本申请涉及摄影摄像器材装置技术领域,具体是一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备。
背景技术
现如今,随着科技的发展,摄影摄像已经普及,拍摄影像已不是奢侈的事情,自拍更是随手自来。360度环拍平台又称为360Photobooth,是一种环绕360度式拍摄的平台,相比普通自拍,具有进一步的娱乐体验。这种产品的用户大多是潮客达人、时尚人士,对外观造型、视觉冲击、使用体验氛围,有着高追求、高敏感度。
目前的360度环拍平台,其功能形状单一,外观体验感差。

本实用新型主要针对以上问题,提出了一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,旨在解决背景技术中的技术问题。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,能够在打开第一光源,使第一光源发光,由于第一光源位于间隔区,在钢化玻璃的反光面与反射镜之间,第一光源的灯光经过反光面与反射镜一起折射,层层叠加反射第一光源的灯光,使位于本360度环拍设备外侧的用户,透过钢化玻璃的透光面观测支撑舞台时,直观的可以看到这种炫酷个性的多层灯光渐渐消失视觉效果,为拍照添加了不少的趣味性。钢化玻璃主要用于供用户站立,其具有坚固的支撑结构,给用户使用本360度环拍设备时,带来安全可靠性。且钢化玻璃具有透明透光的效果,将钢化玻璃进一步选用为单面透视玻璃,单面透视玻璃也称为双向镜,这种玻璃的一侧可把投射出来的光线大部分反射回去,可达到位于玻璃的反光面侧看不到透光面侧,透光面侧可看到反光面侧物品的效果,将单面透视的钢化玻璃与反射镜、第一光源相配合,使第一光源的灯光有着无限延伸隧道,渐行渐远的效果,提升使用本360度环拍设备的用户使用氛围体验。

请参照图1-图11,本实施例提供了一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,包括支撑舞台1、支撑底座5、旋转拍摄支架14,所述支撑舞台1包括第一支撑件110、钢化玻璃120、第一光源130、反射镜140;所述第一支撑件110用于支撑所述钢化玻璃120;所述钢化玻璃120为包括透光面121、反光面122的单面透视玻璃;所述钢化玻璃120与所述反射镜140之间设有一间隔区150,且所述反射镜140与所述反光面122相对设置;所述第一光源130设于所述间隔区150。
打开第一光源130,使第一光源130发光,由于第一光源130位于间隔区150,在钢化玻璃120的反光面122与反射镜140之间,第一光源130的灯光经过反光面122与反射镜140一起折射,层层叠加反射第一光源130的灯光,使位于本360度环拍设备外侧的用户,透过钢化玻璃120的透光面121观测支撑舞台1时,直观的可以看到这种炫酷个性的多层灯光渐渐消失视觉效果,为拍照添加了不少的趣味性。
钢化玻璃120主要用于供用户站立,其具有坚固的支撑结构,给用户使用本360度环拍设备时,带来安全可靠性。且钢化玻璃120具有透明透光的效果,将钢化玻璃120进一步选用为单面透视玻璃,单面透视玻璃也称为双向镜,这种玻璃的一侧可把投射出来的光线大部分反射回去,可达到位于玻璃的反光面122侧看不到透光面121侧,透光面121侧可看到反 光面122侧物品的效果,将单面透视的钢化玻璃120与反射镜140、第一光源130相配合,使第一光源130的灯光有着无限延伸隧道,渐行渐远的效果,烘托提升使用本360度环拍设备的用户使用氛围体验。调动用户的使用兴奋情绪。提升使用环拍摄影摄像时的观赏度。
这种灯光效果,还可以使用户从视觉上感到支撑舞台1整体的厚重感,从而心理上感到使用本360度环拍设备的结构安全可靠性高。
钢化玻璃120与反射镜140的面积、钢化玻璃120与反射镜140的间距,即间隔区150的纵向空间,决定着反射镜140与反光面122所能够反射第一光源130的层次数量。
在一些实施例中,第一光源130可以为具有灯珠的点状光源,也可以为隐藏式无灯珠的光源。
旋转拍摄支架14通过控制器控制驱动组件的驱动,实现旋转拍摄支架14围绕支撑舞台1周向旋转。旋转拍摄支架14用于连接安装拍摄器具,如夹持架设拍摄器具为手机夹持支架、相机、补光灯等外设。
优选的,所述第一光源130为图形和/或文字造型。
当第一光源130为图形的造型时,包括不限于星形、圆形、波浪线形。
请参照图1-图3,所述第一光源130包括多个点状发光部,且所述第一光源130大致为环带状沿所述钢化玻璃120或所述反射镜140边缘轮廓设置。
