本发明涉及医疗辅助器械相关技术领域,具体为一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架包括内壳支架体、一级摆臂支架、二级摆臂支架、角度传感器、外壳体;通过设置由内壳支架体、一级摆臂支架、二级摆臂支架、角度传感器和外壳体组合构成的术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,将一级摆臂支架定位在患者近端肢体上,并将二级摆臂支架定位在患者远端肢体上,并将角度传感器通过通信模块与手机APP电信号连接,从而让患者运动时,可以带动一级摆臂支架、二级摆臂支架进行运动,从而让角度传感器对其运动数据实现记录,从而对患者运动量及运动频率实现监测的目的,从而让患者可以更好的进行康复锻炼,以达到提高术后康复锻炼的效果。

Description

一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架
本发明涉及医疗辅助器械相关技术领域,具体为一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架。
背景技术
骨与骨之间的连接称之为关节,而关节手术之后,为了辅助促进关节的恢复,医生通常都会鼓励患者进行适当的运动;
而患者常常因手术后关节伤口的疼痛,不愿意活动或者完全不活动,从而出现医从性较差的现象,从而影响到患者手术后关节的恢复速度及效果;
而单个医护人员需要负责多个病人,因此医护人员也很难对每个患者都进行时时监督,从而不利于患者进行恢复,为此,本发明提出一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架用以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,所述术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架包括:
内壳支架体,所述内壳支架体的底面开设有一级安装孔,且内壳支架体的底面一体成型有搭座,且内壳支架体外侧面位于一级安装孔的边缘位置处开设有传感器卡合槽;
一级摆臂支架,所述一级摆臂支架与内壳支架体固定连接,所述一级摆臂支架上开设有一级转孔和导向孔;
二级摆臂支架,所述二级摆臂支架上开设有二级转孔和二级安装孔,且二级摆臂支架通过一级紧固件与一级摆臂支架转动连接;
角度传感器,所述角度传感器嵌入安装在内壳支架体的传感器卡合槽之中;
外壳体,所述外壳体卡合安装在内壳支架体上。
优选的,所述一级安装孔、一级转孔和二级转孔之间为相对应设置,所述一级紧固件由限位帽、限位杆、安装座和限位座组合构成,且限位杆上拧紧有限位扣。
优选的,所述限位扣在实际拧紧时,其限位扣与二级摆臂支架之间留有间隙。
优选的,所述导向孔为半环形槽口,且二级安装孔与导向孔相对应设置,且二级安装孔与导向孔之间通过二级紧固件和限位螺母进行限位,所述限位螺母在实际拧紧时,其限位螺母与二级摆臂支架之间留有间隙。
优选的,所述搭座与内壳支架体一体成型,且一级摆臂支架在实际安装时,其一级摆臂支架为搭设在搭座上,所述内壳支架体的前侧端一体成型有卡合凸起,所述一级摆臂支架的前侧端通过卡合凸起进行卡合定位。
优选的,所述安装座为矩形座体结构,且角度传感器的旋转中心轴上的安装槽与安装座的截面尺寸相对应,且限位座的侧面上设置有限位凸起,所述角度传感器通过限位凸起卡合定位在限位座上。
优选的,所述角度传感器与通信模块电信号连接。
优选的,所述通信模块至少包括蓝牙模块、有线网络通信模块和无线网络通信模块,且通信模块与手机APP电信号连接。
优选的,所述一级摆臂支架上开设有一级绑带槽,所述二级摆臂支架上开设有二级绑带槽,且一级绑带槽、二级绑带槽中分别连接有一级绑带和二级绑带,且一级摆臂支架通过一级绑带定位在患者近端肢体上,且二级摆臂支架通过二级绑带定位在患者远端肢体上。
优选的,所述一级绑带槽和二级绑带槽均等间距设置有一排。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过设置由内壳支架体、一级摆臂支架、二级摆臂支架、角度传感器和外壳体组合构成的术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,从而通过将一级摆臂支架定位在患者近端肢体上,并将二级摆臂支架定位在患者远端肢体上,并将角度传感器通过通信模块与手机APP电信号连接,从而让患者运动时,可以带动一级摆臂支架、二级摆臂支架进行运动,从而让角度传感器对其运动数据实现记录,从而对患者运动量及运动频率实现监测的目的,从而让患者可以更好的进行康复锻炼,以达到提高术后康复锻炼的效果。

