Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour le partage sécurisé d'un dossier médical sur une pluralité de dispositifs et l'accès à des dossiers médicaux sur un réseau de chaîne de blocs. Un support lisible par ordinateur rassemble des dossiers médicaux provenant d'une pluralité de dispositifs médicaux ainsi qu'informatiques (201). Les données rassemblées sont ensuite analysées et accumulées et, en temps réel, une pluralité de pics médicaux sont marqués et les données sont cataloguées dans un registre sécurisé sur un réseau de chaîne de blocs (202). Le registre est ensuite transféré à une pluralité de dispositifs de nœud qui génèrent un token pour le registre et sauvegardent le registre avec le token généré (203). Les données de registre sont accessibles par génération d'un code d'accès ou par protocole d'échange de token ou de confirmation par l'intermédiaire du support interactif lisible par ordinateur (204). Ledit support interactif communique avec le réseau de chaîne de blocs qui interroge des données demandées et apparie le code d'accès avec le registre tokenisé (205).
