<Embodiment 1>
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control device 1 according to the first embodiment. The elevator control device 1 is connected to an operation controller (not shown) for an elevator operating in a predetermined building and a camera (not shown) that photographs elevator passengers, and controls the elevator control based on photographed images of elevator passengers. This is an information processing device that performs operational control for. The elevator control device 1 includes a calculation section 11 and an operation control section 12.
The calculation unit 11 calculates an index value regarding the elevator passenger based on a photographed image of the elevator passenger. Here, the index value is statistical information regarding passengers obtained by analyzing captured images of one or more passengers who boarded the elevator. Further, the calculation unit 11 acquires an image taken by the camera from the camera or the operation controller described above.
If the index value does not satisfy the constraint conditions, the operation control unit 12 performs operation control on the elevator to limit the number of passengers. Here, the constraint condition is a threshold value in the above-mentioned statistical information. Further, the operation control unit 12 performs operation control by outputting a predetermined command to the operation controller of the elevator described above. Further, "operation control for limiting passengers" includes, for example, limiting the number of passengers or encouraging passengers to maintain a longer distance between them.
(S12)。 FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing the flow of the elevator control method according to the first embodiment. First, the calculation unit 11 calculates an index value regarding the elevator passenger based on a photographed image of the elevator passenger (S11). Next, when the index value does not satisfy the constraint condition, the operation control unit 12 performs operation control on the elevator to limit the number of passengers (S12).
As described above, in this embodiment, an index value regarding elevator passengers is calculated by image recognition, and operation control for restricting passengers is performed according to the index value. Therefore, even if the weight is below the elevator weight limit, operation control can be performed to prevent passengers from crowding together in the elevator.
Incidentally, the elevator control device 1 includes a processor, a memory, and a storage device as components not shown. Further, the storage device stores a computer program in which the processing of the elevator control method according to the present embodiment is implemented. Then, the processor loads a computer program or the like from the storage device into the memory, and executes the computer program. Thereby, the processor realizes the functions of the calculation section 11 and the operation control section 12.
また、プロセッサとして、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、GPU(Graphics Processing Unit)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)、量子プロセッサ(量子コンピュータ制御チップ)等を用いることができる。 Alternatively, each component of the elevator control device 1 may be realized by dedicated hardware. Further, a part or all of each component of each device may be realized by a general-purpose or dedicated circuit, a processor, etc., or a combination thereof. These may be configured by a single chip or multiple chips connected via a bus. A part or all of each component of each device may be realized by a combination of the circuits and the like described above and a program. Further, as the processor, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), a quantum processor (a quantum computer control chip), etc. can be used.
<Embodiment 2>
The second embodiment is a specific example of the first embodiment described above. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control system 1000 according to the second embodiment. The elevator control system 1000 is an information system for controlling the operation of the elevator 100 to limit passengers under predetermined constraints.
In the elevator control system 1000, an operation controller 110 and an elevator control device 300 are communicably connected via a network N. Note that the elevator control system 1000 may include an operation control system in the building in addition to the operation controller 110 of the elevator 100. In that case, for example, the elevator control device 300 may be connected to the operation control system via the network N, and the operation control system may be connected to the operation controller 110. That is, the elevator control device 300 may communicate with the operation controller 110 via the network N and the operation control system to control the operation of the elevator 100. Therefore, it can be said that the elevator control device 300 is connected to the camera 120, the display device 130, the door 140, and the warning information output device 150 via the network N, the operation controller 110, and the like. Here, the network N is a wired or wireless communication line or communication network, such as a LAN (Local Area Network), the Internet, a wireless communication network, a mobile phone network, or the like. Furthermore, the type of communication protocol used by the network N does not matter.
The elevator 100 is installed in a predetermined building such as a building and operates. The elevator 100 includes an operation controller 110, a camera 120, a display device 130, a door 140, and a warning information output device 150. The operation controller 110 is a device for controlling general operations of the elevator 100, such as raising and lowering the elevator 100, opening and closing the door 140, accepting a designated floor from a passenger, and stopping at a designated floor. Further, in this example, the operation controller 110 is connected to the camera 120, the display device 130, the door 140, and the warning information output device 150, and transmits and receives data and communicates control signals with each component. Furthermore, the operation controller 110 performs operation control such as not stopping the elevator 100 at floors other than designated floors, control not closing the door 140, and sending warning information to the warning information output device 150 in response to instructions from the elevator control device 300. Performs output control, etc.
The camera 120 is a photographing device installed inside the elevator 100. It is assumed that the camera 120 covers the entire interior space of the elevator 100, including the passengers U1 to U3 present in the elevator 100. That is, the camera 120 photographs the passengers U1 to U3 inside the elevator 100. The camera 120 may periodically photograph the interior space of the elevator 100, or may photograph the interior space of the elevator 100 when the door 140 is opened and closed, that is, when the passenger U1 or the like enters and exits. Camera 120 transmits the captured image to elevator control device 300 via operation controller 110 and network N. Note that two or more cameras 120 may be provided within the elevator 100.
