The invention more specıfıcally relates to the thrust pin (20) placed at the centre (C) of the location where the coupling gear hub (A) is located on the engine block (B); the body (10) connected to the hub gear (A) to be removed by means of the bolt (40); the removal apparatus comprising a puller shaft (30), which is mounted by rotation onto the teeth (11) in the body (10) and turned until it touches the thrust pin (20) and then rotated with a strong tool, applying force to the thrust pin (20) so that it moves linearly in the direction of displacement of the hub gear (A) and the body (10) fixed thereto, consequently allowing the hub gear (A) to come out of its tightly fit position.

Description

ENGINE PULLEY COUPLING GEAR HUB REMOVAL APPARATUS
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the dismantling apparatus for dismantling and removing the hub gear of the coupling group which provides the transition, connection, and drive between the crankshaft and the alternator of high-volume and high-power engines, such as the engines of military land vehicles, from the place where it is installed.
The invention more specifically relates to the thrust pin (20) placed at the centre (C) of the location where the coupling gear hub (A) is located on the engine block (B); the body (10) connected to the hub gear (A) to be removed by means of the bolt (40); the removal apparatus comprising a puller shaft (30), which is mounted by rotation onto the teeth (11) in the body (10) and turned until it touches the thrust pin (20) and then rotated with a strong tool, applying force to the thrust pin (20) so that it moves linearly in the direction of displacement of the hub gear (A) and the body (10) fixed thereto, consequently allowing the hub gear (A) to come out of its tightly fit position.
PRIOR ART
The hub gear is used in the coupling group, which provides the transition, connection, and drive between the crankshaft and the alternator of the high-volume and high- power engines. This gear becomes deformed over time and needs to be replaced. Such coupling assembly parts can be removed by any standard puller (e.g. bearing puller) on normal type engines. But in this case, it cannot be used to hold the puller tabs for the bearing puller as there is no space on the rear side of the part to be disassembled. Therefore, the screw holes on top of the gear need to be used to remove this type of hub gear. In the prior art, the hub gear cannot be removed manually with simple hand tools such as crowbars, hammers, etc.
As a result, the need for a new cost-efficient, convenient, and practical engine pulley coupling gear hub removal apparatus to solve the aforementioned problems present in the prior art and the inadequacy of the available solutions have made it necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dismantling apparatus developed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field, for dismantling and removing the hub gear in the coupling group which provides the transition between the crankshaft and the alternator of high-volume and high- power engines and transmits the drive from the place where it is installed.
The most important purpose of the invention is to enable the coupling hub gear to be dismantled quickly and easily.
The following figures and their detailed descriptions will make the invention's structural and characteristic features and its advantages easier to understand. Therefore, the assessment should be made by considering the images and their detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This detailed description describes the preferred embodiments of the engine pulley coupling gear hub (A) dismantling apparatus only for a better understanding of the subject matter and no limitations should be construed. Figures 1-4 depict the engine pulley coupling gear hub (A) dismantling apparatus and its details. In the invention, the thrust pin (20) is placed in the centre (C) of the location of the coupling gear hub (A) located in the engine block (B). At this stage, the thrust pin (20) rests against the engine block (B) and does not come into contact with the hub gear (A) in any way. The bolts (40) are used to connect the body (10) to the hub gear (A) that is to be removed. The puller shaft (30) is then mounted by rotation onto the teeth (11) in the body (10) and turned until it touches the thrust pin (20). The puller shaft (30) is turned with a stronger tool (wrench, air torque, etc.) and force is applied to the thrust pin (20). As the thrust pin (20) cannot move forward, this force causes the hub gear (A) and the body (10) fixed to it to move linearly in the direction of displacement and, as a result, the hub gear (A) to come out of its tightly fit position. In our invention, the stock bolt (50) is used to connect the thrust pin (20) to the rear of the puller shaft (30) so that it does not get lost when not in use.
The scope of protection of this application has been specified in the claims section and cannot be limited to what is explained above for exemplary purposes. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can demonstrate the innovation provided in the invention by using similar embodiments and/or can apply these embodiments to other fields having similar purposes used in the relevant technique. It is therefore obvious that such structures will lack the criterion of innovation and particularly the criterion of exceeding the prior art.
