本发明的目的就是提供一种核磁共振室用转运车,以解决现有医用转运车存在的接送病人舒适性差、效率低、离不开电力束缚;结构复杂、安装速度慢,不能用于核磁共振用途的缺点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种核磁共振室用转运车,包括车身机构和移动机构,所述的车身机构包括车架、载运板和传动机构,车架包括上车架和下车架,上车架的底端与下车架上面的立柱的顶端固定连接;在该下车架的下端装有移动机构;该载运板滑动安装在上车架的上面,在该载运板下面的上车架内装有传动机构,在该载运板上设有转运布,其特征在于,所述的传动机构包括:用于驱动载运板横向移动的载运板驱动机构、用于驱动转运布的回转驱动机构、用于在载运板驱动机构与回转驱动机构之间进行传动和手动转换的动力传递机构、以及用于安装载运板驱动机构、回转驱动机构和动力传递机构的支架板;该转运车均采用无磁性材料制成,能够作为核磁专用转运车。
本发明的优点是:
1、转运车整体均为无磁性材料,可作为核磁专用转运车;所述车架主体框架由方管焊接而成,采用对称设计,组装方便,实现了模块化的快拆结构设计,可以满足异地快速组装和易损件的更换,具有较高的易维护性;设有多处榫卯结构,结构紧凑、便于快速安装,同时承载能力强。
2、载运板为独特的三板两布的接送装置,为病人提供较高的舒适感,满足各类异形对接台的结构(CT机检查台),并提供了最大的安全性能。载运板 采用柔性材料,在出板边设有小坡度斜坡可顺利插进病人身体下,出板边还为梳形结构,可以保证载运板的柔软度,增加舒适感。
3、所述传动机构为多组合输出的齿轮传动机构,使用人力手摇驱动,避免了电力限制。可通过设有的两个叉轴实现在回转输出、横向输出以及回转并横向输出三种模式之间切换,实现多种协调的运动组合形式,可以只用一人一车实现病人的安全、便捷的转运,并能最大程度避免二次伤害;该传动机构传动比设计合理,只需一名医护人员可轻松摇动,摇动10周可实现完全出板,一次出板和回板就可以把病人送上转运车,操作简单省力,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明包括车身机构A和移动机构B,所述的车身机构A包括车架1、载运板2、传动机构3三部分,所述的车架1包括上车架11和下车架12,上车架11与下车架12通过立柱116固定连接,所述的两根立 柱116一前一后对称放置,安装在下车架12的立柱支撑座115上,通过螺钉与上车架11的下侧支撑梁105通过螺钉固定连接,立柱为空心方形柱状设计,便于安装,质量轻,支撑强度高;所述的移动机构B包括刹车头118、地脚119和万向轮120,所述刹车头具有安全防护功能,刹车头未抬起时车体不能移动,可最大程度保障使用安全。该移动机构B安装在车身机构A的下端,与车身机构A的下车架12相接,在下车架12的前端和后端的两侧各装有一个万向轮120,共四个。
所述上车架11中的车头横梁107上设有呼吸机架1081,所述上车架11中的回板侧竖梁101上设有吊瓶架1011,保证需要用到呼吸机或输液的病人在转运途中的安全。所述呼吸机架1081为由空心圆管和一个承载平面焊接而成,质量轻,承重能力强。
参见图3和图4,所述上车架11包括支撑架103、上侧支撑梁104、下侧支撑梁105、挡板106、支撑梁连接件1041。所述的支撑架103为由回板侧竖梁101、出板边竖梁102以及车头横梁107、车尾横梁108通过螺钉固定连接成的方形框架;进一步,所述的上侧支撑梁104(共6根)均匀分布,通过上侧支撑梁连接件1041固定在支撑架103的上端,所述的上侧支撑梁104上方设有挡板106,用于防止杂物落入机构中导致安全事故,同时可以防止载运板2移动时机械结构暴露;进一步,所述的下侧支撑梁105为由6根空心方管焊接成的整体,作为上车架11的主要承力部件,具有质量轻、结构紧凑、承载力大的优点;下侧支撑梁105焊接在回板侧竖梁101和出板边竖梁102中的凹槽1021处。所述的支撑座滚轮121可随载运板2的移动而滚动,保证载运板2可以平稳的运动,减少磨损,提高使用寿命。
