Abstract

The invention relates to the field of personal articles, wearing apparel and brassieres. More particularly, it relates to brassieres with cups, which can be used for more quickly and conveniently selecting the desired cups according to the corresponding clothing to be worn. The technical result of the invention is the creation of a versatile brassiere that can be adjusted for different bust sizes by means of interchangeable cups without the need to replace the base of the brassiere. Furthermore, the cups of the brassiere can be replaced without removing the brassiere itself, thus making it possible to quickly and conveniently select the desired cups according to the corresponding clothing to be worn. This technical result is achieved in that a versatile brassiere with interchangeable cups is claimed, in which the cups are designed to be removeable and fastenable to a frame (hereinafter, "underwires") of the brassiere, said brassiere being characterized in that the cups are fastened to the underwires with the aid of fasteners located on the outer side of the underwires, wherein the interchangeable cups also contain a frame portion which is arranged along the edge of each of the cups and conforms to the shape of the corresponding underwire, and mating fasteners are provided on the inner side of the frame portion of the cups.

Description

UNIVERSAL BRA WITH INTERCHANGEABLE CUPS

The invention relates to the field of personal items, personal clothing, bras. More specifically, to bras with cups, which can be used for faster and more comfortable selection of the right cups for a particular outfit.

Known bra with removable caps (RU133695U, publ.: 10/27/2013), characterized in that in the area of the nipples of the female breast on the bra there are holes in the form of a circle larger than the size of the nipples of the female breast, these holes are fixed to the main part of the bra by a removable method caps selected by the user depending on the size and shape of the nipples of the breast, the caps are made of moisture-absorbing, medical or other material that contributes to the comfortable content of the nipples when wearing a bra.

Although this bra is declared as a comfortable design when choosing according to the size of the breast, each breast size requires its own bra of the right size, and only those parts that are located near the nipples of the female breast are subject to adjustment. Thus, this analog of the way to be a universal bra only in relation to the shape of the nipple part of the bra, depending on the shape of the nipples of the user's female breast.

The closest analogue is patent CN203290247 (published: 11/20/2013), which describes a women's bra with a removable cup. The bra is characterized in that the cups are provided with zipper lines in the directions where the cups are connected to the bra frame; the zippers are located on the zipper lines. Zippers allow the cups and bra body to be separable and combinable. The cups can be detached from the bra, which facilitates the process of putting on and taking off the bra, and also provides, if necessary, the ability to remove the tightness of the cups and air to the chest.

The technical problem of the prototype is also the inability to ensure the replacement of cups with others of a different size. Interchangeable cups can only be detached and reattached.

In addition, the zipper mechanism itself creates inconvenience and discomfort for the woman's breasts in that it cannot be as soft as the underwire of a bra and presses under the breasts.

Also, the disadvantage of the prototype is the location of the zipper in the area of the bra bones, which indicates the replacement of the bra bones with it, and this will not provide the same strength of the shape of the cup borders that the bones hold.

A universal bra with replaceable cups is claimed, in which the cups are made removable with the possibility of fixation on the frame (hereinafter referred to as the underwire) of the bra, characterized in that the fixation of the cups on the underwire of the bra is made using fasteners located on the outer side of the underwire of the bra, and the removable cups also contain a frame part located along the border of each of the cups and repeating the shape of the corresponding bra bone, and their opposite fastenings are made on the inside of the frame part of the cup.

Preferably, the fasteners are in the form of rivets.

It is acceptable that fasteners are made in the form of Velcro or buttons.

The bra can contain, if necessary, shoulder straps, each of which has a ring and a strap length level regulator.

The bra may include a non-elastic mesh in the central part of the body and an elastic mesh in other sectors of the bra body.

At the edges of the bra may contain a fastener with loops and a fastener with hooks.

On removable cups, elastic lace can be installed with an additional decorative element.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate these problems inherent in known analogues and to create such a bra design that has versatility specifically in relation to breast size.

The technical result of the invention is to ensure the versatility of the bra, the ability to adjust interchangeable bra cups for different breast sizes without the need to replace the very base of the bra. In addition, the replacement of bra cups is possible without removing the bra itself, which allows you to quickly and comfortably select the right cups for a particular outfit.

The claimed invention allows (see Fig.5, Fig.6) to attach different cups to one bra base and thus obtain different underwear both in color and shape.

Bra with interchangeable cups, in which the cups are made removable with the possibility of fixation on the frame (hereinafter referred to as the bones) 1 bra (see Figure 1-Figure 4) is universal. Versatility is ensured by the fact that the fixation of the cups 2 on the underwire 1 of the bra is made with the help of fasteners located on the outer side of the underwire 1 of the bra.

Removable cups 2 also contain a frame part 5, located along the border of each of the cups 2 and repeating the shape of the corresponding bone 1 of the bra, and their opposite attachments are made on the inside of the frame part 5 of the cup 2.

The presence on the removable cups 2 of the frame part 5, located along the border of each of the cups 2 and repeating the shape of the corresponding bone 1 of the bra, is necessary because the fasteners ensure a secure fit of the frame part 5 to the bone 1. For the same reason, the counter fasteners are made on the inside of the frame parts 5 of cup 2, and the opposite fastenings on bone 1 on its outer side. This achieves maximum concealment of the fasteners and excludes their impact on the body, since the fasteners are on top of the bone 1 and do not come into contact with the body.

Fasteners provide fixation of removable cups and the possibility of detaching them from the bra. Thus, the inventive design makes it possible to adjust the interchangeable bra cups to different breast sizes without the need to replace the bra base itself.

