技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种网络接入点控制方法、相关设备及系统。
背景技术
随着通信网络技术的演进,通信网络支持的业务速率越来越高,终端密度越来越大,网络容量显著提升,网络中大量通过TRP(Transmission/Reception Point,传输接收点)的部署来提升容量、降低成本。
随着TRP等网络接入点的数量和密度不断增大,网络接入点之间的干扰也呈现显著上升的趋势,导致覆盖受限,用户体验不良,增加能耗且降低网络能效。
如何在降低能耗的情况下,还能保证通信网络的服务质量,是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的问题,本申请实施例提供了一种网络接入点控制方法、相关设备及系统,既满足降低能耗的需求,又能及时唤醒网络接入点,保证通信网络的服务质量。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种网络接入点控制方法,所述方法包括:
获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;
根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述网络侧设备连接的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
本申请实施例提供了一种可以降低能耗的网络接入点控制方法,可以根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,既可以在终端设备没有业务需求时,使相应的网络接入点处于休眠状态,以降低能耗,又可以在终端设备有业务需求时,及时地唤醒相应的网络接入点,保证为终端设备提供满足其业务需求的服务,保证通信网络的服务质量。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述休眠状态包括第一休眠状态、第二休眠状态或第三休眠状态中的任意一种;
处于所述第一休眠状态的网络接入点接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令;
处于所述第二休眠状态的网络接入点接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令,以及接收终端设备发送的业务信息并将接收到的业务信息上报至网络侧设备;
处于所述第三休眠状态的网络接入点周期性地通过射频发送预先配置的第一探测信号,并在发送第一探测信号之外的时间关闭射频发送功能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,包括:
根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态;所述休眠指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入休眠状态。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令,包括:
根据所述终端设备的位置信息,在所述终端设备周围预设范围内,确定能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的至少一个网络接入点;其中,所述终端设备周围预设范围内是指终端设备“邻近的”或“一定范围内”的区域;
向所述至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令,包括:
若基于所述终端设备上报的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,确定在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于唤醒状态的至少一个候选网络接入点;
若所述至少一个候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则将所述至少一个候选网络接入点作为终端设备接入网络侧的网络接入点;
若所述已连接网络接入点和所述候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
上述方法在向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令时,先确定终端设备周围预设范围内且处于唤醒状态的候选网络接入点,若已连接网络接入点和候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足终端设备的业务需求,再向终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。通过此种方式,若已连接网络接入点和候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍能满足终端设备的业务需求,则无需进行后续步骤,也不需要唤醒其他处于休眠状态的网络接入点,可以降低网络侧设备的能耗。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令,包括:
若当前为所述终端设备提供业务服务的任意一个网络接入点发生故障,则向所述故障网络接入点发送休眠指令;
若基于所述终端设备的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接且未发生故障的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备 的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备的位置信息通过如下任意一种方式获取:
接收所述终端设备上报的位置信息;
根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;
接收具备终端位置感知功能的位置感知网络接入点发送的所述终端设备的位置信息;所述终端设备的位置信息是所述位置感知网络接入点根据所述终端设备发射的探测信号确定的。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息,包括:
根据接收到所述终端设备的连接建立请求的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;或者,
根据所述终端设备的信号测量结果,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点,并根据所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;所述信号测量结果中包含当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息是所述网络侧设备中存储的,或者,是所述网络侧设备根据存储的如下信息中的至少一种确定的:各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息、各个网络接入点所属的分布式单元(Distributed Unit,DU)的位置信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述网络接入点包括:无线接入点(Access Point,AP)、传输接收点(Transmission Receiption Point,TRP)、继电器设备Relay、终端设备。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备的位置信息为所述终端设备的 三维地理坐标信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述唤醒指令中包括:所述唤醒指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息;
