在上述的出酒管中,所述环形卡槽的底壁上通过切削形成上述限位平面一且若干限位平面一沿环形卡槽的周向均匀分布,所述环形卡块的外周壁上具有若干呈长条状的限位凸部,所述限位凸部与限位平面一相对的表面形成上述限位平面二。通过在环形卡槽的底壁上切削形成限位平面一,加工方便,同时也使得环形 卡块能够与环形卡槽的底壁之间保持贴合。
在上述的出酒管中,所述配重件呈球状,所述配重件包括两半球体,每个半球体上均开设有半槽,每个半槽的内壁上均具有凸出呈半环状的凸条,两半球体可拆卸连接且两半球体相互扣合使得两半槽形成可供连接管酒桶接头的环形凸台伸入的连接孔,两凸条相互扣合形成上述的环形卡块。配重件制成分体式的两个半球体,连接管两半球体通过可拆卸的方式扣合在管体和酒桶接头的环形凸台外,安装和拆卸都较为方便,保证配重件可重复循环利用,无需随出酒管每次更换,不会造成成本的增加。
在上述的出酒管中,两半球体上均具有弹性卡脚和卡口,且其中一个半球体上的弹性卡脚能卡入另一个半球体对应的卡口内。形成配重件的两半球体之间通过弹性卡脚和卡口的配合方式,安装和拆卸都较为方便,保证配重件可重复循环利用,无需随出酒管每次更换,不会造成成本的增加。
在上述的出酒管中,每个半球体的半槽两侧均设有上述弹性卡脚和卡口,且半槽两侧的弹性卡脚呈上下错位布置,半槽两侧的卡口呈上下错位布置。卡脚和卡口呈上下错位布置,能够保证两个半球体相互扣合后两侧的受力较为均匀,避免单边受力的情况。同时通过上述设置,使得两个半球体的结构形成镜像,制作时只需要一套模具就能够完成。
在上述的出酒管中,所述管体的进酒端与酒桶接头之间通过接头软管连接,所述接头软管位于连接孔内,本出酒管还包括套设在接头软管外的连接管,所述连接管一端伸入连接孔内并抵靠在所述环形凸台上,连接管另一端伸出配重件外,且所述连接管通过热熔收缩包裹在所述接头软管和管体的进酒端外。连接管一端伸出配重件外,减少配重件安装后对于进酒端处管体的影响,能够更换的起到支撑的作用,避免管体在进酒端处受力发生形变或弯曲。
在上述的出酒管中,所述连接管伸入连接孔内的长度为整根连接管长度的1/4~1/2。通过上述的设置能够减少配重件安装后对于进酒端处管体的影响,能够更好的起到支撑的作用,避免管体在进酒端处受力发生形变或弯曲。
与现有技术相比,本出酒管具有以下优点:
1、通过在管体的进酒端设置配重件,从而使得在安装和更换的过程中,能够对管体的进酒端提供一个始终向下的拉力,从而能够始终将管体向下拉直,使其在酒柱中不会发生弯曲变形,同时又能够带动柔性的管体克服保温棉的阻力,保证其能够顺利的从酒柱中穿过,操作简便,效率高。
2、连接管的设计,能够起到支撑配重件以及阻隔配重件与管体的作用,避免配重件压迫柔性的管体,同时也对管体具有一个缓冲导向的作用,避免管体在靠近配重件的连接处发生局部弯曲变形。
3、配重件为可拆卸连接可重复循环利用,无需随出酒管每次更换,不会造成成本的增加。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1-7所示,本出酒管可用于扎啤机中,扎啤机包括酒柱3和设置在酒柱3上的出酒龙头2。本出酒管,包括配重件7和柔性的管体1,管体1的出酒端1a连接有出酒嘴4,出酒嘴4与出酒龙头2相连接,管体1的进酒端1b从酒柱3中穿过,管体1的进酒端1b连接有酒桶接头5。
具体地说,酒桶接头5与管体1连接的一端具有沿径向凸出的环形凸台5a,环形凸台5a上沿周向开设有环形卡槽5a1,配重件7的内壁上具有凸出的环形卡块7a1,环形凸台5a部分伸入配重件7内且环形卡块7a1卡接在环形卡槽5a1内。
