Description

CONNECTOR GROUP WITHOUT PIPE MADE OF WIREROD FOR PANEL RADIATORS WITH 8 INLET-OUTLET
Technical Field
The invention relates to fittings that are used for the production of heater panel radiators and reduce production costs.
The subject of the invention relates to the fittings used for the production of heating panel radiators in panels with 8 inputs and outputs without the need for use of pipes.
Prior art
Today, fittings used in the manufacture of heater panel radiators are very important.
There are prior art practices similar to the subject of the invention for fittings used in panel radiators.
In the prior art developed in 1984, by means of the fitting placed on the heater panel radiator, the water inlet outlet is realized only from the side parts of the heater panel radiator. However, the positioning of the connection points only on the side narrows the usage area of the heater panel radiator considerably. The fact that the water inlet outlet is only from the sides of the heater panel radiator has revealed the need to place fittings at different points of the panel. In line with this need, a technique was developed again in 1984. By means of this technique, another fitting is placed at the lower part of the heater panel radiator. Thus, the water inlet is provided from lower part. At the same time, a pipe was used to provide water transmission between the fitting placed on the lower panel and the fitting on the side. The water inlet and outlet to the heating panel radiator occur only from the side and lower parts of the panel. This situation is incomplete at the point of development of the usage area. A new technical study was carried out in 1996 based on the state of the art. The fitting, which was placed in the lower side part of the heater radiator panel in the prior art, was taken to the lower middle part of the panel with the technique developed in 1996. By this way, it was ensured that the water inlet and outlet are realized from the middle part of the heater radiator panel. A new pipe was used between the fitting in the middle of the lower panel and the fitting on the side. Due to the fact that the fitting is placed in the middle, the length of the pipe first used has been extended. However, by increasing the number of pipes used, the change in dimensions brought along some problems. The wide variety of pipe sizes and the increase in the number cause storage problems. Therefore, production costs increase.
The closest prior art patent file EP1249285B1 was developed in 2001 due to the above-mentioned problems. In the technique, there is a fitting in the middle of the lower panel of the heater panel radiator. The central part of this fitting is square and obtained by cold forging and drilling of wirerod. In the centre of the fitting, the L channel that directs the water flow is opened. By this way, it is ensured that the panel radiator has 6 inputs outputs. On the upper part of the panel radiator, there is another fitting where the thermostatic valve is placed. The central part of this fitting is square and obtained by cold forging and then drilling of wirerod (wirerod - solid - filmachine). With the L channel opened in the centre of the fitting in the middle of the lower panel of the heater panel radiator directing the water, the flow of water in the heater panel radiator is realized without the use of pipes. Thus, there is no need to use pipes of different types and numbers used in previous techniques. However, the fact that the heating panel radiator of the patent file no EP1249285B1 has 6 inputs and outputs could not expand the usage area sufficiently. It offers connection only from the bottom middle part and from the side parts.
The square shape of the central regions of the fittings brought along the problem of welding the sleeves that provide the water inlet and outlet to the central region. The couplings welded to the square shaped central regions of the fittings caused the welding settings to change in production. The change in the source settings brought along problems such as the inability to use the system required for the production of heater panel radiators in harmony with the existing production lines of all panel radiator manufacturers in the world. It has reduced productivity by causing disruption of production flow. The problems mentioned above have made it necessary to carry out R&D studies on fittings.
Therefore, in the state of the art, there is no fitting with 8 inputs/outputs that can be used in panels of all sizes without the need for any additional connection pipe, providing both lower middle, lower side and side connections.
The Aim of the Invention
With the invention, the problems and disruptions experienced in the prior art are solved. In its most general sense, the present invention relates to the fittings required for the production of heater panel radiators.
The most important aim of the invention is to expand the usage area of heater panel radiators and to enable them to be used in harmony with the existing production lines of all panel radiator manufacturers in the world; and to reduce production costs by this way.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the large number and type of pipes required for the production of heater panel radiators and to avoid the stocking problem; and to provide lean production by this way.
Another purpose of not using pipes is to shorten the delivery time due to the preparation of the pipes and their assembly by welding method, and to enable the production of panel radiators with 8 inputs/outputs without using any pipes. It is a connector group that can be used in any size panel that can be connected from the lower middle side, lower side or side at once, eliminating the need for panel manufacturers to produce special panels for the installation place and installation itself.

The invention will be better understood when explained with reference to the above reference numerals and accompanying figures.
