铰链机构及制冷装置 技术领域
本发明涉及制冷装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种铰链机构及具有该铰链机构的制冷装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活品质的逐步提高,人们对家装的整体美观一致性需求也日益突出。将制冷装置嵌入橱柜、墙体等内以实现装修风格统一化的家装方式已趋于流行。
一般情况下,制冷装置会贴合橱柜壁设置,或者制冷装置与橱柜壁之间的间隙设置得较小以提升整体的装修效果,同时减少灰尘。为了使开门过程中门体不会与橱柜壁之间产生碰撞以及门体能够在有限的空间内实现较大的开门角度,用以连接所述门体与箱体的铰链机构需要设置为能够根据具体需求调节开门过程中门体的运动轨迹。
现有的嵌入式制冷装置一般是通过使用多连杆铰链来调节门体的运动轨迹的,但是,多连杆铰链结构复杂、体积较大,占用了制冷装置的本身容积,同时,在门体打开至90°或者更大角度时会影响抽屉以及搁架的使用,降低用户使用体验。
发明内容
本发明提供一种铰链机构及具有其的制冷装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种铰链机构,包括固定于箱体上的固定座、固定于门体上的活动座、将所述活动座活动连接于所述固定座上的联动组件;所述联动组件包括:
第一连杆,所述第一连杆的一端为第一枢转端、另一端为第一活动端,所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有与所述第一活动端相配合的第一滑槽、另一个上设有与所述第一枢转端相配合的第一枢转部;
第二连杆,所述第二连杆的一端为第二枢转端、另一端为第二活动端,所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有与所述第二活动端相配合的第二滑槽、另一个上设有与所述第二枢转端相配合的第二枢转部;
其中,所述第一连杆、第二连杆相互交叉且于交叉处相铰接;在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述第一活动端沿所述第一滑槽移动,所述第二活动端沿所述第二滑槽移动带动所述活动座平移。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有所述第一滑 槽、另一个上设有所述第二滑槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一枢转部、第二枢转部均位于所述铰链机构的枢转侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一滑槽设于所述活动座上,所述第二滑槽设于所述固定座上;所述第二滑槽自远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且向所述活动座延伸。

为实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供一种制冷装置,包括箱体、用以打开或关闭所述箱体的门体、上述的铰链机构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中的铰链机构,通过在固定座与活动座之间设置相交叉铰接的第一连杆、第二连杆,同时配合第一滑槽以及第二滑槽,实现了开门过程中带动门体边转动边平移的功能,以使嵌入式的制冷装置能够自由开门,并保证开门后不影响制冷装置内抽屉、搁架的使用,且运动比较稳定;同时,该铰链机构结构简单,体积相较于现有的多连杆铰链更小更紧凑,便于实现所述铰链机构的小型化、轻薄化,同时,能够增大所述制冷装置的储物空间,增强了所述铰链机构的适用性以及通用性。

请参图1-图3所示,本发明提供一种铰链机构10、具有该铰链机构10的制冷装置,所述制冷装置嵌入橱柜20内。图2-图3示出了根据本发明一个实施方式中的制冷装置的部分示意性立体图,其中仅示出一侧的橱柜20,实际安装中,所述制冷装置是整个嵌入橱柜20中的。可以理解的是,所述制冷装置可以是嵌入墙体内。
所述制冷装置包括箱体30、用以打开或关闭所述箱体30的门体40、将所述门体40活动连接至所述箱体30上的铰链机构10。在旋转打开所述门体40的过程中,所述铰链机构10带动所述门体40按预设轨迹移动。
需要强调的是,本发明中的所述铰链机构10不仅适用于所述制冷装置,也可适用于其他场景,例如橱柜、酒柜、衣柜、微波炉等其他家电。
请参图1-图3所示,包括本发明第一实施方式中的铰链机构10,所述铰链机构10包括固定于箱体30上的固定座1、固定于门体40上的活动座2、将所述活动座2活动连接于所述固定座1上的联动组件3,所述活动座2具有相较所述固定座1闭合的关闭状态、相较所述固定座1向远离所述固定座1的方向枢转打开的打开状态。可以理解的是,在所述活动座2处于关闭状态时,所述门体40处于关闭状态;在所述活动座2处于打开状态时,所述门体40处于打开状态。
