本发明涉及一种厨卫技术领域,尤其涉及一种沐浴器。
背景技术
现有沐浴器,尤其是带肩喷的升降杆沐浴器,包括升降杆、控制阀装置和肩喷出水装置,该控制阀装置设有进水口和出水口,该肩喷出水装置一端能转动连接在升降杆,该肩喷出水装置包括出水体,该出水体接通出水口且设有多个第一出水嘴,多个第一出水嘴沿出水体长度方向排列,该肩喷出水装置转动轴线和出水体长度方向垂直布置,通过转动控制整个肩喷出水装置上下摆动,该肩喷出水装置虽能实现肩喷,但肩喷出水装置高度无法调节,不便适用于不同身高用户。
发明内容
本发明提供了沐浴器,其克服了背景技术中沐浴器所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之一是:沐浴器,包括:
升降杆;
控制阀装置,装设在升降杆且设有进水口和第一出水口;
肩喷置物组合机构,包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置;该置物装置装接在升降杆且置物装置上设有置物功能件;该肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通,该肩喷出水装置设有第一出水嘴且通过肩喷出水装置转动控制肩喷出水装置的第一出水嘴的出水角度上下摆动调节。
一实施例之中:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该出水体设有多个上述第一出水嘴,多个第一出水嘴中至少有部分第一出水嘴沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置。
一实施例之中:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该第一出水嘴设在出水体,该出水体转动轴线沿左右向水平布置。
一实施例之中:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该第一出水嘴设在出水体,该置物装置设有至少两个孔座,至少两个孔座沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置,该出水体能转动连接在孔座。

一实施例之中:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该出水体包括主体和固设在主体末端的枢接部,该枢接部能转动连接在置物装置,该主体包括前弧壁和后堵部,该前弧壁和后堵部密封固装在一起且其内形成出水腔,该第一出水嘴装设在前弧壁且接通出水腔。
一实施例之中:该肩喷出水装置和第一出水口间设有第一通水管,该第一通水管中至少有部分采用软管或伸缩管或波纹管,该第一通水管位于升降杆内且一端接通第一出水口,另一端接通肩喷出水装置。
一实施例之中:该置物装置设有安装腔和接通安装腔内外的开口,该肩喷出水装置能转动装设在安装腔内且第一出水嘴对应开口。
一实施例之中:该置物装置包括壳体,该壳体内设安装腔和接通安装腔内外的开口,该置物功能件包括上述壳体顶壁,该肩喷出水装置能转动装设在安装腔内且第一出水嘴对应开口。

侧喷装置,装设在升降杆且接通第三出水口,该侧喷装置设有朝前布置的第二出水嘴,且至少能通过置物装置升降调节肩喷出水装置和侧喷装置的间距。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
沐浴器还包括肩喷置物组合机构,肩喷置物组合机构包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置,置物装置上设有置物功能件,肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通,肩喷出水装置设有第一出水嘴且通过肩喷出水装置转动控制肩喷出水装置的第一出水嘴的出水角度上下摆动调节,因此克服了背景技术所存在的不足且产生如下技术效果:其一,肩喷与升降杆设计在一起,无需增加外接接头,无需破坏墙面的整体性;其二,不仅能起到肩喷功能而且还能起到置物功能,方便使用,结构紧凑;其三,肩喷出水装置安装在置物装置上,第一出水嘴出水角度能上下摆动调节,通过出水角度上下摆动,能精确调整出水高度和角度以提升使用舒适性。
多个第一出水嘴中至少有部分第一出水嘴沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置,则能使喷射在用户的水流横向布置,提升使用舒适性。
出水体转动轴线沿左右向水平布置,通过出水体转动调整第一出水嘴上下摆动,调节便利。
主体包括前弧壁和后堵部,前弧壁和后堵部密封固装在一起且其内形成出水腔,第一出水嘴装设在前弧壁且接通出水腔,装配方便。
第一通水管中至少有部分采用软管或伸缩管或波纹管,第一通水管位于升降杆内且一端接通第一出水口,另一端接通肩喷出水装置,一方面结构紧凑,外观美观,另一方面能配合置物装置的升降调节。