The display device 130 includes a screen such as a liquid crystal display, and is installed at a position where the screen can be viewed by the passenger U1 and others in the elevator 100. The display device 130 displays the moving image received from the elevator control device 300 via the network N and the operation controller 110 on the screen.
The door 140 opens and closes in response to an operation control signal from the operation controller 110 at the floor where the elevator 100 has stopped. Therefore, even if the elevator 100 stops, the door 140 will not close if it receives a control signal from the operation controller 110 to keep it from closing (to keep it open).
The warning information output device 150 outputs the warning information received from the elevator control device 300 via the network N and the operation controller 110 so that the passenger U1 etc. can perceive it. The warning information output device 150 may include a speaker, a lamp, a display panel, and the like. For example, if the warning information is audio data of an alarm sound or a warning message, the warning information output device 150 outputs the audio of the alarm sound or warning message via a speaker. Furthermore, when the warning information is a warning signal, the warning information output device 150 lights up or flashes a lamp. Further, when the warning information is text information or an image of a warning message, the warning information output device 150 displays the warning message on the display panel or the display device 130.
The elevator control device 300 is an example of the elevator control device 1 described above. The elevator control device 300 is an information processing device that controls the operation of the elevator based on a captured image of a passenger in the elevator 100. Further, the elevator control device 300 can control the camera 120, the display device 130, the door 140, and the warning information output device 150 via the network N, the operation controller 110, and the like. The elevator control device 300 may perform operation control on two or more elevators. The elevator control device 300 may be redundantly configured into a plurality of servers, and each functional block may be realized by a plurality of computers.
FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control device 300 according to the second embodiment. The elevator control device 300 includes a storage section 310, a memory 320, a communication section 330, and a control section 340. The storage unit 310 is an example of a storage device such as a hard disk or flash memory. The storage unit 310 stores a program 311 and a limit on the number of people 312. The program 311 is a computer program (elevator control program) in which elevator control processing and the like according to the second embodiment are implemented. The limited number of people 312 is an example of a threshold value of the above-mentioned constraint condition, and can also be said to be an example of a threshold value of the above-mentioned index value (statistical information). The limited number of people 312 is smaller than the maximum number of people that can be loaded on the elevator 100, and is the upper limit of the number of people allowed to board the elevator 100 in order to prevent the spread of a predetermined infectious disease.
The memory 320 is a volatile storage device such as a RAM (Random Access Memory), and is a storage area for temporarily holding information when the control unit 340 operates. The communication unit 330 is a communication interface with the network N.
The control unit 340 is a processor that controls each component of the elevator control device 300, that is, a control device. The control unit 340 loads the program 311 from the storage unit 310 into the memory 320 and executes the program 311. Thereby, the control unit 340 realizes the functions of the calculation unit 341, display control unit 342, determination unit 343, and operation control unit 344.
The calculation unit 341 is an example of the calculation unit 11 described above. The calculation unit 341 calculates the number of passengers in the elevator 100 as an index value based on the image taken by the camera 120. Specifically, the calculation unit 341 recognizes the shape of the whole body and head of the person through image recognition of the photographed image, totals the number of recognized persons, and calculates the number of passengers.
The display control unit 342 displays information indicating the relationship between the index value and the constraint condition. Specifically, the display control unit 342 causes the display device 130 to display display information indicating the relationship between the number of passengers and the limit number of passengers 312.
The determination unit 343 determines whether the index value satisfies the constraint condition. Specifically, the determining unit 343 determines whether the number of passengers is equal to or less than the limit number 312. When the number of passengers is less than or equal to the limit number of passengers 312, the determination unit 343 determines that the index value satisfies the constraint condition. On the other hand, if the number of passengers is greater than the limit number of passengers 312, the determination unit 343 determines that the index value does not satisfy the constraint condition. In other words, the constraint according to this embodiment is that the number of passengers is equal to or less than the limit number 312.
The operation control unit 344 is an example of the operation control unit 12 described above. When the index value does not satisfy the constraint condition, that is, when the number of passengers is greater than the limit number 312, the operation control unit 344 performs operation control on the elevator 100 to limit the number of passengers. For example, the operation control unit 344 may control the operation by not stopping the elevator 100 at a floor other than the floor specified by the passenger. The reason why the aircraft is not stopped on floors other than those specified is because the current number of passengers is equal to or greater than the limit, so no more passengers can board the aircraft. In other words, the operation control unit 344 controls the operation of the elevator 100 so that passengers other than the current passenger in the elevator 100 will not be allowed to board the elevator 100 even if it is called at a floor other than the designated floor. Further, the operation control unit 344 preferably performs operation control by not starting the movement of the elevator 100 until the number of passengers becomes equal to or less than the limit number 312. In other words, some of the passengers in the elevator 100 got off and the camera 120 again photographed the passengers inside the elevator 100, and the number of passengers calculated based on the photographed images became less than the limit number of 312. Afterwards, the operation control unit 344 causes the elevator 100 to start moving. Further, the operation control unit 344 preferably controls the operation of the elevator 100 by outputting warning information. For example, the operation control unit 344 transmits warning information to the warning information output device 150. This is because a minor warning may be sufficient as the passenger only needs to get off the vehicle. Alternatively, the operation control unit 344 may transmit the warning information to a terminal of an elevator, a building, a manager of the relevant floor, or the like.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the flow of elevator control processing according to the second embodiment. First, the elevator 100 stops at a predetermined floor and opens the door 140. Then, the passenger U1 and the like board the elevator 100. At this time, the camera 120 photographs the inside of the elevator 100 and transmits the photographed image to the elevator control device 300 via the network N. Here, the photographed image includes the passenger U1 and the like.