在所述门体40自关闭状态打开时,所述活动座2自关闭状态打开,在所述联动组件3的作用下,控制所述活动座2按预设轨迹移动,带动所述门体40按预设轨迹移动,以防止开关门体40过程中,所述门体40与所述橱柜20之间产生碰撞。
定义处于关闭状态的所述活动座2自其中心向远离所述固定座1的方向为第一方向,处于关闭状态的所述活动座2自其中心向所述铰链机构10的枢转侧延伸的方向为第二方向,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直。可知的是,对于所述制冷装置而言,所述第一方向即为门体40所在的方向,即前。所述门体40向第一方向移动,即所述门体40向远离所述箱体30的方向前移。
可以理解的是,上述的铰链机构10的枢转侧即指所述制冷装置的枢转侧,在所述铰链机构10安装于所述箱体30的左端时,上述的枢转侧即指左侧,所述第二方向为左。在所述铰链机构10安装于所述箱体30的右端时,上述的枢转侧即指右侧,所述第二方向为右。本实施方式中,以所述铰链机构10安装于所述箱体30的右端为例进行详细阐述。
进一步地,所述联动组件3包括相互交叉且于交叉处相铰接的第一连杆31、第二连杆32。所述第一连杆31的一端为第一枢转端311、另一端为第一活动端312,所述固定座1与所述活动座2中的一个上设有与所述第一活动端312相配合的第一滑槽21、另一个上设有与所述第一枢转端311相配合的第一枢转部11。所述第二连杆32的一端为第二枢转端321、另一端为第二活动端322,所述固定座1与所述活动座2中的一个上设有与所述第二活动端322相配合的第二滑槽12、另一个上设有与所述第二枢转端321相配合的第二枢转部22;在所述门体40自关闭状态逐渐旋转打开的过程中,所述第一连杆31与所述第二连杆32绕位于交叉处的铰接点相对转动,同时,所述第一活动端312沿所述第一滑槽21移动,所述第二活动端322沿所述第二滑槽12移动带动所述活动座2平移。可以理解的是,在所述门体40自关闭状态逐渐旋转打开的过程中,所述第一连杆31与所述第二连杆32之间的夹角逐渐减小,使所述活动座2沿第一方向远离所述固定座1,增大所述门体40与所述箱体30之间的距离,即,所述门体40边转动边向远离所述箱体30的方向前移,使所述门体40的枢转侧移动至所述橱柜20的前端的前侧,能够避免所述门体40与所述橱柜20之间产生干涉,使所述门体40能够自由打开。
一方面,结构简单,体积相较于现有的多连杆铰链更小更紧凑,便于实现所述铰链机构10的小型化、轻薄化,同时,能够增大所述制冷装置的储物空间,增强了所述铰链机构10的适用性以及通用性;另一方面,本发明中通过在固定座1与活动座2之间设置相交叉铰接的第一连杆31、第二连杆32,同时配合第一滑槽21以及第二滑槽12,实现了开门过程中带动门体40边转动边平移的功能,以使嵌入式的制冷装置能够自由开门,并保证开门后不影响制冷装置内抽屉、搁架的使用,且运动比较稳定。
也就是说,所述第一滑槽21、第一枢转部11、第二滑槽12、第二枢转部22的分布位置可以包含多种情况。本实施方式中,所述第一滑槽21、第二枢转部22设置于所述活动座2上,所述第二滑槽12、第一枢转部11设置于所述固定座1上。当然,并不以此为限,于其他实施方式中,所述第一滑槽21、第二滑槽12也可以同时设置于所述固定座1、活动座2中的一个上,此时,所述第一枢转部11、第二枢转部22同时设置于所述固定座1、活动座2中的另一个上。
这里,以本实施方式为例,即,所述第一滑槽21、第二枢转部22设置于所述活动座2上,所述第二滑槽12、第一枢转部11设置于所述固定座1上为例进行具体阐述。
进一步地,所述第一枢转部11、第二枢转部22均位于所述铰链机构10的枢转侧。 以使所述活动座2能够绕所述枢转侧枢转打开,使所述门体40能够绕所述枢转侧打开,便于用户取放物品。
于一具体实施方式中,所述第二滑槽12自远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且向所述活动座2延伸,所述第一滑槽21沿所述活动座2的长度方向朝向所述枢转侧延伸,从而,能够增大门体40转动过程中门体40前移的距离,进一步避免门体40与橱柜20之间的干涉;同时,在所述门体40前移的同时,所述门体40向第二方向移动,能够增大门体40的开度,使开门后不影响制冷装置内抽屉、搁架的使用。当然,并不以此为限,于其他实施方式中,可根据需求的开门过程中门体40的运动轨迹调整第一滑槽21、第二滑槽12的位置、长度、延伸方向或者调整所述第一连杆31与第二连杆32的铰接点位置等。