所述休眠指令中包括:所述休眠指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述网络侧设备包括集中式单元(Centralized Unit,CU)和/或DU。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令,包括:

在一种可能的实施方式中,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述终端设备相关联的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态,包括:
根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制所述第一网络接入点由休眠状态切换至唤醒状态;或者,
根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向除所述第一网络接入点之外的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种网络接入点控制方法,应用于终端设备,所述方法包括:
向网络侧设备或网络接入点上报位置信息和/或业务信息,以使网络侧设备或网络接入点控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述方法还包括:
接收网络接入点或网络侧设备发送的无线资源控制RRC重配置信息;所述RRC重配置信息中包括能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点的信息。

若所述至少一个候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则将所述至少一个候选网络接入点作为终端设备接入网络侧的网络接入点;
若所述已连接网络接入点和所述候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述处理器具体用于:
若当前为所述终端设备提供业务服务的任意一个网络接入点发生故障,则向所述故障网络接入点发送休眠指令;
若基于所述终端设备的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接且未发生故障的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述终端设备的位置信息通过如下任意一种方式获取:
接收所述终端设备上报的位置信息;或者,
根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;或者,
接收具备终端位置感知功能的位置感知网络接入点发送的所述终端设备的位置信息;所述终端设备的位置信息是所述位置感知网络接入点根据所述终端设备发射的探测信号确定的。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述处理器具体用于:
根据接收到所述终端设备的连接建立请求的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;或者,
根据所述终端设备的信号测量结果,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点,并根据所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;所述信号测量结果中包含当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息是所述网络侧设备中存储的,或者,是所述网络侧设备根据存储的如下信息中的至少一种确定的:各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息、各个网络接入点所属的分布式单元DU的位置信息。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述网络侧设备为集中式单元CU,所述CU指示至少一个DU分别向所述至少一个DU连接的多个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令。

随着网络通信技术的进步,网络支持的业务速率越来越高,终端密度越来越大,网络容量显著提升,网络设备复杂度成倍提升,网络接入点的数量越来越多,重叠覆盖、异构组网的小区越来越多,干扰越来越大,设备能耗越来越高。
在业务空闲期关闭网络接入点可以节约能耗,例如根据潮汐效应主动在深夜将空闲小区的设备单元关闭,待到清晨负荷提高再开启。但是,如果同时关闭一个区域内全部网络接入点来节能降耗,则可能造成网络覆盖空洞、热点区域容量不足;如果同步减少一个区域内所有网络接入点的部分频带,既不能降低干扰、节能效果也有限,更无法满足局部用户的突发业务需求,如果不能及时地唤起网络接入点,用户的接入时延、切换时延都会较大,而服务带宽受限势必极大影响用户的服务体验。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种可以降低能耗的网络接入点控制方法,获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息之后,可以基于终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为终端设备提供业务服务。通过此种方式可以根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息来同步的控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,即可以在终端设备不需要时,使网络接入点处于休眠状态,满足降低能耗的需求,又可以在终端设备有需求时,及时地唤醒网络接入点,保证通信网络的服务质量。
图1示出了一种网络接入点控制系统的结构示意图,如图1所示,该网络接入点控制系统包括网络侧设备110、网络接入点120和终端设备130。
其中,网络侧设备110包括集中式单元和/或分布式单元。以图1为例,网络侧设备可以为集中式单元111,分布式单元112以及分布式单元113。其中,一个CU可以与多个DU相连,一个DU也可以与多个网络接入点相连。
网络侧设备110可以存储以下信息:网络侧设备控制的各个网络接入点的位置信息,各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息。
其中,若网络侧设备为CU时,其中还会存储各个网络接入点所属的分布式单元DU的位置信息。若网络侧设备为DU,其也可以存储自身的位置信息。
本申请实施例中提供的网络接入点120可以为无线接入点、传输接收点、继电器设备、终端设备。
其中,网络接入点120可以分为唤醒状态和休眠状态,休眠状态的网络接入点可以分为以下三种状态,具体如下:
第一休眠状态:处于第一休眠状态的网络接入点仅接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令,不发射无线信号,不接收终端信号。
第二休眠状态:处于第二休眠状态的网络接入点接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令,以及接收终端设备发送的业务信息并将接收到的业务信息上报至网络侧设备。
其中,处于第二休眠状态的网络接入点可以在接收终端设备发送的业务信息之后,基于业务信息将自身由休眠状态切换到唤醒状态,或者,也可以基于通信网络的服务质量唤醒其他任意一个处于休眠状态的网络接入点。
第三休眠状态:处于第三休眠状态的网络接入点周期性地通过射频发送预先配置的第一探测信号,并在发送第一探测信号之外的时间关闭射频发送功能。
其中,处于第三休眠状态的网络接入点可以进一步划分为开启射频接收功能的网络接入点和关闭射频接收功能的网络接入点。