In response, the elevator control device 300 acquires a captured image of the interior of the elevator 100 captured by the camera 120 (S301). For example, the elevator control device 300 acquires a photographed image from the camera 120 via the operation controller 110 and the network N. Alternatively, the elevator control device 300 may acquire a captured image from the camera 120 via the network N without going through the operation controller 110.
Next, the elevator control device 300 analyzes the photographed image and calculates the number of passengers (S302). Then, the elevator control device 300 determines whether the number of passengers is equal to or less than the limit number of passengers 312 (S303). If it is determined that the number of passengers is less than or equal to the limit number of 312 (YES in S303), the elevator control device 300 performs normal operation control on the elevator 100 (S304). For example, the elevator control device 300 transmits a control signal for normal operation control to the operation controller 110 via the network N. The operation controller 110 performs controls such as closing the door 140 and starting the elevator 100 to move to a designated floor, in response to the received control signal.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the number of passengers is greater than the limit number of passengers 312 (NO in S303), the elevator control device 300 performs operation control for limiting the number of passengers on the elevator 100 (S305). For example, the elevator control device 300 transmits a control signal to the operation controller 110 via the network N to prevent the elevator from stopping at a floor other than the floor designated by the passenger. The reason why the aircraft is not stopped on floors other than those specified is because the current number of passengers is equal to or greater than the limit, so no more passengers can board the aircraft. Alternatively, the elevator control device 300 transmits a control signal for not starting the movement of the elevator 100 until the number of passengers becomes equal to or less than the limit number 312. Alternatively, the elevator control device 300 transmits warning information.
Further, after step S302, the elevator control device 300 displays information indicating the relationship between the number of passengers and the limit number of passengers on the display device 130 (S306). Specifically, elevator control device 300 transmits display information to display device 130 via network N and operation controller 110. In response, the display device 130 displays the received display information on the screen. Note that the display information may include a message indicating the above-mentioned warning information. That is, steps S305 and S306 may partially overlap.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of display information regarding the relationship between the number of passengers and the limit number of passengers according to the second embodiment. FIG. 6 shows an example in which the display device 130 is installed outside the elevator 100. However, the display device 130 may be installed inside the elevator 100. Here, it is assumed that three passengers U1 to U3 have already boarded the elevator 100, and three passengers U4 to U6 who are scheduled to board the elevator are waiting outside the elevator 100. Display information 131-1 and 131-2 are displayed on the display device 130. The display information 131-1 indicates that the current number of passengers in the elevator 100 is "3 people" and that the limited number of people, that is, the upper limit of the number of people allowed to board the elevator, is "5 people." Furthermore, the display information 131-2 indicates that the number of additional people who can board the vehicle is "2". Therefore, the passengers U4 to U6 who are scheduled to board can visually recognize that up to two more people can board.
Here, if scheduled passengers U4 to U6 board the elevator 100, the number of passengers will be "6", which is greater than the limit of "5". In other words, since the number of passengers is one more than the limit, it is necessary to limit the number of passengers. Therefore, in step S305, the elevator control device 300 transmits a control signal that does not cause the door 140 to close or a control signal that does not cause the elevator 100 to start moving to the operation controller 110. As a result, the elevator 100 does not close the door 140 or start moving until one of the passengers exits the elevator and the number of passengers becomes "5" or less.
Additionally, in the above case, it is necessary to encourage at least one passenger to disembark in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Therefore, the elevator control device 300 may transmit a control signal that sounds a warning sound or a warning message that urges the user to get off the vehicle to the warning information output device 150 as warning information. In this case, the warning information output device 150 outputs a warning sound from the speaker. Further, the warning information output device 150 outputs a warning message to the display device 130 for display.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of display information and a warning message regarding the relationship between the number of passengers and the limit number of passengers according to the second embodiment. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the display device 130 is installed inside the elevator 100 and six passengers U1 to U6 are present in the elevator 100. Display information 132 indicates that "current: 6 people/upper limit: 5 people". The warning message 133 indicates a message that says, "At least one person please get off the train to prevent the spread of infectious diseases." Thereby, it is possible to recognize that one or more of the passengers should get off the elevator 100, and to prompt them to get off the elevator.