进一步地,所述固定座1与所述活动座2均具有至少一个安装面。请参图1所示,本实施方式中,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述固定座1的一端连接于同一安装面上,同时,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述活动座2的一端连接于同一安装面上。当然,并不以此为限。于其他实施方式中,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32也可以仅有一端固定于同一安装面上,另一端固定于两个不同的安装面上,以减少开关门体40过程中,所述第一连杆31与第二连杆32之间的干涉。
具体地,所述固定座1包括第一固定板13、位于第一固定板13下侧且与所述第一固定板13间隔设置的第二固定板14、于同侧连接所述第一固定板13与所述第二固定板14的连接板15。所述第一固定板13、第二固定板14、连接板15共同形成朝向所述联动组件3开放的收容腔,在所述门体40处于关闭状态时,所述联动组件3收容于所述收容腔内。
可以理解的是,所述第一固定板13、第二固定板14的内侧面以及外侧面均可作为所述安装面。本实施方式中,以所述第一固定板13的内侧面作为所述安装面以防止所述联动组件3暴露,增强所述制冷装置的外观效果,即,所述第二滑槽12以及所述第一枢转部11设于所述第一固定板13上,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述固定座1的一端均连接于所述第一固定板13上且位于所述第一固定板13的内侧面上。当然,并不以此为限。
对于所述固定座1而言,内是指朝向所述收容腔的一侧,外是指远离所述收容腔的一侧。
进一步地,所述第二固定板14上设有与所述第二滑槽12相同的辅助槽,所述第 二连杆32的第二活动端322同时活动连接于所述第二滑槽12以及所述辅助槽内,以增强所述铰链机构10运行的稳定性,增强所述门体40移动的稳定性。
具体地,本实施方式中,所述活动座2呈L型,所述活动座2包括固定于门体40上的竖直板23、连接于所述竖直板23的一端的水平板24。所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述水平板24上,即,所述第一滑槽21以及所述第二枢转部22设于所述水平板24上。
可以理解的是,所述水平板24的外侧面以及内侧面均可作为所述安装面。本实施方式中,以所述水平板24的内侧面作为所述安装面,以防止所述联动组件3暴露,增强所述制冷装置的外观效果。即,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述活动座2的一端均连接于所述水平板24上且位于所述水平板24的内侧面上。当然,并不以此为限。
对于所述活动座2而言,内是指在所述活动座2安装至门体40上后朝向所述门体40的一侧,外是指在所述活动座2安装至门体40上后向外暴露的一侧。
进一步地,本实施方式中,所述第一连杆31位于所述第二连杆32与所述安装面之间,所述第二枢转端321位于所述第一连杆31的移动路径上,所述第一连杆31上具有避让所述第二枢转端321的避让部313,以在门体40打开过程中,给所述第二连杆32避让。请参图所示,在所述门体40打开至最大角度时,所述第二枢转端321位于所述避让部313,能够使门体40打开至最大角度,同时在所述门体40打开至最大角度后,所述第二枢转端321抵持与所述避让部313,也能限制门体40进一步打开更大的角度,防止门体40与橱柜20之间产生碰撞。
进一步地,所述第二滑槽12位于所述第一枢转部11远离所述枢转侧的一侧,且所述第二滑槽12靠近所述第一枢转部11的一端距所述活动座2的距离不大于所述第一枢转部11距所述活动座2的距离。能够避免开关门体40过程中,所述第二连杆32与所述第一枢转端311之间产生干涉,同时,能够进一步增大门体40转动过程中门体40前移的距离,进一步避免门体40与橱柜20之间的干涉。
请参图4所示,为本发明第二实施方式中的铰链机构10a,本发明第二实施方式中的铰链机构10a中的所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述固定座1的一端连接于同一安装面上,同时,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述活动座2的一端连接于同一安装面上。该第二实施方式与第一实施方式的区别在于:所述第二连杆32位于所述第一连杆31与所述安装面之间,从而,在开关门体40过程中,所述第一连杆31 与所述第二连杆32之间位于所述活动座2的一端不会有干涉,便于实现所述门体40的自由开关,简化所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32的结构。
本发明第二实施方式与第一实施方式除上述区别外,其他均相同,于此,不再赘述。