The side upper right fitting (1), the side lower right fitting (2) and the middle lower fitting (3), which provide ease of production and increase efficiency in heater panel radiators (B) that is the subject of the invention are shown in Figure-1. The middle lower fitting (3) has lower middle inlet (10) and lower middle outlet (11) connection areas, as seen in Figure-1. The lower middle outlet (11) that forms the middle lower fitting (3) is produced by cold forging of the wirerod and then processing with machining. The sleeves that provide the water inlet and outlet are joined by welding. The centre of the lower middle outlet (11) connection area is produced by cold forging method in spherical form in accordance with international standard fittings. The spherical shaped blow moulding produced from wirerod by cold forging method is processed on machining counters.-After the shaping process is completed, the sleeve (7) that provides the water inlet and outlet is welded to the lower part of the lower middle inlet (10) and lower middle outlet (11). The required water passage direction for the inlet and outlet of water is determined in the middle lower fitting (3). In order to determine the water flow direction in the lower middle outlet (11) connection area of the middle lower fitting (3) of the present invention, a lower middle water passage hole (11.1) towards the front panel and a lower middle water outlet hole (11.2) from the rear panel towards the outlet are opened by giving an L form. By transforming the centre of the lower middle connection region from a square shape of the prior art to a spherical shape, it has been ensured that the sleeves (7) welded to the lower middle outlet (11) connection region are produced without changing the welding settings in production without any problems.
The fitting made of wirerod by cold forging method is produced by opening an L- shaped channel as a result of appropriate processing. The L-shaped channel structure can be used for all of the elements in the heater panel radiator (B). All cold forging fittings used in the heating panel radiator (B) can be produced in spherical form. By this way, spherical fittings can be used in all production lines without disturbing the production flow. By reducing production costs efficiency is achieved.
As seen in Figure - 1 and Figure - 2, a ring (6) is placed to the water passage parts of the panel radiator (B) from the lower middle inlet (10) and the lower middle outlet (11) of the middle-lower fitting (3) located in the lower middle part of the heater panel radiator (B), as in the state of the art. The same ring (6) is also connected to the side upper right fitting (1), side lower right fitting (2), side lower left fitting (4) and side upper left fitting (5) on the heater panel radiator (B). By means of the holes on the placed ring (6) placed, the distribution of water between the fittings in the heating panel radiator (B) is ensured. By means of the spherical structure of the centre of the lower middle outlet (11) region of the middle lower fitting (3), the sleeves (7) providing the inlet or outlet are welded more strongly without any additional operation. By this way, the fittings of the present invention easily adapt to the heating panel radiator (B) production lines. The fittings, which are easily integrated into the heater panel radiator (B) production lines, are used in the form of standard connections, and because of this form, are in harmony with the existing production lines of all panel radiator manufacturers in the world.
The side lower right fitting (2) has lower side inlet (8), lower side outlet (9) connection areas, as seen in Figure-1. The lower side outlet (9) area that forms the side lower right fitting (2) is made of wirerod by cold forging method. The lower side outlet (9) that is made of wirerod by the cold forging method is shaped by the cold forging method. After the shaping process is completed, the sleeve (7), which provides water inlet and outlet, is welded to the lower side inlet (8) and lower side outlet (9) connection areas. Required water direction is determined n the side lower right fitting (2) for convenient water inlet and outlet. In order to determine the water flow direction in the lower side outlet (9) connection area of the lower right fitting (2) of the present invention, a new lower side water passage hole (9.1) towards the panel, lower side water outlet hole (9.2) from the panel towards the lower outlet and a side outlet hole (9.3) from the panel towards the side outlet are opened by giving an L form.
In the prior art, 2 outlet and 1 inlet connection points are obtained by means of the fitting that can be connected to the heating panel radiator (B) from only one point, the opened lower side water passage hole (9.1), the lower side water outlet hole (9.2) and the side outlet hole (9.3). By this way, it is ensured that the heating panel radiator (B) has 8 inputs and outputs.
Figure - 3 shows the side upper right fitting (1) where the thermostatic valve (12) is placed. Side upper right fitting (1) is made of wirerod by cold forging method. The central region (14) of the side upper right fitting (1) where the thermostatic valve (12) is placed is produced in a spherical form. The side upper right fitting (1) made of wirerod by the cold forging method is shaped by the machining method. After the shaping process is completed, the sleeve (7) that provides water inlet and outlet is welded to the spherical shaped central region (14) of the side upper right fitting (1). A water passage channel (13) is formed in the central region (14) of the side upper right fitting (1) of the present invention to determine the water flow direction. The water passage channel (13) is formed by drilling the wirerod. Drilled from the water inlet to the outlet and on the flow path, water passage channel (13) is left on which the thermostatic valve (12) sits when the thermostatic valve (12) is closed, and from the thermostatic valve (12) departs and allows water to pass when the thermostatic valve (12) is open, in order for the thermostatic valve (12) to adjust the water flow amount. By transforming the square shape of central region of the side upper right fitting of the prior art to a spherical shape, it has been ensured that the sleeves (7) welded to the region are produced without changing the welding settings in production without any problems.
Suitable fittings are determined for the inlet and outlet of water in the heater panel radiator (B). All of the fittings connected to the heater panel radiator (B) provide inlet and outlet of the water. The water inlets and outlets of the present invention are determined only through the middle lower fitting (3) or the side lower right fitting (2) of the heater panel radiator (B). Alternative flow paths will be explained again in detail below after the water inlet and outlet paths of the fittings connected to the lower part of the heater panel radiator (B) are determined.