After that, it is assumed that two of the passengers get off the elevator 100. Then, the camera 120 photographs the elevator 100, and steps S301 to S303 in FIG. 5 are executed again. At this time, the determination in step S303 is YES, and the elevator control device 300 performs normal operation control on the elevator 100. Thereby, the elevator 100 closes the door 140 and starts moving to the designated floor. Further, the elevator control device 300 transmits display information to the display device 130 and causes it to be displayed. In this example, if only one of the passengers gets off the elevator 100, the operation control unit 344 controls the operation by not stopping the elevator 100 at a floor other than the one specified by the passenger. This is because the number of passengers and the limit number of passengers are the same, so new passengers cannot be added on board.
In this way, according to this embodiment as well, operation control can be performed to prevent passengers from crowding together in the elevator. In particular, in recent years, it has become necessary to prevent passengers from gathering in close contact with each other to prevent infectious diseases. Therefore, according to this embodiment, measures can be taken to avoid crowding of passengers even if the weight is below the elevator weight limit.
<Embodiment 3>
The third embodiment is a modification of the second embodiment described above. In the third embodiment, the constraint is set to the minimum distance between passengers instead of the limit on the number of passengers. Note that the overall configuration of the elevator control system according to the third embodiment is the same as that described above, so illustrations and redundant explanations will be omitted, and the differences from the second embodiment will be mainly explained below.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control device 300a according to the third embodiment. The elevator control device 300a differs from FIG. 4 described above in that the program 311a, the calculation section 341a, the display control section 342a, and the determination section 343a are modified, and the limit number of people 312 is replaced with a limit distance 312a. The program 311a is a computer program in which elevator control processing and the like according to the third embodiment are implemented. The limit distance 312a is an example of a threshold value of the above-mentioned constraint condition, and can also be said to be an example of a threshold value of the above-mentioned index value (statistical information). The limit distance 312a is the lower limit distance between passengers allowed to prevent the spread of a predetermined infectious disease.
The calculation unit 341a calculates the distance between passengers in the elevator 100 as an index value based on the photographed image. Specifically, the calculation unit 341 recognizes the shape of the whole body and head of the person through image recognition of the photographed image, and calculates the distance between the passengers from the position of the recognized person (passenger). When three or more passengers are recognized from the photographed image, the calculation unit 341 calculates the distance between the three passengers for each of three one-to-one combinations.
The display control unit 342a displays information indicating the relationship between the index value and the constraint condition. Specifically, the display control unit 342a causes the display device 130 to display display information indicating the relationship between the distance between passengers and the limit distance 312a.
The determination unit 343a determines whether the index value satisfies the constraint condition. Specifically, the determination unit 343a determines whether the distance between the passengers is equal to or greater than the limit distance 312a. If the distance between the passengers is equal to or greater than the limit distance 312a, the determination unit 343 determines that the index value satisfies the constraint condition. On the other hand, if the distance between the passengers is shorter than the limit distance 312a, the determination unit 343 determines that the index value does not satisfy the constraint condition. In other words, the constraint according to this embodiment is that the distance between passengers is equal to or longer than the limit distance.
(S306a)。 FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing the flow of elevator control processing according to the third embodiment. First, similarly to FIG. 5 described above, the elevator control device 300a acquires a captured image of the interior of the elevator 100 captured by the camera 120 (S301). Next, the elevator control device 300a analyzes the captured image and calculates the distance between the passengers (S302a). Then, the elevator control device 300a determines whether the distance between the passengers is equal to or greater than the limit distance 312a (S303a). If it is determined that the distance between passengers is equal to or greater than the limit distance 312a (YES in S303a), the elevator control device 300a performs normal operation control on the elevator 100 (S304). On the other hand, if it is determined that the distance between passengers is equal to or less than the limit distance 312a (NO in S303a), the elevator control device 300a performs operational control on the elevator 100 to limit the number of passengers (S305). Further, after step S302a, the elevator control device 300a displays information indicating the relationship between the distance between passengers and the limit distance on the display device 130 (S306a).
FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a display of the relationship between the distance between passengers and the limit distance according to the third embodiment. FIG. 10 shows a state in which a display device 130 is installed inside the elevator 100 and three passengers U1 to U3 are present in the elevator 100. Here, it is assumed that the limit distance 312a is 1 m. The inter-passenger distance d12 is the distance between the passengers U1 and U2, and is assumed to be 1 m or more. Further, the inter-passenger distance d22 is the distance between the passengers U2 and U3, and is assumed to be 1 m or more. Moreover, the distance d13 between passengers is the distance between the passengers U1 and U3, and is assumed to be less than 1 m. Therefore, the display information 134 is an example of information indicating the relationship between the distance between passengers and the limit distance, and is a message to convey the relationship "The distance between passengers is less than 1 meter!". The warning message 135 indicates the message "Please keep a distance of at least 1 meter!".