请参图5所示,为本发明第三实施方式中的铰链机构10b,本发明第三实施方式中的铰链机构10b与第一实施方式中的铰链机构10的区别在于:所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述固定座1的一端连接于不同的安装面上,同时,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述活动座2的一端连接于不同的安装面上。
具体地,所述固定座1具有第一安装面16、位于第一安装面16下侧的第二安装面17,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32中位于上侧的连杆连接于所述第一安装面16上,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32中位于下侧的连杆连接于第二安装面17上。所述活动座2具有第三安装面25、位于第三安装面25下侧的第四安装面26,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32中位于上侧的连杆连接于所述第三安装面25上,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32中位于下侧的连杆连接于第四安装面26上。从而,保证开关门体40过程中,所述第一连杆31与所述第二连杆32之间不会有干涉,便于实现所述门体40的自由开关。
具体地,如图5所示,本实施方式中,所述第一连杆31与所述第二连杆32连接于所述第一固定板13与所述水平板24之间。此时,所述第一固定板13的外侧为所述第一安装面16,所述第一固定板13的内侧为所述第二安装面17,所述水平板24的外侧为所述第三安装面25,所述水平板24的内侧为所述第四安装面26。

请参图6所示,为本发明第四实施方式中的铰链机构10c,本发明第四实施方式中 的铰链机构10c中的第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述固定座1的一端连接于不同的安装面上,同时,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32连接于所述活动座2的一端连接于不同的安装面上。本实施方式中的铰链机构10c与第三实施方式中的铰链机构10b的区别在于:所述活动座2c还包括连接于所述竖直板23上且位于所述水平板24的下侧的辅助板27,所述辅助板27与所述水平板24同向延伸。
本实施方式中,所述第一固定板13的内侧为所述第一安装面16c,所述第二固定板14的内侧为所述第二安装面17c,所述水平板24的内侧为所述第三安装面25c,所述辅助板27的内侧为所述第四安装面26c。
在所述第一连杆31位于所述第二连杆32的上侧的实施方式中,所述第一连杆31连接所述第一固定板13与所述水平板24,所述第二连杆32连接所述第二固定板14与所述辅助板27。在所述第一连杆31位于所述第二连杆32的下侧的实施方式中,所述第一连杆31连接所述第二固定板14与所述辅助板27,所述第二连杆32连接所述第一固定板13与所述水平板24。
需要说明的是,所述辅助的内侧是指所述辅助板27朝向所述水平板24的一侧。
本发明第四实施方式与第三实施方式除上述区别外,其他均相同,于此,不再赘述。
可以理解的是,所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32与固定座1之间的连接方式或位置可分别选用第一-第四实施方式中的连接方式或位置,并根据具体需求做适应性调整。所述第一连杆31、第二连杆32与活动座2之间的连接方式或位置可分别选用第一-第四实施方式中的连接方式或位置,并根据具体需求做适应性调。于此,不再穷举。
进一步地,请参图5所示,为本发明第五实施方式中的铰链机构10d,该实施方式中的所述铰链机构10d与第一-第四实施方式中的铰链机构10、10a、10b、10c的区别在于:所述铰链机构10d包括设于所述固定座1内且沿所述固定座1的高度方向并排设置的两组所述联动组件3、分别与两组所述联动组件3相配合的两个活动座2。即,将第一-第四实施方式中的两个所述铰链机构10、10a、10b、10c的固定座1一体化能够减少安装所述铰链机构10所需的空间,使所述制冷装置更加美观,增大所述制冷装置内部的储物容积,且降低成本。
可以理解的是,本发明第五实施方式中的所述铰链机构10d适用于作为中铰链,以同时连接位于所述中铰链相对两侧的两个所述门体40。
可以理解的是,在所述铰链机构10d包括两组所述联动组件3的实施方式中,两 组所述联动组件3分别与所述第一固定板13、第二固定板14相连接。故,第四实施方式中的所述联动组件3与固定座1之间的连接方式不适用于所述铰链机构10d包括两组所述联动组件3的实施方式中。
