背景技术
日常生活中,大人们经常会先将可食用的奶水装入奶瓶中,再放入冰箱中冷藏,婴儿需要喂养时,则可以直接从冰箱取出奶瓶,通过暖奶器加热后便可以食用。喂养婴儿时,婴儿对水温很敏感,太冷或者太热都不可以,过热有烫伤婴儿的风险,市面上的暖奶器加热母乳或者配方奶粉,均有加热温度不精准的痛点,经常因加热温度过高造成婴儿烫伤,或因加热温度过低,使得婴儿肠胃不适,且无法根据不同季节地温度,相应地调节加热温度,从而大大降低了使用体验感。
因此一种暖奶器温控系统有待研究。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种暖奶器温控系统,具有在加热奶水时,可快速准确地加热奶水温度,加热温度精准高和暖奶速度快,结构简单,操作方便,温度可调节的优势。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种暖奶器温控系统,包括测温装置本体,其用于暖奶器,所述暖奶器上设置有加热模块,所述测温装置本体包括:控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设有供用户调整的温度预设值;及,测温模块,所述测温模块与所述控制电路板电连接,所述测温模块的测温部朝向所述暖奶器内奶瓶开口的一侧,所述测温模块用于实时监测 所述奶瓶内的奶水温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至所述控制电路板,所述控制电路板将所述温度信息与所述温度预设值对比,并根据对比结果控制所述加热模块开启或关闭。
所述暖奶器上还设置有提醒模块,所述提醒模块与所述控制电路板电连接,所述提醒模块用于在所述加热模块加热完成时提醒用户。
所述暖奶器上还设置有盖体,所述盖体盖设于所述奶瓶开口上,所述测温部穿设所述盖体。
所述测温装置本体上设置有按键,所述按键与所述控制电路板电连接。
所述按键包括温度加减按键及开关按键。
所述测温装置本体上还设置有显示屏,所述显示屏与所述控制电路板电连接。
所述加热模块为水浴加热器、蒸汽加热器或者热风加热器。
所述提醒模块为蜂鸣器或扬声器。
所述测温模块为无接触式温度传感器或接触式温度传感器。
所述测温装置本体内还设置有电源,所述电源与所述控制电路板电连接,所述电源可为充电电池或干电池。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型有益效果为:
1、控制电路板上设有供用户调整的温度预设值,测温模块与控制电路板电连接,测温模块的测温部朝向暖奶器内奶瓶开口的一侧,测温模块用于实时监测奶瓶内的奶水温度信息,并将温度信息发送至控制电路板,控制电路板将温度信息与温度预设值对比,并根据对比结果控制加热模块开启或关闭。这样设置的测温装置有效解决了市面上的暖奶器加热母乳或者配方奶粉,均有加热温度不精准的痛点,经常因加热温度过高造成婴儿烫伤,或因加热温 度过低,使得婴儿肠胃不适,且无法根据不同季节地温度,相应地调节加热温度,从而大大降低了使用体验感的缺陷,具有在加热奶水时,可快速准确地加热奶水温度,加热温度精准高和暖奶速度快,结构简单,操作方便,温度可调节的优势。
2、暖奶器上还设置有提醒模块,提醒模块与控制电路板电连接,在奶瓶内奶水加热温度到达控制电路板内的预设值后,控制电路板将加热模块关闭,随之启动提醒模块,提醒模块从而告知使用者奶水已达到使用者预设温度。
3、暖奶器上还设置有盖体,盖体盖设于奶瓶开口上,测温模块的测温部穿设盖体,并朝向奶瓶内奶水的方向,从而使得测温模块能更加准确高效地知晓奶瓶内奶水的温度信息。

本实施例涉及一种暖奶器温控系统,如同1所示,包含测温装置本体1,其用于暖奶器,暖奶器上设置有加热模块200,测温装置本体1包括:控制电路板100及测温模块13。
控制电路板100设置于测温装置本体1内,加热模块200与控制电路板100电连接,控制电路板100上设有供用户调整的温度预设值,温度预设值可供使用者根据婴儿状态及环境温度灵活做出调整,从而有效地使奶水温度更能满足适合婴儿需求。测温模块13与控制电路板100电连接,测温模块13的测温部朝向暖奶器内奶瓶开口的一侧,以提高测温精度,测温模块13用于实时监测奶瓶内的奶水温度信息,并将温度信息发送至控制电路板100,控制电路板100将温度信息与温度预设值对比,并根据对比结果控制加热模块200开启或关闭,当温度信息低于温度预设值时,控制电路板100继续控制加热模块200对奶水进行加热,当温度高于或等于预设温度时,控制电路板100关闭加热模块200,从而停止对奶水的加热。在本实施中,加热模块200可为水浴加热器、蒸汽加热器或者热风加热器等中的任意一种。测温模块13为无接触式温度传感器或接触式温度传感器。测温模块13与测温装置本体1之间通过电线连接,可通过电线延伸,方便测温模块13的放置。