在一种可能的实施方式中,网络侧设备110获取终端设备130的位置信息和/或业务信息;根据终端设备130的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制至少一个网络接入点120进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点120为终端设备提供业务服务。
其中,终端设备的位置信息为终端设备的三维地理坐标信息,三维地理坐标信息可以为终端设备位置的经纬度、终端设备位置的高程坐标信息等。
其中,网络接入点为终端设备提供业务服务,可以是网络接入点为终端设备提供在通信过程中需要用到的资源。该资源可以为通信资源、计算资源、 存储资源等。
其中,网络侧设备110可以根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点120发送唤醒指令或休眠指令。
其中,唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态;休眠指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入休眠状态。
唤醒指令中包括:唤醒指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。休眠指令中包括:休眠指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,网络接入点也根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向其他至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令,或者,根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,由休眠状态切换至唤醒状态。
其中,当网络接入点处于能够获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息的状态时,其在获取到终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息之后,可以自行决定是否将自身从休眠状态切换到唤醒状态。还可以向其他网络接入点发送唤醒指令,将其他网络接入点唤醒为终端设备服务,保证终端设备的服务质量。具体地,可以为处于唤醒状态的网络接入点,可以为处于第二休眠状态的网络接入点,网络接入点具备唤醒自身或者唤醒其他网络接入点的功能,可以更快的将处于休眠状态的网络接入点唤醒,并为终端设备提供业务服务。在一种实施方式中,网络接入点不具备指示其他网络接入点进入休眠状态的功能。
在一种可能的实施例中,以处于第二休眠状态的AP为例,若处于第二休眠状态的AP获取到终端设备的业务信息和/或位置信息,则可以基于终端设备的业务信息和/或位置信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令;或者,将自身有第二休眠状态切换至唤醒状态,将自身的全部通信单元唤醒。
需要说明的是,图1示出的网络接入点控制系统仅是一个示例性的结构,图1中的网络接入点可以为TRP,也可以为AP。
在另一些实施例中,本申请实施例提供的网络接入点控制系统还可以为其他结构。例如,网络接入点控制系统仅包括集中式单元CU和网络接入点。此处,网络接入点可以为AP。其中,一个CU可以与多个AP连接。AP可以具备图1示例中的分布式单元DU的功能,或者,可以具备终端设备的功能。
基于本申请实施例提供的网络接入点控制系统可以在空闲时段将网络接入点置于休眠状态,将部分通信资源关断以降低干扰,保持节能。还可以在终端设备需要被服务时,及时的唤醒网络接入点,并使多个网络接入点组成灵活小区为终端设备服务,保证通信网络的服务质量。
基于下述实施例对基于终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,唤醒网络接入点进行说明,具体的实施方式如下:下述实施例中的网络接入点均以TRP为例。
实施例1:终端主动接入过程,在该过程中,各个设备的连接关系如图3所示,各个设备的具体交互过程如图2所示。
为方便理解,首先介绍网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的连接关系。如图3所示,网络接入点控制系统可以包括一个CU,CU连接两个DU,DU1与TRP1~TRP4连接,DU2与TRP5~TRP8连接。其中,TRP2、TRP4、TRP5、TRP6均处于第一休眠状态;TRP1、TRP3、TRP7、TRP8处于第三休眠状态,UE表示终端设备。
上述网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的交互过程如图2所示,包括如下步骤:图2所示的交互过程中,终端设备向外发射的探测信号均以随机接入请求为例。
步骤201:终端设备向外发送随机接入请求。
步骤202:TRP3、TRP8接收终端设备发送的随机接入请求。
步骤203:TRP3将接收到的随机接入请求上报到DU1,TRP8将接收到的随机接入请求上报到DU2。
步骤204:DU1将随机接入请求上报到CU,DU2将随机接入请求上报到CU。
步骤205:CU与终端设备建立连接。
步骤206:CU通知DU1和DU2为终端设备提供业务服务。
步骤207:DU1开启TRP3的全部通信单元;DU2开启TRP8的全部通信单元。
步骤208:DU1向TRP3发送唤醒指令,DU2向TRP8发送唤醒指令。
具体地,第三休眠状态下的TRP3、TRP8可以接收到终端设备发出的随机接入请求,并与终端设备建立连接。TRP1和TRP7由于距离终端设备较远没有接收到终端设备发出的随机接入请求。处于第一休眠状态下的TRP2、TRP4、TRP5、TRP6由于仅接收上级发送的指令,所以此时接收不到终端设备发出的随机接入请求。
接收到随机接入请求的TRP3和TRP8会将接收到的随机接入请求上报到对应的分布式单元DU中。DU1接收到TRP3发送的随机接入请求,DU2接收到TRP8发送的随机接入请求之后,DU1确定将TRP3的全部通信单元开启,向TRP3发送唤醒指令,DU2确定将TRP8的全部通信单元开启,向TRP8发送唤醒指令。
上述过程结束后,TRP8和TRP3完全开启全部通信单元为终端设备提供业务服务。
步骤209:终端设备向DU1发送位置信息。
具体地,终端设备若具备定位功能,则可以向网络侧设备上报自身的位置信息,如向DU1上报自身的位置信息,也可以向DU2上报自身的位置信息,或者向CU上报自身的位置信息。此处以DU1为例。
可选地,终端设备也可以向网络接入点上报自身的位置信息,步骤209中终端设备上报自身的位置信息可以和步骤201一起执行,在发送出随机接入请求的同时,上报终端设备的位置信息。也可以在发送随机接入请求时携带终端设备的位置信息。最终可以通过与终端设备建立连接的TRP节点上报到对应的网络侧设备中。
步骤210:DU1根据接收到的终端设备的位置信息以及TRP的位置信息, 确定开启TRP4的全部通信单元。
步骤211:DU1向TRP4发送唤醒指令。
步骤212:TRP4接收唤醒指令后,处于唤醒状态。
示例性地,网络侧设备根据终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,确定能够为终端设备提供业务服务的至少一个网络接入点,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
具体地,网络侧设备DU1还基于终端设备的位置信息以及各个TRP节点的位置信息,直接确定至少一个能够为终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点。如步骤210,直接确定能够为终端设备提供质量最好的业务服务的TRP节点就是TRP4,或者,也可以是基于终端设备的预设范围内的TRP节点进行选择,选择TRP4,在确定需要唤醒的是TRP4后,则直接开启TRP4的全部通信单元,并向TRP4发送唤醒指令。终端设备的预设范围可以理解为区域1,如图3所示。
