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력에 한정하여 각 계정(또는 거래 내역)에 대응하는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교할 수 있다. 일 예시로서, 전자 장치(110)는 그 판단 시점을 기준으로 30일 이내의 거래에 대해서만 하나 이상의 정보를 비교하여 동일 사용자에 의한 사용 여부를 판단하고, 그 이전의 거래에 대해서는 결제 수단 정보 등이 동일하더라도 동일 사용자에 의한 사용으로 판단하지 않을 수 있다. 이렇게 설정된 기간 동안 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력에 한정하여 판단을 진행함으로써, 우연히 정보가 일치하여 선의의 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용할 수 있어야 함에도 불구하고 그 사용 요청이 거절되는 경우가 발생할 가능성을 줄일 수 있다.
한편, 위 실시예와 관련하여 설정된 기간은 사용자 동일성의 구체적 판단 근거에 따라 서로 다르게 설정될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 제2계정에 대응하는 결제 수단 정보가 제1계정에 대응하는 결제 수단 정보와 동일하다는 이유로 동일 사용자라고 판단하기 위해서는 제2계정에 대응하는 결제 수단 정보를 이용하여 최근 30일 이내에 제2계정을 통하여 서비스가 이용된 적이 있을 것이 요구되는 반면, 제2계정에 대응하는 신상 정보가 포함하는 주민번호가 제1계정에 대응하는 신상 정보가 포함하는 주민번호와 동일한 경우에는 그 서비스 이용 시기와 무관하게 동일 사용자에 의한 사용이라고 판단할 수 있다. 전자 장치(110)는 우연히 일치할 수 있는 정보인지 여부 및 그 우연한 일치의 가능성을 고려하여 설정된 기간을 서로 다르게 설정할 수 있으나, 이에 본 발명의 내용이 한정되는 것은 아니다.
선의의 피해자를 구제하기 위한 다른 방안으로, 일실시예에 따르면, 거절 응답을 제공하는(도면 번호 240에 대응) 전자 장치(110)는 사용자 장치(120)에 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 수신하기 위한 정보를 더 제공할 수 있다. 제공된 정보에 기초하여, 사용자 장치(120) 상에 피드백을 수신하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있다. 거절 응답에 대하여 이의를 제기하고자 하는 사용자는 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 피드백을 제공할 수 있고, 그러한 피드백은 이의 제기의 근거가 되는 정보(예컨대, 일부가 마스킹되지 않은 전체의 신용카드 번호)를 포함할 수 있다. 전자 장치(110)는 제공된 피드백에 기초하여 사용자가 제1쿠폰을 사용할 수 있는지 여부를 다시금 검증할 수 있다.
실시예에 따라서는, 전자 장치(110)는 사용자 장치(120) 대신 (또는 사용자 장치(120)와 함께) 관리자의 장치에 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 수신하기 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이 경우 피드백을 수신하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스가 관리자의 장치 상에 제공되며, 관리자는 스스로의 판단 또는 사용자로부터의 요청 등에 따라 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 제공할 수 있다. 사용자 장치(120)를 대신하여 관리자의 장치에 피드백을 수신하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 경우, 사용자에 의한 무분별하거나 무의미한 피드백이 반복적으로 제공될 가능성을 차단할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
실시예에 따라, 피드백을 수신하는 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력 중 적어도 일부를 검증하기 위한 요청을 외부 장치에 전송할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 신용카드 번호 중 일부의 일치를 이유로 제2계정을 통하여 제1쿠폰을 이용한 사용자와 제1계정의 사용자를 동일 사용자로 판단하였는데 이에 대응하여 전체 신용카드 번호를 포함하는 피드백을 수신하는 경우, 전자 장치(110)는 해당 신용카드 번호를 카드사에 전송하여 검증을 요청할 수 있다.