This makes it easier for passengers U1 and U3 to move their standing positions within the elevator 100 so as to maintain a distance of 1 m or more. Therefore, according to this embodiment as well, operation control can be performed to prevent passengers from crowding together in the elevator.
<Embodiment 4>
Embodiment 4 is a modification of Embodiment 2 or 3 described above. In the fourth embodiment, the constraint is a limit on the number of people who do not wear a mask. Note that the overall configuration of the elevator control system according to the third embodiment is the same as that described above, so illustrations and redundant explanations will be omitted, and the differences from the second embodiment will be mainly explained below.
FIG. 11 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control device 300b according to the fourth embodiment. The elevator control device 300b differs from FIG. 4 described above in that the program 311b, calculation section 341b, and display control section 342b are modified, and an update section 345 is added. The program 311b is a computer program in which elevator control processing and the like according to the fourth embodiment are implemented.
The calculation unit 341b calculates the number of passengers in the elevator 100 similarly to the calculation unit 341 described above. Further, the calculation unit 341b analyzes the captured image and calculates the number of people not wearing a mask. Specifically, the calculation unit 341b recognizes the face area of the person through image recognition of the photographed image, determines whether or not a mask is being worn for the recognized face area, and totals the number of people who are not wearing a mask. Calculate the number of people.
The display control unit 342b displays information indicating the relationship between the index value and the constraint condition. Specifically, the display control unit 342a causes the display device 130 to display display information indicating the relationship between the number of passengers, the number of non-wearers, and the limit number of people 312.
The updating unit 345 is an example of a second updating means, and updates the limited number of people 312 according to the number of non-wearers. For example, the updating unit 345 subtracts the number of non-wearers from the limit number of people 312 to update the limit number of people 312. For example, if the number of non-wearers is one, the updating unit 345 subtracts one person from the limit number of people 312 and updates the limit number of people 312. Further, if the number of non-wearers is two, the updating unit 345 subtracts two people from the limit number of people 312 and updates the limit number of people 312. In other words, the updating unit 345 may subtract the number of people not wearing the jacket from the normal number limit 312.
(S311)。 FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing the flow of elevator control processing according to the fourth embodiment. First, similarly to FIG. 5 described above, the elevator control device 300b acquires a captured image of the interior of the elevator 100 captured by the camera 120 (S301). Next, the elevator control device 300b analyzes the captured image and calculates the number of passengers (S302). Further, the elevator control device 300b analyzes the captured image and calculates the number of people not wearing masks (S311).
After steps S302 and S311, the elevator control device 300b updates the limited number of people 312 according to the number of non-wearers (S312). For example, if the limit number of people 312 is 5 people and the number of non-wearers is 2 people, the limit number of people 312 is updated to "3 people".
(S306b)。 After that, the elevator control device 300b determines whether the number of passengers is equal to or less than the updated number of people limit 312 (S303). Steps S304 and S305 are similar to those in FIG. 5 described above. Further, after step S312, the elevator control device 300b displays information indicating the relationship between the number of passengers, the number of non-wearers, and the limit number of people 312 on the display device 130 (S306b).
FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of display information and a warning message regarding the relationship between the number of passengers, those not wearing masks, and the upper limit number of passengers according to the fourth embodiment. FIG. 13 shows an example in which a display device 130 is installed outside the elevator 100. However, the display device 130 may be installed inside the elevator 100. Here, it is assumed that among the three passengers in the elevator 100, passenger U3 is wearing a mask, and passengers U1 and U2 are not wearing masks. In other words, an example is shown in which the number of people not wearing masks is two. Further, it is assumed that the normal number limit 312 is five people.
Then, display information 136 and a warning message 137 are displayed on the display device 130. The display information 136 indicates that the current number of passengers in the elevator 100 is "3", the number of people not wearing masks is "2", and the limit number of people, that is, the maximum number of people allowed to board the elevator, taking into account those wearing masks. indicates that there are "3 people". Further, the warning message 137 indicates that the number of passengers on board is the same as the maximum number of passengers including those not wearing masks, so "no more boarding is allowed!".
This makes it easier for prospective passengers U4 to U6 to refrain from boarding the elevator 100 even if the elevator 100 appears empty. Therefore, according to this embodiment as well, operation control can be performed to prevent passengers from crowding together in the elevator.
<Embodiment 5>
Embodiment 5 is a modification of any of Embodiments 2 to 4 described above. In the fifth embodiment, the number of people who can board the aircraft is changed depending on the number of people who have taken measures against infectious diseases. Then, it will be confirmed that measures against infectious diseases are being taken through facial recognition of passengers.
FIG. 14 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control system 1000c according to the fifth embodiment. The elevator control system 1000c differs from FIG. 3 described above in that the elevator control device 300c is modified and an authentication device 200 is added. The authentication device 200 is communicably connected to the operation controller 110 and the elevator control device 300c via the network N.
The authentication device 200 is an information processing device that manages a user's facial feature information and performs facial authentication. In addition, in response to a face authentication request received from the outside, the authentication device 200 matches the facial image or facial feature information included in the request with the facial feature information of each user, and requests the matching result (authentication result). Reply to original.