优选的,暖奶器上还设置有提醒模块300,提醒模块300与控制电路板100电连接,在奶瓶内奶水加热温度到达控制电路板100内的预设值后,控制电路板100将加热模块200关闭,随之启动提醒模块300,提醒模块300从而 告知使用者奶水已达到使用者预设温度,防止因使用者遗漏拿取奶瓶,造成的奶水温度冷却。在本实施例中,提醒模块300为蜂鸣器或扬声器。在其它实施例中,提醒模块300为与客户端手机连接的信号发射器。
优选的,如图2所示,所述测温装置本体1还包括:盖体3、按键11、显示屏12及电源。
盖体3盖设于奶瓶开口上,测温模块13的测温部穿设盖体3,并朝向奶瓶内奶水的方向,从而使得测温模块13能更加准确高效地知晓奶瓶内奶水的温度信息,封闭的盖体3也可使加热效率显著提高。按键11与控制电路板100电连接。按键11包括温度加减按键11及开关按键11,从而可供使用者调节预设值及开启或关闭本装置。显示屏12与控制电路板100电连接,显示屏12用于实时显示测温模块13获得的温度信息,并同样显示使用者的预设温度。电源与控制电路板100电连接。在本实施例中,电源可为充电电池或干电池,从而提高整体的便捷性,不过度依赖电源。在其它实施例中,电源为交流电,相应的本装置上设置有插头。
本实用新型的工作原理大致如下述:开启电源,使用者根据需求设置预设温度,将盖体3盖于奶瓶口上,再启动加热模块200对奶瓶内的奶水进行加热,测温模块13实时监测奶瓶内的奶水温度信息,并将温度信息发送至控制电路板100,控制电路板100将温度信息与温度预设值对比,并根据对比结果控制加热模块200开启或关闭,当温度信息低于温度预设值时,控制电路板100继续控制加热模块200对奶水进行加热,当温度高于或等于预设温度时,控制电路板100关闭加热模块200,从而停止对奶水的加热。这样设置的测温装置有效解决了市面上的暖奶器加热母乳或者配方奶粉,均有加热温度不精准的痛点,经常因加热温度过高造成婴儿烫伤,或因加热温度过低,使 得婴儿肠胃不适,且无法根据不同季节地温度,相应地调节加热温度,从而大大降低了使用体验感的缺陷,具有在加热奶水时,可快速准确地加热奶水温度,加热温度精准高和暖奶速度快,结构简单,操作方便,温度可调节的优势。

  1. 一种暖奶器温控系统,包括测温装置本体(1),其用于暖奶器,所述暖奶器上设置有加热模块(200),其特征在于,所述测温装置本体(1)包括:
    控制电路板(100),所述控制电路板(100)上设有供用户调整的温度预设值;及,
    测温模块(13),所述测温模块(13)与所述控制电路板(100)电连接,所述测温模块(13)的测温部朝向所述暖奶器内奶瓶开口的一侧,所述测温模块(13)用于实时监测所述奶瓶内的奶水温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至所述控制电路板(100),所述控制电路板(100)将所述温度信息与所述温度预设值对比,并根据对比结果控制所述加热模块(200)开启或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的暖奶器温控系统,其特征在于,所述暖奶器上还设置有提醒模块(300),所述提醒模块(300)与所述控制电路板(100)电连接,所述提醒模块(300)用于在所述加热模块(200)加热完成时提醒用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的暖奶器温控系统,其特征在于,所述暖奶器上还设置有盖体(3),所述盖体(3)盖设于所述奶瓶开口上,所述测温部穿设所述盖体(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的暖奶器温控系统,其特征在于,所述测温装置本体(1)上设置有按键(11),所述按键(11)与所述控制电路板(100)电连接。