进一步地,网络侧设备在唤醒其他网络接入点之前,还可以判断此时为终端设备进行服务的TRP所提供的可用资源是否满足终端设备的业务需求。具体执行方式如下:
可选地,若基于终端设备上报的业务信息,确定当前与终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务可以满足终端设备的业务需求,则也可以不需要唤醒新的网络接入点。
可选地,若基于终端设备上报的业务信息,确定当前与终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足终端设备的业务需求,则可以基于终端设备的位置信息以及各个网络接入点的位置信息,确定在终端设备周围预设范围内且处于唤醒状态的至少一个候选网络接入点。
示例性地,基于终端设备的位置信息,确定图3中给出的区域1内处于唤醒状态的候选网络接入点。
可选地,若至少一个候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务能满足终端设备的业务需求,则将至少一个候选网络接入点作为终端设备接入网络 侧的网络接入点。
可选地,若已连接网络接入点和候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足终端设备的业务需求,则基于终端设备的位置信息,向在终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
示例性地,如图3所示,在区域1中不存在处于唤醒状态,且未与终端设备建立连接的候选网络接入点,那么可以唤醒处于休眠状态的网络接入点。如步骤210和步骤211所示。
通过上述过程,TRP4被唤醒后,处于唤醒状态,可以进行下一步骤。
步骤213:CU将TRP3、TRP8、TRP4组成TRP组。
步骤214:CU向终端设备发送重配置信息。
步骤215:终端设备基于重配置信息与TRP4建立连接。
具体地,基于上述步骤213-步骤215,在TRP4处于唤醒状态之后,需要给终端设备服务的TRP节点包括TRP3、TRP4、TRP8三个,其属于两个不同的分布式单元,所以由CU将TRP3、TRP4、TRP8节点组成一个TRP组为终端设备服务。TRP3、TRP8已经与终端设备建立连接,此时还需要TRP4与终端设备建立连接,CU将TRP4的标识信息和资源配置信息通过无线资源控制RRC重配置信息的方式通知给终端设备,终端设备接收到重配置信息之后,基于重配置信息获取到TRP4的标识信息和资源配置信息,可以与TRP4建立连接,此时TRP3、TRP4、TRP8形成了一个TRP组为终端设备提供业务服务,这种形式的TRP组可以理解为一个灵活小区。
进一步地,上述步骤中唤醒TRP4的过程是网络侧设备根据终端设备的位置信息和网络侧设备控制的各个网络接入点的位置信息进行确定的。终端设备的位置信息可以是由终端设备上报的位置信息,如实施例1中给出的终端设备具备定位功能,可以将自身的位置信息进行上报到网络侧设备。但是有些终端设备不具备定位功能,无法上报自身的位置信息,终端设备的位置信息也可以是根据终端设备的业务信息确定的。
下述为确定不具备定位功能的终端设备的位置信息实施方式:
方式1:根据接收到终端设备的连接建立请求的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定终端设备的位置信息。
方式2:根据终端设备的信号测量结果,确定当前与终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点,并根据已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定终端设备的位置信息。其中,信号测量结果中包含当前与终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的信息。
方式3:网络侧设备接收具备终端位置感知功能的位置感知网络接入点发送的终端设备的位置信息。
其中,终端设备的位置信息是位置感知网络接入点根据终端设备发送的探测信号确定的。
上述过程中使用到的网络侧设备控制的各个网络接入点的位置信息是网络侧设备中存储的,或者,是网络侧设备根据存储的如下信息中的至少一种确定的:各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息、各个网络接入点所属的分布式单元DU的位置信息。
在一种可能的实施例中,在步骤210-步骤212中,若DU1接收到终端设备的位置信息之后,基于各个TRP节点的位置信息,确定想要唤醒的为TRP5,并非TRP4,则此时DU1无法直接向TRP5发送唤醒指令将TRP5直接唤醒。
若DU1想要唤醒的为TRP5为终端设备服务,具体地执行方式可以如下所示:
方式1:DU1可以向CU发送信息,并通过CU指示DU2向TRP5发送唤醒指令,DU2接收到CU的指示后,可以自行判断TRP5是否需要进行唤醒。
方式2:DU1和DU2之间可以存在通信接口,DU1可以通过该通信接口通知DU2需要唤醒TRP5。
实施例2:终端被动接入过程,在该过程中,各个设备的连接关系如图5 所示,各个设备的具体交互过程如图4所示。
为方便理解,首先介绍网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的连接关系。如图5所示,网络接入点控制系统可以包括一个CU,CU连接两个DU,DU1与TRP1~TRP4连接,DU2与TRP5~TRP8连接。其中,TRP2、TRP4、TRP5、TRP7均处于第一休眠状态;TRP1、TRP3、TRP8处于第三休眠状态。TRP6处于第二休眠状态。UE表示终端设备。
上述网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的交互过程如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤401:CU接收到针对UE的寻呼信息。
具体地,CU可以接收核心网发送的针对UE的寻呼信息。
步骤402:将UE的寻呼信息下发到DU1和DU2中。
步骤403:DU1接收到CU下发的针对UE的寻呼信息,将UE的寻呼信息下发到DU1所属的TRP中;DU2接收到CU下发的针对UE的寻呼信息,将UE的寻呼信息下发到DU2所属的TRP中。
具体地,DU1和DU2在下发UE的寻呼信息时,是将针对UE的寻呼信息发送给全部TRP,图4中仅以DU1所属的TRP1,以及UE所属的TRP6和TRP7为例。
步骤404:UE与TRP6建立连接。
具体地,TRP6在接收到DU2下发的针对UE的寻呼信息后,将针对UE的寻呼信息发送至UE。UE在接收到寻呼信息之后,进而向TRP6发送连接建立请求,TRP6接收到UE的连接建立请求后,可以基于UE的连接建立请求将自身由休眠状态切换至唤醒状态,并与UE建立连接关系。
TRP7在接收到寻呼信息后,由于其处于第一休眠状态,仅能接收到网络侧设备向其发送的信号,并且关闭了大多数的通信单元和计算单元。所以,即使接收到寻呼信息,没有接收到开启全部通信单元的唤醒指令,也无法与UE建立连接。
TRP1没有成功与UE建立连接。
步骤405:TRP6向DU2上报UE的业务信息。
具体地,TRP6与UE建立连接之后,向其所属的网络侧设备上报UE的业务请求。
步骤406:UE向DU2发送位置信息。
步骤407:DU2根据UE的业务信息和/或位置信息,以及各个TRP的位置信息,确定唤醒TRP7,开启TRP7的全部通信单元。
步骤408:DU2向TRP7发送唤醒指令。
步骤409:TRP7接收唤醒指令后,开启自身全部通信单元。
步骤410:DU2向TRP6发送TRP7的测量配置信息。
其中,测量配置信息包括TRP7的频点信息。
步骤411:TRP6将TRP7的测量配置信息发送至UE。
步骤412:UE与TRP7建立连接。
步骤413:UE对TRP6、TRP7的信号进行测量,并向DU2上报TRP6和TRP7的信号测量结果。
DU2基于信号测量结果,调度TRP6和TRP7的资源为UE提供业务服务。
