Detailed Description of Embodiments
The foregoing, the invention will be illustrated through the specific embodiments as examples of the invention. It should however be noted that like reference numerals identify like elements throughout the description. The purposes and effects of the present invention will also be appearance in the detailed disclosure below.
Figure 2 is a diagram of the main components of the system that enhances the concentration of users when they watch a video clip or listen to a recorded content or read text by gamifying the user's behavior during their watching, listening to content in some embodiment of the present invention, including user terminals 2 such as smartphones, computers, or devices with similar features. These terminals shall be installed at least one software application 21 with the features of displaying information to users, recording user input data or user online behavior and transferring data to the server to be processed. These devices connect to other components of the service system via an information network (LAN or the Internet). The service system 1 is installed an appropriate software 18 linked to a database 13, and has the function of storing user information, updating information about data, user behavior, receiving and send messages to the user, displaying the information to the user.
Referring to Figure 3, the service system 1 to enhance user concentration includes: a processor 11; a memory 12 combined with processor 11, database 13 including data area for storing digital content, question/requirement bank data area and user score storage data area, a load balancer 14, an interactive interface 15 connected to the processor 11 to communicate with the user device 2; and a software 18. According to a preferred embodiment, service system 1 also includes a payment gateway 16 and a blockchain 17.
Service system 1 can be a server or processor 11, with the memory 12 on which the database 13 and software 18 is stored. The database is a type of structured database consisting of a data area storing the digital content, the question/requirement bank data area, and the user score storage data area.
The user device 2 enables user 3 to interact with the server through a web browser or an application installed on the user device. The interactive interface 15 supports for transferring information from website or the application to the server. The load balancer 14 supports to distribute information from users to the server in a reasonable way without being overloaded. Application servers make incoming requests from users via an interactive interface. Some requests are processed and cached to the memory 12 to help application servers getting data faster, optimizing processing speed. In addition, the cache memory 12 also plays a role in scheduling repetitive operations. The database 13 contains data from the user requests that have been stored in the application server's memory. Some other requests are saved directly to the database on the block chain 17. At the same time, some of the chain codes that handle certain types of transactions in the system are also on the 17 blockchain. During processing, part of the data from the blockchain system 17 will be synchronized with the data stored in the database 13.
The user 3 in the above service system 1 has two types of activities, including: Receiving information when the user uses the user device 2 to view, listen to, read digital content for entertainment, receive information and studying; and providing information when the user gives digital content to other users to receive through the system with the expectation that the receiving user will be more focused when viewing such content.
The user device 2 is a device that includes a microprocessor, input module (touch screen, or keyboard mouse, microphone, sensor, etc.), output module (monitor, speaker, image projection device). ...), RAM memory, storage device (hard drive), network connection module (wired, wireless). The user device 2 is stored multiple instructions set as one or more application software installed with the following features:
- Receive and display the content from the service system 1. It can be in the form of a web browser or an application installed on a mobile device or software with similar features.
- Receive simple response signals from users, such as touch, button press. This interface can also be connected to a sensor or microphone to receive response data in the form of images, sounds, lights or other ways of transmitting response signals from the user. For example, the user might be a student in which the student seating positions have electrical buttons connected to the circuitry to input into the computer when to be pressed. As a result, when students listen to the teacher’s lecture, students can press the electric button to interact, arid this interaction is entered into the computer when to be pressed and the system will determine if the student presses at the right time.
On the user device 2, the application receiving the reply can be a web page or application installed on the mobile device or an add-on application on the web browser, such as a Chrome extension or a web browser or any other similar applications.
The server system consists of one or more servers with a hardware including a central processing unit CPU, random access memory RAM, ROM read-only memory, network connection modules (such as Ethernet adapters, cable modems, Wi-Fi adapter, cellular transceiver, Bluetooth transceiver or the like or a combination thereof). Commands are stored in the software including the following features:
- An API application programming interface helps to connect between different libraries and applications so that the user's application can access, interact and exchange information with the service system 1.
- The load balancing module 14 helps balance access to servers during operation. For example, when new registrations of users increase highly while users create low lessons, this module will allocate more server capacity to the new user registration service.
The service system 1 includes service modules that help to initialize, read, update and delete, referred to as CRUDs (Create, Read, Update, Delete) with the following data objects:
- User;
- Content in the form of movies or audio or text. This information is entered by the user into the service system to save directly or as a link to an online address containing such files.
Each such information will be saved with questions/answers/bonus scores. The questions/answers/bonus scores are initialized in accordance with the content entered manually by the user, or are generated automatically by an auto-questioning module, such as a self-questioning software using the Google Al speech to text engine (Google Al Speech to text) to create questions from a video clip. Questions about the details that will appear in the movie content and/and the audio or/and the images and/and the text are created so that the respondent needs only a simple operation, such as the press of a button, move their eyes, wave their hand, say “Yes”, etc.. An example of a question that matches the content: The content that introduces a car type will be accompanied by the question "Click when the image of a blue car appears" or "Blink when you hear the word electric car" or say “Yes” when the presenter finishes each question”, etc. and the answers are at the 2,7, 101 , 312th seconds with an error of +/-2 seconds, the reward score for each correct answer is 2 scores.... The initial question/answer process for each content can be done manually or using image, sound or motion recognition software to generate questions automatically. The users will answer the above questions with a simple operation at the 2,7,101, and 312th seconds with an error of no more than 2 seconds and the number of bonus scores will be calculated based on the number of correct/incorrect answers of the users.
- Reward Scores;
- In addition, there can also be other data objects such as classes, subjects, schools, organizations, products, etc.
The module 18 generates questions automatically from content such as movies, audio, images, text.