更进一步地说,如图4、5、7、9和10所示,管体1的进酒端1b与酒桶接头5之间通过接头软管8连接,管体1的进酒端1b套设有连接管6,连接管6通过热熔收缩包裹在接头软管8和管体1的进酒端1b外。配重件7呈球状,配重件7包括两半球体7a,每个半球体7a上均开设有半槽7a21,每个半槽7a21的内壁上均具有凸出呈半环状的凸条7a11,两半球体7a上均具有弹性卡脚7a4和卡口7a5,且其中一个半球体7a上的弹性卡脚7a4卡入另一个半球体7a上的卡口7a5内,且两半槽7a21相互扣合形成可供连接管6和酒桶接头5的环形凸台5a伸入的连接孔7a2, 两凸条7a11相互扣合形成环形卡块7a1。接头软管8位于连接孔7a2内。连接管6一端伸入连接孔7a2内并抵靠在环形凸台5a上,连接管6另一端伸出配重件7外。连接管6伸入连接孔7a2内的长度为整根连接管6长度的1/4~1/2。本实施例中,每个半球体7a的半槽7a21两侧均设有弹性卡脚7a4和卡口7a5,且半槽7a21两侧的弹性卡脚7a4和卡口7a5呈上下错位布置。如图10所示,半球体7a上还开设有与卡口7a5相连通的按压口7a6,当弹性卡脚7a4卡接在对应的卡口7a5中时,弹性卡脚7a4的端部会进入到按压口7a6内,且弹性卡脚7a4与卡口7a5的内侧壁之间具有拆卸间隙,便于操作人员按压卡接在对应卡口7a5内的弹性卡脚7a4解除卡接,实现配重件7的拆卸,操作简便。
如图5-8所示,环形卡槽5a1的底壁上通过切削形成若干限位平面一5a11且若干限位平面一5a11沿环形卡槽5a1的周向均匀分布,环形卡块7a1的外周壁上具有若干呈长条状的限位凸部7a3,限位凸部7a3的数量与限位平面一5a11相同,且限位凸部7a3与限位平面一5a11相对的表面形成限位平面二7a31,若干限位平面一5a11与对应的若干限位平面二7a31相贴靠。环形卡块7a1和环形卡槽5a1的配合能够实现配重件7与环形凸台5a轴向上的连接固定,通过限位平面一5a11和限位平面二7a31的相互配合,则能够实现配重件7与环形凸台5a周向上的固定,稳定性好,使得配重件7与整个出酒管之间不会发生晃动。
一般在配重件7安装到管体1的进酒端1b上之前,连接管6、接头软管8、管体1的进酒端1b和酒桶接头5已经连接好,且连接管6已经热熔收缩将接头软管8和管体1的进酒端1b包裹起来。将配重件7安装到管体1的进酒端1b上时,将两个半球体7a对应扣合在进酒端1b与酒桶接头5的连接处,使弹性卡脚7a4卡入到对应的卡口7a5中,环形卡块7a1卡接在环形卡槽5a1,限位平面一5a11与对应的限位平面二7a31相贴靠,环形凸台5a部分 位于配重件7的连接孔7a2中。
本出酒管在扎啤机上安装使用时,先将出酒嘴4与出酒龙头2连接,然后再将设有配重件7的进酒端1b穿入酒柱3中,在配重件7的重力的作用下,管体1能够始终被配重件7向下拉直,并且配重件7能够带动管体1下滑直接克服酒柱3中保温棉的弹性阻力顺畅的从酒柱3中穿过,然后再将进酒端1b的酒桶接头5连接在酒桶上即完成安装。当需要更换出酒管时,将出酒嘴4从出酒龙头2上拆下,将酒桶接头5从酒桶上拆下,再将出酒管从酒柱3中抽出。在按压口7a6处按压弹性卡脚7a4,使得两半球体7a之间解除卡接,配重件7分开为两个半球体7a,将配重件7从旧的出酒管中拿下并重新安装到新的出酒管上,重复上述在扎啤机上的安装步骤即可完成更换。
本申请颠覆了本领域技术人员对配重件7的常规认知,通过在管体1的进酒端1b设置配重件7,在安装和更换的过程中,配重件7能够对管体1的进酒端1b提供一个始终向下的拉力,从而能够始终将管体1向下拉直,使其在酒柱3中不会发生弯曲变形,同时又能够带动柔性的管体1克服保温棉的阻力,保证其能够顺利的从酒柱3中穿过,操作简便,效率高。而连接管6的设计,能够起到支撑配重件7以及阻隔配重件7与管体1的作用,避免配重件7压迫柔性的管体1,同时也对管体1具有一个缓冲导向的作用,避免管体1在靠近配重件7的连接处发生局部弯曲变形。同时,配重件7为可拆卸连接,可重复循环利用,无需随出酒管每次更换,不会造成成本的增加。