参见图5和图7,在所述上车架11两侧的(出板边竖梁102)顶部设有 支撑座109,在车头横梁107和车尾横梁108内侧的支撑板122上方设有滑槽113。滑槽113内安装一根圆柱形弹性棒,弹性棒为柔性材料制成,贯穿整个滑槽113,既能对载运板2提供支撑,同时可以减小与载运板2之间的摩擦面积;在支撑座109上安装有一排支撑座滚轮121,支撑座滚轮121能够随载运板2的移动而滚动,保证载运板2能够平稳的运动,既为载运板2提供支撑,又能保证载运板2平稳运动,减少磨损,提高使用寿命。
参见图7,所述的车头横梁107、车尾横梁108中与出板边竖梁102、回板侧竖梁101连接处设有凹槽1021,方便车架1安装,结构紧凑,增大承重面积,提高车架1承载能力。
参见图8,所述的载运板2为柔性材料,由上到下分别为上载运板21、中间隔板22和下载运板23,另外还包括垫板24、上转运布29、下转运布30和调平装置25(共两个,一前一后放置)。所述垫板24和调平装置25的底面都固定在下载运板23上。所述垫板24位于中间隔板22和下载运板23之间,用于垫高中间隔板22,使中间隔板22和下载运板23之间留有空隙,使下转运布30可以轻松通过。所述调平装置25位于上载运板21和下载运板23之间,用于垫高上载运板21,使上载运板21和中间隔板22之间留有供上转运布29顺畅通过的间隙;所述调平装置25包括固定连接在一起的调平连接块251和调平螺杆252,该调平装置25一侧与传动机构3中的连接板323通过螺钉固定连接,另一侧与载运板2相连,安装在上载运板21和下载运板23之间,通过螺钉与两者固定连接。调平装置25的主要作用是将载运板2和传动机构3连接起来,同时可通过调节调平螺杆252控制调平连接块251的倾角进而调节载运板2一侧的高度,保证载运板2水平。另外,由于在转运过程中病人会出现出血的情况,因此所设的调平装置25还可以实现上下载运板 的分离,将上载运板21单独掀起从而对床单和车体进行清理,并能实现铺设医用隔离床单的作用,具有强度高,耐磨,抑菌,防水等功能,能方便铺设一次性无菌床单,实现最大程度避免感染。
所述的上载运板21和下载运板23的出板边均设有载运板滚轮26,所述的上载运板21能够移出车架1的出板边设有载运板滚轮26,下载运板23的出板侧和回板侧也都设有载运板滚轮26,所述的载运板滚轮26可保证上转运布29和下转运布30能够流畅运行;所述上载运板21的出板边还有向下倾斜的小坡度斜坡27,可使载运板2顺利插进病人身体下,避免对病人造成挤压或推伤。所述上载运板21、中间隔板22和下载运板23的出板边为梳形结构,可以保证载运板2的柔软度,独特三板两布的接送装置,为病人提供较高的舒适感,满足各类异形对接台的结构(CT机检查台),并提供了最大的安全性能。
参见图9,所述上车架11中的回板侧竖梁101和出板边竖梁102上分别设有一个扶手112,扶手112通过扶手座1121固定于上述两梁的下方。所述扶手112扶起时会被卡扣1122卡住,使扶手112不会自动落下;不使用扶手112时可打开卡扣1122后,扶手112可完全放下至上车架11下方,不会妨碍病人或医护人员的行动,有效利用空间。
参见图10,所述下车架12包括下车架竖梁114、立柱支撑座115、立柱116、立柱护板117,两侧下车架竖梁114和前后端的立柱护板117构成矩形下车架12主体。
如图11-14,所述的传动机构3包括:用于驱动载运板2横向移动的载运板驱动机构C、用于驱动转运布的回转驱动机构D、用于在载运板驱动机构C与回转驱动机构D之间进行传动和手动转换的动力传递机构E、以及用于安装 载运板驱动机构C、回转驱动机构D和动力传递机构E的支架板;所述的支架板由外板301、内板302、连接板303和车头外板332组成,外板301与内板302平行设置;所述的连接板303通过螺钉固定连接在外板301的上端,该外板301、内板302和连接板303设在车尾横梁108的内侧,车头外板332设在车头横梁107的内侧。
所述的动力传递机构E包括过渡轴310、传动轴311和花键轴312,过渡轴310上固定设有第三齿轮323、第四齿轮324和第五齿轮325;所述的传动轴311两端分别固定设有传动大齿轮314和传动小齿轮315,传动大齿轮314与第一齿轮313啮合;花键轴312上设有第一滑移齿轮316、第二滑移齿轮317和第二齿轮318;所述的第一滑移齿轮316上固定设有第一拨叉319,第一拨叉319套设于第一叉轴320上;所述的第二滑移齿轮317上固定设有第二拨叉321,第二拨叉321套设于第二叉轴322上。