The database 13 is an information system containing data entered by the users through the Interactive Interface 15 and the Service System 1. The database is built according to a certain structure to meet the needs for exploitation, use by many people or run many application programs at the same time.
The blockchain system 17 is a distributed database on a peer-to-peer network of computers, organized into a chain link of information blocks (blocks), allowing development and expansion over time by time. Each block in the blockchain contains:
Data;
A unique hash is generated by encrypting data by the Secure Hash Algorithm (abbreviated as SHA) into a piece of code, usually 256 bits in length. Each of these pieces of code of a data group, a block, or a piece of blockchain, etc. is similar to a unique fingerprint with an identity value. Any change in the encrypted data changes its hash.
The collation hash (which is the hash of one or more preceding blocks) forms the chain. Any change to one block will cause subsequent blocks to be inconsistent.
Depending on the level of blockchain application, the system enhances and measures the level of centralization, rewards the user's concentration when viewing digital content, there will be different versions of the data content in the information blocks:
Embodiment 1 (shown in Figure 3): the data on the information blocks includes:
- The payment Gateway 16 which is to help convertting CRU requests, without delete service, from reward scores service in the service system 1 to cryptographic transfer requests on the blockchain.
- The bonus scores transaction data in the form of cryptocurrency (crypto)
- The user account data.
Embodiment 2 (as shown in Figure 3): The data on the information blocks includes: - Payment Gateway 16 is to help converting CRU requests from reward scores service in the service system 1 to crypto transfer requests on the blockchain.
- Score transaction data in the form of cryptocurrency (crypto)
- User data, lessons, reward scores and other service data later depending on the level of development of the system such as: CRU class, subject, school, organization, product, etc.
- Chain codes contain instructions to help performing CRU services instead of a part of Service System 1. Accordingly, user interactions with the service system will be through Service System 1 to call into the string code to execute. (Note that on blockchain there is no data erasure feature).
Referring to Figure 4, the process of attaching the concentration of users when they watch a video clip or listen to recorded content by gamifying the user's behavior in the process of watching or listening to the content in some embodiments of the invention is illustrated in flowchart. In step 1, the organizer sets the time corresponding to the content in the video clip or recording file so that if the user double-clicks, he will be rewarded. This setting can be easily accomplished by adding a suitable piece of code to the software that makes up the desktop, website or application interface so that the reward information will appear only if the user performs certain actions as desired by the organizer. Software 18 also creates a link between digital content in the data area storing digital content with the questions/requirements in the question/requirement bank data area, and the answers and scoring principles in the data area of user scores. This association can be created in the form of a piece of code that retrieves information from database areas. At step 2, the organizer notifies the user about the game rules when the user activates digital content which includes topics related to prize areas and the behavior of receiving rewards. For example, “Double click when there is a demo of features of product A to get 10 bonus scores each time. If you click at the wrong time, 5 scores will be deducted”. In some cases, the bonus requirements are more complex, requiring users to carefully review the content, analyze and synthesize it. In some other cases, the user may be required to perform a sequence of actions in order to receive a reward. At step 3, the person watching the video clip or listening to the audio content will perform the required actions at the right time. For example, after reading the message in step 2, the user will double-click every time the feature description of the product A appears. At step 4, every time the user performs the behavior, the software information will bonus or penalty will appear. For example, if the user reads the information in the example at step 2, double-clicks whenever the feature description of product A appears, the prize information will be displayed on the user's screen. At step 5, when the user finishes watching or listening to the entire content, the reward or penalty will be added or subtracted from the user's account. The method to increase the concentration of users using the service system according to the invention shown in Figure 4 includes the following steps:
Step 1 : receive information from the user device that requires to view, listen to, and read digital content for entertainment and learning. The user selects the digital content, such as videos for entertainment or study, this selection request is sent to the service system. It should be noted that digital content can include a variety of digital forms in the form of text, video, audio, motion animation, etc..
Step 2: send the required digital content to the user device. The service system sends this digital content to the user upon request.
Step 3 : Play the digital content on the user device. The digital content (video) is played on the user's device, and at certain times sent questions/requests to the user device in a digital content playback process where the questions/requests this request is selected from the database;
Step 4: receive the user's responses from the user device through the user's interaction with the user device. The user interacts by pressing a button (or making eye movements, waving, speaking, selecting words, etc.) at the time of the service system request.
Step 5: compares and scores the responses received from the user's device including: bonus scores, penalty scores and zero scores. If the user presses (does) the right request such as pressing the correct score system, the right content, the bonus scores will be added to the user, if the wrong time or wrong content is requested, the system deducts the user's scores (negative score).
Step 6: accumulate these comparison and scoring results into the data area storing the user scores of the database. After finishing watching digital content, such as video, the system will save the score of this view, and add the scores to the total accumulated scores of the user for this digital content.
Step 7. Send this comparison and scoring result to the user device. The scores of this scoring are sent to the user's device so that the user knows that bonus, penalty and non-scoring scores have been received, thereby correctly completing the questions/requirements of the service system. .
To increase the excitement of users, these accumulated scores are also converted into other types of rewards, such as gadgets, clothes, coins, etc.
Accumulation of comparison and grading results can be increased/decreased, keeping the score of the user 3 unchanged by service system 1 based on the results of comparing answer data submitted by user and lesson data/ answers in the database 13. In which, the software contains instructions that, when executed by the processor of the service system 1, causes the service system to perform the above steps of the method of increasing user concentration.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after receiving information from the user device, the method also includes the following steps: sending content data from the user device 2 through interactive interface 15 and load balancer 14 to service system 1 by the user 3; creating questions automatically by automatic question generation of Automatic Question Generation Module 18; initializing and storing content into database 13 by service system 1.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, where the step of accumulating the results of comparison and scoring is performed by tokens on the blockchain 17.