FIG. 15 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the authentication device 200 according to the second embodiment. The authentication device 200 includes a face information DB (DataBase) 210, a face detection section 220, a feature point extraction section 230, a registration section 240, and an authentication section 250. The face information DB 210 stores the user ID 211 and the facial feature information 212 of the user ID in association with each other. The facial feature information 212 is a set of feature points extracted from the facial image. Note that the authentication device 200 may delete the facial feature information 212 in the facial information DB 210 in response to a request from a user or the like corresponding to the facial feature information 212. Alternatively, the authentication device 200 may delete the facial feature information 212 after a certain period of time has passed since registration.
The face detection unit 220 detects a face area included in a registration image for registering face information, and outputs it to the feature point extraction unit 230. The feature point extraction unit 230 extracts feature points from the face area detected by the face detection unit 220 and outputs facial feature information to the registration unit 240. Further, the feature point extraction unit 230 extracts feature points included in the facial image received from the elevator control device 300 or the like, and outputs facial feature information to the authentication unit 250.
The registration unit 240 issues a new user ID 211 when registering facial feature information. The registration unit 240 associates the issued user ID 211 with the facial feature information 212 extracted from the registered image and registers it in the facial information DB 210. The authentication unit 250 performs face authentication using the facial feature information 212. Specifically, the authentication unit 250 compares the facial feature information extracted from the facial image with the facial feature information 212 in the facial information DB 210. When the verification is successful, the authentication unit 250 identifies the user ID 211 associated with the verified facial feature information 212. The authentication unit 250 returns whether or not the facial feature information matches to the request source as a facial authentication result. Whether or not the facial feature information matches corresponds to the success or failure of authentication. Note that facial feature information matches (match exists) when the matching degree is equal to or higher than a threshold value. Further, the face authentication result shall include the specified user ID when the face authentication is successful.
FIG. 16 is a flowchart showing the flow of face information registration processing by the authentication device 200 according to the second embodiment. First, the authentication device 200 receives a face information registration request (S201). For example, the authentication device 200 receives a face information registration request from the elevator control device 300 via the network N. Next, the face detection unit 220 detects a face area from the face image included in the face information registration request (S202). Then, the feature point extraction unit 230 extracts feature points (facial feature information) from the face area detected in step S202 (S203). Then, the registration unit 240 issues the user ID 211 (S204). Then, the registration unit 240 registers the extracted facial feature information 212 and the issued user ID 211 in the facial information DB 210 in association with each other (S205). Thereafter, the registration unit 240 returns the issued user ID 211 to the request source (for example, the elevator control device 300) (S206). Note that the authentication device 200 may perform face information registration processing in response to a face information registration request received from an arbitrary information registration terminal. For example, the information registration terminal is an information processing device such as a personal computer, a smartphone, or a tablet terminal.
FIG. 17 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an elevator control device 300c according to the fifth embodiment. The elevator control device 300c differs from FIG. 4 described above in that the program 311c, determination section 343c, and calculation section 341c are modified, and an infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313, an update section 345c, an authentication control section 346, and an identification section 347 are added. It is something that The program 311c is a computer program in which elevator control processing and the like according to the fifth embodiment are implemented.
The infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313 is a database that manages the history of infectious disease countermeasures for each user (passenger, intended passenger). The infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313 stores a user ID 3131 and a countermeasure history 3132 in association with each other. User ID 3131 is identification information of the target user. The user ID 3131 is information that is the same as or uniquely corresponds to the user ID 211 that is managed in the face information DB 210 of the authentication device 200 in association with the facial feature information 212. Therefore, the infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313 can be said to be information associated with characteristic information for user registration (biometric information, personal identification information, personal identification information, etc.) via the user ID 3131.
The countermeasure history 3132 is historical information regarding the implementation of predetermined infectious disease countermeasures. Measures against infectious diseases include, for example, at least one of testing for infectious diseases and vaccination. Therefore, the countermeasure history 3132 includes information indicating a negative test result and information indicating a vaccination certificate. The certification information includes, for example, the type of test for infectious diseases, the date of the test, or the expiration date of the test, or the type of vaccine, the date of vaccination, or the expiration date of the vaccine.
The updating unit 345c updates the constraint conditions according to the spread status of a predetermined infectious disease. Specifically, the updating unit 345c increases or decreases the limit number of people 312 and updates it based on information on the spread of a predetermined infectious disease acquired from a server of a public institution or the like or inputted from the outside. For example, if the infectious disease is on the rise or the government or the like issues measures to strengthen infectious disease countermeasures, the updating unit 345c reduces and updates the number of limited people 312. In other words, the updating unit 345c lowers the upper limit of the number of people allowed to board the elevator 100 at the same time. On the other hand, if the infectious disease is on the decline or the government or the like has issued measures to ease infectious disease countermeasures, the updating unit 345c increases and updates the limit number of people 312. In other words, the updating unit 345c increases the upper limit of the number of people allowed to board the elevator 100 at the same time. Note that the same applies when the constraint condition is a limit distance.