上述实施例1和实施例2均为终端接入的过程。基于本申请提供的实施例1和实施例2,可以看出,在网络接入点控制系统获取到终端设备的业务信息和/或位置信息之后,可以形成为终端设备提供业务服务的灵活小区。并且,这种类型的灵活小区可以随着终端设备上报的业务信息和/或位置信息的变化情况,也就是终端设备的业务需求情况,从新形成新的灵活小区,以保证在终端设备的预设范围内一直存在着足以满足终端设备的业务需求,保证通信网络服务质量的至少一个网络接入点。
实施例3:终端移动引起切换过程,在该过程中,各个设备的连接关系如图7所示,各个设备的具体交互过程如图6所示。
为方便理解,首先介绍网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的连接关系。如图7所示,网络接入点控制系统可以包括一个CU,CU连接两个DU,DU1 与TRP1~TRP4连接,DU2与TRP5~TRP8连接。其中,初始状态下,终端设备UE与TRP3和TRP4进行通信,TRP1、TRP2、TRP8为唤醒状态,并周期性地发送广播信号,TRP5处于休眠状态。箭头指向表示为终端设备的移动方向。终端设备UE与TRP3和TRP4进行通信可以理解为当前TRP3和TRP4组成TRP组为终端设备提供业务服务。
上述网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的交互过程如图6所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤601:终端设备在移动过程中上报当前TRP组的信号测量结果。
步骤602:网络侧设备基于当前TRP组的信号测量结果确定当前TRP组与终端设备之间的信号质量降低。
具体地,由于终端设备移动,远离当前TRP组中的某一个TRP,导致此TRP与终端设备之间的信号质量降低,信号恶化。网络侧设备通过当前TRP组的信号测量结果,可以判断出具体是哪一个TRP与终端设备之间的信号恶化。
进一步地,根据终端设备的位置信息,网络侧设备可以向与终端设备连接,但是信号测量结果中显示的信号质量差的TRP发送指令,将其与终端设备断开连接。图6的交互过程中,以TRP4与终端设备之间的信号质量下降,但是没有下降太多为例,暂时无需将TRP4与终端设备的连接断开,随着终端设备按照图7中的移动方向移动,网络侧设备则可以将终端设备与TRP4的连接断开。
由于信号恶化的原因,导致通信网络能够为终端设备提供的业务服务质量下降,需要增加新的TRP为终端设备提供资源,则可以执行后续步骤。
步骤603:向终端设备发送TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的测量配置信息。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向终端设备发送位于终端设备一定区域内的,且处于唤醒状态的TRP节点的测量配置信息。这里的一定区域内可以不是终端设备的预设范围内,所以,这些TRP节点可以为TRP1、TRP2、TRP8。其中,测量配置信息中包括测量频点信息。
在此过程中,终端设备正在通信过程中,会实时向网络侧设备上报自身的位置信息,或者,网络侧设备基于各个TRP的位置信息确定出终端设备的位置信息。
步骤604:终端设备向网络侧设备上报TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的信号测量结果。
步骤605:网络侧设备基于信号测量结果确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8提供的业务服务不能满足终端设备的业务需求。
可选地,若网络侧设备基于信号测量结果确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8提供的业务服务能满足终端设备的业务需求。则网络侧设备可以重新向终端设备发送TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的重配置信息,在终端设备接收到重配置信息之后,可以与TRP1、TRP2、TRP8建立连接,将TRP1、TRP2、TRP8、TRP3、TRP4组成一个新的TRP组。
若仅TRP8一个TRP为终端设备提供的业务服务能够满足终端设备的业务需求,则网络侧设备可以重新向终端设备发送TRP8的重配置信息,以使TRP8与终端设备建立连接关系,为终端设备提供业务服务,并将TRP8、TRP3、TRP4组成一个新的TRP组。
若为步骤605,则继续执行步骤606。
步骤606:网络侧设备基于终端设备的位置信息和各个TRP的位置信息,确定唤醒在终端设备预设范围内且处于休眠状态的TRP5。
示例性地,在确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8提供的业务服务不能满足终端设备的业务需求之后,基于终端设备的位置信息和各个TRP的位置信息,以及各个TRP的资源信息,确定唤醒在终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的TRP5。
可以分为两种情况:
情况1:TRP1、TRP2、TRP8为终端设备提供业务服务后,仍不满足终端设备的业务需求,则唤醒TRP1、TRP2、TRP8以及TRP5。
情况2:确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8提供的业务服务不能满足终端设备的 业务需求,仅通过TRP5为终端设备提供业务服务就可以满足终端设备的业务需求,则可以仅唤醒TRP5。
下述步骤中以情况2的仅唤醒TRP5为例。
步骤607:向TRP5发送唤醒指令。
步骤608:TRP5接收唤醒指令,开启全部通信单元。
步骤609:终端设备与TRP5建立连接。
步骤610:网络侧设备将TRP3、TRP4、TRP5组成TRP组。
进一步地,上述步骤仅为终端设备在移动的过程中的一个交互过程,随着终端设备的位置信息的变化,以及网络侧设备获取到的终端设备的信号测量结果,可以实时的调整TRP组,唤醒新的TRP或者使信号质量变差的TRP与终端设备断开连接,或者,进入休眠状态。
基于上述实施例3可以看出,本申请中提供的网络接入点控制系统,基于终端设备的位置信息和各个网络接入点的位置信息,可以及时的控制网络接入点与终端设备的连接情况,既可以保证终端设备的服务质量,又可以随时的将无法为终端设备提供较好的信号质量的网络接入点与终端设备断开,节省能耗,提高能效。
上述实施例1-3均为终端设备发送连接建立请求,从而触发网络接入点唤醒,下述实施例中示出了,非连接建立请求也会触发网络接入点唤醒。图8示出了一种非连接建立请求触发的网络接入点唤醒的流程示意图。具体过程通过下述实施例示出。具体步骤如下所示:下述步骤中的网络接入点以TRP为例。
步骤S801:终端业务需求变化/网络负荷变化/TRP故障造成业务质量下降。
具体地,可以在出现终端设备的业务需求发生变化,终端设备上报了新的业务需求;网络侧负荷情况发生变化,如分布式单元DU1下属的TRP3以及TRP4服务的终端设备增多,或者,其通信/计算等资源负荷显著提升;正在为终端设备提供业务服务的TRP发生故障导致对终端设备的服务质量下降/ 或者为终端设备提供业务服务的TRP发生异常不可用等情况时,终端设备此时并没有发出连接建立请求,也可以唤醒网络接入点。
步骤S802:当前TRP组为终端设备提供的业务服务是否足以支撑终端设备的服务质量需求。若是,则执行步骤S803;若否,则执行步骤S804。
具体地,以当前TRP组中存在TRP3和TRP4为例。
步骤S803:基于当前TRP组内的资源池进行资源调度,满足终端设备上报的新的业务需求。
步骤S804:网络侧设备查看已上报的信号测量结果中的TRP能够提供的业务服务是否满足新的业务需求。若是,则执行步骤S805;若否,则执行步骤S806。
步骤S805:基于信号测量结果中的TRP,向终端设备发送重配置信息,并为终端设备增加新的TRP,更新TRP组。
