洗墙灯,顾名思义,让灯光像水一样洗过墙面,主要是用来做建筑装饰照明之用,还可以用来勾勒大型建筑的轮廓,但是目前现有的洗墙灯在实际使用时,存在防水性能差的问题,尤其是在户外使用时,容易因进水而短路损坏,实用性较差,需要进行改进。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种柔性洗墙灯带。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:一种柔性洗墙灯带,包括灯带外壳,所述灯带外壳的顶端固定安装有透明面板,所述灯带外壳的内侧开设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内壁安装有PCB板,所述PCB板的表面固装有透镜,所述PCB板的外表面包裹有光源模组包胶,所述灯带外壳的一端安装有前接端盖,所述灯带外壳的另一端固定安装有尾塞,所述PCB板的侧面固定安装有连接线。
为了遮挡连接线,本实用新型改进有,所述前接端盖的一侧固定安装有摩擦块,所述前接端盖的另一侧固装有凸台。
为了保护PCB板,本实用新型改进有,所述摩擦块与灯带外壳的内壁相贴合,所述光源模组包胶的两端为弧形结构。

2、本实用新型中,设置的凸台可以起到遮挡连接线的作用,在连接多组本实用新型时,设置的凸台可以对连接线部分进行遮挡,从而降低连接线露出的面积,进而改善视觉效果,提高了美观性。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种柔性洗墙灯带,包括灯带外壳1,灯带外壳1的外表面开设有细槽12,细槽12的内壁设置有安装卡13,安装卡13的材质为PP塑料或PE塑料,PP塑料或PE塑料材质的安装卡13可以产生形变,从而卡在细槽12内,安装卡13的底面开设有安装孔,安装卡13为“U”形结构,灯带外壳1的顶端固定安装有透明面板2,透明面板2用来方便透光,灯带外壳1的内侧开设有卡槽3,卡槽3的内壁安装有PCB板4,PCB板4用于发光,PCB板4的表面固装有透镜5,PCB板4的外表面包裹有光源模组包胶6,设置在PCB板4外表面的光源模组包胶6能够有效密封PCB板4,这样即使雨水渗入灯带外壳1内,设置的光源模组包胶6还可以保护PCB板4,从而避免PCB板4短路损坏,光源模组包胶6的两端为弧形结构,由于光源模组包胶6两端为弧形结构,这样相邻两组PCB板4相接触时,可以随意的弯曲,灯带外壳1的一端安装有前接端盖7,前接端盖7的一侧固定安装有摩擦块10,摩擦块10与灯带外壳1的内壁相贴合,通过摩擦块10与灯带外壳1内壁之间的紧密贴合,从而限位前接端盖7的位置。
请参阅图1-3,前接端盖7的另一侧固装有凸台11,凸台11可以起到遮挡连接线9的作用,在连接多组本实用新型时,设置的凸台11可以对连接线9部分进行遮挡,从而降低连接线9露出的面积,进而改善视觉效果,灯带外壳1的另一端固定安装有尾塞8,PCB板4的侧面固定安装有连接线9,前接端盖7的侧面开设有过线孔,过线孔用来方便连接线9的穿过,且过线孔的半径与连接线9的半径相同。
工作原理:通过设置在PCB板4外表面的光源模组包胶6能够有效密封PCB板4,这样即使雨水渗入灯带外壳1内,设置的光源模组包胶6还可以保护PCB板4,从而避免PCB板4短路损坏,并且由于光源模组包胶6两端为弧形结构,这样相邻两组PCB板4相接触时,可以随意的弯曲,且由于光源模组包胶6较为柔软,工作人员还可以根据实际的需要来自由的裁剪光源模组包胶6,进而改变PCB板4的长度,从而适应不同的使用需求,设置的凸台11可以起到遮挡连接线9的作用,在连接多组本实用新型时,设置的凸台11可以对连接线9部分进行遮挡,从而降低连接线9露出的面积,进而改善视觉效果。