The authentication control unit 346 extracts the recognized facial area from the captured image as a facial image. At this time, the authentication control unit 346 may extract facial images of multiple people from one captured image. The authentication control unit 346 controls face authentication using the authentication device 200 for the recognized face area or extracted face image. Specifically, the authentication control unit 346 transmits a face authentication request including a face image corresponding to the face area to the authentication device 200 and receives a face authentication result from the authentication device 200. Then, the authentication control unit 346 determines whether the authentication is successful or not based on the face authentication result received from the authentication device 200. Note that the authentication control unit 346 may extract facial feature information from the face area and include the facial feature information in the face authentication request.
If the authentication control unit 542 determines that the authentication is successful, the identification unit 347 identifies the user ID included in the face authentication result. The identifying unit 347 then identifies the countermeasure history 3132 associated with the identified user ID 3131 from the infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313 .
The calculation unit 341c recognizes the face area of a person through image recognition of the photographed image, totals the number of recognized persons, and calculates the number of passengers. Moreover, when the above-mentioned face authentication fails, the calculation unit 341c adds one person to the number of people who cannot be authenticated. Further, the calculation unit 341c calculates the number of people with insufficient countermeasures according to one or more countermeasure histories 3132 specified by the specifying unit 347. Further, the calculation unit 341c calculates the target number of people by adding the number of people with insufficient countermeasures and the number of people who cannot be authenticated. Note that the number of people on board, the number of people who cannot be authenticated, the number of people for whom countermeasures are insufficient, and the number of target people are examples of index values.
The determination unit 343c determines whether the index value satisfies the constraint condition. Specifically, the determination unit 343c determines whether the number of target persons is equal to or less than the updated number of people limit 312. When the target number of people is less than or equal to the updated number of people limit 312, the determination unit 343c determines that the index value satisfies the constraint condition. On the other hand, if the target number of people is greater than the updated limit number of people 312, the determination unit 343c determines that the index value does not satisfy the constraint condition. In other words, the constraint according to the present embodiment is that the number of target users is equal to or less than the updated limit number of people 312.
18 and 19 are flowcharts showing the flow of elevator control processing according to the fifth embodiment. First, the updating unit 345c updates the limited number of people 312 according to the spread of the infectious disease (S320). The update unit 345c executes step S320 at a predetermined timing or at a timing when information on the spread status of a predetermined infectious disease is acquired.
(S322)。 After that, similarly to FIG. 5 described above, the elevator control device 300c acquires a captured image of the interior of the elevator 100 captured by the camera 120 (S321). Next, the elevator control device 300c analyzes the photographed images, recognizes the faces of each passenger, and calculates the number of passengers (S322).
Then, the elevator control device 300c selects an unselected facial area recognized in step S322 as a processing target person (S323). Then, the elevator control device 300c transmits a face authentication request including the face image of the person to be processed to the authentication device 200 via the network N (S324). In response to this, the authentication device 200 performs face authentication processing.
(S216)。 FIG. 20 is a flowchart showing the flow of face authentication processing by the authentication device according to the fifth embodiment. First, the authentication device 200 receives a face authentication request from the elevator control device 300c via the network N (S211). Next, the authentication device 200 extracts facial feature information from the facial image included in the facial authentication request, similarly to steps S202 and S203 described above. Then, the authentication unit 250 of the authentication device 200 compares the facial feature information extracted from the facial image included in the face authentication request with the facial feature information 212 of the facial information DB 210 (S212), and calculates the degree of matching. Then, the authentication unit 250 determines whether the degree of matching is greater than or equal to the threshold (S213). If the facial feature information matches, that is, if the degree of matching of the facial feature information is equal to or greater than the threshold, the authentication unit 250 identifies the user ID 211 associated with the facial feature information 212 (S214). Then, the authentication unit 250 returns the face authentication result including the fact that the face authentication was successful and the specified user ID 211 to the elevator control device 300c via the network N (S215). If the matching degree is less than the threshold in step S213, the authentication unit 250 returns the face authentication result including the fact that the face authentication has failed to the elevator control device 300c via the network N (S216).
Returning to FIG. 18, the explanation will be continued.
The elevator control device 300c receives the face authentication result from the authentication device 200 via the network N (S325). Then, the elevator control device 300c determines whether face authentication is successful (S326). Specifically, the elevator control device 300c refers to the face authentication result and determines that the face authentication has been successful if the face authentication result includes the user ID. Then, the elevator control device 300c identifies the user ID included in the face authentication result (S327). Then, the elevator control device 300c identifies the countermeasure history 3132 associated with the identified user ID 3131 from the infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313 (S328). On the other hand, if it is determined in step S326 that face authentication has failed, the elevator control device 300c adds one person to the number of people who cannot be authenticated (S329).
