一种双层过滤水封地漏 技术领域
本申请涉及工业卫生器具技术领域,具体涉及一种双层过滤水封地漏。
背景技术
地漏是连接排水管道系统与室内地面的重要接口,作为工业厂房废水系统的重要部件,它的性能好坏直接影响工艺生产线的成败,对周边环境的环保性能的控制至关重要;传统地漏为单层过滤网板,容易堵塞,排水不畅。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本申请提供了一种双层过滤水封地漏,其目的是解决传统地漏为单层过滤网板,容易堵塞的问题。
为了实现上述发明目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
提供一种双层过滤水封地漏,其包括筒体,筒体的底端上设置有地漏地板,地漏地板上同轴设置有排水管,筒体内设置有位于排水管和筒体内壁之间的密封罩,密封罩的高度大于筒体内的排水管高度;密封罩的侧壁上开设有若干排水孔;筒体上设置有位于密封罩之上的第一篦子和第二篦子。
本申请的有益效果为:在本方案中,设置的第一篦子和第二篦子起到双层过滤的作用,从而解决了背景技术中单层过滤网板容易堵塞的问题。密封罩、排水孔和排水管的设置,在能保证排水的情况下,自生形成水封圈,避免臭气散发出来。
进一步,第一篦子设置在第二篦子上方,第一篦子上设置有N个第一透水孔,第二篦子上设置有M个第二透水孔;第一透水孔的孔径大于第二透水孔的孔径,N<M。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:较大的工业杂质可隔绝在第一篦子外,第二篦子可进一步过滤小杂质,达到双层过滤的作用。
进一步,第一透水孔的孔径为10mm,第二透水孔的孔径为5mm,N=7/8M。
进一步,筒体设置有用于放置第一篦子的第一角钢槽,筒体内设置有用于放置第二篦子的第二角钢槽。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:第一角钢槽和第二角钢槽的设置便于第一篦子和第二篦子 的拆装,在正常情况下第一篦子和第二篦子利用自身的重力安装;在清洗时,第一篦子和第二篦子取下后,采用人工或常规工具均可清洗第一篦子、第二篦子和筒体内的杂质及废弃物,无需专业的地漏清洗设备清理。
进一步,第一角钢槽设置在筒体的顶端上。
进一步,筒体包括圆柱段和圆锥段,第一篦子位于第二篦子设置在圆柱段上。利用圆锥段下窄上宽的特性,在地漏地板处积水较快,便于从排水孔和排水管中排出水;圆柱段起到缓冲和储存水的目的。
进一步,排水孔的数量为三个,且均匀布置在密封罩上。三个排水孔的设置,使密封罩结构受力稳定,而且加工方便。
进一步,排水孔的高度位于密封罩底部的1/4处。
上述技术方案的有益效果为:使得排水管高出排水孔,可以自生形成水封圈,避免臭味的散发,并且1/4的设置使预留排水空间较大,便于排水。
进一步,排水管的顶部到密封罩之间的距离为20-50mm,伸出筒体外的排水管的高度大于50mm。20-50mm的设置使预留排水空间较大,便于排水;大于50mm的设置便于排水管与外界管连接。

请参考图1,本申请提供一种双层过滤水封地漏,其包括筒体,筒体的底端上设置有地漏地板6,地漏地板上同轴设置有排水管7,筒体内设置有位于排水管7和筒体内壁之间的密封罩8,密封罩8的高度大于筒体内的排水管7高度;密封罩8的侧壁上开设有若干排水孔5;筒体上设置有位于密封罩8之上的第一篦子12和第二篦子10。
在本方案中,设置的第一篦子12和第二篦子10起到双层过滤的作用,从而解决了背景技术中单层过滤网板容易堵塞的问题。密封罩8、排水孔5和排水管7的设置,在能保证排水的情况下,自生形成水封圈,避免臭气散发出来。
具体的,密封罩8的顶部封闭设置,底部未封闭。筒体的两端均未封闭设置,地漏地板6焊接在筒体的底部,排水管7贯穿焊接在地漏地板6的中部。密封罩8和排水管7同轴设置,密封罩8放在地漏地板6上。