所述的载运板驱动机构C包括第一输出轴304、滑块330、滑轨110、支撑板122、齿条111、第八齿轮328和第九齿轮329,在外板301和车头外板332的外侧各连接一滑块330;所述的回转驱动机构D由第二输出轴305和第六齿轮326组成。
第一输出轴304的两端分别转动穿过外板301、内板302和车头外板332,在外板301与内板302之间的第一输出轴304上装有第八齿轮328和第九齿轮329;在第一输出轴304的两端分别安装一个第七齿轮327;第二输出轴305的一端转动穿出连接板303,并装有第六齿轮326,该第六齿轮326与第三齿轮323相啮合;第二输出轴305的另一端转动支撑在另一端的连接板303上。
在所述的车头横梁107和车尾横梁108内侧的下部分别装有齿条111和滑轨110,该齿条111与第七齿轮327相啮合,从而使载运板2沿齿条111做 横向移动,实现精确控制,同时减小噪音和零件磨损;在两根滑轨110上各滑动安装一滑块330。
所述的第一拨叉319与第一叉轴320之间通过销连接,第二拨叉321与第二叉轴322之间也通过销连接;第一拨叉319同步于第一叉轴320移动,第二拨叉321同步于第二叉轴322移动;通过移动第一叉轴320可以使第一滑移齿轮316在花键轴312的轴向移动,从而实现第一滑移齿轮316与第四齿轮324、第八齿轮328同时啮合或分离,还可实现第一滑移齿轮316与第九齿轮329啮合或分离;通过移动第二叉轴322使第二滑移齿轮317在花键轴312的轴向移动,实现第二滑移齿轮317与第五齿轮325啮合与分离。
在所述的在外板301和车头外板332的外侧分别装有两个支撑轴承331,撑轴承331位于支撑板122的上面,为传动机构3提供支撑。
上述针对传动机构3所设置的三处支撑(支撑板122、齿条111和滑轨110),可减小传动机构3的应力集中,延长机构使用寿命。支撑板122和滑轨110可分散上车架11和传动机构3的接触应力,延长机构的使用寿命。
移动第一叉轴320,使第一滑移齿轮316与第四齿轮324、第八齿轮328脱离啮合且不与第九齿轮329啮合,同时移动第二叉轴322,使第二滑移齿轮317与第五齿轮325啮合,输入轴309转动时,此时,只有第二输出轴305的转动输出,带动上转运布29绕第二输出轴305转动,实现卷布过程,逐渐将病人转运到载运板2上。
移动第一叉轴320,使第一滑移齿轮316与第四齿轮324、第八齿轮328同时啮合,同时移动第二叉轴322,使第二滑移齿轮317与第五齿轮325分离,输入轴309转动时,可以同时实现第一输出轴304和第二输出轴305的转动输出,第一输出轴304带动第七齿轮327在齿条111上转动,实现传动机构3 带动载运板2做横向移动;且第二输出轴305同时实现卷布过程。
移动第一叉轴320,使第一滑移齿轮316与第九齿轮329啮合,同时移动第二叉轴322,使第二滑移齿轮317与第五齿轮325分离,输入轴309转动时,此时,只有第一输出轴304转动,带动第七齿轮327在齿条111上转动,即仅实现传动机构3带动载运板2做横向移动。
参见图15,所述第二输出轴305转动安装在连接板303上,同时第二输出轴305位于载运板2与回板侧竖梁101之间,在该第二输出轴305上缠绕上转运布29的一端,该上转运布29的另一端围绕上载运板21连接在载运板滚轮26上,上转运布29上层位于上载运板21上方,下层位于上载运板21和中间隔板22之间,包裹着上载运板21和第二输出轴305。在第二输出轴305上方和右侧各有一个转运布压辊28可以将上转运布29压紧在第二输出轴305上,使上转运布29可以随第二输出轴305的转动同步转动,避免打滑。所述下转运布30闭环环绕在下载运板23外围,左右两端分别围绕在下载运板23左右两侧的载运板滚轮26上,可灵活转动,避免载运板2接送病人时将病人所在病床床单推褶。
本发明的工作过程如下:
