Description

Vehicle interior article holder
The present invention relates to a vehicle interior article holder.
Conventionally, a smartphone holder for an automobile is known that holds a smartphone using a pair of left and right holding arms and a lower holding plate (see Patent Document 1).
When holding a smartphone in the automobile smartphone holder described in Patent Document 1, insert the smartphone from the front side between a pair of left and right holding arms that are locked in a wide open state, and place the bottom edge of the smartphone on the lower holding plate. By pressing downward, the lock is released and the width of the holding arm narrows, clamping and fixing both sides of the smartphone. That is, in the automobile smartphone holder described in Patent Document 1, the lower holding plate positions the smartphone in the insertion direction, and the pair of left and right holding arms positions the smartphone in the width direction perpendicular to the insertion direction.

The vehicle interior article holder 1 includes a case 10 for accommodating an article, a holding member 20 that is slidable in a plane direction within the case 10, and a side wall 12 included inside the case 10. The vehicle interior article holder 1 can hold an article inserted into the case 10 by sandwiching it between the holding member 20 and the side wall 12.
The vehicle interior article holder 1 is a flat type vehicle interior article holder that holds articles in a lying state, and the case 10 is a tray-type case that holds articles flat on its bottom surface 11. Here, "laying flat" refers to placing an article in a state where its main surface (the surface with the largest area, for example, the surface that includes the display screen in the case of a smartphone) is nearly horizontal. Further, the above-mentioned plane direction within the case 10 refers to a direction parallel or substantially parallel to the bottom surface 11.
The front side 101 of the case 10 has no members such as side walls or protrusions on the bottom surface 11, and articles to be stored in the vehicle interior article holder 1 are inserted into the case 10 from the front side 101. Typically, the vehicle interior article holder 1 is attached to a vehicle such that the front side 101 of the case 10 faces toward the rear of the vehicle.
The case 10 includes a spring fixing part 15 for fixing the spring 21. One end of the spring 21 is fixed to the spring fixing part 15, and the other end is fixed to the holding member 20. FIG. 1B shows a state in which the spring fixing part 15, the spring 21, and the holding member 20 are disassembled from the case 10.
Further, the case 10 is provided with a linear guide for determining the moving direction of the holding member 20, and the holding member 20 moves on the bottom surface 11 of the case 10 along the guide in the insertion direction of the article 5. It is possible to slide in a straight line that is inclined to the The above-mentioned guide is made of, for example, a linear groove, and by fitting the protrusion provided on the holding member 20 into the guide, linear movement is possible. Furthermore, the case 10 includes a cover 17 that covers the upper part of the holding member 20 to prevent the holding member 20 from shifting in the direction away from the bottom surface 11 .
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the movement of the holding member 20 when holding the article 5 having a rectangular planar shape in the vehicle interior article holder 1. In FIG. 2, the insertion direction of the article 5 is represented by D1, and the sliding direction of the holding member 20 is represented by D2.
The insertion direction D1 of the article 5 is a direction from the front side 101 to the back side along the bottom surface 11 of the case 10, and by inserting the article 5 into the case 10 along the insertion direction D1, the vehicle interior article It can be held by the holder 1. Note that the illustrated insertion direction D1 is an assumed ideal insertion direction, and in reality, even if the article is inserted from a direction tilted to some extent from this direction, the article 5 can be held without any problem. can.
The side wall 12 is provided substantially along the article insertion direction D1. The holding member 20 moves along the direction D2 so as to move away from the side wall 12 when moving to the back side of the case 10, and to approach the side wall 12 when moving to the front side 101 of the case 10.
Here, an example of the operation of the vehicle interior article holder 1 when holding the article 5 will be described. First, when the article 5 is held in hand and inserted into the case 10 along the insertion direction D1, the article 5 is pressed against the holding member 20, and the holding member 20 is pushed into the back side of the case 10 along the direction D2. . When the hand is released from the article 5, the restoring force of the compressed spring 21 causes the holding member 20 to be attached to the first side surface 51 facing the insertion direction D1 of the article 5 and the second side surface 52 along the insertion direction D1. is pressed against you. Then, the third side surface 53 of the article 5 opposite to the second side surface 52 is pressed against the side wall 12, and the article 5 is held between the holding member 20 and the side wall 12.
The above-mentioned "first side surface 51 facing the insertion direction D1" means that the perpendicular line of the first side surface 51 is parallel to the insertion direction D1 or close to parallel to the extent that the article 5 can be inserted, "The second side surface 52 along the insertion direction D1" means that the second side surface 52 is parallel to the insertion direction D1 or close to parallel to the extent that the article 5 can be inserted. Usually, the first side surface 51 is a side surface along the short side of the article 5 in a plan view, and the second side surface 52 and the third side surface 53 are side surfaces along the long side of the article 5 in a plan view. be.
Therefore, positioning of the article 5 in the insertion direction D1 is performed by the holding member 20, and positioning in the width direction perpendicular to the insertion direction D1 is performed by the holding member 20 and the side wall 12. In this way, the only part that operates to hold the article 5 is the holding member 20, and no mechanism for interlocking a plurality of parts is used in the vehicle interior article holder 1.
Further, the operation of the vehicle interior article holder 1 when holding the article 5 is the same regardless of the size of the article 5, and the position of the holding member 20 when holding the article 5 is the same depending on the size of the article 5. It only changes depending on the situation. That is, as long as the size of the article 5 is within the range that can fit in the case 10, the article 5 can be similarly sandwiched and fixed between the holding member 20 and the side wall 12, regardless of the size of the article 5. can.
