本公开基于申请号为202220464630.4,申请日为2022年3月5日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该篇中国专利申请的优先权,该篇中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请属于电饭煲技术领域,具体为一种双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构及双胆电饭煲。
背景技术
电饭煲是一种非常实用的烹调器具,随着科学技术的进步,电饭煲从功能单一的单胆结构发展成为功能更多更全的双胆结构,从最初的一个按键进行操作实现煮饭,到现如今设计的具有定时、煮饭、保温以及菜单选择等多种功能,双胆电饭煲的出现实现了同时煮饭、做菜等两种功能,深受消费者的欢迎,双胆电饭煲正在逐步走进千家万户。双胆电饭煲给人们带来方便的同时也暴露出一些问题,如图1所示,现有的双胆电饭煲的双内胆多为圆形或类圆形,造成锅体上的两大区域(如第一区域和第二区域)未能充分利用,进而导致双胆电饭煲的内胆容积较小,不适于家庭人口较多的用户使用,若要保证容积适当大势必要加大双胆电饭煲的外形尺寸,使设计出的双胆电饭煲看起来很笨重,甚至比同样容积的两台单胆电饭煲加起来的尺寸还大很多,对于以女性为主的使用者来说,转移电饭煲的位置极不方便,实用性较差。
因此,亟需设计出一种整体尺寸精简,容积满足需求,且实用性更强的双胆电饭煲。
发明内容
为解决以上背景技术中的问题,本申请提供一种双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构及双胆电饭煲。通过将第一侧面和第二侧面设计成竖直面,并使两竖直面之间的间距足够小,最大程度的利用了锅体的内部空间,同时精简了产品尺寸,即具美观也具有较好的实用性。
本申请的第一个目的是提供一种双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,包括锅体,锅体内设有上端开口的第一容置腔和第二容置腔,其中:
第一容置腔内可拆卸设有第一内胆,第二容置腔内可拆卸设有第二内胆,第一内胆和第二内胆沿锅体的长度方向相邻设置;
第一内胆上设有第一侧面,第二内胆上设有第二侧面,第一侧面和第二侧面均位于锅体的中间位置;
第一侧面上和第二侧面上至少部分具有相对设置的竖直面,两个竖直面之间的夹角为0°-10°。
进一步的,第一侧面上的竖直面和第二侧面上的竖直面平行设置,两个竖直面之间的间距为h,h=20-40mm。
进一步的,在其他技术方案中,第一侧面和第二侧面全部为竖直面,且平行设置,两个竖直面均由锅体的前部延伸至锅体的后部,两个竖直面之间的间距为h,h=20-40mm。

与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果为:
(1)本申请的双内胆结构将第一内胆和第二内胆上相邻的第一侧面和第二侧面至少部分做成竖直面,充分利用了锅体的内部空间,加大了内胆的容积, 且电饭煲的整体尺寸不至于过大,具有较好的实用性。
(2)本申请的双内胆结构通过将第一侧面和第二侧面完全设计成竖直面,且两竖直面之间的间距h=20-40mm,尤其当h=28mm时,产品的整体尺寸较为精致,且在同一外形尺寸的情况下,最大可比圆形或其他形状内胆的容积大50%以上。
(3)本申请的双内胆结构在第一内胆和第二内胆的中间区域设计有支撑板,支撑板顶住中框面防止可减轻了中框面的下沉变形,且支撑板为隔热板,降低了两个内胆之间热量的相互传递,避免左右两锅的热量互串,影响煮食效果。