由医护人员用扶手112推送医疗转运车到病床处,将医疗转运车紧贴在病床边,踩下刹车头118锁住万向轮120将设备固定住,移动动力传递机构E,用摇把手动摇动传动机构3中的输入轴309,同时驱动载运板驱动机构C与回转驱动机构D,将载运板2插入病人身体下;进一步,当载运板驱动到终点时,移动动力传递机构E切换至仅回转驱动,将病人身体运至载运板2中央位置;进一步,移动动力传递机构E切换至仅载运板驱动,将载运板2完全回板,连同病人转运至转运车上。抬起刹车头118运送病人。转移工作完成。

  1. 一种核磁共振室用转运车,包括车身机构(A)和移动机构(B),所述的车身机构(A)包括车架(1)、载运板(2)和传动机构(3),车架(1)包括上车架(11)和下车架(12),上车架(11)的底端与下车架(12)上面的立柱(116)的顶端固定连接;在该下车架(12)的下端装有移动机构(B);该载运板(2)滑动安装在上车架(11)的上面,在该载运板(2)下面的上车架(11)内装有传动机构(3),在该载运板(2)上设有转运布,其特征在于,所述的传动机构(3)包括:用于驱动载运板(2)横向移动的载运板驱动机构(C)、用于驱动转运布的回转驱动机构(D)、用于在载运板驱动机构(C)与回转驱动机构(D)之间进行传动和手动转换的动力传递机构(E)、以及用于安装载运板驱动机构(C)、回转驱动机构(D)和动力传递机构(E)的支架板;该转运车均采用无磁性材料制成,能够作为核磁专用转运车。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述上车架(11)包括支撑架(103)、上侧支撑梁(104)、下侧支撑梁(105)、挡板(106)和上侧支撑梁连接件(1041),所述上侧支撑梁(104)通过上侧支撑梁连接件(1041)与支撑架(103)固定连接,构成矩形框架主体;所述下侧支撑梁(105)为由6根空心方管焊接成的整体,作为上车架(11)的主要承力部件;所述下车架(12)包括下车架竖梁(114)、立柱支撑座(115)、立柱(116)和立柱护板(117),两侧下车架竖梁(114)和前后端的立柱护板(117)构成矩形的下车架(12)主体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述的支撑架(103)为由回板侧竖梁(101)、出板边竖梁(102)以及车头横梁(107)、车尾横梁(108)通过螺钉固定连接成的方形框架,所述的车头横梁(107)、 车尾横梁(108)中与出板边竖梁(102)、回板侧竖梁(101)连接处设有凹槽(1021);在车头横梁(107)和车尾横梁(108)内侧的上部设有支撑板(122)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述的支架板由外板(301)、内板(302)、连接板(303)和车头外板(332)组成,外板(301)与内板(302)平行设置;所述的连接板(303)通过螺钉固定连接在外板(301)的上端,该外板(301)、内板(302)和连接板(303)设在车尾横梁(108)的内侧,车头外板(332)设在车头横梁(107)的内侧;
    所述的动力传递机构(E)包括过渡轴(310)、传动轴(311)和花键轴(312),过渡轴(310)上固定设有第三齿轮(323)、第四齿轮(324)和第五齿轮(325);所述的传动轴(311)两端分别固定设有传动大齿轮(314)和传动小齿轮(315),传动大齿轮(314)与第一齿轮(313)啮合;花键轴(312)上设有第一滑移齿轮(316)、第二滑移齿轮(317)和第二齿轮(318);所述的第一滑移齿轮(316)上固定设有第一拨叉(319),第一拨叉(319)套设于第一叉轴(320)上;所述的第二滑移齿轮(317)上固定设有第二拨叉(321),第二拨叉(321)套设于第二叉轴(322)上;