置物功能件包括上述壳体顶壁,肩喷出水装置能转动装设在安装腔内且第一出水嘴对应开口,壳体不仅为其余零部件安装提供空间,结构紧凑,外观美观,而且还用作置放板。
壳体固设在支撑座外且设有置物功能件,孔座固装在支撑座且位于壳体内,肩喷出水装置转动连接在孔座,支撑座固接有位于壳体外的连接件,升降杆设有凹槽,连接件滑动连接在凹槽内,装配方便,结构紧凑,外观美观。
插座装置和置物装置分别布置在升降杆左右两侧,一方面,提升结构稳定性,另一方面,能为用户提供多种沐浴体验。
侧喷装置装设在升降杆且接通第三出水口,侧喷装置设有朝前布置的第二出水嘴,且至少能通过置物装置调节肩喷出水装置和侧喷装置的间距,能为用户提供多种沐浴体验。
置物装置滑动连接在升降杆且肩喷出水装置安装在置物装置上以能跟随置物装置升降调节,第一出水嘴出水角度能上下摆动调节,通过升降和出水角度上下摆动相结合,则不但能适用不同身高用户,适用范围大,而且能精确调整出水高度和角度以提升使用舒适性。

请查阅图1至图3,沐浴器,包括升降杆1、控制阀装置2、肩喷置物组合机构3、手持花洒4、能供手持花洒4插放的插座装置5和侧喷装置6。该控制阀装置2装设在升降杆1且设有进水口21、第一出水口22、第二出水口23和第三出水口24,且通过控制阀装置2至少能切换三出水口接通进水口21。
请查阅图5至图7,该肩喷置物组合机构3包括置物装置31和肩喷出水装置32。该置物装置31装接在升降杆1且置物装置31上设有置物功能件311。该肩喷出水装置32包括能转动连接在置物装置31前部的出水体321,该出水体321转动轴线沿左右向水平布置,该出水体321设有能接通第一出水口22的出水腔和多个接通出水腔的第一出水嘴322,多个第一出水嘴322沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置,该沿转动轴线间隔布置可整齐排列亦可上下错开排列,通过出水体321转动控制肩喷出水装置32的第一出水嘴322的出水角度上下摆动调节。该肩喷置物组合机构3不仅能起到肩喷功能而且还能起到置物功能,方便使用,结构紧凑;该肩喷出水装置32安装在置物装置31上以能跟随置物装置31的高度变化一起变化,该第一出水嘴322出水角度能上下摆动调节,通过高度变化和出水角度上下摆动相结合,则不但能适用不同身高用户,而且能精确调整出水高度和角度以提升使用舒适性。
该置物装置31设有两个孔座312、312’,两个孔座沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置,该出水体321两端分别能转动连接在两孔座312、312’且桥接布置,通过上述设置使出水体321能转动且转动轴线沿左右向水平布置,采用上述结构转动稳定可靠,便于装配。两孔座中有一孔座312内设连通水路313,该连通水路313后端和第一出水口22接通,前端和出水体321的出水腔接通,通过连通水路313使接通第一出水口22的位置和出水体321前后错开,布局合理,方便装配,外观亦更加美观、紧凑。具体结构中:孔座312的枢孔一端封闭,该连通水路313一端设于枢孔内壁以接通枢孔,该出水体321一端能转动插入该枢孔内且出水腔具有设于该端并接通该枢孔的入口,则通过入口和枢孔能接通连通水路313和出水腔,采用该结构,便于装配,且出水体的转动不影响水路接通,提升水路密封性能;孔座312’的枢孔贯穿设置,该出水体321另一端穿过孔座312’的枢孔,另配设操作件33,该操作件33传动连接出水体321末端部,该操作件33如旋钮,该旋钮插入出水体末端部以构成同步转动关系,根据需要也可采用其它操作件如按钮(如通过齿轮齿条配合驱动转动等)。该连通水路313后端通过接头341和第一通水管34接通第一出水口22,该第一通水管34中至少有部分采用软管或伸缩管或波纹管,如全部采用软管或伸缩管或波纹管,该接头341呈L形,一端接通第一通水管,另一端插入孔座312的连通水路313的后端。
该出水体321的具体结构如:包括主体和两分别固设在主体两端的枢接部3211,该两枢接部3211分别能转动连接在两个孔座312、312’,该主体包括前弧壁3212和后堵部3213,该前弧壁3212和后堵部3213密封固装在一起且其内形成出水腔,该第一出水嘴装设在前弧壁3212且接通出水腔,该前弧壁3212两端设有固板,该两枢接部分别固设在两固板,根据需要,该主体也可直接是圆柱管,或,该出水体321也可直接是圆柱管。上述的一枢接部3211凹设插入槽,该操作件33设插入端,该插入端适配插入插入槽内以实现同步转动,以通过操作件带动出水体转动;另一枢接部3211端面凹设接通出水腔的上述的入口,根据需要,入口也可设置在端部回转面上。
