Definitions
- the invention relates to a stator for an electric motor, with a stator base body with a stator winding arranged on radially inwardly directed stator teeth and with an insulating ring arranged on the end face of the stator base body and with a contact adapter with plug-in pockets for contact elements for connecting the winding ends of the stator winding. It also concerns an electric motor with such a stator.
- a particularly brushless electric motor as an electric three-phase machine has a stator with a stator base body, for example designed as a stator laminated core, with a number of stator teeth, for example arranged in a star shape, which carry an electrical rotating field winding in the form of individual stator coils, which in turn are wound from an insulating wire.
- the coils are assigned to individual strands or phases with their coil ends and are interconnected in a predetermined manner via contact elements.
- the stator assembly has three phases and thus at least three phase conductors or phase windings, each of which is supplied with electrical current in a phase-offset manner in order to generate a rotating magnetic field in which a rotor, which is usually provided with permanent magnets, rotates about an axis of rotation , which also represents the central (stator) axis.
- the phase ends of the phase windings are routed to motor electronics to control the electric motor.
- the coils of the rotating field winding are connected to each other or to each other in a certain way by means of the phase ends.
- the type of connection is determined by the winding scheme of the rotating field winding, whereby one Star connection or a delta connection of the phase windings is common as a winding scheme.
- An insulating ring is placed on the front of the stator base body.
- An insulating ring can also be arranged on the axially opposite end face of the stator base body.
- the insulating rings have, for example, cap-like, insulating coil or winding bodies corresponding to the number of stator teeth, which encompass the respective stator tooth, in particular while leaving the tooth surface on the pole shoe side free.
- the coil bodies have, for example, groove-like depressions or wire grooves for guiding the winding wires and/or side walls to prevent (radial) detachment of the wound coil from the stator tooth.
- only a specific axial section of the respective winding body can be formed on the respective insulating ring, which section complements the corresponding section of the other insulating ring to form the winding body.
- At least one of the insulating rings includes a so-called termination, which projects axially from the stator base body as a segmented annular wall. Due to the termination, the winding or coil wires can be guided from stator tooth to stator tooth on the circumference behind the stator teeth during a winding process, so that the winding wires do not collide with the winding tool.
- the contacting of the wire or phase ends during the connection of the rotating field winding can be done using insulation displacement contacts as contact elements. These can be accommodated with simultaneous insulation-clamping contact in pockets of an annular contact adapter, which is placed on the insulating ring leading the winding or coil wires and extends over it, in particular on three sides.
- insulation displacement contacts for example busbar-like connection contacts can be contacted as phase connections and made electrically conductive with motor electronics.
- the problem here is often inadequate centering or alignment of the contact adapter. Centering or aligning the contact adapter is particularly important with regard to positioning the connection contacts as precisely as possible for their contact with the phase connections. Centering pins on the insulating ring would be conceivable in order to align the contact adapter as reliably as possible when joining it to the insulating ring.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a particularly suitable stator for an electric motor.
- a reliable centering of the contact adapter and/or a compensation of existing tolerances should be made possible at the interface of a contact adapter with a front insulating ring of the stator.
- an electric motor with such a stator should be specified.
- the stator provided for an electric motor in particular as an electric drive of an assembly or an adjusting element of a motor vehicle, has a stator base body and an insulating ring arranged on one end face or placed on the end face of the stator base body, as well as a contact adapter that can be placed or placed on the insulating ring and has a number of axial oriented pockets for contact elements.
- the stator base body has a number of stator teeth which are directed radially inwards towards a central axis, which in turn is the axis of rotation of a rotor and thus the electric motor. Coils of a stator or rotating field winding are arranged on the stator teeth.
- the contact elements which are suitably designed as insulation displacement contacts, are intended and set up for connection contacting of winding ends of the stator winding.
- the contact adapter has at least one, preferably only one, joining opening, with which an axially oriented pair of tabs of the insulating ring preferably corresponds and/or is aligned.
- the joining opening runs tangentially or azimuthally, i.e. in the circumferential direction of the contact adapter of the stator, also referred to below as the stator assembly, or its stator base body, and is locally limited.
- the joining opening is suitably arranged in the area of a border or transition edge between an annular base plate or disk of the contact adapter and an edge web which is molded onto the base plate and preferably runs around it and which at least partially axially covers the insulating ring on the circumference.
- the azimuthal extent or circular arc length of the joining opening is, for example, in the order of 1/30 of the (circle) circumference of the contact adapter.
- the insulating ring has an axial centering tab corresponding to the joining opening of the contact adapter, in particular aligned with the joining opening, and an axial spring tab parallel thereto, which, when the contact adapter is joined, is received together with the centering tab in the joining opening of the contact adapter or passes through it.
- the tab width of the centner tab also referred to below as a centner pin
- the centering tab is suitably particularly stable due to its tab width, especially in comparison to the spring tab.
- the center tab of the insulating ring has an axially extending positioning edge and an inlet edge which adjoins it in the axial direction and is positioned at an angle of inclination relative to the spring tab.
- the angle of inclination relative to the axially extending positioning edge is expediently between 30° and 60°, preferably (45 ⁇ 5)°.
- the contact adapter expediently has a number of axially extending joining tabs which, in the joined state, lock with the insulating ring or in the course of pressing the contact adapter onto the insulating ring with joining elements arranged thereon, in particular radially oriented.
- the spring tab (the spring pin) of the insulating ring has an axially extending joining edge and a sliding edge which adjoins it in the axial direction and is inclined at an angle to the centering tab.
- the angle of attack relative to the axially extending joining edge is between 50° and 70°, preferably (60 ⁇ 5)°.
- a free space is expediently formed between the centering tab and the spring tab of the insulating ring, into which the spring tab deflects or can deflect when inserted into the joining opening of the contact adapter.
- the distance between the centering tab and the spring tab of the insulating ring is smaller than the tab width of the centering tab.
- the distance between the hundredweight tab and the spring tab of the insulating ring is greater than or equal to the tab width of the spring tab.
- the axial tab length of the hundredweight tab is at least slightly larger than the axial tab length of the spring tab of the insulating ring.
- the spring tab of the insulating ring brings about the necessary tolerance compensation and, on the other hand, eliminates all play in the interface between the contact adapter and the insulating ring.
- This allows the position tolerance of the connection contacts to be significantly reduced.
- component costs are reduced and the position tolerance of the connection contacts is improved.
- the centering tab of the insulating ring advantageously centers the contact adapter in its target position by or while the centering tab on the insulating ring side penetrates into the joining opening on the contact adapter side.
- the spring tab of the insulating ring which preferably lags behind the centering tab, can deflect resiliently toward the centering tab due to its low stability compared to the centering tab when it penetrates into the joining opening of the contact adapter.
- manufacturing tolerances in particular of the centering tab and/or the spring tab of the insulating ring and/or the joining opening of the contact adapter, are reliably compensated for.

Description
Beschreibung