    所述的第一拨叉(319)与第一叉轴(320)之间通过销连接,第二拨叉(321)与第二叉轴(322)之间也通过销连接;第一拨叉(319)同步于第一叉轴(320)移动,第二拨叉(321)同步于第二叉轴(322)移动;通过移动第一叉轴(320)可以使第一滑移齿轮(316)在花键轴(312)的轴向移动,从而实现第一滑移齿轮(316)与第四齿轮(324)、第八齿轮(328)同时啮合或分离,还可实现第一滑移齿轮(316)与第九齿轮(329)啮合或分离;通过移动第二叉轴(322)使第二滑移齿轮(317)在花键轴(312)的轴向移动,实现第二滑移齿轮(317)与第五齿轮(325)啮合与分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,在所述的外板(301)和车头外板(332)的外侧分别至少装有两个支撑轴承(331),支撑轴承(331)位于支撑板(122)的上面,为传动机构(3)提供支撑。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述上车架(11)中的车头横梁(107)上设有呼吸机架(1081),所述上车架(11)中的回板侧竖梁(101)上设有吊瓶架(1011),保证需要用到呼吸机或输液的病人在转运途中的安全;所述呼吸机架(1081)为由空心圆管和一个承载平面焊接而成。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,在所述上 车架(11)两侧的顶部设有支撑座(109),在车头横梁(107)和车尾横梁(108)内侧的支撑板(122)上方设有滑槽(113);在滑槽(113)内安装有横向的一根圆柱形弹性棒,既能对载运板(2)提供支撑,同时可以减小与载运板(2)之间的摩擦面积;在支撑座(109)上安装有一排支撑座滚轮(121)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述上车架(11)中的回板侧竖梁(101)和出板边竖梁(102)下侧分别设有一个扶手(112),扶手(112)通过扶手座(1121)固定于上述两梁的下方。所述扶手(112)扶起时会被卡扣(1122)卡住,使扶手(112)不会自动落下;不使用扶手(112)时可打开卡扣(1122),扶手(112)可放下至上车架(11)下方,不会妨碍病人或医护人员的行动,有效利用空间。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,所述的载运板(2)包括上载运板(21)、中间隔板(22)、下载运板(23)、垫板(24)、调平装置(25)和所述的转运布,该转运布包括上转运布(29)和下转运布(30),上载运板(21)、中间隔板(22)和下载运板(23)采用柔性材料制成,并由上到下依次设置;所述垫板(24)和调平装置(25)的底面都固定在下载运板(23)上;所述垫板(24)位于中间隔板(22)与下载运板(23)之间,用于垫高中间隔板(22),使中间隔板(22)和下载运板(23)之间留有供下转运布(30)顺畅通过的间隙;所述调平装置(25)位于上载运板(21)和下载运板(23)之间,用于垫高上载运板(21),使上载运板(21)和中间隔板(22)之间留有供上转运布(29)顺畅通过的间隙;所述的上载运板(21)能够移出车架的出板边设有载运板滚轮(26),下载运板(23)的出板侧和回板侧也都设有载运板滚轮(26),所述载运板滚轮(26)用于为上转运布(29)和下转运布(30)导向;所述上载运板(21)的出板边设有向下倾斜的小坡 度斜坡(27),能够使载运板(2)顺利插进病人身体下;所述上载运板(21)、中间隔板(22)和下载运板(23)与出板边相邻的部分为梳形结构,以保证载运板(2)的柔软度;所述上转运布(29)闭环环绕在上载运板(21)和回转驱动机构(D)的第二输出轴(305)的外围;在第二输出轴(305)的上方和内侧分别装有一个能够使得上转运布(29)贴紧第二输出轴(305)的转运布压辊(28);所述下转运布(30)闭环环绕在下载运板(23)外围;
    所述载运板(2)中的调平装置(25)一前一后共设有两个,每一调平装置(25)包括调平连接块(251)和调平螺杆(252),该调平装置(25)一侧与传动机构(3)中的连接板(303)通过螺钉固定连接,另一侧与载运板(2)相连,安装在上载运板(21)和下载运板(23)之间,通过螺钉与两者固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的核磁共振室用转运车,其特征在于,该移动机构(B)包括刹车头(118)、地脚(119)和万向轮(120),在下车架(12)的前端和后端的两侧各装有一个万向轮(120)。