如图1-3所示,本申请提供一种双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,包括锅体1,锅体1内设有上端开口的第一容置腔11和第二容置腔12,其中:第一容置腔11内可拆卸设有第一内胆2,第二容置腔12内可拆卸设有第二内胆3,第一内胆2 和第二内胆3沿锅体1的长度方向相邻设置;第一内胆2上设有第一侧面21,第二内胆3上设有第二侧面31,第一侧面21和第二侧面31均位于锅体1的中间位置;第一侧面21上和第二侧面31上至少部分具有相对设置的竖直面,两个竖直面之间的夹角为0°-10°,可以理解为两个竖直面平行设置或者近似平行设置。通过将两个侧面部分设计成平行或近似平行的结构,充分利用了锅体的内部空间,加大了内胆的容积,且使电饭煲的整体尺寸不至于过大,具有较好的实用性。
需要说明的是,本申请中所描述的竖直面或直面均是由锅体的开口端向锅底方向延伸形成的,所描述的锅体的前端面4或前部为将锅体放置在水平面上时与使用者正对的一面。且从图2中的俯视图可以看出,相邻的第一侧面21和第二侧面31至少部分与锅体1的前端面4垂直。
具体的,本实施例中第一侧面21上的竖直面和第二侧面31上的竖直面平行设置,两个竖直面之间的间距为h,h=20-40mm。可以知道,竖直面所占比例越大,间距h越小,两内胆的容积就越大;其中,h值的大小主要由电饭煲两锅盖间隙、外盖厚度、内盖厚度、内胆翻边、以及必要的避空决定的。经过大量的试验,得出h的取值在20-40mm之间,能较好的充分利用锅体的空间。
优选的,本实施例中,第一侧面21和第二侧面31全部为竖直面,且平行设置,两个竖直面均由锅体1的前部延伸至锅体1的后部,且两个竖直面之间的间距为h,h=20-40mm。更优选的,h=28mm,此时,产品的整体尺寸较为精致。通过将第一侧面21和第二侧面31全部设计成竖直面,且将两竖直面之间的间距h设计成28mm,达到充分利用锅体内部空间的目的,设计出的双胆电饭煲整体尺寸较为精致。如图1和图2所示,双胆电饭煲的尺寸均为长a,宽b,但明显可以看出图3中的两内胆结构的设置更能充分利用锅体的空间。

具体的,本实施例中第二内胆3上与第二侧面31相邻的两侧面至少部分为由锅体1中间向锅体1右端部延伸的直面。优选的,第二内胆3的形状为D形 或方形,一方面加大了第二内胆3的空间,另一方面也充分利用了第二容置腔12的空间,使第二容置腔12占锅体1的比例增大。
具体的,本实施例中竖直面由锅体前部向锅体后面延伸的距离为c,竖直面与两个直面通过倒角连接,两个直面由锅体中间向锅体一端部延伸的距离为d,倒角为r,c=d-2r,当r=1/2d时,c=0,此时内胆为圆形(第一侧面为半圆)导致较大面积的浪费;当r<1/2d时,c>0,r越小,则c越大,r=0时,c最大,此时最大程度的利用中框空间;为考虑内胆加工工艺的加工方便,优选的,本实施例中,8mm≤r≤1/2d。
更优选的,本实施例中,15mm≤r≤40mm,c=d-(30-80mm)。上述尺寸的设置,更能实现充分利用锅体空间的目的。
经验证在同一外形尺寸的情况下,本申请的双内胆结构的内胆容积最大可比圆形或其他形状内胆的容积大50%以上。
具体的,在其他实施例中第一内胆2和第二内胆3的形状可选为扇形内胆或椭圆形内胆。优选的,第一内胆2和第二内胆3的形状和大小均相同,可以想象,双胆电饭煲的锅体1大致呈左右对称的椭圆形,将第一内胆2和第二内胆3也对称设置在锅体1内,可以更充分的利用锅体1内的空间。
具体的,本实施例中锅体1上位于第一内胆2和第二内胆3中间的部分为中框面5,中框面5的下方设置有支撑件6。在煮食过程中,锅体1需要承受内胆和食物的重量,会造成中框面5下沉,本实施例通过设置支撑件6顶柱中框面5,防止和减轻了中框面5的下沉。
具体的,本实施例中支撑件为隔热板,隔热板5将第一容置腔11和第二容置腔12隔开,且第一内胆2的下方设有第一发热盘7,第二内胆3的下方设有第二发热盘8。在利用双内胆进行煮食的过程中,由于存在两边热源,锅体1的中间区域不像其他面能及时散热,这就造成热量在锅体1中间集中形成热不均衡以及热干扰的情况,本实施例将支撑板设计成隔热板,降低了热量的相互传递,避免了左右两锅的热量互串,影响煮食效果。
本申请还提供一种双胆电饭煲,包括上述任意一项双内胆结构。通过设计结构紧凑的双内胆,最大程度的精简了产品尺寸,且综合考虑了产品的结构性能、使用体验等,在同样容量的前提下达到了电饭煲整体的最小体积,形成了 独特外观美感。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,其特征在于,15mm≤r≤40mm,c=d-(30-80mm)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,其特征在于,所述第一内胆和第二内胆的形状和大小均相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,其特征在于,所述锅体上位于所述第一内胆和第二内胆中间的部分为中框面,所述中框面的下方设置有支撑件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双胆电饭煲的双内胆结构,其特征在于,所述支撑件为隔热板,所述隔热板将所述第一容置腔和第二容置腔隔开。
  10. 一种双胆电饭煲,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的双内胆结构。