The holding member 20 is typically an L-shaped component in plan view, as shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 2. In this case, the side surface 201 facing the first side surface 51 inside the L-shape is pressed against the first side surface 51, and the side surface 202 facing the second side surface 52 inside the L-shape is pressed against the second side surface 52. pressed against.
The case 10 preferably includes a side wall 13 that is continuous with the side wall 12 and faces the first side 51 of the held article 5, as shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B and 2. By providing the side wall 13, it is possible to suppress, for example, the article 5 to be held by the vehicle interior article holder 1 and other articles from falling from the top of the case 10 to the back side.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the vehicle interior article holder 1 preferably includes a fall suppression member 22 that narrows the gap between the holding member 20 and the side wall 13. By using the fall suppression member 22, it is possible to more effectively suppress the article 5 and other articles from falling from above the case 10 to the back side.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the bottom surface 11 of the case 10 has a drop-prevention slope 111 that descends toward a corner 112 formed by the side walls 12 and 13, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B. Since the corner portion 112 is located at a lower position than the gap between the holding member 20 and the side wall 13, a small article on the case 10 can slide or roll on the fall prevention slope 111 and be accommodated in the corner portion 112, so that the holding member It is possible to avoid falling through the gap between 20 and the side wall 13.
As shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 2, the case 10 includes a side wall 14 for guiding the article 5 to the back side of the case 10, that is, a position where the article 5 is held when the article 5 is inserted into the case 10. It is preferable to have. The side wall 14 is continuous with the side wall 12 on the near side of the side wall 12, and is arranged along a direction inclined with respect to the article insertion direction D1. Since the side wall 14 is arranged to open toward the front side 101 of the case 10, when the tip of the article 5 inserted from the front side 101 of the case 10 comes into contact with the side wall 14, the article 5 moves along the side wall 14. and is guided to the center side of the case 10 in the width direction.
The side wall 12 preferably has a recess 121 to avoid contact with the operating button 54 provided on the third side 53 of the held article 5, as shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B and 2. . By providing the recess 121 in the side wall 12, it is possible to prevent the operation button 54 from being pressed by the side wall 12 and performing an unintended operation when the article 5 is held. When the recess 121 is provided in the side wall 12, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the article 5 is held at two locations, one on the front side and one on the back side of the recess 121 on the side wall 12.
The vehicle interior article holder 1 may have a wireless power supply function for charging the article 5, such as a smartphone. In this case, a wireless power supply module 23 that wirelessly supplies power to the held article 5 is attached to the case 10.
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the vehicle interior article holder 1 including the wireless power supply module 23, viewed from the back side. The wireless power supply module 23 is installed on the back surface 16 of the case 10, that is, on the back side of the bottom surface 11.
The wireless power supply module 23 has a power supply coil inside. By using the wireless power supply module 23, power can be supplied by electromagnetic induction generated between the power supply coil included in the wireless power supply module 23 and the power reception coil included in the article 5.
The wireless power supply module 23 can connect the power supply coil included in the wireless power supply module 23 and the article 5 regardless of the size of the article 5 as long as the size of the article 5 is within the range that can fit within the case 10. The power receiving coils included in the power receiving coils are arranged so that the positions in the plane direction overlap to the extent that power can be supplied.
In the vehicle interior article holder 1, as described above, the position of the article 5 in the insertion direction D1 and the width direction is determined by the holding member 20 and the side wall 12. Decrease in power supply efficiency can be suppressed.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing the movement of the holding member 30 when holding an article 5 having a rectangular planar shape when a holding member 30, which is a modified example thereof, is used instead of the holding member 20. The holding member 30 holds the article 5 using rotational movement using the arm 31. The holding member 30 is fixed to one end of the arm 31 and slides in an arcuate direction D3 centered on a rotating shaft 32 attached to the other end of the arm 31.
Similarly to the holding member 20, the holding member 30 can be operated using the spring 21. In that case, one end of the spring 21 is fixed to the spring fixing part 15 and the other end is fixed to the holding member 30.
Here, an example of the operation of the vehicle interior article holder 1 equipped with the holding member 30 when holding the article 5 will be described. First, when the article 5 is held in hand and inserted into the case 10 along the insertion direction D1, the article 5 is pressed against the holding member 30, and the holding member 30 is pushed into the back side of the case 10 along the direction D3. . When the hand is released from the article 5, the restoring force of the compressed spring 21 causes the holding member 30 to be attached to the first side surface 51 facing the insertion direction D1 of the article 5 and the second side surface 52 along the insertion direction D1. is pressed against you. Then, the third side surface 53 of the article 5 opposite to the second side surface 52 is pressed against the side wall 12, and the article 5 is held between the holding member 30 and the side wall 12.
Therefore, positioning of the article 5 in the insertion direction D1 is performed by the holding member 30, and positioning in the width direction perpendicular to the insertion direction D1 is performed by the holding member 30 and the side wall 12. In this way, the holding member 30 is the only component that operates to hold the article 5, and no mechanism for interlocking a plurality of components is used in the vehicle interior article holder 1.
Further, the operation of the vehicle interior article holder 1 when holding the article 5 is the same regardless of the size of the article 5, and the position of the holding member 30 when holding the article 5 is the same depending on the size of the article 5. It only changes depending on the situation. That is, as long as the size of the article 5 is within the range that can be accommodated in the case 10, the article 5 can be similarly sandwiched and fixed between the holding member 30 and the side wall 12, regardless of the size of the article 5. can.
The holding member 30 is typically an L-shaped component in plan view, as shown in FIG. In this case, the side surface 301 facing the first side surface 51 inside the L-shape is pressed against the first side surface 51, and the side surface 302 facing the second side surface 52 inside the L-shape is pressed against the second side surface 52. pressed against.
