Abstract
The present invention relates to an oil-in-water type lip cosmetic with improved smearing. A lip cosmetic composition according to the present invention includes a non-polar oil to suppress miscibility with a water-soluble pigment, and thus, after being applied, a transparent oil phase layer is separated from lips, suppressing color smearing of the water-soluble pigment on the lips. In addition, even when the water phase layer is absorbed into the lips, the separated oil layer forms a shield layer so that there is less dryness and initial moistness can be maintained.
Description
The present invention relates to an oil-in-water type lip cosmetic composition with improved staining.
Recently, in the lip makeup market, the trend of lip fluid formulations is becoming glossy, while products emphasizing the durability of color are gaining popularity. Conventionally, a prescription for increasing the durability of lip makeup is to use a coating agent and powder together with a large amount of volatile oil in the formulation to suppress the smearing and smearing of the formulation. The vast majority of prescriptions have the effect of suppressing others.
However, volatile oils, coating agents, and powders used to increase durability cause a dry feeling when applied to the skin and at the same time cause a matte expression on the lips. In this case, it causes wrinkles and dead skin cells of the lips to stand out, causing a problem that the lips do not look smooth, and causing a visual dryness that does not make the lips look moist.
Non-volatile oil can be applied to give gloss to lip makeup products while maintaining color persistence, but in this case, the content of non-volatile oil is limited due to the disadvantage of causing color smearing and smearing at the same time.
In addition, when a conventional thickener in the form of wax or powder used for thickening of volatile oil is used together, there is a problem of losing gloss and causing matte and dry lip expression.

The content of the polar oil relates to a cosmetic composition for oil-in-water lips of 10% by weight or less based on the total weight of the composition.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail.
When a certain component is said to "include", this means that it may further include other components without excluding other components unless otherwise stated.
The cosmetic composition for lips according to the present invention may be a liquid-in-water (O/W) formulation.
The content of the oil phase in the cosmetic composition for lips according to the present invention may be 30% by weight or more, 30 to 70% by weight, or 35 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. In order to prevent smearing in the cosmetic composition for lips, the oil phase is included in the above range so that the oil phase is separated from the aqueous phase and the oil phase is formed while the emulsion particles are broken when applied to the lips, so that the emulsion particles are easily broken when applied to the lips It is desirable to implement the characteristic.
In the present invention, the aqueous phase contains a pigment. The pigment is used to impart a coloring effect, and is preferably water-soluble or insoluble and/or non-dispersible in non-polar solvents. Here, the pigment insoluble in the non-polar solvent may mean a pigment that dissolves in a non-polar oil, particularly hydrogenated polyisobutene or dimethicone in an amount of 5 g or less, 1 g or less, 0.5 g or less, or 0.1 g or less per 100 ml of hydrogenated polyisobutene or dimethicone. . The pigment contained in the aqueous phase is dyed when applied to the skin, that is, the lips, and some may remain on the skin surface.
The type of these pigments is not particularly limited, and water-soluble pigments for lips used in the art may be used without limitation. Specifically, as pigments, Red No. 227, Red No. 103 (1), Red No. 104 (1), Red No. 218, Red No. 40, Red No. 201, Red No. 202, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 5, Yellow No. 203 , Orange No. 201, Orange No. 205, Blue No. 1, and at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide may be used.
The content of the pigment is not particularly limited, and may be preferably 0.01 to 3% by weight, or 0.1 to 1% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition for lips in terms of coloring effect and solubility of the pigment, but is not limited thereto.

The oil contained in the oil phase forms an oil layer on the skin surface. At this time, when polar oil is blended, the polar oil has a hydrophilic group in the molecule and is miscible with the water-soluble pigment, attracting the hydrophilic pigment to the oil phase, which is the outermost layer of the cosmetic coating film, and the water-soluble pigment attracted to the oil phase is smeared. There is a risk of inciting others.
Therefore, in the present invention, by using a non-polar oil having poor miscibility with a water-soluble pigment or a mixture of a non-polar oil and a polar oil, it is possible to improve color bleeding by the pigment. In addition, by minimizing the content of the polar oil, it is possible to prevent the water-based colorant from flowing into the oil layer after application and causing staining.

As shown in Table 9, it can be seen that the compositions of Examples show a similar level of moisturizing when compared to Comparative Example 2 in which polar oil is applied to the oil phase.
This is because even when only non-polar oil is applied to the oil phase, it is separated after setting to form a shielding film, so the moisturizing feeling is not insufficient compared to when polar oil is applied.
The cosmetic composition for lips according to the present invention contains non-polar oil to suppress miscibility with water-soluble pigments, so that the transparent oily layer is separated from the lips after application, thereby suppressing the water-soluble pigments from staining the lips. In addition, even if the aqueous layer is absorbed into the lips, the separated oil film forms a shielding layer, so the feeling of dryness is less and the initial moistness can be maintained.