피드백을 수신하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스의 일 예시가 도 4에 도시된다(400). 도 4를 더 참조하면, 신용카드 번호 등을 입력하기 위한 인터페이스와 함께, 검색 결과를 표시하기 위한 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있다. 일 예시에 따르면, 관리자에게 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스 및 사용자에게 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스 간에는 차이가 있을 수 있는데, 예컨대 사용자에게 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스는 검색 결과를 표시하기 위한 인터페이스를 포함하지 않거나, 포함하더라도 개인 정보 노출의 염려가 없는 일부 정보만이 표시될 수 있다.
다시 도 2로 돌아와서, 일실시예에 따른 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정인지 여부를 판단할 수도 있다. 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정으로 판단되는 경우, 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대하여 거절 응답을 제공할 수 있다. 다시 말해, 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정으로 판단되는 경우에는, 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 사용자에 대하여 할당된 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수 이상인지 여부와는 별개로 전자 장치(110)는 제1쿠폰의 사용을 허용하지 않을 수 있다.
제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정인지 여부를 판단하기 위하여, 전자 장치(110)는 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보가 유효한 정보인지 여부를 판단할 수 있으며, 이는 예컨대 실제로 존재하지 않는 이메일 정보, 주소 정보 혹은 신용카드 번호 정보 등을 사용자가 입력한 경우를 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 5는 일실시예에 따른 쿠폰 사용과 관련하여 정보를 처리하는 전자 장치의 구성의 예시도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 사용자 장치(120)는 트랜시버(510), 프로세서(520) 및 메모리(530)를 포함한다. 사용자 장치(120)는 트랜시버(510)를 통하여 사용자 장치(120) 및 기타 외부 장치 등과 연결되고, 데이터를 교환할 수 있다.
프로세서(520)는 도 1 내지 도 4를 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 장치들을 포함하거나, 도 1 내지 도 4를 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행할 수 있다. 메모리(530)는 도 1 내지 도 4를 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행하기 위한 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 메모리(530)는 휘발성 메모리 또는 비휘발성 메모리일 수 있다.
프로세서(520)는 프로그램을 실행하고, 정보를 제공하기 위한 사용자 장치(120)를 제어할 수 있다. 프로세서(520)에 의하여 실행되는 프로그램의 코드는 메모리(530)에 저장될 수 있다.
또한 일실시예의 전자 장치(110)는 사용자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스를 더 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서와 도면에는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 개시하였으며, 비록 특정 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 일반적인 의미에서 사용된 것이지, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시 예 외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형 예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이다.
전술한 실시예들에 따른 전자 장치 또는 단말은, 프로세서, 프로그램 데이터를 저장하고 실행하는 메모리, 디스크 드라이브와 같은 영구 저장부(permanent storage), 외부 장치와 통신하는 통신 포트, 터치 패널, 키(key), 버튼 등과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 장치 등을 포함할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 모듈 또는 알고리즘으로 구현되는 방법들은 상기 프로세서상에서 실행 가능한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드들 또는 프로그램 명령들로서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체 상에 저장될 수 있다. 여기서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체로 마그네틱 저장 매체(예컨대, ROM(read-only memory), RAM(random-Access memory), 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예컨대, 시디롬(CD-ROM), 디브이디(DVD: Digital Versatile Disc)) 등이 있다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템들에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 판독 가능한 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독가능하며, 메모리에 저장되고, 프로세서에서 실행될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 기능적인 블록 구성들 및 다양한 처리 단계들로 나타내어질 수 있다. 이러한 기능 블록들은 특정 기능들을 실행하는 다양한 개수의 하드웨어 또는/및 소프트웨어 구성들로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실시 예는 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서들의 제어 또는 다른 제어 장치들에 의해서 다양한 기능들을 실행할 수 있는, 메모리, 프로세싱, 로직(logic), 룩 업 테이블(look-up table) 등과 같은 집적 회로 구성들을 채용할 수 있다. 구성 요소들이 소프트웨어 프로그래밍 또는 소프트웨어 요소들로 실행될 수 있는 것과 유사하게, 본 실시 예는 데이터 구조, 프로세스들, 루틴들 또는 다른 프로그래밍 구성들의 조합으로 구현되는 다양한 알고리즘을 포함하여, C, C++, 자바(Java), 어셈블러(assembler), 파이썬(Python) 등과 같은 프로그래밍 또는 스크립팅 언어로 구현될 수 있다. 기능적인 측면들은 하나 이상의 프로세서들에서 실행되는 알고리즘으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시 예는 전자적인 환경 설정, 신호 처리, 및/또는 데이터 처리 등을 위하여 종래 기술을 채용할 수 있다. “매커니즘”, “요소”, “수단”, “구성”과 같은 용어는 넓게 사용될 수 있으며, 기계적이고 물리적인 구성들로서 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 용어는 프로세서 등과 연계하여 소프트웨어의 일련의 처리들(routines)의 의미를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들은 일 예시일 뿐 후술하는 청구항들의 범위 내에서 다른 실시예들이 구현될 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 전자 장치에서 정보를 처리하는 방법에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 획득하는 단계;
