Abstract

Procédé de production d'un flux de composition de gamme d'ébullition pour avions à réaction mélangée pouvant comprendre les étapes suivantes : oligomérisation d'un flux d'éthylène en un flux d'oléfines C4+ dans une première unité d'oligomérisation d'oléfines, le flux d'oléfines C4+ ne contenant pas plus de 10 % en poids de méthane, d'éthylène et d'éthane combinés ; le flux d'éthylène contenant au moins 50 % en poids d'éthylène, au moins 2 000 wppm d'éthane, pas plus de 1 000 wppm de méthane et pas plus de 20 wppm chacun de monoxyde de carbone et d'hydrogène ; oligomérisation du flux d'oléfines C4+ et d'un flux de propylène/oléfines C4+ dans une deuxième unité d'oligomérisation pour produire un flux isooléfinique ; soumission d'au moins une partie du flux isooléfinique à un processus d'hydrotraitement avec de l'hydrogène comme gaz de traitement pour produire un flux isoparaffinique dont la teneur en oléfines est inférieure ou égale à 10 % en poids ; et utilisation d'au moins une partie du flux isoparaffinique pour créer la gamme d'ébullition pour avions à réaction mélangée.
