Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a wire harness.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a wire harness that includes an electric wire bundle and a bone member that is longitudinally attached to the electric wire bundle.
- the bone member has a bending portion, and by binding the wire bundle and the bone member using the binding means, the wire bundle can be routed along a predetermined bending path.
- the portion outside the bend at the bent portion of the wire bundle is subjected to tensile force. If the tightening force of the binding means acts directly on the outside part of the bend that is receiving the tensile force, the load on the bend will increase.
- the wire harness of the present disclosure was completed based on the above circumstances, and aims to maintain the bent shape of the bent portion without increasing the load on the bent portion.
- the wire harness of the present disclosure includes: a harness body that is elastically deformable and has an elastically bent bending part and a pair of low curvature parts having a smaller curvature than the bending part;
- the harness body includes a holding member that maintains the bent state of the bent portion by bringing only the pair of low curvature portions of the harness body into contact with each other.
- the bent shape of the bent portion can be maintained without increasing the load on the bent portion.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the wire harness of Example 1.
- FIG. 2 is a rear view of the harness body in a cut state.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2.
- FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 2.
- FIG. 5 is a sectional view corresponding to the line AA, showing a state after the harness body is attached to the holding member but before the positioning member is attached to the holding member.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the holding member.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the positioning member.
- the wire harness of the present disclosure includes: (1) A harness body that is elastically deformable and has an elastically bent bent part and a pair of low curvature parts having a smaller curvature than the bent part, and the pair of low curvature parts of the harness main body. and a holding member that maintains the bent state of the bent portion by bringing only the bent portion into contact with the holding member. According to the present disclosure, since the holding member does not contact the bent portion, the load does not increase at the bent portion due to contact with the holding member. Therefore, the bent shape of the bent portion can be maintained without increasing the load on the bent portion.
- the holding member is preferably made of a material that is harder than the outer peripheral portion of the low curvature portion. According to this configuration, the positional shift between the low curvature part and the holding member is prevented by the frictional resistance caused by the elastic deformation of the outer peripheral part of the low curvature part. Since the holding member is made of a material that is harder than the low curvature portion, it is relatively difficult to deform. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the pair of low curvature portions from being expanded and deformed.
- the holding member has a ring shape continuous over the entire circumference, and the pair of low curvature portions are inserted through the holding member. Since the holding member has a ring shape continuous over the entire circumference, even if the pair of low curvature parts try to expand due to the elastic restoring force of the bent part, the expansion displacement of the pair of low curvature parts can be prevented. . Thereby, the bent portion can be maintained at the desired curvature.
- the positioning member is attached to the holding member in a state where it is press-fitted between the pair of low curvature parts. According to this configuration, the positional shift of the low curvature part with respect to the holding member can be suppressed by the frictional resistance between the low curvature part and the holding member and the frictional resistance between the low curvature part and the positioning member.
- both the holding member and the positioning member are preferably made of a material with higher hardness than the outer peripheral part of the low curvature part. According to this configuration, the low curvature portion can be reliably sandwiched between the holding member and the positioning member, so that displacement of the low curvature portion can be prevented.
- the maximum dimension in the width direction of the positioning member is It is preferable to be larger than the sum of the maximum external dimensions of the low curvature portions in the width direction from the maximum dimension in the width direction of the inner surface of the member. According to this configuration, the low curvature portion is compressively deformed between the holding member and the positioning member, so that positional displacement of the low curvature portion is unlikely to occur.
- the edge portion of the outer circumferential surface of the positioning member that slides into contact with the low curvature portion in the process of assembling to the holding member has a curved or tapered surface for interference mitigation. It is preferable that a portion be formed.
- the interference alleviation part made of a curved or tapered surface comes into sliding contact with the low curvature parts. This can prevent the low curvature portion from being damaged by the positioning member.
- the positioning member has a through space penetrating in the same direction as the insertion direction of the low curvature portion of the holding member. According to this configuration, it is possible to reduce the weight of the positioning member and the material cost.
- one of the holding member and the positioning member has an elastic locking piece that is elastically displaceable, and the other of the holding member and the positioning member has the elastic locking piece. It is preferable to have a locking hole into which the locking piece is locked. By locking the elastic locking piece and the locking hole, the positioning member can be held in an assembled state with respect to the holding member.
- the positioning member has a through space penetrating in the same direction as the insertion direction of the low curvature portion of the holding member, the elastic locking piece is formed on the positioning member, and the It is preferable that the elastic locking piece is elastically deformed so as to advance into the through space during the process of assembling the positioning member to the holding member. Since the through space has a function as a space for allowing deflection of the elastic locking piece, the shape of the positioning member can be simplified compared to a case where a space for allowing deflection of the elastic locking piece is formed separately from the through space. can be converted into
- the positioning member includes a pair of thin wall portions on which the elastic locking pieces are formed, and a thickness dimension larger than the thin wall portions, and presses the pair of low curvature portions.
- the holding member include a pair of thick wall portions that are sandwiched between the holding member and the holding member. Since the elastic locking piece formed on the thin wall part is easily displaced elastically, it reduces the frictional resistance between the elastic locking piece and the holding member during the process of assembling the positioning member to the holding member, and the assembly Workability can be improved.
- the thick wall portion which is thicker than the thin wall portion, is difficult to elastically deform even if it receives a reaction force from the low curvature portion, so that the low curvature portion can be reliably positioned with respect to the holding member.
- the holding member has a locking wall portion in which the locking hole is formed, and the thickness dimension of the locking wall portion is the thickness dimension of the thin wall portion. It is preferable that it is larger than . Since the locking wall is relatively thick and the locking hole is deep, it is possible to ensure a large locking allowance between the locking hole and the elastic locking piece in the thickness direction of the locking wall.
- a laminated wall portion is formed by the wall portion of the holding member and the wall portion of the positioning member overlapping in a direction intersecting a direction sandwiching the low curvature portion.
- both the elastic locking piece and the locking hole are formed in the laminated wall portion. Since the laminated wall portion is constituted by wall portions that overlap in a direction intersecting the direction sandwiching the low curvature portion, the laminated wall portion does not face the low curvature portion. Since the elastic locking piece and the locking hole are arranged at positions that do not face the low curvature portion, interference between the low curvature portion and the elastic locking piece can be prevented.
- the two laminated wall portions are provided, and the two laminated wall portions are arranged at two locations separated in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the pair of low curvature portions are arranged, It is preferable that the elastic locking piece and the locking hole are formed in each of the two laminated wall portions. According to this configuration, the elastic locking piece and the locking hole are locked at two locations separated from each other, so that the positioning member can be reliably held with respect to the holding member.
- the pair of locking holes are provided, and the pair of locking holes are arranged obliquely with respect to the insertion direction of the low curvature portion of the holding member. It is preferable that According to this configuration, compared to the case where the pair of locking holes are arranged parallel to the insertion direction of the low curvature part of the holding member or the case where they are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the low curvature part, the laminated wall part A large separation distance between the locking holes can be secured within a limited space.
- the elastic locking piece includes a long elastic locking piece and a short elastic locking piece, the long elastic locking piece and the short elastic locking piece. It is preferable that the locking pieces are arranged in parallel. According to this configuration, by arranging two elastic locking pieces with different lengths side by side, it is possible to reduce the assembly resistance when assembling the positioning member to the holding member and to prevent the positioning member from coming off. I can do it.