综上所述,本发明中的铰链机构10、10a、10b、10c、10d,通过在固定座1与活动座2之间设置相交叉铰接的第一连杆31、第二连杆32,同时配合第一滑槽21以及第二滑槽12,实现了开门过程中带动门体40边转动边平移的功能,以使嵌入式的制冷装置能够自由开门,并保证开门后不影响制冷装置内抽屉、搁架的使用,且运动比较稳定;同时,该铰链机构10、10a、10b、10c、10d结构简单,体积相较于现有的多连杆铰链更小更紧凑,便于实现所述铰链机构10的小型化、轻薄化,同时,能够增大所述制冷装置的储物空间,增强了所述铰链机构10、10a、10b、10c、10d的适用性以及通用性。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种铰链机构,包括固定于箱体上的固定座、固定于门体上的活动座、将所述活动座活动连接于所述固定座上的联动组件;其特征在于:所述联动组件包括:
    第一连杆,所述第一连杆的一端为第一枢转端、另一端为第一活动端,所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有与所述第一活动端相配合的第一滑槽、另一个上设有与所述第一枢转端相配合的第一枢转部;
    第二连杆,所述第二连杆的一端为第二枢转端、另一端为第二活动端,所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有与所述第二活动端相配合的第二滑槽、另一个上设有与所述第二枢转端相配合的第二枢转部;
    其中,所述第一连杆、第二连杆相互交叉且于交叉处相铰接;在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述第一活动端沿所述第一滑槽移动,所述第二活动端沿所述第二滑槽移动带动所述活动座平移。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述固定座与所述活动座中的一个上设有所述第一滑槽、另一个上设有所述第二滑槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述第一枢转部、第二枢转部均位于所述铰链机构的枢转侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽设于所述活动座上,所述第二滑槽设于所述固定座上;所述第二滑槽自远离所述枢转侧的一端朝向所述枢转侧且向所述活动座延伸。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述第二滑槽位于所述第一枢转部远离所述枢转侧的一侧,且所述第二滑槽靠近所述第一枢转部的一端距所述活动座的距离不大于所述第一枢转部距所述活动座的距离。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽沿所述活动座的长度方向朝向所述枢转侧延伸。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述固定座与所述活动座均具有至少一个安装面,所述第一连杆、第二连杆连接于所述固定座的一端连接于同一安装面上,和/或所述第一连杆、第二连杆连接于所述活动座的一端连接于同一安装面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述第一滑槽设于所述活动座上,所述第二滑槽设于所述固定座上,所述第二枢转端位于所述第一连杆的移动路径上,所述第一连杆上具有避让所述第二枢转端的避让部。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述固定座具有第一安装面、位于第一安装面下侧的第二安装面,所述第一连杆、第二连杆中位于上侧的连杆连接于所述第一安装面上,所述第一连杆、第二连杆中位于下侧的连杆连接于第二安装面上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述活动座具有第三安装面、位于第三安装面下侧的第四安装面,所述第一连杆、第二连杆中位于上侧的连杆连接于所述第三安装面上,所述第一连杆、第二连杆中位于下侧的连杆连接于第四安装面上。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:以处于关闭状态的所述活动座自其中心向远离所述固定座的方向为第一方向;在所述活动座相对所述固定座旋转打开的过程中,所述第一活动端沿所述第一滑槽移动,所述第二活动端沿所述第二滑槽移动带动所述活动座向第一方向移动。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的铰链机构,其特征在于:所述铰链机构包括设于所述固定座内且沿所述固定座的高度方向并排设置的两组所述联动组件、分别与两组所述联动组件相配合 的两个活动座。
  13. 一种制冷装置,包括箱体、用以打开或关闭所述箱体的门体,其特征在于:所述制冷装置还包括如权利要求1所述的铰链机构。
