Abstract

The invention relates to individual vehicles with muscle drive, that is, to bicycles, and has the ability to be driven by an internal combustion engine (ICE), A motorbike consists of a bicycle frame with wheels, mounted on the rear and front forks with a steering wheel, and a carriage assembly with pedals connected to the internal combustion engine, designed to transmit torque to the rear wheel through a bicycle chain. Abstract New in the design is that the engine, the fuel supply and ignition system, the main and reserve fuel tank, the liquid cooling circuit with the circulation drive and the expansion tank are located in the cavity of the main part of the bicycle frame, and the muffling and exhaust gas cleaning system is located in the cavity of the rear bicycle fork, while the inside of the front fork is used as a reservoir for two-stroke oil, and is equipped with a metering pump. Moreover, the device for starting the engine and transmitting torque to the wheel is combined with the pedal-carriage assembly and is made with a reduction gear, in the form of a planetary mechanism with a freely rotating coronary gear with the possibility of blocking it to provide a drive, and a freewheel pedal clutch located on the axis of the carriage node, thus it is possible to use the standard bicycle gearshift mechanism, in the engine operation mode, to change the gear ratio of the drive, thus realizing the entire engine power at any speed and load (climbs).

Description

BICYCLE WITH INTEGRATED COMBUSTION
The invention relates to individual muscle-driven vehicles equipped with an internal combustion engine (ICE), namely to motorbikes, mopeds, and similar vehicles, and is intended for use on any type of road surface and on all types of terrain.
Applied as a vehicle, and has three main modes of use:
1. STANDARD: like a regular bicycle, with all the properties inherent in this type of transport;
-maintenance or development of the user's muscle tone,
- moving in space and getting pleasure.
2. MECHANICAL: like a moped (motorcycle), (when using only an internal combustion engine), to overcome greater distances and with higher speed and duration, without the use of muscular strength.
3. COMBINED: standard + mechanical
The essence of this mode is to connect the internal combustion engine to the overall bicycle drive system, at any convenient time for the user, for example:
- on a steep climb
- Strong headwind
- on rough terrain (on energy-consuming sections of the track)
- when it is impossible to keep in the general flow of transport using only muscle strength.
- with General muscle fatigue, (overheating of the entire body of the user, which can lead to harm to health) can be made in the form of a "tricycle" with a place for the transport of goods (mail, parcels, food delivery) or a bicycle stroller on the side. For transportation of small passengers. (Children) On long tourist trips (due to the built-in generator) it can be used to charge photovideo equipment and communications, and in the event of a sharp deterioration in weather conditions (due to the uniform distribution of the generated heat throughout the structure and the extreme location of the exhaust outlet) can be placed in a tent for heating), or use as a radiator for drying wet things (clothes).
In our time, the closest analogues that can be purchased are motorbikes with an F50 and F80 engine, htt ://vikingmoto.com.ua/dorozhnyi-velosiped ( fig. 6)
The main disadvantage is the technical imperfection of such structures, the inconvenience of operation and, as a result, low demand and low prevalence.
At its core, this is an ordinary bicycle, with an internal combustion engine attached to its frame and a chain drive to the wheel.
The disadvantages of this design can be conditionally divided into two categories: structural and operational.
Structural ones include:
- high overall weight of the structure
- a primitive system for transmitting torque to the wheel (without the possibility of changing the gear ratio to the wheel)
- lack of forced cooling of the internal combustion engine, (small resource)
- lack of a lubrication system for rubbing parts (small resource)
- high noise level,
- the impossibility of starting on the spot to warm up the internal combustion engine
- the impossibility of using the internal combustion engine in the optimal range of the corresponding road conditions (selected speed)
- relatively low economy and environmental friendliness. And for operational:
- The practical impossibility of using it like a regular bicycle (Only from muscle strength) due to the lack of the possibility of coasting.
- the impossibility of using the internal combustion engine without the help of pedals (muscular strength)
- the inability to use in mountainous and rough terrain.
- the need for maintenance, (lubrication of the chain, drive gear)
- exhaust smoke and smell
- the need for separate preparation of the fuel-oil mixture.
This technical solution makes it possible to combine all the positive qualities of a bicycle and a motorcycle in one design, with the improvement of the technical part, to increase the resource and ease of use without further maintenance.
The increased resource of the piston group(14) is provided by a constant (optimal) temperature regime of the internal combustion engine, due to the placement of the cooling circuit (11) and the inner part of the frame, and the resource of the crank mechanism (5) is increased due to its lubrication and cooling due to the fresh fuel-oil mixture passing through it. (fig. 1)
The high resource of the transmission mechanising 6, 17, 18, 19) and bicycle stars(15) (fig.2) is increased due to the central (automatic) lubrication of all rotation elements using oil absorbed by the exhaust system.
The implementation of starting the engine, transmitting torque, with a change in the gear ratio to the wheel, and ensuring the free play of the pedals, during normal driving, is achieved thanks to the special design of the planetary mechanism - combined with the carriage assembly and the leading bicycle stars, (fig. 4) As a result, the possibility of starting the engine with pedals on the spot, and free rotation of the pedals when the engine is not involved, is realized. And the torque transmission system is being improved, with the possibility of changing the gear ratio of the engine - wheel.
High sound absorption of the engine is achieved by combining the noise-absorbing system and the rear fork of the bicycle (34). Which significantly increases the internal volume of the exhaust system(36,38) and makes it possible to place in its cavity a more developed exhaust system combined with an oil absorption system(35,37), in combination leading to increased damping sound waves, and the retention of used oil and, as a result, a decrease in the noise of smoke, (fig. 3)
Additional environmental friendliness and economy are achieved by using an exhaust port (spool) valve(2) to prevent fresh fuel mixture from entering the exhaust system during the purge process. (fig.1)
For the convenience of refueling (preparing the fuel-oil mixture), the hollow front fork is used to store two-stroke oil, and has a metering pump in its design connected to the fuel tank, thus realizing the possibility of refueling at a conventional gas station. And fuel enrichment with the required amount of oil in one motion, (fig 5)