在一些实施例中,第一光源130的多个点状发光部,为LED或OLED灯珠,这种灯珠点作为点光源,在第一光源130通电开启后,多个灯珠同时发光,经过钢化玻璃120的反光面122与反射镜140的一起折射,层层叠加反射这些点光源,直观的可以看到这种炫酷个性的多层灯光渐渐消失效 果,且第一光源130大致为环带状,形成环形氛围发光,可以使用户感到梦幻般的氛围效果,具有炫酷的视觉冲击力,无限地幻象,点点粒粒的灯光似乎退回到无穷远处,从而创造出深度很深的灯光隧道效果,有着美幻绝伦的氛围体验。
请参照图1-图3,所述支撑舞台1包括第二支撑件160、所述第二支撑件160用于支撑所述钢化玻璃120的中心位置,所述第一支撑件110用于支撑所述钢化玻璃120边缘位置。
通过这种设计,使钢化玻璃120得到均匀的支撑力,使支撑舞台1对站在钢化玻璃120上的用户具有稳定可靠的支撑,延长钢化玻璃120寿命。
在一些实施例中,第一支撑件110大致为与钢化玻璃120外边缘轮廓相符的环状支撑梁结构,第二支撑件160大致为盘体骨架结构。
请参照图1-图3,所述支撑舞台1包括第三支撑件170,所述第三支撑件170连接所述第一支撑件110与所述第二支撑件160;且所述第三支撑件170用于支撑所述反射镜140。
在一些实施例中,第三支撑件170大致为支撑梁结构。
请参照图1-图4,所述支撑舞台1包括第一连接件180,所述第一连接件180与所述第一支撑件110可拆卸连接,且所述第一连接件180用于紧固所述钢化玻璃120与所述第一支撑件110连接。
在一些实施例中,钢化玻璃120与第一支撑件110可以为胶接连接;
为了提升本360度环拍设备的可维护度,通过设置第一连接件180与第一支撑件110可拆卸连接,来紧固所述钢化玻璃120与第一支撑件110连接,或将第一连接件180与第一支撑件110解除连接后,钢化玻璃120方便与第一支撑件110分离,进行维护更换。
在一些实施例中,第一连接件180的横截面大致为“L”形,两个延伸边分别与第一支撑件110、钢化玻璃120接触;第一连接件180与第一支撑件110分别设有第一连接孔181、第二连接孔111,可以通过螺钉穿设第一连接孔181、第二连接孔111紧固钢化玻璃120与第一支撑件110连接;第一连接件180也从一定程度上起到包边装饰的作用。

第二光源2与第一光源130同样,灯光被钢化玻璃120的反光面122与反射镜140的一起折射,层层叠加反射这些点光源,直观的可以看到这种炫酷个性的多层灯光渐渐消失效果,且第二光源2大致为环带状,形成环形氛围发光,可以使用户感到梦幻般的氛围效果,具有炫酷的视觉冲击力,无限地幻象,点点粒粒的灯光似乎退回到无穷远处,从而创造出深度很深的灯光隧道效果,有着美幻绝伦的氛围体验。
请参照图1-图3,包括第三光源3,所述第三光源3包括多个点状发光部;所述第三光源3大致为环带状沿所述第一连接件180的外壁设置。
第三光源3对支撑舞台1起到装饰的作用。
请参照图1、图2和图6,包括第四光源6;所述支撑主轴4一端连接所述支撑舞台1,另一端连接所述支撑底座5;所述第四光源6包括多个点状发光部;所述第四光源6大致为环带状沿所述支撑底座5的外壁设置。
第四光源6对支撑底座5起到装饰的作用。支撑底座5通过支撑主轴4为支撑舞台1起到地面支撑的作用。
请参照图1、图2和图6-图9,所述支撑主轴4一端设有外螺纹420, 所述支撑舞台1设有与所述外螺纹420连接的连接部161;所述连接部161开设有螺纹通孔162,通过锁紧螺钉(未图示)穿设所述螺纹通孔162,抵持所述外螺纹420外壁,紧固所述支撑舞台1与所述支撑主轴4连接,锁紧螺钉对支撑舞台1与支撑主轴4连接起到了防松,抗振目的。
优选的,连接部161为第二支撑件160上设置的,与外螺纹420对应的内螺纹。
请参照图1、图2和图6-图9、图11,所述支撑底座5包支撑圈510、与所述支撑圈510连接的支撑杆520;所述支撑主轴4的一端设有可与所述支撑杆520卡合的连接槽410,沿所述支撑杆520与所述支撑主轴4卡合处,焊接连接所述支撑杆520与所述支撑主轴4。
通过将支撑主轴4的一端设有可与支撑杆520卡合的连接槽410,将支撑主轴4的一端坐落在支撑杆520上,连接槽410将支撑杆520容纳在内,而且沿连接槽410与支撑杆520卡合处的边缘轮廓,将支撑杆520与支撑主轴4进行焊接连接,增加了焊接线的长度,这样焊接后能保证支撑底座5和支撑主轴4的连接牢固性,防止有焊缝断裂的风险,进而加强了二者的连接强度,进而加强了360度环拍设备的整体稳定性,提高了360度环拍设备的使用安全系数,以及延长了使用寿命,降低了维修成本。
在一些实施例中,支撑底座5还包括可调节脚杯530,以调节本360度环拍设备的整体对用户支撑的高度,满足用户相应的使用需求。
