Description

弦准装置及包含该弦准装置的弦乐器 技术领域
本申请涉及乐器技术领域,尤其涉及一种弦准装置及包含该弦准装置的弦乐器。
背景技术
弦乐器是通过琴弦振动发声以实现演奏的乐器,在实际演奏中可以通过调节琴弦以改变演奏的音调,以适应不同的曲目要求。弦准件是一种安装于琴头并且连接琴弦的装置,使用者可以通过弦准件调节琴弦的松紧。
现有的弦准件通常从琴头的一侧穿入,再通过螺钉或螺栓等方式固定在琴头处。这种方式使得安装琴准时较为费时费力,且当螺纹连接部分松动后会影响琴弦的张紧度。此外还存在使用寿命较短的问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提出一种弦准装置及包含该弦准装置的弦乐器,以解决上述问题。
本申请实施例提供一种弦准装置,包括调节组件、调节杆与连接件。
调节组件包括外壳、传动杆以及与所述传动杆啮合的传动轮,所述外壳内设有空腔,所述空腔容置所述传动杆与所述传动轮,沿所述传动轮的轴向方向,所述外壳的一侧设有凸出部,所述凸出部开设通孔,所述空腔连通所述通孔,所述通孔的内壁设有内螺纹。
调节杆,包括相对设置的第一端与第二端,所述第一端可拆卸地连接所述传动轮,所述第二端设有安装孔,所述安装孔用于固定琴弦。
连接件,套设于所述调节杆上,所述连接件的一端设有外螺纹,所述外螺 纹与所述内螺纹配合。
以此,调节组件可以设置在琴头的一侧,调节杆与连接件从琴头的另一侧,通过分体式安装的方式,取代了传统的螺钉、螺栓的固定方式,提高了安装效率,加强了连接强度。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述调节组件还包括调节件,具有相对设置的第三端与第四端,所述第三端连接所述传动杆。

本实施例的弦准装置100在安装时,将调节杆20第一端21插入调节组件10的传动轮13中,同时调节杆20第一端21部分套设于通孔1131内。再将调节组件10与调节杆20安装于弦乐器中琴头200的背面,再将连接件30从琴头 200正面旋入通孔1131,实现弦准装置100在琴头200的固定。使用时,将琴弦穿过安装孔221,通过旋转传动杆12带动传动轮13、进而带动调节杆20旋转的方式,将琴弦固定缠绕于第二端22,并调节琴弦的松紧。
于一实施例中,调节组件10还包括调节件14,调节件14具有相对设置的第三端141与第四端142,第三端141连接传动杆12。使用者可以夹持第四端142,并通过第四端142旋转调节件14,从而经由传动杆12、传动轮13最终将扭力传递至调节杆20,实现琴弦的调节。

请参阅图5,一种弦乐器,包括琴头200、琴身(图未示)与琴弦(图未示),还包括如上述实施例所述的弦准装置100,弦准装置100安装于琴头200上,琴弦穿出并固定于安装孔221。琴头200上开设有多个安装槽210,安装槽210容置外壳11的凸出部113。本实施例中凸出部113的外缘为正六边形,安装槽210的形状与凸出部113对应设置。
于一实施例中,琴头200还设有定位凹槽(图未示),定位凹槽设置于安装槽210的周侧,外壳11上设有定位凸起(图未示),定位凸起设置于凸出部113的周侧。定位凸起可插接于定位凹槽内,且与定位凹槽的形状相对应,定位凸起与定位凹槽可设为T型、L型、矩形等,提高辨识度的同时以进一步提高外壳11与琴头200的连接强度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弦准装置,其特征在于,包括:
    调节组件,包括外壳、传动杆以及与所述传动杆啮合的传动轮,所述外壳内设有空腔,所述空腔容置所述传动杆与所述传动轮,沿所述传动轮的轴向方向,所述外壳的一侧设有凸出部,所述凸出部开设通孔,所述空腔连通所述通孔,所述通孔的内壁设有内螺纹;
    调节杆,包括相对设置的第一端与第二端,所述第一端可拆卸地连接所述传动轮,所述第二端设有安装孔,所述安装孔用于固定琴弦;
    连接件,套设于所述调节杆上,所述连接件的一端设有外螺纹,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括调节件,具有相对设置的第三端与第四端,所述第三端连接所述传动杆。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述传动杆朝向所述调节件的一端设有连接部,所述第三端设有连接孔,所述连接部插接于所述连接孔内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,沿所述第三端到所述第四端的方向,所述调节件的横截面积逐渐增大。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述传动轮开设有固定孔,所述固定孔容置所述第一端。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述调节杆第二端开设有凹陷部,所述安装孔设于所述凹陷部处。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述连接件开设有定位孔,所述定位孔设于所述连接件远离所述外螺纹的一端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述传动杆设有凸缘,所述外壳设有收容槽,所述收容槽连通所述空腔,且所述收容槽容置所述凸缘。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的弦准装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括定位板,所述定位板安装于所述外壳背离所述凸出部的一侧,用于固定所述传动轮。
  10. 一种弦乐器,包括琴头、琴身与琴弦,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的弦准装置,所述弦准装置安装于所述琴头上,所述琴弦穿出并固定于所述安装孔。