- the holding member 20 does not contact the bent portion 15, the load does not increase at the bent portion 15 due to contact with the holding member 20. Since the positioning member 30 also does not come into contact with the bent portion 15, the load on the bent portion 15 does not increase due to contact with the positioning member 30. Therefore, the bent shape of the bent portion 15 can be maintained without increasing the load on the bent portion 15. Frictional resistance caused by elastic deformation of the outer peripheral portion of the low curvature portion 16 prevents misalignment between the low curvature portion 16 and the holding member 20 . Since the holding member 20 having a higher hardness than the low curvature portions 16 is relatively hard to deform, it is possible to reliably prevent the pair of low curvature portions 16 from expanding and deforming. Since the positioning member 30 is also made of a material with higher hardness than the outer peripheral portion of the low curvature portion 16, the low curvature portion 16 can be reliably sandwiched between the holding member 20 and the positioning member 30. - the holding member 20 has a ring shape continuous over the entire circumference.
- the pair of low curvature portions 16 are inserted into the accommodation space 21 of the holding member 20. Since the holding member 20 has a ring shape continuous over the entire circumference, even if the pair of low curvature parts 16 try to expand due to the elastic restoring force of the bent part 15, the pair of low curvature parts 16 will not expand. Displacement can be prevented. Thereby, the bent portion 15 can be maintained at the desired curvature.

- the holding member 20 has a locking hole 24 into which the long elastic locking piece 34L or the short elastic locking piece 34S is locked.
- the long elastic locking piece 34L and the short elastic locking piece 34S are elastically deformed so as to advance into the through space 33.
- the through space 33 has a function as a deflection allowing space for elastically deforming the elastic locking pieces 34L, 34S.
- the shape of the positioning member 30 can be simplified compared to the case where the positioning member 30 is provided with a space that allows the elastic locking pieces 34L, 34S to bend separately from the through space 33.
- the positioning member 30 includes a pair of thin wall portions 32 on which a long elastic locking piece 34L and a short elastic locking piece 34S are formed, and a pair of thick wall portions 31 having a larger thickness than the thin wall portion 32. have.
- the pair of low curvature portions 16 are sandwiched between the pair of thick wall portions 31 and the pair of pressure receiving wall portions 22 of the holding member 20 while being individually pressed. Since the long elastic locking pieces 34L and the short elastic locking pieces 34S are formed on the thin wall portion 32, they are relatively easy to elastically displace. - the holding member 20 has a locking wall portion 23 in which a locking hole 24 is formed.
- the thickness of the locking wall 23 is greater than the thickness of the thin wall 32. Since the locking wall 23 is thicker than the thin wall 32, the depth of the locking hole 24 (thickness of the locking wall 23) is also relatively large. Thereby, it is possible to ensure a large locking allowance between the locking hole 24 and the elastic locking pieces 34L, 34S (locking protrusions 36L, 36S) in the thickness direction of the locking wall portion 23.
- a section 39 is configured.
- the long elastic locking piece 34L, the short elastic locking piece 34S, and the locking hole 24 are formed in the laminated wall portion 39.
- the laminated wall portion 39 is constituted by wall portions (locking wall portion 23 and thin wall portion 32) that overlap in a direction intersecting the direction sandwiching the low curvature portion 16, and therefore does not face the low curvature portion 16.
- the long elastic locking piece 34L, the short elastic locking piece 34S, and the locking hole 24 are arranged in a position that does not face the low curvature portion 16, the long elastic locking piece 34L and the short elastic locking piece 34S can be prevented from interfering with the low curvature portion 16.

- a long elastic locking piece 34L, a short elastic locking piece 34S, and a locking hole 24 are formed in the two laminated wall portions 39, respectively. Since the locking between the long elastic locking piece 34L and the locking hole 24 and the locking between the short elastic locking piece 34S and the locking hole 24 are performed at two locations separated from each other, the positioning member 30 can be attached to the holding member. 20 can be held reliably.