请参照图6、图8-图10,包括轴承7、传动件8、卡簧9、第二连接件10、止动键11;所述轴承7的内圈套接在所述支撑主轴4的外壁;所述传动件8套接在所述轴承7外圈;所述轴承7设有第一连接槽710、第二连接槽720;所述卡簧9、第二连接件10分别与所述第一连接槽710、第二连 接槽720连接,将所述传动件8夹持固定在所述卡簧9、第二连接件10之间;所述轴承7与所述传动件8之间开设有键槽12,所述止动键11安置在所述键槽12,且所述止动键11被限位在所述卡簧9与所述第二连接件10之间。
在一些实施例中,传动件8可以为齿轮或皮带轮、摩擦轮等,传动件8端面连接本环拍设备的旋转拍摄支架14,因为传动件8套接在轴承7的外圈,而轴承7的内圈套接在所述支撑主轴4的外壁,所以通过驱动装置驱动传动件8,传动件8可以带动旋转拍摄支架14围绕支撑舞台1进行旋转。
但是,现有技术中,传动件8与轴承7的外圈连接不稳定,一是传动件8与轴承7的外圈之间容易发生打滑现象,当通过驱动装置驱动传动件8时,传动件8不能有效的带旋转拍摄支架14旋转;二是传动件8与轴承7发生轴向的相对活动,甚至彼此脱离,这种连接是不可靠,不稳定的。
通过在轴承7设有第一连接槽710、第二连接槽720,卡簧9、第二连接件10分别与所述第一连接槽710、第二连接槽720连接,将传动件8夹持固定在所述卡簧9、第二连接件10之间,避免了传动件8与轴承7发生轴向的相对活动。
通过在轴承7与所述传动件8之间开设有键槽12,所述止动键11安置在所述键槽12,且所述止动键11被限位在所述卡簧9与所述第二连接件10之间,避免了传动件8与轴承7的外圈之间容易发生打滑现象。而且止动键11被限位在所述卡簧9与所述第二连接件10之间,避免止动键11从键槽12中脱离。
在一些实施例中,第二连接件10大致为片体,其上开设有第三连接孔1010,第二连接件10部分插入到第一连接槽710,通过紧固螺钉(未图示) 穿设第三连接孔1010与传动件8,将第二连接件10与传动件8紧固;在一些实施例中,第二连接件10也可以为卡簧。
通过这种设计,传动件8还可以与轴承7相拆卸分离,方便了零件的更换维护,避免了将传动件8与轴承7用焊接这种永久性连接,后期难以更换零件进行维护。
在一些实施例中,第一光源130、第二光源2、第三光源3、第四光源6可以为彩色RGB LED灯带、RGBW灯带等类型的灯带,色彩鲜艳、耐久、寿命长、使用效果好、装饰效果好。与控制器相配合的话,就可以实现多种颜色的依次变换和闪烁、跳变和渐变效果,实现了跑马、流水、流星拖尾、扫描等丰富的光效形成多样化环形氛围发光;使用户体验到梦幻般的氛围效果,炫酷的视觉冲击力。

  1. 一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,其特征在于,包括支撑舞台、支撑主轴、支撑底座、旋转拍摄支架;所述支撑舞台包括第一支撑件、钢化玻璃、第一光源、反射镜;所述第一支撑件用于支撑所述钢化玻璃;所述钢化玻璃为包括透光面、反光面的单面透视玻璃;所述钢化玻璃与所述反射镜之间设有一间隔区,且所述反射镜与所述反光面相对设置;所述第一光源设于所述间隔区。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,其特征在于,包括第四光源;所述支撑主轴一端连接所述支撑舞台,另一端连接所述支撑底座;所述第四光源包括多个点状发光部;所述第四光源大致为环带状沿所述支撑底座的外壁设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,其特征在于,所述支撑主轴一端设有外螺纹,所述支撑舞台设有与所述外螺纹连接配合的连接部;所述连接部开设有螺纹通孔,通过锁紧螺钉穿设所述螺纹通孔,抵持所述外螺纹外壁,紧固所述支撑舞台与所述支撑主轴连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,其特征在于,所述支撑底座包支撑圈、与所述支撑圈连接的支撑杆;所述支撑主轴的一端设有可与所述支撑杆卡合的连接槽,沿所述支撑杆与所述支撑主轴卡合处,焊接连接所述支撑杆与所述支撑主轴。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有氛围灯的360度环拍设备,其特征在于,包括轴承、传动件、卡簧、第二连接件、止动键;所述轴承的内圈套接在所述支撑主轴的外壁;所述传动件套接在所述轴承外圈;所述轴承设有第一连接槽、第二连接槽;所述卡簧、第二连接件分别与所述第一连接槽、第二连接槽连接,将所述传动件夹持固定在所述卡簧、第二连接件之间;所述轴承与所述传动件之间开设有键槽,所述止动键安置在所述键槽,且所述止动键被限位在所述卡簧与所述第二连接件之间。