具体地,以信号测量结果中的TRP为TRP8为例,则向终端设备发送TRP8的重配置信息,将TRP8加入到当前TRP组中,形成新的TRP组,组内包括TRP3、TRP4和TRP8。
步骤S806:网络侧设备选择在终端设备预设范围内处于休眠状态的1个或多个TRP。
步骤S807:向在终端设备预设范围内处于休眠状态的1个或多个TRP发送唤醒指令,唤醒在终端设备预设范围内处于休眠状态的1个或多个TRP。
步骤S808:将唤醒的1个或多个TRP加入到当前TRP组中,更新TRP组。

实施例4:终端业务需求变化的情况,在该情况中,各个设备的连接关系如图10所示,各个设备的具体交互过程如图9所示。
为方便理解,首先介绍网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的连接关系。如图10所示,网络接入点控制系统可以包括一个CU,CU连接两个DU,DU1与TRP1~TRP4连接,DU2与TRP5~TRP8连接。其中,初始状态下,终端设 备UE与TRP3和TRP4进行通信,TRP1、TRP2、TRP8为唤醒状态,并周期性地发送广播信号,TRP5处于休眠状态。终端设备UE与TRP3和TRP4进行通信可以理解为当前TRP3和TRP4组成TRP组为终端设备提供业务服务。
上述网络接入点控制系统中各个设备之间的交互过程如图9所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤901:终端设备业务需求发生变化,向网络侧设备发送新的业务需求。
示例性地,业务需求发生变化,可以为终端设备初始为文字浏览业务,后变为视频浏览业务,终端设备的业务需求增加。
步骤902:网络侧设备确定当前TRP3和TRP4形成的TRP组为终端设备提供的业务服务,不能满足终端设备上报的新的业务需求。
可选地,若当前TRP3和TRP4为终端设备提供业务服务,能满足终端设备上报的新的业务需求,则从当前的TRP3和TRP4对应的资源池中进行资源调度,以使当前TRP3和TRP4为终端设备提供的业务服务满足终端设备的业务需求,保证通信网络的服务质量。
如步骤902中确定的,此时TRP为终端设备提供的资源无法满足终端设备的业务需求,出现资源不足的情况,终端设备需要更多的资源,则执行步骤903。
步骤903:网络侧设备向终端设备发送TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的测量配置信息。
步骤904:终端设备向网络侧设备上报TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的信号测量结果。
步骤905:网络侧设备基于信号测量结果确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8提供的业务服务不能满足新的业务需求。
可选地,若确定TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的全部提供的业务服务能满足终端设备的新的业务需求,则网络侧设备可以重新向终端设备发送TRP1、TRP2、TRP8的重配置信息在终端设备接收到重配置信息之后,可以与TRP1、TRP2、TRP8建立连接,将TRP1、TRP2、TRP8、TRP3、TRP4组成一个新的TRP 组。
若仅TRP8一个TRP为终端设备提供的业务服务能够满足终端设备的新的业务需求,则网络侧设备可以重新向终端设备发送TRP8的重配置信息,以使TRP8与终端设备建立连接关系,为终端设备提供业务服务,并将TRP8、TRP3、TRP4组成一个新的TRP组。
若为步骤905,则继续执行步骤906。
步骤906:网络侧设备基于终端设备的位置信息、新的业务需求和各个TRP的位置信息,确定唤醒在终端设备预设范围内且处于休眠状态的TRP5。
示例性地,网络侧设备基于终端设备的位置信息、新的业务需求和各个TRP的位置信息,以及各个TRP的资源信息,确定TRP5可以提供足够的资源满足终端设备上报的新的业务需求,则确定将TRP5唤醒。
步骤907:向TRP5发送唤醒指令。
步骤908:TRP5接收唤醒指令,开启全部通信单元。
步骤909:终端设备与TRP5建立连接。
步骤910:网络侧设备将TRP3、TRP4、TRP5组成TRP组。
实施例5:网络侧负荷发生变化的情况,在该情况中,各个设备的连接关系如图12所示,各个设备的具体交互过程如图11所示。

步骤1105:网络侧设备基于终端设备的位置信息、业务需求和各个TRP的位置信息,确定唤醒在终端设备预设范围内且处于休眠状态的TRP5。
示例性地,唤醒TRP5后,为终端设备提供的业务服务可以满足终端设备的业务需求。
步骤1106:向TRP5发送唤醒指令。

步骤1302:网络侧设备确定剩余的TRP3、TRP4组成TRP组为终端设备提供的业务服务,不能满足终端设备的业务需求。
示例性地,将TRP8移除后,网络侧设备可以判断剩余的TRP3、TRP4组成TRP组为终端设备提供的业务服务,是否满足终端设备的业务需求。
若能,则在剩余的TRP3、TRP4组成TRP组内调度资源即可。
步骤1303:网络侧设备向终端设备发送TRP1、TRP2的测量配置信息。
步骤1304:终端设备向网络侧设备上报TRP1、TRP2的信号测量结果。
步骤1305:网络侧设备基于信号测量结果确定TRP1、TRP2提供的业务服务不能满足业务需求。

步骤1306:网络侧设备基于终端设备的位置信息、业务需求和各个TRP的位置信息,确定唤醒在终端设备预设范围内且处于休眠状态的TRP5。
示例性地,唤醒TRP5后,为终端设备提供的业务服务可以满足终端设备的业务需求。
步骤1307:向TRP5发送唤醒指令。
步骤1308:TRP5接收唤醒指令,开启全部通信单元。
步骤1309:终端设备与TRP5建立连接。
步骤1310:网络侧设备将TRP3、TRP4、TRP5组成TRP组。
需要说明的是,上述步骤中,也可以先确定将哪一个网络接入点加入到当前TRP组的步骤,在确定将TRP5加入到当前TRP组,组成新的TRP组足以满足终端设备的业务需求之后,在将TRP8从当前TRP组中移除。并且添加TRP5到当前TRP组的指示信息和指示TRP8从当前TRP组中移除的指令可以一起发送到终端设备,不仅可以先利用TRP8暂时为终端设备提供业务服务,不至于导致通信网络对终端设备的服务质量下降太多,还可以节省由网络侧设备发送到终端设备的通信资源,降低能耗。
基于上述实施例4-6可以看出,在出现终端设备的业务需求发生变化,或 者,网络侧负荷发生变化,或者,TRP发生故障造成业务质量下降或TRP资源不可用等异常情况时,均可以及时的控制网络接入点与终端设备的连接情况,保证可以满足终端设备的业务需求,既保证终端设备的服务质量,又可以随时的将无法为终端设备提供较好的信号质量的网络接入点与终端设备断开,节省能耗,提高能效。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种网络接入点控制方法,该网络接入点控制方法可以应用于网络侧设备,如图15所示,具体步骤如下:
步骤S1501:获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息。

Claims (39)

  1. 一种网络接入点控制方法,应用于网络侧设备,所述方法包括:
    获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述网络侧设备连接的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述休眠状态包括第一休眠状态、第二休眠状态或第三休眠状态中的任意一种;
    处于所述第一休眠状态的网络接入点接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令;
    处于所述第二休眠状态的网络接入点接收网络侧设备发送的信号或指令,以及接收终端设备发送的业务信息并将接收到的业务信息上报至网络侧设备;