第一篦子12设置在第二篦子10上方,第一篦子12上设置有N个第一透水孔11,第二篦子10上设置有M个第二透水孔9;第一透水孔11的孔径大于第二透水孔9的孔径,N<M。N和M均为自然数。
较大的工业杂质可隔绝在第一篦子12外,第二篦子10可进一步过滤小杂质,达到双层过滤的作用。具体的,第一透水孔11的孔径为10mm,第二透水孔9的孔径为5mm,N=7/8M。
筒体设置有用于放置第一篦子12的第一角钢槽1,筒体内设置有用于放置第二篦子10的第二角钢槽3。
第一角钢槽1和第二角钢槽3的设置便于第一篦子12和第二篦子10的拆装,在正常情况下第一篦子12和第二篦子10利用自身的重力安装;在清洗时,第一篦子12和第二篦子10取下后,采用人工或常规工具均可清洗第一篦子12、第二篦子10和筒体内的杂质及废弃物,无需专业的地漏清洗设备清理。
具体的,第一角钢槽1焊接在筒体顶外壁上,这样便于拿取第二篦子10,第一篦子12放在第一角钢槽1上,同样第二角钢槽3焊接在筒体内,第二篦子10放在第二角钢槽3上。
筒体包括圆柱段2和圆锥段4,第一篦子12位于第二篦子10设置在圆柱段2上。利用圆锥段4下窄上宽的特性,在地漏地板6处积水较快,便于从排水孔5和排水管中排出水;圆柱段2起到缓冲储存水的目的,避免室内污水过大,导致本装置失效或起不到过滤的作用。
具体的,圆柱段2和圆锥段4可以同轴焊接在一起。
排水孔5的数量为三个,且均匀布置在密封罩8上,三个排水孔5的设置,使密封罩8结构受力稳定,而且加工方便。
排水孔5的高度位于密封罩8底部的1/4处。使得排水管7高出排水孔5,可以自生形成水封圈,避免臭味的散发,并且1/4的设置使预留排水空间较大,便于排水。
具体的,排水孔5的高度小于排水管7道高度,这样可以形成水密封。
排水管7的顶部到密封罩8之间的距离为20-50mm,位于筒体外的排水管7高度大于50mm。20-50mm的设置使预留排水空间较大,便于排水;大于50mm的设置便于排水管7与外界管连接。
本装置的排水原理:
外部废水经第一篦子12的初步过滤,再经第二篦子10的二次过滤,使水汇入到圆锥段4的底部并储存,杂质沉淀,随着水位上升,并水位高度高于排水管7的顶部后,废水从排水管7外排。
需要说明的是,排水孔5的孔径远大于第二透水孔9的孔径。

  1. 一种双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,包括筒体,所述筒体的底端上设置有地漏地板(6),所述地漏地板(6)上同轴设置有排水管(7),所述筒体内设置有位于排水管(7)和筒体内壁之间的密封罩(8),所述密封罩(8)的高度大于筒体内的排水管(7)高度;所述密封罩(8)的侧壁上开设有若干排水孔(5);所述筒体上设置有位于密封罩(8)之上的第一篦子(12)和第二篦子(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,所述第一篦子(12)设置在第二篦子(10)上方,所述第一篦子(12)上设置有N个第一透水孔(11),所述第二篦子(10)上设置有M个第二透水孔(9);所述第一透水孔(11)的孔径大于第二透水孔(9)的孔径,N<M。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,所述第一透水孔(11)的孔径为10mm,所述第二透水孔(9)的孔径为5mm,N=7/8M。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,所述筒体设置有用于放置第一篦子(12)的第一角钢槽(1),所述筒体内设置有用于放置第二篦子(10)的第二角钢槽(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,所述第一角钢槽(1)设置在筒体的顶端上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双层过滤水封地漏,其特征在于,所述筒体包括圆柱段(2)和圆锥段(4),所述第一篦子(12)位于第二篦子(10)设置在圆柱段(2)上。