实施例一
请参阅图1-11,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架包括内壳支架体1、一级摆臂支架2、二级摆臂支架3、角度传感器4、外壳体5,内壳支架体1的底面开设有一级安装孔10,且内壳支架体1的底面一体成型有搭座11,且内壳支架体1外侧面位于一级安装孔10的边缘位置处开设有传感器卡合槽20,一级摆臂支架2与内壳支架体1固定连接,一级摆臂支架2上开设有一级转孔11和导向孔13,二级摆臂支架3上开设有二级转孔12和二级安装孔14,且二级摆臂支架3通过一级紧固件6与一级摆臂支架2转动连接,角度传感器4嵌入安装在内壳支架体1的传感器卡合槽20之中,外壳体4卡合安装在内壳支架体1上。
一级安装孔10、一级转孔11和二级转孔12之间为相对应设置,一级紧固件6由限位帽15、限位杆16、安装座17和限位座18组合构成,且限位杆16上拧紧有限位扣7。
限位扣7在实际拧紧时,其限位扣7与二级摆臂支架3之间留有间隙。
导向孔13为半环形槽口,且二级安装孔14与导向孔13相对应设置,且二级安装孔14与导向孔13之间通过二级紧固件8和限位螺母9进行限位,限位螺母9在实际拧紧时,其限位螺母9与二级摆臂支架3之间留有间隙。
搭座11与内壳支架体1一体成型,且一级摆臂支架2在实际安装时,其一级摆臂支架2为搭设在搭座11上,内壳支架体1的前侧端一体成型有卡合凸起19,一级摆臂支架2的前侧端通过卡合凸起19进行卡合定位。
安装座17为矩形座体结构,且角度传感器4的旋转中心轴上的安装槽与安装座17的截面尺寸相对应,且限位座18的侧面上设置有限位凸起,角度传感器4通过限位凸起卡合定位在限位座18上。
角度传感器4与通信模块电信号连接。
通信模块至少包括蓝牙模块、有线网络通信模块和无线网络通信模块,且通信模块与手机APP电信号连接,通过设置由内壳支架体1、一级摆臂支架2、二级摆臂支架3、角度传感器4和外壳体5组合构成的术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,从而通过将一级摆臂支架2定位在患者近端肢体上,并将二级摆臂支架3定位在患者远端肢体上,并将角度传感器4通过通信模块与手机APP电信号连接,从而让患者运动时,可以带动一级摆臂支架2、二级摆臂支架3进行运动,从而让角度传感器4对其运动数据实现记录,从而对患者运动量及运动频率实现监测的目的,从而让患者可以更好的进行康复锻炼,以达到提高术后康复锻炼的效果。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,一级摆臂支架2上开设有一级绑带槽21,二级摆臂支架3上开设有二级绑带槽22,且一级绑带槽21、二级绑带槽22中分别连接有一级绑带和二级绑带,且一级摆臂支架2通过一级绑带定位在患者近端肢体上,且二级摆臂支架3通过二级绑带定位在患者远端肢体上,一级绑带槽21和二级绑带槽22均等间距设置有一排,便于根据不同患者对绑带的绑定位置进行调节。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架包括:
    内壳支架体(1),所述内壳支架体(1)的底面开设有一级安装孔(10),且内壳支架体(1)的底面一体成型有搭座(11),且内壳支架体(1)外侧面位于一级安装孔(10)的边缘位置处开设有传感器卡合槽(20);
    一级摆臂支架(2),所述一级摆臂支架(2)与内壳支架体(1)固定连接,所述一级摆臂支架(2)上开设有一级转孔(11)和导向孔(13);
    二级摆臂支架(3),所述二级摆臂支架(3)上开设有二级转孔(12)和二级安装孔(14),且二级摆臂支架(3)通过一级紧固件(6)与一级摆臂支架(2)转动连接;
    角度传感器(4),所述角度传感器(4)嵌入安装在内壳支架体(1)的传感器卡合槽(20)之中;
    外壳体(5),所述外壳体(4)卡合安装在内壳支架体(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述一级安装孔(10)、一级转孔(11)和二级转孔(12)之间为相对应设置,所述一级紧固件(6)由限位帽(15)、限位杆(16)、安装座(17)和限位座(18)组合构成,且限位杆(16)上拧紧有限位扣(7)。 
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述限位扣(7)在实际拧紧时,其限位扣(7)与二级摆臂支架(3)之间留有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述导向孔(13)为半环形槽口,且二级安装孔(14)与导向孔(13)相对应设置,且二级安装孔(14)与导向孔(13)之间通过二级紧固件(8)和限位螺母(9)进行限位,所述限位螺母(9)在实际拧紧时,其限位螺母(9)与二级摆臂支架(3)之间留有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述搭座(11)与内壳支架体(1)一体成型,且一级摆臂支架(2)在实际安装时,其一级摆臂支架(2)为搭设在搭座(11)上,所述内壳支架体(1)的前侧端一体成型有卡合凸起(19),所述一级摆臂支架(2)的前侧端通过卡合凸起(19)进行卡合定位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述安装座(17)为矩形座体结构,且角度传感器(4)的旋转中心轴上的安装槽与安装座(17)的截面尺寸相对应,且限位座(18)的侧面上设置有限位凸起,所述角度传感器(4)通过限位凸起卡合定位在限位座(18)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述角度传感器(4)与通信模块电信号连接,且通信模块与手机APP电信号连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述通信模块至少包括蓝牙模块、有线网络通信模块和无线网络通信模块。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述一级摆臂支架(2)上开设有一级绑带槽(21),所述二级摆臂支架(3)上开设有二级绑带槽(22),且一级绑带槽(21)、二级绑带槽(22)中分别连接有一级绑带和二级绑带,且一级摆臂支架(2)通过一级绑带定位在患者近端肢体上,且二级摆臂支架(3)通过二级绑带定位在患者远端肢体上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种术后关节活动锻炼用辅助支架,其特征在于:所述一级绑带槽(21)和二级绑带槽(22)均等间距设置有一排。