    处于所述第三休眠状态的网络接入点周期性地通过射频发送预先配置的第一探测信号,并在发送第一探测信号之外的时间关闭射频发送功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述网络侧设备连接的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,包括:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态;所述休眠指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入休眠状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令,包括:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息,在所述终端设备周围预设范围内,确定能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的至少一个网络接入点;
    向所述至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令,包括:
    若基于所述终端设备上报的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,确定在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于唤醒状态的至少一个候选网络接入点;
    若所述至少一个候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则将所述至少一个候选网络接入点作为终端设备接入网络侧的网络接入点;
    若所述已连接网络接入点和所述候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令,包括:
    若当前为所述终端设备提供业务服务的任意一个网络接入点发生故障,则向故障网络接入点发送休眠指令;
    若基于所述终端设备的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接且未发生故障的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的方法,所述终端设备的位置信息通过如下任意一种方式获取:
    接收所述终端设备上报的位置信息;
    根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;
    接收具备终端位置感知功能的位置感知网络接入点发送的所述终端设备的位置信息;所述终端设备的位置信息是所述位置感知网络接入点根据所述终端设备发射的探测信号确定的。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息,包括:
    根据接收到所述终端设备的连接建立请求的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;或者,
    根据所述终端设备的信号测量结果,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点,并根据所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;所述信号测量结果中包含当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息是所述网络侧设备中存储的,或者,是所述网络侧设备根据存储的如下信息中的至少一种确定的:各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息、各个网络接入点所属的分布式单元DU的位置信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述网络接入点包括如下任意一种:无线接入点AP、传输接收点TRP、继电器设备Relay、终端设备。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述终端设备的位置信息为所述终端设备的三维地理坐标信息。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述唤醒指令中包括:所述唤醒指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息;
    所述休眠指令中包括:所述休眠指令指示的网络接入点的节点标识,无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述网络侧设备包括集中式单元CU和/或DU。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,所述向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令,包括:
    所述CU指示至少一个DU分别向所述至少一个DU连接的多个网络接入 点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,所述向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络侧设备基于与所述终端设备连接的网络接入点向所述终端设备发送无线资源控制RRC重配置信息;所述RRC重配置信息中包括能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点的信息。
  16. 一种网络接入点控制方法,应用于第一网络接入点,所述方法包括:
    获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述终端设备相关联的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态,为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,所述根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述终端设备相关联的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态,包括:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制所述第一网络接入点由休眠状态切换至唤醒状态;或者,
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向除所述第一网络接入点之外的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态。
  18. 一种网络接入点控制方法,应用于终端设备,所述方法包括:
    向网络侧设备或网络接入点上报位置信息和/或业务信息,以使网络侧设备或网络接入点控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收网络接入点或网络侧设备发送的RRC重配置信息;所述RRC重配置信息中包括能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点的信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,所述网络接入点的信息包括:所述网络接入点的节点标识、无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。