The bra may contain, if necessary, straps 6, each of which has a ring 9 and a regulator 10 of the level of the length of the straps 6 (see Fig.1-Fig.4).

The bra may contain, if necessary, an inelastic mesh 7 in the central part of the body to stiffen, an elastic mesh 8 in other sectors of the bra body (see Fig.1-Fig.4).

At the edges of the bra may optionally contain a fastener with loops 11 and a fastener with hooks 12 (see Fig.1-Fig.4). In alternative embodiments, the ends of the bra may simply have ties.

On removable cups 2, elastic lace 13 can be an additional decorative element.

Fasteners can be made in various ways.

Figure 1-Figure 4 shows fasteners in the form of rivets. Rivets 3 can be of any type and do not affect the achieved technical result.

Rivets can also have a different method of fastening to the fabric:

sewn - those that are attached to clothes with threads, like ordinary buttons;

punching - those that fix themselves through a hole in the fabric.

But from the wrong side on the frame (bone) of the bra, they should be hidden, located inside the bone and bilateral, so that their leg from the inside is closed with a decorative hat.

Rivets can vary in size and design.

Omega is a simple ring button made of two solid metal parts with a round spring fastening at the top.

Alpha - the most popular type of buttons, which are often also called S-shaped, since their lock spring looks like the English letter S. They can also be used with leather and fabric products.

Shirt - are fixed on the fabric with the help of several teeth.

Magnetic - their principle of connection is based on the mutual attraction of two magnets, from which the "mother" and "father" of the rivet are made.

Holster - with a helical connection of their components.

Clamps - with ring fastening on the lid. Unlike ordinary rivets, their lower part is a through grommet, through which the leg of the upper part is visible when fastened.

The material from which the rivets are made can also be different: metal; plastic; ceramic.

When making fasteners in the form of rivets, a rivet 3 (lower part) is attached to the outer side of the bone 1 of the bra, and a rivet 4 (upper part) is attached to the inside of the cup 2 of the bra.

It is possible that fastenings are also made in the form of Velcro or buttons. In this case, in the same way, Velcro or a button is attached to the outer side of the bone 1 of the bra, and the counterpart to them is attached to the inner side of the cup 2 of the bra, or vice versa.

Can be used cups balcony (Balcony Cups) (see examples in figure 1, figure 3, figure 4). This type of cups allows you to achieve a very beautiful neckline. Due to the lower than usual jumper, the chest looks more voluminous.

Balconette Cups have a horizontal cut that extends just above the bust line. Thanks to this, the chest looks voluminous and well raised.

The use of contour cups (Contour Cups) is acceptable - the best choice for women with intermediate bra sizes, as well as for women with asymmetrical breasts.

Demi cups (Demi Cups) practically do not cover the upper part of the chest. As a rule, the top of such cups is located only 2.5-3 cm above the nipple line.

Lined Cups provide additional support to the breasts and are not as sheer as others. In addition, nipples stand out less in them. In some models, the lining is slightly smaller than the outer cup, which provides additional support to the bust.

Cups minimizer (Minimizer Cups) on the contrary visually reduce the volume of the breast. This allows women with a large bust to wear blouses or shirts without fear that they will disperse between the buttons.

Push-up cups are suitable when a woman wants to get a beautiful hollow and visually more voluminous breasts.

Can also be used cups with seams (Seamed Cups), consisting of several parts. For example, vertical and diagonal seams provide better bust support and shape. Such cups (especially consisting of 3-4 parts) cover the chest best. Cups with seams are made from different fabrics: satin, lace, silk, synthetics. Bras with decorative elements often have this type of cups. If you want your breasts to fit perfectly in the cups, then this type of them will suit you best.

The horizontal seams are designed to give the chest more support and a slightly tapered shape (see example in Fig. 5(A)).

Vertical seams in the center of the cups provide the bust with great support and lift it.

Curved shaped seams (cross seams) allow you to make the chest more round. In addition, they reinforce the breast support of the bra (see example in Fig. 5(B)).

Diagonal seams not only increase the support of the chest, but also lift it closer to the middle of the sternum. Due to the diagonal design, the shape of the breast becomes more refined (see the example in Fig. 5(B)).

Modeling cups (Molded Cups) determine the shape of the breast and, thanks to its unique design, give it a refined shape. Such cups, as a rule, do not have seams and special inserts.

The principle of using the invention is as follows.

A woman puts on a bra on the body, then, if necessary, to replace the cup, detaches from the frame (bone) 1 of the bra by one latch 3 until the cup is completely detached from the bra, as shown in Fig.3. Similarly, the second cup is disconnected, if necessary. If this is not necessary, it is possible to try on other cups in comparison (i.e. one cup at a time).

In the reverse order, another cup 2 is fixed with clamps 3 on the frame (bone) 1 of the bra (see Fig. 3). There is no need to remove the bra from the body, but if desired, you can change the cups on the removed bra.

Depending on this or that clothing, over a bra or under this or that dress, a woman selects the best option for the color and shape of the cup 2.

According to the invention, a prototype bra was made. Figure 6 shows a working model of a bra according to the utility model with the original cups (view from the front of the bra). After replacing the cups with a different shape and color, the working model began to look like in Fig.7 (view from the back of the bra).

Tests of the prototype have shown that it is possible to adjust the interchangeable bra cups to different breast sizes without the need to change the bra base itself. In addition, the replacement of bra cups is possible directly on the woman's body without removing the bra itself, which allows you to more quickly and comfortably select the right cups for a particular outfit.