    상기 사용자가 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자가 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 상기 사용자에 대하여 할당된 상기 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수 이상인 경우, 상기 제1계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치에 상기 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대한 거절 응답을 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단하는 단계는
    상기 사용자가 상기 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하는 단계를 포함하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하는 단계는
    상기 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보 및 제2계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보를 비교하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 제1계정 및 상기 제2계정과 관련하여, 각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보는, 해당 계정의 가입과 관련하여 획득한 정보 및 해당 계정을 통한 서비스 이용과 관련하여 획득한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
    상기 제2계정은 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용하기 위하여 이용된 계정인 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정 및 상기 제2계정과 관련하여, 각 계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보는,
    해당 계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치의 식별 정보,
    해당 계정에 대응되는 이메일 정보,
    해당 계정에 대응되는 주소 정보,
    해당 계정에 대응되는 결제 수단 정보 및
    해당 계정의 가입자에 의하여 입력된 신상 정보
    중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 식별 정보는 UUID(Universally Unique Identifier)에 기초하여 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 결제 수단 정보는 신용카드 번호에 기초하여 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하는 단계는
    설정된 기간 동안 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정인지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
    상기 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정으로 판단되는 경우, 상기 제1계정을 통한 상기 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대하여 거절 응답을 제공하는 단계 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정이 부정하게 가입된 계정인지 여부를 판단하는 단계는
    상기 제1계정에 대응되는 하나 이상의 정보가 유효한 정보인지 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1계정에 대응하는 사용 가능한 쿠폰의 목록을 획득하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용 가능한 쿠폰의 목록이 상기 제1쿠폰을 포함하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계
    중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 장치에 상기 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 수신하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 피드백을 수신하기 위한 정보에 기초하여, 상기 사용자 장치 상에 상기 피드백을 수신하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자로부터 상기 거절 응답에 대한 피드백을 수신하는 경우, 상기 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력 중 적어도 일부를 검증하기 위한 요청을 외부 장치에 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보를 처리하는 방법.
  12. 제1항의 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 비일시적 기록매체.
  13. 정보를 처리하는 전자 장치에 있어서,
    트랜시버, 명령어를 저장하는 메모리 및 프로세서를 포함하고,
    상기 프로세서는, 상기 트랜시버 및 상기 메모리와 연결되어,
    사용자로부터 제1계정을 통한 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청을 획득하고,
    상기 사용자가 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단하고,
    상기 사용자가 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수가 상기 사용자에 대하여 할당된 상기 제1쿠폰의 사용 가능 횟수 이상인 경우, 상기 제1계정에 대응되는 사용자 장치에 상기 제1쿠폰의 사용 요청에 대한 거절 응답을 제공하고,
    상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 횟수를 판단하기 위하여, 상기 프로세서는, 상기 사용자가 상기 제1계정과 서로 다른 계정을 통하여 상기 제1쿠폰을 사용한 이력을 판단하는, 전자 장치.