Figure - 1 shows the heater panel radiator (B) with 8 inlet and outlet. As mentioned above, the water inlets and outlets of the heater panel radiator (A) will be determined through the middle lower fitting (3) and side lower right fitting (2) belonging only to the heater panel radiator (A) of the present invention. With the determined water inlet and outlet of the present invention, 2 different flow paths are obtained.
To obtain the flow path, plugs are placed in the sleeves (7) on the side upper left fitting (5), side lower left fitting (4) and side lower right fitting (2). By this way, water inlet and outlet ways are preferred depending on the sleeves (7) in which the plugs are used. With the placement of the plugs, only the lower middle inlet (10) and the lower middle outlet (11) of the middle lower fitting (3) are in the open position. The lower middle inlet (10) and the lower middle outlet (11) connection areas are connected to the installation, in a way that they correspond to the connection areas on the floor for water inlet and outlet, in accordance with the usage areas with a water line from the lower middle part of the heater panel radiator (B). The lower middle inlet (10) connection area is placed corresponding to the hot water inlet installation. The lower middle outlet (11) connection area is placed corresponding to the cold water outlet installation. By this way, the heating panel radiator (B) is placed on the existing water connections. For the 1st flow path obtained, first of all, hot water enters through water line by means of the lower middle inlet (10). Hot water moves in G1 direction in the lower middle fitting (3) seen in Figure-1. The hot water advancing in the G1 direction passes through the panel. Since one side of the lower middle water passage hole (11.1) and the lower middle water outlet hole (11.2), which have an L form opened in the lower middle outlet (11) connection region, is blunted, a direct flow direction is given to the water.
The water advancing in the G1 direction reaches the ring (6) on the middle lower fitting (3). Water flows in different directions through each hole on the ring (6) which was also used in prior art. The task of a single ring (6) on the fitting is to distribute the water to the wet channel of the panel. The water circulating in the heating radiator panel (B) by means of the rings (6) reaches the side upper right fitting (1). The water entering the side upper right fitting (1) reaches the water passage channel (13) that directs the water in the spherical shaped central region (14). With the water passage channel (13) directing the water, the appropriate water temperature is determined in the thermostatic valve (12) placed on the side upper right fitting (1). After the water temperature is determined in the thermostatic valve (12), the water moves to the other fittings by circulating first on the front face and then on the back face of the heater panel radiator by means of the ring (6). Since side upper left fitting (5), side lower left fitting (4) and side lower right fitting (2) are closed, the advancing hot water outflow will be supplied directly over the lower middle outlet (11) in the G1 direction.
In order to obtain the second flow path, plugs are placed in the sleeves (7) on the side upper left fitting (5), the side lower left fitting (4) and the middle lower fitting (3). By this way, water inlet and outlet ways are preferred depending on the sleeves (7) in which the plugs are used. With the placement of the plugs, only the side lower inlet (8) and the side lower outlet (9) of the side lower right fitting (2) are in the open position. The lower side inlet (8) and the lower side outlet (9) connection areas are connected to the installation, in a way that they correspond to the connection areas on the floor for water inlet and outlet, in accordance with the usage areas with a water line from the lower side part of the heater panel radiator (B). The lower side inlet (8) connection area and the hot water inlet connection area are positioned opposite to each other. The lower side outlet (9) connection and the cold water outlet connection area are brought opposite to each other. By this way, the heating panel radiator (B) is placed on the existing water lines. For the 2nd flow path obtained, first of all, hot water enters from the water line by means of the sleeves (7) placed on the lower side inlet (8) connection area. Hot water moves in G2 direction in the side lower right fitting (2) seen in Figure- 1. The hot water advancing in the G2 direction moves directly in the lower side water passage hole (9.1) which has an L form opened in the lower side outlet (9). The L-shaped lower side water passage hole (9.1) opened in the lower side outlet (9) region provides direct flow direction to the water. The water advancing in the G2 direction reaches the ring (6) of the prior art positioned on the side lower right fitting (2). The water circulating in the heating radiator panel (B) by means of the rings (6) on the side lower right fitting (2) reaches the side upper right fitting (1). The water entering the side upper right fitting (1) reaches the water passage channel (13) in the spherical shaped central region (14). With the water passage channel (13) directing the water, the appropriate water temperature is determined in the thermostatic valve (12) placed on the side upper right fitting (1). After the water temperature is determined in the thermostatic valve (12), the water moves to the other fittings by circulating first on the front face and then on the back face of the heater panel radiator by means of the water flow channel (13). Since side upper left fitting (5), side lower left fitting (4) and side lower right fitting (3) are closed, the advancing hot water outflow will be supplied directly over the lower middle outlet (9).
With the middle lower fitting (3), the side lower right fitting (2) and the side upper right fitting (1) of the present invention, the heating panel radiator (B) with 8 inlets and outlets are produced without pipes.