(S332)。 After step S328 or S329, the elevator control device 300c determines whether all of the recognized face areas have been selected (S330). If there is an unselected face area, the process returns to step S323, and thereafter, steps up to step S330 are repeated. If it is determined in step S330 that all face areas have been selected, the elevator control device 300c calculates the number of people with insufficient countermeasures according to the countermeasure history 3132 specified in step S328 (S331). For example, the elevator control device 300c calculates the number of people for whom the test or vaccine in the countermeasure history 3132 has not yet expired, that is, the number of people for whom the measures are sufficient, and subtracts the number of people for whom the measures are sufficient from the number of passengers to determine the number of people for whom the measures are insufficient. Calculate. Note that the number of people for whom the measures are insufficient may be increased or decreased depending on the type of test or vaccine in the measure history 3132 or depending on the remaining period until the expiration date. Then, the elevator control device 300c calculates the target number of people by adding up the number of people with insufficient countermeasures and the number of people who cannot be authenticated (S332).
(S336)。 After that, the elevator control device 300c determines whether the number of target people is equal to or less than the limit number of people 312 after the update in step S320 (S333). If it is determined that the number of target persons is equal to or less than the limit number of people 312 (YES in S333), the elevator control device 300c performs normal operation control on the elevator 100 (S304). On the other hand, if it is determined that the target number of passengers is 312 or more (NO in S333), the elevator control device 300c performs operation control on the elevator 100 to limit the number of passengers (S305). Further, after step S332, the elevator control device 300c displays information indicating the relationship between the number of passengers, the breakdown of the target number of passengers, and the limit number of people on the display device 130 (S336).
FIG. 21 is a diagram illustrating an example of display information and a warning message regarding the relationship between the number of passengers, the details of the target number of passengers, and the limit number of passengers according to the fifth embodiment. FIG. 21 shows an example in which the display device 130 is installed outside the elevator 100. However, the display device 130 may be installed inside the elevator 100. Here, among the four passengers in the elevator 100, passenger U2 has a vaccination history within the expiration date, passengers U1 and U3 are unvaccinated, and passenger U7 is a person whose facial information has not been registered. shall be. In other words, the following example shows two people who have not been vaccinated and one person whose history of preventive measures against infectious diseases is unknown. Furthermore, it is assumed that the limit number of people 312, which is the upper limit on the number of unvaccinated people and unknown people, has been updated to three depending on the spread of infectious diseases.
The display device 130 displays display information 138 and a warning message 139. The display information 138 indicates that the current number of passengers in the elevator 100 is "4", "2" are unvaccinated, "1" is a person who failed facial recognition and whose countermeasure history is unknown, and "1" is vaccinated. This indicates that the upper limit on the number of unvaccinated persons and unknown persons is "3". In other words, it shows that the number of people with inadequate countermeasures is "2 people", the number of people who cannot be authenticated is "1 person", and the number of target people is "3 people". Further, the warning message 139 indicates that the number of passengers to be boarded is the same as the maximum number of passengers taking into account the spread of the infectious disease, so "no more boarding is allowed!".
This makes it easier for prospective passengers U4 to U6 to refrain from boarding the elevator 100 even if the elevator 100 appears empty. Therefore, according to this embodiment as well, operation control can be performed to prevent passengers from crowding together in the elevator.

<Other embodiments>
Note that in the second to fourth embodiments described above, a first updating unit that updates the constraint condition according to the spread situation of a predetermined infectious disease may be further provided. For example, the first updating unit may increase or decrease the number of restricted persons or the restricted distance according to the spread of a predetermined infectious disease and update the restricted number of people or the restricted distance. Furthermore, the second to fifth embodiments described above may be combined as appropriate.
Note that in the fifth embodiment described above, personal authentication (identity verification authentication, personal authentication, personal identification processing, etc.) was described as facial authentication, but other biometric authentication using biometric information may be used. For biometric authentication and biometric information, other techniques that use captured images of people can be applied. For example, the biometric information may be data (feature amounts) calculated from physical characteristics unique to an individual, such as fingerprints, voiceprints, veins, retinas, iris of the eyes, and patterns on the palm of the hand. In addition, for biometric authentication, feature information indicating a person's physical characteristics is extracted from a photographed image of a part of the user's body, and the extracted feature information is compared with pre-registered feature information to determine the match. Authentication may be deemed to have been successful if the value is greater than or equal to a threshold value. For example, biometric authentication may be based on a person's external shape. In this case, the characteristic information is information regarding the external shape of the person, for example, information indicating characteristics such as body shape, height, clothing, etc. Note that personal authentication is not limited to biometric authentication.
Note that in the fifth embodiment described above, the authentication device 200 and the elevator control device 300c are described as separate information processing devices, but they may be the same. For example, the elevator control device 300c may further associate and register facial feature information with the user ID 3131 of the infectious disease countermeasure history DB 313. In that case, the control unit 340 may further include the functions of the face detection unit 220, feature point extraction unit 230, registration unit 240, and authentication unit 250 shown in FIG.