  21. 一种网络侧设备,包括:存储器、收发机以及处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发信息;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序,并执行如下步骤:获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,通过所述收发机控制与所述网络侧设备连接的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,通过所述收发机向至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态;所述休眠指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入休眠状态。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息,在所述终端设备周围预设范围内,确定能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的至少一个网络接入点;
    向所述至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    若基于所述终端设备上报的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,确定在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于唤醒状态的至少一个候选网络接入点;
    若所述至少一个候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则将所述至少一个候选网络接入点作为终端设备接入网络侧的网络接入点;
    若所述已连接网络接入点和所述候选网络接入点为终端设备提供的业务服务仍不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息, 向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    若当前为所述终端设备提供业务服务的任意一个网络接入点发生故障,则向故障网络接入点发送休眠指令;
    若基于所述终端设备的业务信息,确定当前与所述终端设备连接且未发生故障的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供的业务服务不能满足所述终端设备的业务需求,则基于所述终端设备的位置信息,向在所述终端设备周围预设范围内且处于休眠状态的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令。
  26. 根据权利要求21~25任一项所述的网络侧设备,所述终端设备的位置信息通过如下任意一种方式获取:
    接收所述终端设备上报的位置信息;
    根据与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;
    接收具备终端位置感知功能的位置感知网络接入点发送的所述终端设备的位置信息;所述终端设备的位置信息是所述位置感知网络接入点根据所述终端设备发射的探测信号确定的。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据接收到所述终端设备的连接建立请求的已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;或者,
    根据所述终端设备的信号测量结果,确定当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点,并根据所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息,确定所述终端设备的位置信息;所述信号测量结果中包含当前与所述终端设备连接的已连接网络接入点的信息。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的网络侧设备,所述已连接网络接入点的位置信息是所述网络侧设备中存储的,或者,是所述网络侧设备根据存储的如下信息中的至少一种确定的:各个网络接入点之间的相邻关系、各个网络接入 点的历史分组信息、各个网络接入点的切换调度信息、各个网络接入点所属的DU的位置信息。
  29. 根据权利要求21所述的网络侧设备,所述网络侧设备为CU,所述CU指示至少一个DU分别向所述至少一个DU连接的多个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令。
  30. 根据权利要求21所述的网络侧设备,所述网络侧设备为DU,所述DU基于CU的指示向所述DU连接的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令或休眠指令。
  31. 根据权利要求22所述的网络侧设备,所述收发机具体用于:
    基于与所述终端设备连接的网络接入点向所述终端设备发送RRC重配置信息;所述RRC重配置信息中包括能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点的信息。
  32. 一种网络接入点,包括:存储器、收发机以及处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发信息;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序,并执行如下步骤:获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制与所述终端设备相关联的至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的网络接入点,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制所述第一网络接入点由休眠状态切换至唤醒状态;或者,
    根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,向除所述第一网络接入点之外的至少一个网络接入点发送唤醒指令;所述唤醒指令用于指示对应的网络接入点进入唤醒状态。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的网络接入点,所述网络接入点为AP、TRP、Relay或终端设备中的任意一种。
  35. 一种终端设备,包括:存储器、收发机以及处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发信息;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序,并执行如下步骤:向网络侧设备或网络接入点上报位置信息和/或业务信息,以使网络侧设备或网络接入点控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的终端设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    接收网络接入点或网络侧设备发送的RRC重配置信息;所述RRC重配置信息中包括能够为所述终端设备提供业务服务的网络接入点的信息。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的终端设备,所述网络接入点的信息包括:所述网络接入点的节点标识、无线端口资源信息、频点资源信息以及时隙资源信息。
  38. 一种网络接入点控制系统,包括网络侧设备、网络接入点和终端设备;
    所述网络侧设备用于获取终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息;根据所述终端设备的位置信息和/或业务信息,控制至少一个网络接入点进入唤醒状态或休眠状态,以使进入唤醒状态的网络接入点为所述终端设备提供业务服务。
  39. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-15、16~17、18~20所述的方法。