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了管体1、出酒龙头2、酒柱3、出酒嘴 4、酒桶接头5、环形凸台5a等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种出酒管,包括柔性的管体(1),所述管体(1)的出酒端(1a)连接有用于与出酒龙头(2)连接的出酒嘴(4),管体(1)的进酒端(1b)连接有酒桶接头(5),其特征在于,本出酒管还包括配重件(7),所述配重件(7)套设在所述管体(1)的进酒端(1b)外,且所述配重件(7)与酒桶接头(5)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述酒桶接头(5)与管体(1)连接的一端具有沿径向凸出的环形凸台(5a),所述环形凸台(5a)部分伸入配重件(7)内且与配重件(7)相卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述环形凸台(5a)上沿周向开设有环形卡槽(5a1),所述配重件(7)的内壁上具有凸出的环形卡块(7a1),所述环形卡块(7a1)卡接在环形卡槽(5a1)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述环形卡槽(5a1)的底壁上具有若干限位平面一(5a11),所述环形卡块(7a1)上对应具有若干限位平面二(7a31),若干限位平面一(5a11)与对应的若干限位平面二(7a31)相贴靠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述环形卡槽(5a1)的底壁上通过切削形成上述限位平面一(5a11)且若干限位平面一(5a11)沿环形卡槽(5a1)的周向均匀分布,所述环形卡块(7a1)的外周壁上具有若干呈长条状的限位凸部(7a3),所述限位凸部(7a3)与限位平面一(5a11)相对的表面形成上述限位平面二(7a31)。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述配重件(7)呈球状,所述配重件(7)包括两半球体(7a),每个半球体(7a)上均开设有半槽(7a21),每个半槽(7a21)的内壁上均具有凸出呈半环状的凸条(7a11),两半球体(7a)可拆卸 连接且两半球体(7a)相互扣合使得两半槽(7a21)形成可供酒桶接头(5)的环形凸台(5a)伸入的连接孔(7a2),两凸条(7a11)相互扣合形成上述的环形卡块(7a1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的出酒管,其特征在于,两半球体(7a)上均具有弹性卡脚(7a4)和卡口(7a5),且其中一个半球体(7a)上的弹性卡脚(7a4)能够卡入另一个半球体(7a)对应的卡口(7a5)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的出酒管,其特征在于,每个半球体(7a)的半槽(7a21)两侧均设有上述弹性卡脚(7a4)和卡口(7a5),且半槽(7a21)两侧的弹性卡脚(7a4)呈上下错位布置,半槽(7a21)两侧的卡口(7a5)呈上下错位布置。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述管体(1)的进酒端(1b)与酒桶接头(5)之间通过接头软管(8)连接,所述接头软管(8)位于连接孔(7a2)内,本出酒管还包括套设在接头软管(8)外的连接管(6),所述连接管(6)一端伸入连接孔(7a2)内并抵靠在所述环形凸台(5a)上,连接管(6)另一端伸出配重件(7)外,且所述连接管(6)通过热熔收缩包裹在所述接头软管(8)和管体(1)的进酒端(1b)外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的出酒管,其特征在于,所述连接管(6)伸入连接孔(7a2)内的长度为整根连接管(6)长度的1/4~1/2。