请查阅图1至图4,该置物装置31包括壳体314,该壳体314内设安装腔,该壳体314前壁设接通安装腔内外的开口3141,该壳体314顶壁构成上述的置物功能件311,该出水体321能转动装设在安装腔内且第一出水嘴322对应该开口3141,该操作件33的插入端自外往内穿过壳体314插入出水体321的枢接部 内,该壳体314前壁呈弧面结构。根据需要,该置物装置31还包括支撑座315,该支撑座315如呈板件结构,该壳体314固罩在支撑座315外,两孔座固装在支撑座315下且位于壳体314内,该支撑座315固接有位于壳体314外的连接件316。根据需要,该支撑座315可直接作为置物功能件311。
该升降杆1设左右布置的凹槽11和容置腔12,该置物装置31的连接件316装接在凹槽11,该第一通水管34装设在容置腔12内,该出水体321、连接件316和接头341沿左右向间隔布置,布局合理,结构紧凑,配重适当,外观美观。具体结构中:该连接件316侧壁贴装有摩擦垫317;该凹槽11具有槽底和分别布置在槽底两侧的槽壁,该两槽壁相面对延伸成限位壁111,该摩擦垫317接触限位壁111,该连接件316背壁接触槽底;该连接件316两端设限位凸起,该摩擦垫317设限位缺口,该限位凸起和限位缺口适配,且,该摩擦垫和连接件通过螺钉固接。进一步,该升降杆1设多个沿上下间隔布置的升降档位,该升降档位包括插孔13;该置物装置31和升降杆1间设锁接装置且通过锁接装置将置物装置31锁接在某一升降档位,该锁接装置包括插销131,该插销能滑动连接在置物装置,插入插孔则实现锁接,从插孔中拔出则松释上述锁接且能升降调节,或,插销插入插孔则限制置物装置下降以此实现锁接,根据需要也可不设锁接装置,直接利用滑动装置和凹槽之间的摩擦力实现无级升降调节。根据需要,也可不设滑接结构,直接选择档位锁接实现高度调节。
该手持花洒4通过第二通水管41接通第二出水口23,该插座装置5滑动连接在升降杆1,该插座装置5和置物装置31分别布置在升降杆左右两侧,而且该插座装置5和升降杆1的连接结构参照置物装置31和升降杆1的连接结构。
该侧喷装置6装设在升降杆1且接通第三出水口24,该侧喷装置6设有朝前布置的第二出水嘴61,且至少能通过置物装置31升降调节肩喷出水装置32和侧喷装置6的间距,以能提升不同的沐浴体验,适配不同身高的肩喷和侧喷的同时需求。具体结构如:该升降杆1前壁设贯穿口,该侧喷装置6装设在升降杆1内且第二出水嘴61穿过该贯穿口且伸出该升降杆1前壁。根据需要,该侧喷装置6固接在升降杆1,但亦可能升降滑接在升降杆1上。
该控制阀装置2内设置的切换机构如采用滑动切换、转动切换或配设电磁阀的电子切换(第一出水口22、第二出水口23和第三出水口24都设电磁阀,通过控制各出水口的电磁阀的开关实现切换),该控制阀装置2设控制开关25,该 控制开关25设置在控制阀装置2的前面。
该升降杆1底部后端设有缺口14,该缺口14处配设有安装盒15,该控制阀装置2通过螺钉固装在在安装盒15内,另配设锁接座16,通过锁接座16将安装盒15装设在升降杆1的缺口14处。该进水口21和第二出水口23并排设在控制阀装置2底部且朝下布置,该第一出水口22、第三出水口24并排设在控制阀顶部且朝上布置,布局合理,方便装配。
实施例二
请查阅图8,它与实施例一不同之处在于:它包括升降杆1、控制阀装置2、肩喷置物组合机构3、手持花洒4和插座装置5,但未设侧喷装置6。该控制阀装置2装设在升降杆1且设有进水口21、第一出水口22和第二出水口23,通过控制阀装置2至少能切换第一出水口22和第二出水口23接通进水口21。
实施例三
它与实施例一不同之处在于:它包括升降杆1、控制阀装置2和肩喷置物组合机构3,但未设手持花洒4和侧喷装置6,该控制阀装置2包括进水口和第一出水口且通过控制阀装置控制进水口和第一出水口间的通断。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明沐浴器,置物装置上设有置物功能件,通过肩喷出水装置转动控制第一出水嘴的出水角度上下摆动调节,不仅能起到肩喷功能而且还能起到置物功能,通过出水角度上下摆动,能适用不同身高用户,适用范围大。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该出水体设有多个上述第一出水嘴,多个第一出水嘴中至少有部分第一出水嘴沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该第一出水嘴设在出水体,该出水体转动轴线沿左右向水平布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该第一出水嘴设在出水体,该置物装置设有至少两个孔座,至少两个孔座沿出水体转动轴线间隔布置,该出水体能转动连接在孔座。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该肩喷出水装置还包括至少部分位于壳体外的操作件,该操作件传动连接出水体末端部。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该置物装置包括壳体、支撑座和孔座,该壳体固设在支撑座外且设有上述置物功能件,该孔座固装在支撑座且位于壳体内,该肩喷出水装置转动连接在孔座,该支撑座固接有位于壳体外的连接件;该升降杆设有凹槽,该连接件装配到升降杆凹槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该肩喷出水装置包括能转动连接在置物装置的出水体,该出水体设出水腔,该第一出水嘴设在出水体且接通出水腔;该孔座中有一孔座内设连通水路,该连通水路后端通过接头和第一出水口接通,前端和出水腔接通,该出水体、连接件和接头沿前后向间隔布置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该升降杆设多个沿上下间隔布置不同高度的档位,该置物装置和升降杆间设锁接装置且通过锁接装置将置物装置锁接在某一高度的档位。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:还包括:
    手持花洒和能供手持花洒插放的插座装置,该控制阀装置设有第二出水口,该手持花洒通过第二通水管接通第二出水口,该插座装置滑动连接在升降杆,该插座装置和置物装置分别布置在升降杆左右两侧。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:还包括:
    侧喷装置,该控制阀装置设有第三出水口,该侧喷装置装设在升降杆且接通第三出水口,该侧喷装置设有朝前布置的第二出水嘴,且至少能通过置物装置调节肩喷出水装置和侧喷装置的间距。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该升降杆底部后端设有缺口,该缺口处配设有安装盒,该控制阀装置装设在安装盒内;该控制阀装置还设有第二出水口,该进水口和第二出水口并排设在控制阀装置底部且朝下布置,该第一出水口设在控制阀顶部且朝上布置。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴器,其特征在于:该置物装置能升降滑接在升降杆。
  20. 沐浴器,包括:
    升降杆;
    控制阀装置,装设在升降杆且设有进水口和第一出水口;
    其特征在于:还包括:
    肩喷置物组合机构,包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置;该置物装置连接在升降杆且置物装置上设有置物功能件;该肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通,该肩喷出水装置设有多个第一出水嘴,多个第一出水嘴中至少有部分第一出水嘴沿肩喷出水装置转动轴线间隔布置。
  21. 沐浴器,包括:
    升降杆;
    控制阀装置,装设在升降杆且设有进水口和第一出水口;
    其特征在于:还包括:
    肩喷置物组合机构,包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置;该置物装置装接在升降杆且置物装置上设有置物功能件;该肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通,该肩喷出水装置设有第一出水嘴,该肩喷出水装置转动轴线沿左右向水平布置。
  22. 沐浴器,包括:
    升降杆;
    控制阀装置,装设在升降杆且设有进水口、第一出水口和第二出水口;
    其特征在于:还包括:
    肩喷置物组合机构,包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置;该置物装置装接在升降杆且置物装置上设有置物功能件;该肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通;及
    手持花洒和能供手持花洒插放的插座装置,该手持花洒通过第二通水管接通第二出水口,该插座装置滑动连接在升降杆;其中:该插座装置和置物装置分别布置在升降杆左右两侧。
  23. 沐浴器,包括:
    升降杆;
    控制阀装置,装设在升降杆且设有进水口、第一出水口和第三出水口;
    其特征在于:还包括:
    肩喷置物组合机构,包括置物装置和肩喷出水装置;该置物装置装接在升降杆且置物装置上设有置物功能件;该肩喷出水装置转动连接在置物装置且肩喷出水装置和第一出水口接通,该肩喷出水装置设有朝前布置的第一出水嘴;及
    侧喷装置,装设在升降杆且接通第三出水口,该侧喷装置设有朝前布置的第二出水嘴,且至少能通过置物装置升降调节肩喷出水装置和侧喷装置的间距。
